[Thread PL: 342,216 | Cyber-Serpent (x29P) Active! Current PL: 9,924,264!]
A heavy wind howled through the rocky crags and spiked mountains of the Gizard Wastes, as the hooded Bing Gan slowly flew across the skyline. His eyes far and wide, looking for something in particular. It took him ages of searching, but soon enough, he did come across it: A large, rectangular arena, with tiles made entirely of pitch-black glass. Metallic junk that reached quite high acted as the "rope" of this arena, ensuring that even flying warriors wouldn't be able to simply run away from the battle without considerable effort. To some, this might seem like some forgotten meeting grounds for weirdos, but for Bing, it was an important place.
It was the resting place of Realigner Red.
The Cyborg lowered his hood as he stepped down onto the center of this monument to a maniac. He gave the place a cold stare, as flashbacks of the "Tournament" that was held here exactly a year ago ran through his mind. He was the first to fight the corrupted Virtual Poi on this glassed sand, and luckily, he was one of the last. Bing's gaze fell to a basket that resided on the outside of the arena. It had rotted over time, but it was once owned by Reikiko. The Bio-Android was a strange woman, but more often than not she had helped Earth when it was in a bad spot. Were it not for her, that vile virus would have prevailed.
He turned back to the center of the arena, a light smirk playing on his face as he repeated himself from ages ago. "Insignificant Crap-Head eh? I would have hoped for something more unique from a guy with a super-computer for a brain."
“Do not worry, Crap-Head, you will soon become a Crap-Heap.”
Bing's face drained of color for a moment as the voice of Red rang through his ears. He turned his head skyward, and in the sky floated the vile Realigner Red! Bing moved into a battle stance, but he quickly realized that the Red Robot in the sky was simply in his imagination. He sighed heavily as the apparition dissipated. It seemed so real in the moment, that it almost felt like his ghost was still here, taunting him. The Former Kami simply shook his head.
"Why am I even here?" Bing asked himself. He wished he knew the answer. Perhaps a part of him felt related to the virus that had taken hold of Vipoi so long ago. The machinery that was sticking out of him might have been from the Blue Banner Army, but he still wasn't comfortable with it. He still felt like there was a murderer hiding beneath all the fresh paint and new coding.
With another heavy sigh, Bing sat in the center of the ring, his eyes shutting as he began to meditate. It had been ages since he'd meditated. Perhaps doing so here would help clear some of his own self-doubt. He just hoped nobody vicious came about while he was here...

The heat was strong in the wastelands that day, yet despite odds there was.. a teenager about in the wastelands with a sketchbook, a bookbag containing a freezer bag full of water bottles nice and cold. There was a notebook as well as multiple pencils in the backpack, yet the teen seemed ordinary despite a few things. There was a certain darkness to her ki, a demonic darkness to be exact underlaying a more prominent human ki.
This specific teen girl was a Human/Demon hybrid and a student at Orange Star High. One of their star students, Tekuma often searched the Earth for species of animals to document in both her sketchbook and notebook respectively. Rarely she went without these and her trusty camera, for she didn't leave home without these. Mostly considered a nerd and a weakling, her father always made her wear the heavy blue wristbands around her wrists currently.
A strange figure caught the sharp eye of the demon hybrid, curiosity rising as she slowly slipped closer to investigate. Bing, being an android, had no senseable ki- to which the girl immediately identified the being as an android as to her knowledge on the mechanical world of these metallic beings. She had absolutely no idea how badly she was outmatched, and looking over a outcropping she noticed how odd the being looked. Was this a cyborg?

"Why the hell am I out here?"
The namekian asked himself as he trudged the wasteland before him. He vastly enjoyed the northern portion of this planet, but still... he just wandered into these landscapes without a thought in the world. Back on Namek everything was relatively the same so getting lost didn't mean any levels of severe heat or severe cold, but that was not he case on Earth... rather it was quite the opposite instead. This was his first time this far north since he left the Frappe Mountain range. Without a care in the world he just continued despite his distaste for the openness and blandness of parts of this planet, and they seemed to be rather common no matter where he took himself, North, East, South, or West.
It only took a matter of time however for something to fill that empty space he glared at for so long. He had no idea what it was... the design and purpose eluding him as his curiosity only led him closer to the structure, rather than avoiding it like an sensible person would. The namekian didn't fear whatever may be resting in the Gizard Wasteland, he was cocky enough to face whatever may throw itself at him. He was tempted to turn on the scouter on his face on, but would wait a moment before contemplating it, waiting for any sound or indication of life nearby before pressing the button to track nearby powers. Although if the power proved higher than his own he would be in a possibly deadly spot, his training as a warrior nulled this possible fear from himself instead.

