Polara's ship once again touched down onto the soil of Yardrat, it had been barely a month and the female was back on the dirt of the purple people's planet. Who exactly they were, she didn't care as of the moment. Koldar had sent her on a mission to find Abzerute and inform her of the dire situation at hand; and to which the Arcosian general had immediately taken off shortly after urgence by the male. There was one Arcosian she was looking for today, one she badly needed to get in contact with. The black satchel around her waist contained the chip Koldar gave her in a tiny blue box she'd placed it in for safety. Whatever these dragon balls were, she felt as if they were important considering the queen herself was apparently on Earthen soil along with her sister. Her blood coursed through her veins as she looked around, seeking out to find the brown arcosian. Locking up her ship tightly, and activating its camoflague mode, the female's ki rose high as a sort of beacon to wherever Abzerute may be. The first place she began to look was the temporary palace, to which she flew for in hopes of finding his ki and scanning the area, should he be there.. Abzerute

The bronze Arcosian was going over the recent intake reports regarding the military in comparison to the recruitment drives of the Friion Force. Despite the latter supposedly meant to be the special operations fighting force, it was keeping up with the main military almost person for person. It would appear that their little physical demonstration prior had proven to be far more beneficial than he had anticipated... especially after video footage of the combat had somehow leaked out onto the local networks. Now the only question for him was how many of these recruits would make it through the training to become of actual use? The Military forces were coming along well enough, but he also had to ensure that the infrastructure of the Empire could sustain itself... it was still too close for his liking.
He raised an eyebrow as his Scouter pinged with a familiar energy signature that was stronger than it had been on previous encounters. In fact, it was slightly higher than his own... whilst he was wearing his weighted attire that was at least. He tapped a few control keys in order to allow her passage to his chambers, awaiting her arrival. When she did arrive, Abzerute would give her a look over at first before speaking. "Well, you've certainly improved. A power of twenty two thousand... not a bad improvement at all." said the Emperor as he sat in his throne.

Polara gave a swift bow to the Emperor once she came into the room, feeling his gaze look her over as he remarked of her newfound power. "Thank you, Lord Abzerute. I must refrain from idle chatter, as there happens to be quite a predicament on our hands." Her tone got serious, cyan eyes firm as she pulled a chip out of her waist satchel.
The Arcosian would move to give the chip to the bronze emperor. "Data compiled whilst on my travels. There is an important message from Koldar on this chip, with important information you need to know." The black and white female stepped back, still firm toned. "There is a seed of the tree that plagued our empire. It is recommended all ships coming into our space must be checked over for that seed."

