(Cryo Beginning)
[2917 WC]
[2917 WC]
The air was suffocating, nothing like it usually was. His rival, who had yet to share his name, stood before Cryo. Each one staring at one another, thinking disgusting thoughts about each other. Pitiful was what it was, they had only met a year ago, and had already had enough. Although, this was a true showing that they were for sure Arcosians. Cryo considered this an easy kill for him, an obstacle waiting to be passed. Indeed, it would be exceeded, nothing could stop the one and only in his mind. Absolutely nothing.
While Cryo only knew a select few techniques, the opposing knew a variety of devastating attacks. Some could be fatal if Cryo would allow the charging of the abilities. He couldn't let that happen, nor would he allow it to even commence. He would soon leave this petty excuse for a planet, and head to Earth. He sought-out training from whomever inhabited the heavenly body, even if they appeared weak. He knew that they couldn't be as frail in power as he was. It was impractical, and would end up exasperating for him. He knew they wouldn't be this weak, not a doubt in his mind would keep him from searching for power.
He struck, whilst in his thoughts, the unnamed Arcosian jabbed the unfocused opponent before him. Cryo jolted back, unknowing what had happened. Embarrassment was the one feeling that came before him, complete and utter mortification. It was a sign of weakness he would controvert as a flaw in his battle-self. Instead, he would take it as a indication of what was required of him in training that he arranged to do. His focus on the opponent was key in his journey for power. Watching every move, always willful of the enemy's every movement
He charged at his rival, then stop in mid-charge and fired a bullet of Ki energy towards the enemy. A purple beam rocketed towards the nameless Arcosian, but was an inaccurate attack, as it hit the shoulder of the personage. Certainly, he screamed in pain, but that wasn't enough. His true covet was the Frost Demon's head, mounted on a wall as a trophy of attainment. Not only would it serve as a good laugh, but it would show that he was one of them. One of the ruthless, merciless, relentless killers of his race. It wouldn't be easy, but he hadn't planned on it being that way. This was his current goal, and he looked to achieve it, with hard work and through being persistent in a bout.
Being unyielding in a fight is one thing, but showing that you're a devoted fighter is another. Cryo struck the nameless Arcosian's body with his fists, one of the only attacks he had. Ofcourse it was the basic strike, but it was effective at his power. It caused sever pain to the opponent, even if it wasn't as potent as his usual attack, the Death Beam as it was commonly known as. He continued to strike the man's abdominal area, hearing groans from the pain it was causing him. He resumed inflicting pain to his fellow Arcosian, refusing to cease. Although, the nameless one disappeared out of thin air, he was no longer sustaining damage from Cryo, as he drove the opponent into the ground using his elbow. Cryo's whole body crashed into the rocky terrain that he had been standing on before, unable to move an inch while laying there.
The thought of becoming paralyzed sickened him, but it had transpired, depressingly. He was motionless, his opponent was now pushing his powerless body about, just to taunt him. Making him infuriated, but all he could discharge was a stare, a blank stare that meant and did exactly nothing at all. The unnamed finally decided to end it, come to a conclusion in this fight that was pathetic. He charged a sphere of Ki in his palm, it charged into a small orb that split into four crystals that altered from a purple color, into a lighter green as if emeralds. Ultimately, he released the attack, but was interrupted with a strike to his jaw. Cryo had escaped from the grasp of his paralysis, luckily.
His punch sent his match flying into the rocky mountain behind them. Instinctively, he sent another bullet of Ki energy his opponent's way. Once again, it was the Death Beam, the finger beam soared toward the enemy, making impact in his skull. The crack of the bone could be heard from Cryo's position, which was a few feet away. It was a deafening sound, even if it was only a snap of a bone. The Arcosian was dead, no doubts. He had completed his one goal, and it had come quite easy. Although, his next task approached, how to travel to Earth? Well, this could be accomplished quite easily, use one of the space ships that were in repair.
He flew towards the repair yard, and entered a ship that was identical to each and every one in the vicinity. He quickly figured out the flight controls, or atleast those that were simple enough to understand their functionality. He set the final destination as Earth, in order to complete his task, then to receive even more. He slept, using the function to awaken him once he arrived. He needed to be at full power once he showed himself to Earth's inhabitants, and possibly even ended their pathetic lives.