The sullen silence of this desolate ‘scape was broken with a voice as loud and confident as the howling winds that seemed to perpetually wash over this place.
Noxa was given clear instructions: travel the world; learn about Earth and its cultures.
That’s what she did this day; it was the reason the woman had wandered so far into the wretched northern lands of Earth. It was likely the man who had given her those instructions didn’t intend for her to head to the dreary tundras and wastelands, where there was likely no civilization…
But it wasn’t made clear enough, so she did.
“HEY, GUY! WADDUP?!”
Noxa had her eyes set on the strange figure seated in the center of the obsidian arena she attempted to enter. Walking, in general, was hard to the scarlet-haired Bio Woman — all the layers of clothing were a pain to move with. Whoever set their sights on the figure would have been graced with the sight of a woman dressed to confront even the most cruel of blizzards.
Noxa wore a steel-grey polar jacket and pants to match; their fluffy nature inflated the woman’s already staggering 6’3” height quite a bit. She also wore heavy boots and reflective orange / red ski goggles. Her scarlet hair was still visible, poking every which way from her fuzzy hood and goggles.
The woman did NOT need this getup. However, she absolutely WANTED it. As she had discovered in her little adventure in Mt. Frappe: Noxa hated the cold. With a passion. It made sense, after all, she was engineered to thrive within an arid desert world whose sands were burnt with two suns.
Once Noxa had gained entrance through the junk-y ropes the woman waddled closer to the figure at the center. She had not bothered searching for Ki— an ability that was still second-nature to her, and thus not always active. Naturally, for this reason, the woman had not noticed her green friend or the hybrid that lingered yonder.
“YO! Are you busy? I could use some help.”
Her tone drastically lowered itself as she neared the meditating android. A rather hefty mountain hiking backpack strapped to her back; it reached below her tailbone and a few inches over her head.
The woman made her approach; she had no idea who that figure was — or even if it wasn’t some sort of statue or mummified corpse. Though, if it had a beating heart and a tongue to speak with it was likely he would assist Noxa. After all, she was here with a purpose a little more specific than the broad set of instructions Doctor Katsu had laid out for her.
Within her bag laid the items that were to help her accomplish her goal here.

It was not long after Bing had begun meditation that he suddenly sensed a handful of energies headed his way. They weren't exactly threats, and it seemed like they weren't exactly closing in on him, so he could rest easy. With a deep breath, he closed his eyes again, hoping nobody would interfere with his quick meditation session... “HEY, GUY! WADDUP?!”The incredibly loud shout coming Bing's way nearly knocked the Cyborg onto his back from sheer surprise alone! It seemed that this particular adventurer had slipped past his attention, as he was focused on the much weaker Ki coming from a ridge not far off. Bing slowly stood up, chuckling lightly as the strange girl who'd shouted slipped through the debris that stood in her way. The Former Guardian's voice escaped him from behind the metallic faceplate that covered his mouth. It sounded as though he was speaking through a walkie-talkie or a radio, despite being directly in front of the girl. "Hello there, miss. Aren't you a little... Over-dressed for this type of weather?"His eyes darted to the side for a moment, trying to catch a glimpse of the stranger hiding close by. Whoever they were, it was unlikely that he was sensing their true power. It was higher than the average civilian, but much lower than any fighter he'd ever sensed before. Perhaps they were wearing weighted gear? Bing turned back to the girl, his brow raising as she posed her question. "I'm free right now. What is it you need, friend?" Tekuma Mayakon you're up!

The cyborg seemed to meditate, until a surprise happened and Namorel walked into the desert. Whatever the Namekian was doing in a place devoid of water made her curious; was he some sort of Super Namekian that didn't need as much water as the rest? Was that even possible? A sudden yell startled the teenager, a familiar ki making her groan quietly under her breath. Noxa the Bio-Android was something that definitely put her on guard, ever since their last encounter in Satan City she'd taken to the library in order to find out exactly what she had sensed from Noxa.
Oddly enough, the bio android was stupidly crazy enough to wear.... hiking gear? In a desert? The android started to speak to the genetically modified creation, seemingly friendly. His voice sounded strange, the hybrid shaking her head to clear the random thoughts. He looked towards her, to which the young halfling got startled and sunk below the ridge. Her ki twitched nervously; leaving her rather wary of what was to come.