The bronze Arcosian raised an eyeridge, almost amused at Polara's comment concerning a predicament. When she mentioned that Koldar had a message for him on the chip, he accepted it and then placed it into a secure panel. A few taps and the computer began to swiftly analyse the device in order to check for any hidden viruses or malignant code. A short time later and it came back negative on anything it could detect, and so he played the message that Koldar had left for him on the device, even as he listened to Polara mention her concerns about the seed of the Tree of Might. He gave a dismissive snort before listening to Captain Koldar's words. "I'm not too sure if you're going to get this in time, 'Lord' Abzerute," Koldar spoke, making quotation marks with his hands as he used the language of the Arcosians, "You will have to forgive the attitude, but I'm not sure you're the same Abzerute I met on the Aoi Brenchia, the one who intended to research the thing that dried our planet out. Call me skeptical, if you will! However, being that our people are lacking a leader, and you're aiming to be it, do me this if I am unable to myself: Take this information on this chip and use it to your advantage! I hope it won't be too late for you to use this, to exact revenge on the SSE and their Queen! In this chip, I've labelled the information, regarding what happened with a prisoner that I had interrogated earlier. You will want to review that as soon as possible. But, this is a specific message for you: If you're going to be a leader, take the initiative! Our people want vengeance for the deaths of our families and friends on Arcose. Become strong and take it to the enemy's homeworld! If you can do that, I will respect the title of 'Lord'... Actually, no, I won't respect it. Be only a leader of, not just Arcose, but the entire Arcosian Empire. It is time to become something other than a Monarch. We are a Federation of individuals. We are the Arcosian Federation now. Remember that, Abzerute." The Emperor sat there in silence, processing all that Koldar had said before he shook his head and sighed. He leaned to the side somewhat, his arm resting on the throne whilst his head rested in his hand, a finger tapping away against his cheek. "Well, first things first." he said, looking up towards Polara. "I'm well aware that there's a seed of the Tree looming in the galaxy. However, I doubt that the Seed is actually infiltrating our space on some random vessel." he said, holding up a finger to forestall a debate. "The reason for that is because I doubt Zucceta would allow such a powerful weapon out of her grasp with such precariousness. Leaving it up to chance that it would not be discovered and either destroyed or stolen?" he said before shaking his head. "That does not strike me as the Queen that I met on Kanassa where she last used the Tree. No, she is far more calculating than that... Plus subterfuge and subtlety are not exactly her hallmarks." he said before looking back at the image of Koldar floating in front of him. "Now, as for this notion of a Federation, that is something I will need to... discuss at length with Koldar whenever he returns to our space." said Abzerute, a growl underlying his words at the notion of another being dictating what his regime should be. "There's a very good reason why I haven't done as he so rashly suggests and strike against the Solar Saiyan Empire yet, and that is quite simply we are not strong enough to do so yet." he said, before bringing up a secondary panel with various figures and numerals. "Across the Arcosian Empire's members that I've encountered and catalogued, I host the strongest power level... that is not enough to deal with the numerous Super Saiyans that the SSE has within its ranks." he informed the commander before sighing and shaking his head. "I've met those Saiyans in combat on Kanassa... they are far beyond what I can accomplish against them. If I were to attempt any form of aggression against them, then this Empire would be shattered once more, and this time it may not be able to be brought back. As an Empire, or this Federation that Koldar desires." the bronze Arcosian Emperor explained.

Polara listened to Abzerute as the message played, a bit shocked of what the message had said. She herself should have looked over the chip's message but instead gave the Emperor something that seemed to irritate him. She listened to the logic in his words, nodding quietly as she realized that the queen was not.. that stupid to let such a dangerous weapon out of her grasp. The bronze emperor pulled up data on the computer to which a small inward cringe came from the female. We're that bad..? Why the hell didn't I check this message over beforehand! Wait.. not even he can stand up to the Super Saiyans?! Son of an *arcosian expletive*
The general inwardly cursed, bowing her head respectfully as she listened to everything else the Emperor had to say. "I understand. Why Koldar would want to turn us into a Federation is beyond me; if we have one ruler we have less problems than different rulers with different ideals. The method of rule he suggests is complete suicide, does he want the Empire to die? I will make sure to get stronger so we have some chance to stand up to the Golden Saiyans before they have a chance to strike.. As of our predicament.. The Saiyan queen and multiple Empire soldiers have infiltrated the planet searching for what are apparently known as Dragon Balls."
The scaled biped would continue, tail lashing as she spoke. "These things must have the power to grant the user something if all are collected, what if there was a chance we could get to them before the Queen does, and if we collect them all, what if there was a way to revive Arcose and Kanassa? These must have magical properties if they are so sought after, And you must forgive my speech.. I wish to see our planets revived once more, but we need to find some way to do so, and these Dragon Balls might be our answer."