-Part 2-
The computer awakened him soundly, and he quickly arose from his sleep. Although, a problem erupted, they were only a quarter of the way there. He rubbed his eyes, blinking continually, then began speaking to the computer. "Computer, why have you awoken me? We are not even close to halfway there." The computer had a simplistic response, "You have arrived, Cryo." He looked out of the Arcosian spacecraft's windows, and could see various planets that were in a variety of colors. His eyes widened, the sizes of the planets, enormous, all of them. He once again decided to command the computer, "Computer, scan the planets in front of us and inform me of the planet's condition on its surface, if there are any cases of post battle damage."
The computer gave reports, and responded quickly, after gathering the basic information, "Sir Cryo, all the planets are in completely fine condition. There has been no signs of the planet being damaged or its inhabitants being at war, the atmosphere scan shows they have not had any visitors at all," the computer responded with a decent report, to the Arcosian’s surprise, and the look that was once a straight face, soon turned into a smirk.
The smirk turned into devilish laughter, "Well then, this is quite a surprise. Either they have detected the inhabitants to be too strong to properly conquer, or the planet conquerors have become sloppy with their work. I wager that it is the latter, which means we have a golden opportunity on our hands. In this universe it is first come first serve after all." Cryo continued his laugh, then clenched his fist, ecstatic with his case of luck. "Computer, can you calculate the average powerlevel on the planet in the center? This shall be interesting..."
"Indeed Sir Cryo, the average powerlevel has been calculated, and comes in at three-hundred-fifty-two. The planet is identified with the name Neverro," the computer provided a precise report on the planet before them. Infact, he wanted to trounce on the inhabitants of the heavenly body. Thus, show them who is the latest tyrant. "Computer, set course for the planet Neverro," Cryo demanded the computer, with a smirk as he tapped his fingers on the control panel of the spacecraft. His ship changed its destination, in order to wipe a planet's inhabitants of existence.
The prodigious ship shook as it debarked. Cryo decided that he must acquire the information as of where the civilizations were on this planet, considering its size, there was most likely only one full society that thrived, and was host to the race's leaders. He once again spoke to the computer, "Computer, find me any heat signatures that are together in a specific area if you will. Afterwards, get around five miles from the area of heat." The computer checked across the planet in order to fulfill Cryo's request for a search for any traces of heat. A single uproar would be noted.
The computer responded, "Sir, the highest heat signatures are located three miles from your current location. Would you like to progress into the civilization?" He nodded hearing the report, three miles wasn't a bad flight, and could even loosen him up. After being in the spacecraft in a deep sleep for as long as he was, he needed to stretch by travelling towards his destination. Thus, he rejected the thought of advancing closer to the destination.
The ramp slammed into the craggy terrain, allowing Cryo to exit the spacecraft and step onto the planet itself. He was already abhorring this one celestial body, knowing that the temperature was balmy and made him want to pass out after just a few strides. Not many people can say they completely disdain a planet after only five minutes since emerging from a ship. The only objects he could distinguish were rocks, or small animals with powerlevels only reaching around five at the maximum.
He felt something off in the distance, a multitude of powerlevels infact. They were weak, not strong enough to even scuff Cryo's body, this was one of the weakest planets that had actual speaking occupants. The Arcosian knew this due to his Ki Sense, which allowed him to scout out what powerlevels people had. This ability was quite convenient, and had many serviceable uses to Cryo, or anyone else in that matter. He soared into the sky, then made his path towards the society that was obviously thriving, as there were many powerlevels under about fifty, and a few over five-hundred. Although, this wouldn't be a problem for Cryo, he was stronger than that, he had more power than anyone else in the vicinity.
He detected the village that he was approaching, closer and closer he got, as buildings looked more clear. They were small huts, but this was possibly the only source of life on the planet that was in any way interesting. He landed, only a few feet away from the most outer hut. Nobody was outside, they all seemed to be in a large tent that was about half a mile wide. Cryo conjectured on what the species was doing, perhaps having a get together, that was soon to be put down. He decided to simply stroll in, instead of putting a hole into the tent and causing total destruction for no reason. He was here to kill, not to make a mess of things. Therefore, he would only leave bodies with the impact of his death beam in them, this was the only reasonable option for him.
He entered, showing many tall figures. Their skin color was a violet, and for most of them, their hair reached down to their necks. He could pick out which were warriors, and which were just the peasants. Also, he noticed one that seemed to have a cloak and some sort of crown. Perhaps it was the king, or another warrior that was only in the upper ranks. The race itself didn't seem very strong, but they all seemed intimidating. He noticed a few that had more armor than the others, perhaps they were the officers, and the crowned one was the actual monarch.