Namorel Powerlevel: 5,130 [-75% Heavy Weights;]
Time passed rather slowly as Namorel waited for a sound... or at least that was the way he perceived it, each breath feeling like an eternity. That was until he heard a familiar voice ring through the air. He was unsure if he should turn on his scouter however, with Noxa not being a threat... but who was the talking to? That thought made Namorel flip the switch on his scouter to turn the device into power tracking mode, first it rang in the lower power levels in the area, indicating a power level in the two hundred range, then one in the fourteen thousand range. It then began to beep rapidly and indicated for Namorel to turn his head slightly towards the stadium he now stood near.
"That power is immense!"
At first he started to shout this, but dropped his tone as soon as he realized how loud he was. If this high energy were hostile they may come for him after Noxa, but should he move in to warn her or wait while the two talked it out? Ultimately he would decide to stand by unless something went awry and she needed his help, maintaining his position nearby so that he could keep an ear on the situation at hand. Even if he knew he stood absolutely no chance against the final power the scouter recorded at any point.

The first thing Noxa took a note of was the quality of the man’s voice; it was heavily filtered and synthetic. She automatically assumed he was a robot or cyborg. Well, that or he was goofing around with a voice modifier. Either way, that wouldn’t matter much to her; she had no qualms with whichever case it was. However, as Noxa made her assessment, the presumed sentinel’s question did catch the redhead off guard.
“Over dress--?” Noxa caught herself before she could even ask him what he meant. A brief reflection as to how things looked from his perspective gave her that answer.
“Oh, right.” The woman shook her head, “No, no. I’ll definitely be needing all this gear soon; I plan on traveling further north towards Yunzabit Highlands… Or, at the very least I think that’s what it’s called. The mountain men only told me it was 'bloody colder than an Arcosian's heart'.” There was a roll of the woman’s shoulders — a shrug that also worked to remove her mountaineering backpack. The gear slipped from her left shoulder completely, her right arm extending out and holding onto the right strap to keep it from falling to the ground.
In the middle of her backpack removal the woman caught the sudden change in his gaze — something else had been here? Noxa’s nose twitched. Was this a trap or something? The scarlet-haired Bio’s ki sense extended, allowing her to scan the immediate surroundings with relative ease. By the time she registered the other two presences the man had already spoken.
Numerous factors led Noxa to believe that this wasn’t a trap. Initially, it was the man’s amicable tone. That coupled with his lack of discernible ki truly nullified him as a threat to Noxa. However, the other two lingering power levels were what solidified just how non-threatening this situation was. One of them was very much on the low end, for starters. And the other…
A gloved finger rose itself towards her strange android acquaintance. The woman gingerly set down the bag, making a point to gently rest it fully on the ground; she dared not allow the bag to even come close to ‘fall over’. Noxa then took a single step back, turning around. Her hands cupped around her mouth; her lungs filled with air. Soon, an echoing cry rolled through the landscape; her voice gave the howling gale a run for its money.
“NAMOREL, YOU LURKING NAMEKIAN GRUMP! I KNOW YOU’RE OUT HERE SOMEWHERE! COME OUT!”
With that, she exhausted her lung capacity. The woman’s hands came to lock themselves on either side of her hip, catching her breath. She could feel the onset of perspiration beginning to lace her skin… Maybe that robot man was right in regards to her clothes. Noxa reached for her ski goggles, pulling them down and allowing them to rest around her neck. Her glowing yellow gaze scanned the horizon for a few moments, waiting for Namorel to make his grand appearance.
Until then, Noxa turned to the man. “Sorry ‘bout that. I sensed a friend of mine nearby — must either have been training here… Or just hanging out. He’s Namekian, you see; wastelands and being alone is something we -- err, they do.”
The girl then found herself crouching, her hands carefully gripping the sides of the stuffed backpack and raising it.
“Anyway, right — about your question... I was wondering if you could help me with something.”
The woman gave the bag a snug embrace with one arm, while the other’s hand reached for the zipper. It would come undone, allowing the folds of the back to split and reveal what laid within.
Inside, the android would see dozens upon dozens of extremely high-end mining explosives. Nasty stuff meant to obliterate rock with precise enough explosions as to preserve mineral veins.
The woman then declared, eagerly and with a distinct cheerfulness in her tone.
“I need your help to blow this obsidian glass marker sky high!”