Abzerute gave an almost amused snort at the mention of the Solar Saiyan Empires activities on Earth. "Of course they have. The ones on Namek are currently inactive for the time being at last report." he said, almost off-handedly, wondering how Polara would react to the fact that he had already been aware of these mystical orbs existence. Of course, now he had confirmation that there were Dragon Balls on Earth, whereas before it had only been a theory of his given Namek's sudden reconstruction and resurrection. The fact that the Queen probably by now already held the Earth ones concerned him, although he wasn't sure if they would function as she desired though, given the demise of Earth's Kami during the battle on Kanassa. It was a theory but he was sure that the two were linked somehow. "The issue though is that our enemy already has a tremendous head-start and no doubt has already gained possession of some of these orbs. For the time being we do not have the strength to match them in combat for these mystical devices." said the bronze Emperor before he shrugged his shoulders. "Besides, given Earth's history with the Saiyan Empire, we can allow them to take care of the situation on their world." he surmised as he considered what their next move should be. There was still Koldar Frost 's gathered information... maybe the Captain had managed to gather something that Abzerute was not already aware of perhaps? With that thought, he activated the device and started to comb through the data stored within. "Since I doubt we will be able to take hold of Earth's Dragon Balls, I want you to make your way to Namek and investigate. See if their ones have come back online yet, and if they have, get to work on gathering them. Inform me as well... we can acquire them with greater speed if there is more than one of us at work on that planet." he said before a thought came to him. "Be as discreet as possible. If the Saiyans still have a presence on that world after their little skirmish with that different lot of Namekians, we don't want to alert them to our activities." Abzerute ordered her. The last thing he wanted was to be in a race for these orbs with the damned Super Saiyans.

Polara watched as Abzerute spoke, the emperor giving a somewhat amused snort to react from the information given. A foolishness started creeping up her spine as she realized he knew most of what she was saying, and as such her tail faintly twitched. He spoke truth of the Earth being able to handle their own problems, albeit the rumors the Queen had achieved a level beyond Super Saiyan rose in the back of her mind, to which she shoved down. He spoke of Namek; SSE territory. It faintly worried her but the general gave a swift nod after he spoke. "Understood, Lord Abzerute. I will keep in contact via my ship's communication systems."
With that, she'd wait to be dismissed if there was nothing more the bronze emperor had to say to the black and white general. Once dismissed if she was, the woman would take a few quick strides out of the door towards the exit, and out to her ship. Booting it up, the woman would take off into space and head for first Earth to do a few things there, as she needed to make sure the new recruit wasn't up to something incredibly stupid in her absence that would make the Empire be frowned upon. This.. did not go the way I expected but at least I managed to convey the messages. Maybe Koldar will get off my back now, I can see why Sleete was frustrated with him.

(Sorry about the delay! Getting right to it now.) Upon activation of a device, a hologram of Koldar appeared, and with him, 6 profile images of 6 different individuals. The hologram spoke unintentionally loudly, as though the volume control were accidentally increased. "Hmm... Ah, Abzerute," the hologram spoke, scanning the room first before spotting Abzerute on the throne. It did not bow to the lord. It was a unique program, a type of AI of sorts that Koldar's people built based upon the Captain's personality, "I see you are accessing the database. We shall not waste anymore time. First, I shall speak of what I believe may be an issue with our allies on Earth, using these 6 as examples. The Commander's beliefs are that, if we are to try and coerce people into joining us, we'll have some issues even attempting to get them to follow orders."It snapped its fingers, bringing the facial profiles up in front of the lord. It spoke, "Which of the individuals would you like to know of, first?"The first was a feral man with red spiky hair and piercing red eyes, a man who seemed to suddenly flicker into a monstrous form with the multiplier of 'x8' in conjunction with it. The 2nd was a saiyan-like individual, male, and bared some similarity to the third individual. After that came another red haired man, with a beginning of a tattoo starting at his neck. The next two were Arcosians, one with blue armor and red orbs, and the other black armor and teal orbs.(Going to be playing this in a AI style. Abzerute )

The bronze Arcosian didn't mind that the hologram didn't bow or anything if he was honest. It was simply an artificial intelligence, and given that Koldar had been the one to program it, and he'd already expressed his views on the matter of Abzerute's leadership status it wouldn't make sense to expect a different response from his creation. He observed the six individuals that Koldar seemed to be proposing for recruitment, noting that only two of them were Arcosians whilst the rest of them were some form of human-like species along with a Saiyan or perhaps two.
He did give a brief snort at the question of which one he'd like to know about first, leaning forward slightly in his throne and looking straight at the artificial intelligence. "Give me the details pertaining to all six of them, in the order that you've made them appear since I presume there is a reasoning behind the order you've presented them to me." the bronze Arcosian Emperor stated, letting the ball fall into the hologram's court as the expression went. He wondered if one of these Arcosians was the relation to Polara she had mentioned being on Earth. That would be... interesting to say the least if he came to serve him.