They stared at him, all of them, about thirty pairs of eyes were facing him. Ten peasants, ten warriors, four officers, and one king. One spoke, "Intruder! Execute him at once!" It was the king who decided to give orders, and the officers who repeated them. The Neverrans ran in fear, and the warriors stepped up. A few at the start, only around five, and they all looked confident. Cryo figured that they couldn't sense how powerful he was, nor could they know that he spoke their language, which was now a common one across the universe. One of the officers grabbed onto a communications device, and began shouting into it. He could hear what he was saying through the many receivers in the others ears.
All Neverran warriors! Report to the Meeting Tent at once! I repeat, all Neverran warriors report to the Meeting Tent!
Cryo looked around him, figuring out his surroundings. Nobody appeared to be behind him, neither were there any residents of the planet that could enter. The Arcosian glared at the opponents that stood before him, all looking fierce. He swiftly moved, sending a flurry of punches and kicks, basic attacks, their way. He switched between them, not focusing his full attention on just one of the Niverrans. They already were starting to bleed, drops hitting the ground from their now scarred faces. He continued to inflict damage, then discerned five more Niverrans cascading towards him. Therefore, he reacted speedily, charging a purple beam upon his fingertip. In a matter of seconds, it was released and spiraled towards the five in a formation that left them vulnerable to a fatal attack.
Thus, Cryo took advantage to the situation and charged his Death Beam once again, as it collided with their skin and caused purple blood to escape their bodies that now had a hole in them. All five had been struck with the bullet of Ki energy, and all had passed from its deadliness. The ones that the Arcosian had punched and kicked to a pulp, slowly continued to bleed out, whimpering in excruciating pain where Cryo had made contact with his hands and feet. Most stood back now, their eyes wide open as ten of their comrades dropped down to the mountainous ground below them.
Now the officers stepped forward, they carried large swords with them as their weapon. The Neverran king stood behind them, doing nothing but watch. Although, what could he do? He was not much stronger than his officers, and he only had half of the Arcosian's powerlevel. Infact, he had no doubt that he would die this day, and possibly their whole race would be wiped out. An officer attempted to do something instead of staring at the intruder to their planet, swinging his sword mercilessly at the infiltrator. Unfortunately, Cryo knew one of them would do this, so he simply dodged the clumsy attack and took hold of the sword in the Neverran's hand.
After snatching the sword, he decided to use it in order to kill the inhabitants of the planet. Cryo briskly stabbed the officer that had given up his weapon of choice, causing him to spew blood from his mouth as well as his new wound. The sword was now bloodied, as the Arcosian pulled back on the hilt in order to extract it from the man's body. The Niverran officer dropped onto the ground, then fell forward without any signs of further life. Another officer decided to rid of his battle knowledge, as he oscillated his sword into the air, then brought it down, where he found a gaping hole in the center of his chest. He let out air, and his death consisted of identical events as his fallen comrade.
Cryo then decided to strike first on the next one, feeling like it would be unexpected. Sadly, this one seemed more combat ready that the other two disgraces, as the alien blocked his attack and made a cut into the Arcosian's skin. He snickered as he looked down, a small cut that had no effect on his body. Cryo swung for the alien's legs, desiring to cut off both or atleast one of his limbs. He succeeded, as the legs were hit by the sword, resulting in them being shredded, as they simply just came off of the body. The Arcosian chortled once more, as he saw the limb fall off, and the lifeless body falling with it. A devilish scene indeed, they were clumsy fighters who deserved to have their lives ended by such a man.
One more remained, and his life was ended shortly as Cryo cut up his body into death. In the end, only the king stood before him. As well as the peasants who cowered in fear at the sides of the large tent. The king waved his hands, "Please! Please don't hurt me! You've killed my brethren, but you mustn't kill me!" It was a sorrowing show, the king pleading for his life, that was practically over at this point. He was the king of no one, absolutely nobody would call this planet their home after Cryo ends his short-lived visit. Some people would call him a monster, but he would call himself a power-hungry tyrant, which is what his species is known to be as.
The king closed his eyes, not even putting up a fight. Therefore, Cryo placed the sword into the Neverran king's skull, as his body became ragdoll and dropped to the ground. Afterwards, the Arcosian slaughtered the remaining peasants that hid from him, but neglected to escape the area. Such idiots, atleast that was what Cryo thought of them, if they wanted to live, they should have ran away instead of being complete and utter imbeciles. It seemed like all who died wanted to, and it was their greatest desire.