(Thread PL: 10,337,340) "That's quite a lot of ordinance you have there," Vi-Poi said to Noxa, hanging upside down in the air. Arriving at max speed, perhaps only Bing Gan would have seen him coming. Vi-Poi had thought not to come here. The remnants and relics of Realigner Red had been obliterated -- he'd seen to that himself. His duties as president were becoming a full-time endeavor -- he hadn't worn his armor since his battle in the Capital, and was back to wearing professorial tweed suits, replete with patched elbows -- so why come for such a morbid anniversary? He'd gleaned the power signature of his friend, and on the whim of his stirring ghost, he'd decided. There was sadness, remorse, and a strange sense of victory lingering in his machine heart. The android's bright blue eyes shifted to the unfamiliar Namekian and school kid. Had he been one who survived the attack, or was he restored by the Dragon Balls? Vi-Poi lowered himself to the ground and swiveled like the arm of a clock, until he landed upright on his feet. "Still trying to expand your abilities?" He asked Bing, putting his hands in his jacket pockets. "When we restore you with the magic of the Eternal Dragon, your progress will return to normal," He offered, tingling-aware of the fact that the Seven-Star ball was tucked neatly at the bottom of the small attaché hanging across one shoulder, below a thick tome of presidential paperwork. The small android scuffed the toe of his loafer against the dark glass until it gleamed with a dull polish, frowning thoughtfully at the pale face tenuously reflected. This had been where he and the others had won against Realigner Red. But it was also the last place he'd struggled against the monster, his consciousness beaten down into hiding, leaving the ghost of Poi catatonic. "So, you want to blow this place up?" Vi-Poi asked Noxa, replaying his own memory of destroying the undersea laboratory which had been the unwitting cradle to the virus.

Bing nodded, though still confused by Noxa's choice of attire. Sure, it made sense that she'd bring along that gear for the cold winds of Yunzabit, but wearing it here? It just made no sense! She could have just stuffed it all in a bag and took it with her, rather than melt with it on in the desert. He folded his arms, nodding again at Noxa's comment about Yunzabit. "I'd argue that doesn't sound cold enough. Yunzabit is frigid for sure. It's a great place to train your body to acclimate to harsh weather. If you're brave enough you should try heading that way with something less helpful... Like a t-shirt, or a Dogi!"As Noxa set her bag down, she slowly rose her finger, seemingly calling for Bing to hush for a moment. He blinked blankly, unsure of what she was doing. Perhaps she was listening for something? Before he could figure it out, the Bio-Woman shouted as loud as she could, calling out one of the Ki Signatures nearby. Apparently it was someone she knew! Bing cringed a bit at the sheer volume, but recovered quickly. "Namekian, eh? They're not very common on Earth, honestly. It's good to hear at least one of their Warrior's has swung by recently."An incessant beep suddenly came from Bing's crimson eye. It seemed an Android was fast approaching, and Bing only knew one person who had a power as immense as that. A happy feeling washed over Bing. It had been a while since he'd seen one of his saviors. Bing was brought back to the conversation at hand when Noxa revealed what she wanted to do here. The mere idea of destroying this place caused Bing to take a step back. He stared down at the dark glass tiles, his mind wandering. Was destroying this place a good thing to do? Before he could speak, the Premier of Earth arrived on the scene. It seemed the Android had decided to dress more casually nowadays. Wearing a jacket like that made him look much more like a politician than a defender of Earth. "Hey Vi. You late for an interview, or is the battle armor in the wash?" He gave his friend a bow, before answering his query. "In a sense, I suppose. Thinking back on the past is a way to improve the future."Vi-Poi spoke of the Dragon next, saying they'd be able to restore Bing to a Human when the wish was made. Hopefully he was right. As much as he didn't want to waste a wish on something as insignificant as himself, he didn't know how much longer he could stay this way. It was unsettling to be a Cyborg, to say the least. Bing simply nodded in response. The two of them turned to Noxa, who was intent on destroying this place. It was unclear what her intentions were, but perhaps ridding the Earth of this foul ruin was for the best. "Miss... This place is a relic of a battle waged a year ago. In a way, it's a monument to the vile virus that was stomped out all that time ago..." He looked to Virtual Poi, a playful expression on his face, before he looked back towards Noxa. "So... Just let me know what you need me to do, miss! I'll set them up wherever you need them."