"Engaging databanks... Please wait."The first person was brought up, the feral looking man. Koldargram also brought up a video, containing the long engagement and talk with the individual, as well as the two others that showed up. It was shot from the scouter's camera, hidden just above where the digital glass met the cold metal of the machine. "Individual 1: A feral man with no known name. Despite this, Koldar intends to recruit the man, for he bears a similarity to his lieutenant, Lukkass. From Koldar's understanding, both he and Lukkass are able to enhance their strength to 8 times their normal output and have a dazzling array of techniques which would catch even the most experienced veterans off guard. In this man's case, he was able to become monstrous and split himself apart, being able to use vastly more techniques in a shorter period time than one individual, but at the cost of cutting their power in half. Regardless, this type of unusual style is what Koldar seeks in his force, and intends to use this in the assault on Vegeta, for when that time comes."The next two, the hologram seemed to develop a look of frustration, though it's voice didn't reflect it at all. It seemed that the programmed AI only expressed the facial expressions, rather than the entire persona of the individual it represents. It explained, "The next two are cousins to each other. Not to mention, they are serving as the major reason for Koldar's concern about the Earthen allies. The first is Kazar Winters, a half saiyan and human that Koldar met in the Western Desert called Diablo Desert. They were seeking people to fight, and after showing promise, Koldar brought him aboard as a recruit. However, the entire experience involved Koldar resisting to, I quote, 'Tearing his throat open and shoving a city evaporating bomb down the ripped windpipe...' This individual would question every single order and try to carry on his business as though everything aboard the ship was his own home. Meanwhile, his cousin, Zonzuki Winters, displayed severe contempt for his cousin and tried to attack Koldar after he brought him aboard to heal him. These are among the more extreme and worrying factors of the Earth, which can threaten the relationship between our Empire and the Earth Koldar had been trying to reconnect..."It paused, bringing up the next individual, a long red haired man with a tall stature. He was clearly human, "The next is a man who goes by the name of Sanguine, due to his brilliant red hair. This one is still an option for an ally, but seems to value trying to save a small number, rather than focusing on the mission. Koldar had met this individual, in search of SSE stragglers that had been rumored to have been building a base somewhere in the mountains. However, power level scans couldn't find these men, so he had to perform an actual visual search, suspecting they may have done something to hide themselves, similar to how GMB or Grey Mechanical Battalion, did on Aoi Brenchia. After acquiring Sanguine's support, they were able to find the base, and when they got there, they found that the enemy was engaging 3 other individuals in a long bout. Koldar attempted to get into the base with Sang, but when they went for the door and the Commander checked behind him, Sanguine was not there."The next two were brought up, the Arcosians. Koldargram first brought up the blue and red Arcosian. He stated, "This one is Rankine Kelvin... A member of the Kelvin family and among those that managed to escape the destruction of Arcose. The commander went to meet them, after they requested a personal meeting. He obliged and was able to talk for only a brief moment, before suddenly leaving silently... There is suspicion that there may be some sort of strange field that can even affect individuals on this planet, in addition to the countless leisures in all of the Earth's cities. This, Koldar believes, is the lightest case he's seen of it happen. The next is among the more major cases of such issues..."Koldargram brought up the next individual, Defrosch, into view. Kolargram's face also seemed to frown upon bringing it up, explaining in a different tone this time... Sounding more like a direct recording from Koldar himself, "The son of Sleete and Polara Thermia, Defrosch. There was a event that happened a decade ago, I believe it was. There was an explosion near the palace, in the home of Sleete. It was announced, publicly by Sleete, that someone had taken his youngest son after breaking into their home. They then took a spacepod, battling with Sleete and the few guards on the way there, and escaped to the Planet Earth. Investigations were done with the Earth's government, to find the missing boy, but there were no signs on the planet. It became assumed that the boy was lost and a memorial was made on the planet... A memorial that I and many of my fellow soldiers visited when the proceedings happened. However, after coming to the Earth and trying to find Kazar Winters in the Eastern Lands of the main continent, I had come across Defrosch! Due to how I acted, trying to find Kazar, he greeted me with threats, and I'm fairly certain he could've ended me then and there, had I said the wrong words. It was at this house owned by a mother saiyan living on Earth, taking care of a child... I inquired about this, and it seemed Sleete had told a lie, shrouded by grief. It turned out, Defrosch and Sleete had been fighting, not some kidnapper! Sleete had pressured the boy and his siblings so much that the boy snapped, fought his father, and took a pod to the Earth. From there, he grew strong, and very defensive of the planet... It even seems he's developed connections with some of most powerful on Earth, including the Premier Vi-Poi, the very same android that went berserk and destroyed Namek on a whim, before it was suddenly revived... That android now leads the planet, with its Blue Banner Army."The hologram then snapped back to an emotionless expression, its attention returning back to Abzerute! It asked, "Abzerute, I have more information available, concerning developments of Solar Saiyan Empire movements on Earth. Would you like to hear that?"( Abzerute , your go, after having to retype everything.... Gah! That was a long one! )

Abzerute considered this feral man that Koldar hoped to tame and bring under his command. If an attack against Vegeta and the Saiyans were to occur, then it would be prudent to bring a variety of weapons to bear against them... especially since the Solar Saiyan Empire has an array of Super Saiyans at its disposal, and entities capable of reaching a similar form. That much he definitely recalled from that conflict on Kanassa before its destruction. The idea of creating copies of yourself to battle against the enemy did intrigue him... although the sheer reduction in power as a result seemed too much of a disability in regards to fighting more than one Super Saiyan.
The two Saiyans on the other hand... The bronze Arcosian could understand where Koldar was coming from. A Saiyans pride along with a humans ego was bound to be an aggravating combination in a single entity. Especially when then complicated with the addition of a relation on the maternal or paternal side of the biological fence. He was glad to see that the Arcosian was considering grabbing their own Saiyans to fight against the Solar Empire, although he would want to ensure that any that did join them would be unable to turn against them come the moment of truth. Perhaps an explosive implanted in the base of their skulls would ensure their loyalty when facing the SSE? Or something along that line of thought. For now though, the details were continuing.
This Sanguine fellow could probably be best utilised as a diversionary force since they seem to have some sort of hero complex, judging from Captain Koldar's statement concerning this man. Abzerute vageuly recalled the Grey Mechanical Battalion, or at least a mention of them in the data files he had access to now as Emperor... which made him wonder as to whether or not an assault force of androids would be sufficient against the Solar Saiyan Empire. An undetectable force landing on Vegeta, and then initiating sabotage and assassination missions... yes, that would be quite useful. The only issue was trying to assemble such a task force of course. One that would see through to the end of the Solar Saiyan Empire...
Then the Arcosians were expanded upon. First was this Rankine Kelvin. It never ceased to astound Abzerute this desire for last names amongst some of the families of Arcose. Aside from the sudden leave it seemed Koldar didn't have much of an opinion of the boy. The next one however definitely draw the Emperor's attention, due to the fact that the Arcosian in questions mother had spoken of him previously. The information about how Defrosch had wound up on Earth was very interesting, and highlighted that Polara had either lied to Abzerute concerning her youngests means of travelling to Earth, or this Defrosch was lying to Koldar. What interested Abzerute even more though was the confirmation that Vi-Poi was the one in charge of Earth, along with this Blue Banner Army of his. Now he would know who he would be dealing with should any negotiations come to the table regarding resumption of the Earth Arcosian treaty.
He was definitely going to have to give Koldar a promotion for all of this information when they next met. Especially if he brought his candidates along with him... he would see about getting them inducted to the Friion Force as well should they arrive with the Captain. Though the fact he had information about the Solar Saiyan Empires activities on Earth was intriguing, although he was sure he could guess what they were... but it would do well to confirm his theory with what Koldar had discovered.
"Proceed." he said to the hologram.