Tekuma was watching from behind the safety of the ridge, watching the people interact a short distance away. Noxa tossed her backpack onto the ground, telling the cyborg she wanted to blow the place sky-high. The hybrid turned paler than normal, almost fainting at the thought. She shook herself out of it, grabbing her things and shoving them into her own backpack before running over to Noxa. At first she didn't realize who ViPoi was, and proceeded to confront the bio-android and the cyborg. Her eyes had a determination in them, while her ki hid a deep heartbreak..
"NOXA ARE YOU INSANE?! AND YOU, I DON'T CARE WHETHER YOU'RE STRONGER THAN I AM." She referred to Bing at the last part, "If you have the stupid idea to blow this place up, I will fight you to keep this place standing." Her jade-green eyes were determined, despite their ki difference she was rather brave. "There are many biological creatures built to stay in this landscape, and if you're trying to blow it up I won't let you!" Tekuma rummaged in her bag, taking a look at the bombs in the bookbag belonging to Noxa and grabbing a small pair of clippers.
The demoness muttered something in her demonic tongue, taking out one of the bombs whilist the Blue Banner Army book fell out of her backpack. The clever female began to disable the explosive; careful not to detonate it after tinkering with it. She seemed to be very good with machinery, and would continue to disable the explosive objects until they were all disabled. Once the girl was done, she'd put the tools she used away and make eye contact with the Bio-Android. "Not on my watch are you blowing anything up." And looking towards the other, smaller android she froze.
Virtual Poi was standing before her; and she hadn't noticed the entire time. Her face turned bright red with embarrassment; giving a hasty bow to the Premier. "Hello, Virtual Poi.. My name is Tekuma Mayakon; it is nice to meet you.." She realized the BBA book was on the ground, opened up to the chapter on the science corps and turned even redder in the face, hastily closing the book and putting it in her backpack before rubbing the back of her neck. "..Sorry. I've been reading up on the science corps to hopefully be a part of them one day."

Namorel Powerlevel: 5,130 [-75% Heavy Weight Reduction]
"Of course, remaining hidden was never a strong suit of mine..."
Namorel thought to himself as he stepped out from behind the pillar, his arms at his side as he stepped form it. There was a lack of luster to his step as he emerged from the location he wished to originally hide in, as it had proved to be a tireless effort it was rather pointless to continue there in his mind. The light reflected off of his bald head, lightly mattered in a small layer of sweat and his dogi hung lightly off his shoulders, only tight at the point of the waist where the belt sash held it tight. It was the usual attire Noxa and Tekuma would be used to the namekian wearing.
"Yeah, your friendly neighborhood namekian here. It seems we are at a split decision here? If so I would like to learn the history of this place... if I so may inquire before I pick to back either side."
Namorel spoke in a slightly sarcastic tone to stead himself, being revealed to two being who were obviously insanely more powerful than him or either of the females made him extremely unsure as to how he should act and he assumed a more casual tone would prevent an tenseness in the conversation at hand. As far as the history of the arena, he was legitimately curious as he had never been on Earth before this last month and wanted to lear about the many things he had missed. Based on the reaction of one of the stronger being to Noxa's inclination to blow the place up, perhaps it was the location of something terrible that had happened prior to his arrival on the planet, he was extremely curious.