"Accessing Databanks... Bringing up Entry log 84,173. Engaging 3D playback."The hologram flickered over to the left, scratching his chin and only being in his pants, exposing a nasty looking scar over his right breast. It seemed like a burn that he received in his True Form that never healed, and in his Suppressed form, it was much more apparent. "Entry log number... 84,173. In the Earthen month, September. I'd finished interrogating the enemy soldier, Kaile, who claimed direct sisterhood with Zucceta. The information I acquired, however, seems to be fairly troubling... She claimed that Zucceta had been on the planet! Kaile had claimed that Zucceta had taken one of this planet's defenders and transformed them into a cybernetic defender, and was now planning to take out the Earth... Yes, come in," Koldargram replicated, seemingly hearing someone at his door. Silence was there, as his expression became flush with worry, ordering, "Send the video in here, and bring the other two in here as well. This needs to be seen"A videogram popped up on what Abzerute could assume was Koldar's monitor. In addition, an middle aged heran very easily seven feet tall, a thin but fit man that looked relatively human with a large mop of spiked back hair and black clothes, and a blonde mechanical man came into view that at one point could've been a Brenchian. They all stood and watched the brief video, the sighting of Zucceta and a young boy fighting each other with great power. Koldar, meanwhile, was leaning on a his table, looking just about ready to explode. Meanwhile, the thin guy stated, "Huh... That kid looks a bit famili-""Now's not the time, Lukkass," the Heran glaringly stated! Meanwhile, the android looked like he was going to have a panic attack. Lukkass recognized this immediately. He walked over and brought the android out of the room, as the android started babbling, "No, no, no, no..."Lukkass and the android were off screen, leaving the Heran and Koldar alone. He asked, "Captain, what's the plan?""...""Koldar... Snap out of it, damn it!""I'm fine... Get an archive built up. We need to get this to Polara, so she can get it to Abzerute and they can prepare!""Understood. What about after that?""End of log 84,173."The images of the two flickered, leaving behind only the video and Koldargram. Koldargram asked Abzerute, "I've also information the interactions Koldar has had with the Premier, Vi-Poi, if you wish to know of them. Would you like to?"( Abzerute, your go! )

Abzerute ignored the scarring on Koldar's body, listening more intently to his information regarding Zucceta's presence as well as the apparent transformation of one of Earth's warriors. His mind flashed back to Kanassa, where Zucceta had come out of the Tree Of Might, carrying the Earth's Kami after she'd defeated him... the possibility was there that he was the warrior that Koldar was referring to. A shame that he didn't include a description, but then again he was getting this information from someone claiming to be the Queen's sister. A shaky source at best already if he was honest. The hologram shifted to show off a monitor as well as extra people trying to watch the monitor.
The Emperor rolled his eyes before focusing on the details in the screen that was being shown. Zucceta in her Super Saiyan form, fighting against what looked like another pair of Super Saiyans, and some sort of energy construct monster? He couldn't quite tell from the damn Earth camera's recording of the event. As soon as he saw that Zucceta was speaking, he got his own system to try and read her lips as it were. Of course what made it much more difficult for the system was the fact that this was a recording on top of a recording, and the damnable Earth media kept shaking around, and the combat itself was forcing them all to move around too much. Out of the gibberish the machine did manage to get one word out of the whole mess before the video portion ended, sampled from various combatants in the field. Konats.
What's going on on Konats? Abzerute wondered, pursing his lips as he had already sent Polara off to Namek to check on the status of the Solar Saiyan Empire there, as well as the potential activation of the Dragon Balls. There was the Friion Force of course at his disposal... and it would give their new recruits some field experience. The bronze Emperor made a note to contact Friion and give the order to investigate Konats. If the Solar Saiyan Empire was interested in that world, he wanted to know why. He was snapped out of that line of thought though at the mention of Koldar's interactions with Earth's new leader. He gave a nod at the holographic representation of Captain Koldar. "Go right ahead. I'd like to get to know about my counterpart on Earth." he said.