Noxa responded to the strange man that she had so rudely interrupted. The grin she had when she unveiled her bombs lingered still. “Yeah! Namorel is great! I really wish there were more Namekians around... Although, I know; I should probably work on my resistance to cold, but I can't help it. I'm just so used to the boiling climate of the desert that being in places like Mt. Frappe just REALLY put me off. If I'm going on a long journey I might as well be comfortable, you know?”
And suddenly God said, “Let there be an upside down android!”
And there was an upside down android, hanging next to Noxa. Noxa, unable to either sense the presence of the sentient machine nor follow its movements, found herself nearly leaping out of her suit. The woman jumped a good 5 inches off the ground, letting off the most embarrassing squeal of surprise she had ever had the misfortune to utter. While mid-air, Noxa found herself clutching the bag. A single bomb nearly fell from its nesting place within the still-open bag. Thankfully, Noxa, being a woman more of reaction than premeditation, managed to snatch it before it impacted with the dusty obsidian floor. A single red tendril shot from within her scarlet mane, wrapping around the cylindrical explosive before it came near the floor.
It was also possible Noxa’s features had never before been so clearly laced with fear. She wasn’t exactly fearful for her well-being — between her sturdy nature and Namekian regeneration Noxa was sure she could walk free from a blast from these mining bombs. Of course, the woman was much less worried with the well-being of the strange man she had just met. Noxa was not a philanthropist; the stranger’s death would mean little to her. Though, that wasn’t to say she had zero investment to any of the present creature. Tekuma’s death would bode poorly for Noxa, mostly because Celmaru was a mutual acquaintance. And Namorel… Well, he was Namorel — her buddy.
The woman, having made sure to keep her beading heart in check, looked over to the figure that had just arrived.
“A-are you crazy?! You --!!” Just as the woman was about to go off on the new arrival, criticizing him for getting a jump on a woman filled to the brim with explosives — and maybe pressing the figure as to whether it was a boy or a girl — Noxa froze! That face — that hair…! Noxa recognized it!
T-this man was… The Premier of Earth! What were the odds?! He was the singular focus of most of the woman’s early reading while on Earth, before she had found a slight fixation with another high profile figure. It seemed all of those efforts to understand Earth’s political climate had paid off! Noxa, being gifted with the understanding of who this man was, knew just how dangerous his potential death would be! If this man were to die by her reckless handling of explosives Noxa would surely be the target of a planet-wide witch hunt. A witch hunt she very well would not be able to live through.
And just like that, the androgynous newcomer had become the single most important V.I.P. within the vicinity.
The stranger referring to the newcomer as ‘Vi’ completely sealed away all doubts Noxa had. It also subsequently made Noxa realize the two were friends of some sort, which, of course, meant Noxa also had to worry about this guy’s life. Great, Noxa was now suddenly in the middle of a social mine field!
The Premiere of Earth… Here. This moment felt too surreal.
The Bio Android was sweating bullets, now for more reasons than simply the temperature compounded by her choice of clothing. The redhead with the racing heart waited patiently for the Premier to finish addressing the stranger with the filtered voice. Most of what he spoke of made no sense to Noxa — ‘magic of the eternal dragon’? Sounded like some sort of those video games her acquaintance Wes would never shut up about.
Then, of course, the man turned his attention to Noxa. There was a hint of relief as the man Noxa had first contacted responded. His tone was jovial, and he didn’t seem directly opposed to her plans. Good.
A heavy sigh escaped Noxa’s lips, “R-right.” A hand reached within the bag, pulling another bomb, which she readied to hand over towards the jovial sentinel. “I--” Before Noxa found herself able to speak, she was rudely interrupted; one of the ki-signatures of yonder had rushed into the ring, shouting at Noxa.
The woman’s face went slack. No one had ever yelled at Noxa before. Ever. In fact, no one had ever so much as criticized the woman outside of Celmaru, much less given her a scowling!
Noxa was stunned.
A singular drop of sweat ran down her cheek, Noxa, unsure how to react as the bomb she had been handing to the man was swiftly swiped from her hand. The girl then began to feverishly disarm it. Considering Noxa wasn’t even sure how to really ARM the things… Well, this little one’s ability to so rapidly force the decide to be inert was rather impressive! While her mechanical skills were high up, Noxa found that her ability to rationalize, however, wasn’t up to par.
As the young girl reached for another bomb Noxa got on her tippy-toes. Her confused, slightly worried facial expression was quickly exchanged for one of irritation. The 6’3” woman rose the bag by its should straps — as well as the other bomb on her hair — way up in the air.
“Hey, hey, hey! Swiper no swiping!” The woman exclaimed, reaching out and placing a free hand over Tekuma’s forehead, keeping her back as she attempted to reach for more bombs.
“I don’t think so! I paid good money for these things…!”
Not her money, of course, but good money none the less.
“And I won’t let you so willy-nilly disable ‘em! They are expensive! Besides, your logic is flawed! Any creature evolved to survive this arid wasteland wouldn’t at all benefit from this clearly man-made structure. If anything getting rid of this thing would help the ecosystem and its community!”
Noxa huffed.
“Besides, I came here for a reason. I know there is treasure beneath this gosh-darn thing and by God, I will get it! It’s just like the two men who sold me these bombs said: why would someone build landmarks in the middle of nowhere if they weren’t marking something important?!” That was an experience Noxa had first hand. Her first meeting with Katsu a testament of just how alien structures often held sacred or valuable artifacts. The thought that Noxa had been swindled of her money never so much even crossed her mind, despite it having been the case.
As Noxa dealt with the bomb-defusing gremlin she felt Namorel approaching. His approach replaced her irritation with a soft grin,
“What’s going on, big guy? What are you doing all the way out here? Hunting for treasure too, or just creepin’ on me?” She chuckled at her own jovial jab, still balancing on her tippy toes, ready to pull away from another possible bomb-dismantling assault from the redheaded girl with an attitude.

(Making the assumption that the bombs are real, if not, they're just extremely convincing forgeries that even fooled Vi ) Vi-Poi was always a bit amused of the effect his celebrity could have on some. He even had a stalker or two, though he guessed he was one of the few public figures that didn’t really have to worry about everything that meant. His amusement grew during the somewhat comical struggle between Tekuma and Noxa, as the former’s attempt to disarm the bombs was met by a warding stiffarm. Large eyes brightened with a violet lambent glow as his 3D Scan Mode quickly dissected the bomb’s components and configuration. According to his analytics, Noxa’s payload was enough to blow this place sky-high, and then some. The idea that this buried treasure that Noxa mentioned might be remnants of his first body crossed his mind, but he didn’t think the recovery teams had left any trace. Even ash residue following Reikiko’s burning kikoho had been diligently retrieved. “Hope to be?” Vi-Poi asked Tekuma after running her image through the bluenet and crossreferencing it with her background and education. Impressed with her credentials, along with her keen attempt at the explosives -- what a professor might call a practical -- he enrolled her into the Science Corps. “Well, let me not get in the way of anyone’s hope. Welcome aboard.”To Bing’s teasing, the pale android lifted his shoulders in a shrug. “No one to fight," He explained to his dear friend. "I’ll wear the armor again when someone makes me.” Whoever that would be, would be in a great deal of trouble. Vi-Poi’s powers had been steadily growing again, with his newfound efforts to combine his codebase directly with the ghost. Who can say what sort of energy levels he might reach, when machine and spirit were fused as one? His focus returned to the querulous pair, stepping close, hands still in his pockets. “The first rule of treasure hunting,” Vi-Poi began, “is that you don’t tell strangers about the treasure.” He doubted there was anything -- his MOG couldn’t sense a thing besides the Dragon Balls, and there was no historical record -- but if it turned out there was a magical artifact, those were under Blue Banner protection. “The Namekian makes a good point. How do you know there is treasure here, and what is it supposed to be?"

The Cyborg blinked blankly as Tekuma revealed herself, screaming bloody murder towards Noxa for wanting to destroy this place. He wasn't really sure what the purpose of keeping it standing was. Did she really believe much wildlife lived near enough that an explosion would harm them? This place was nearly entirely barren; save for the dirt and sand, there was nothing to harm. As the Namekian arrived, Bing gave him a polite wave from his metallic hand. He seemed to be unsure of the whole situation, so Bing tried to give a quick explanation. "Well, this place is the battleground of a Tournament held by a villain named Realigner Red. Miss... Uh... Noxa I think? She said she wanted to destroy it. There's not much around here that would be harmed by the explosion, so might as well get rid of it, right?"He turned his attention back to Noxa and Tekuma. They were fighting over the bombs now. Though Tekuma was able to defuse what bombs she got her hands on, Noxa had the height advantage on her side, allowing her to keep the bombs out of reach quite easily. In all honestly, the exchange was quite comical. He would have laughed if he didn't think it would sound rude. Bing turned back to Vipoi, who seemed to be skeptical of the existence of treasure in the first place. He gave the Premier a shrug, before speaking. "I suppose it's not unlikely that there could be some treasure underneath the tiles. Red wasn't exactly the most sane person, after all; perhaps he hid something special down there?"
Sorry for the delay and a mediocre post. You're up Tekuma Mayakon!