"Very well. The commander has developed a graph, where it is measuring the approval of the Arcosian Empire and it's presence on Earth," Koldargram explained bringing up a basic time line graph, with approval numbered 1% to 100% vertically and period of the last five years.
Koldargram walked to the graph, anointing, "These are thoughts based from government officials questioned in regards to the work they have done with us, including trade and unions shared between our respective governments. As we can see in the period 5 years to about 2 years ago, we can see our relations had been shakey, hopping and dropping between 40 % and 55%. We were slowly rising to 55%, up until the time of the centurrial conference, which is of course held at the turn of a new Earth Century. At that point, we saw chaos and disarray and with it, a drop of approval by a while 8%! However, it is until wyntre show and takes the throne that we are this rise 3.87%, with her work being done. Upon Vi-Poi and his former alky, Reikiko, showing, we started to see a slow drop... Wyntre's policies and her inability to work with the Earthlings is dropping this approval, to about 49.4%. Something happens within the exchange between Wyntre and Vi-Poi, that causes the approval to drop to a all time low of 27.1%! This happened before the destruction of Arcose, which surprisingly didn't touch it."
The hologram brought its digital hand to where they stand today: 31.06%. It states, "Despite the commander being harsh, his call for unity spiked a decent increase to the approval of the empire, with him attempting to work more directly with Vi-Poi and the BBA directly, since their taking over as the main force of Earth's public defense. Due to him not being able to talk enough to the android, though, the following number was predicted over the course of the next year."
The line stopped rising, and actually began to drop to 29.8%. It noted, "This is under the belief that the android and it's own forces might not seem to establish relations once more with an Arcosian force. Koldar himself will be trying his best to stop such a drop, but he believes it would be wise strengthen forces and be wary of them. Though Namek was strangely restored to life, the Android leader had annihilated it off the face of the universe, and may be prone to do the same, should the reason or wish for it to happen... That is what I can surmise of this information. Anything else needed to be known? I have compiled in my banks analyzed data on the planet's environment and its people."

The Emperor of Arcose just stared blankly at the hologram and the information it was presenting to him. "...Approval ratings?" he inquired after a moments silence. "Seriously? THIS is the information Koldar procured from his dealings with Vi-Poi? Approval ratings?" Abzerute inquired, a growl present in his tone as he glared at the little projection of lights and sounds. "I don't give a flying toss about any damned approval ratings!" he briefly roared, his energy flaring around him before he got himself back under control. No sense in getting frustrated at an artificial construct... no, he'd save that for the real thing when they eventually made their appearance. What was most frustrating was that Koldar was stating the bloody obvious with the warning to build up strength and be wary of the Earth's current leader. As if Abzerute was some sort of idiotic moron that would not wish to be cautious when dealing with the inorganic entity that blew up an entire planet single handed. The fact though that Koldar's report said that Nameks restoration was strange indicated that the Captain had no knowledge of the Dragon Balls on Earth. That or he didn't see fit to include that into his report for whatever paranoid reason the Captain had. The bronze Arcosian shook his head at the holograms request. "Save it for another time... I'll need to go over the information provided thus far and formulate a strategy." he said before he went to shut the hologram down. Right now, he could give less of a toss about Earth for the time being. His primary concern was to make the Empire strong again, and to arrange for the Friion Force to investigate Konats. Whilst Polara worked on Namek, he would have them work on Konats... it would give their new recruits field experience, and also discover if the Solar Saiyan Empire was actually active on that world, and for what reason.
Seeking to end this thread Will take PL for it Polara Thermia , Koldar Frost
