So these were made a long while back and were, very much likely, approved by Bao who didn't fully look them over.
I have since changed them around slightly to fit in with KP and the system more but I hadn't made the information completely available. So here's the information.
They are variant attacks. The power of the attack is split by three over three turns if it lands - however in order to avoid that, the opponent has to dodge it on the turn it is thrown - it's speed is not split up as that wouldn't make sense.
Here is an example to better explain it.
Turn 1 Player 1 (1,000 PL) fires V2 Burning Blast for 111/333 PL. It hits Player 2. For that turn and their next two following posts, they take 111 PL hit
Turn 2 Player 1 regains a KP bringing them up to 2/3. Player 2 takes another 111 PL hit
Turn 3 Player 1 regains a KP bringing them to 3/3 Player 2 takes the final 111 PL hit.
Things to note: One, while your opponent is being damaged, you can gain KP still and use other techs. Two, if your opponent is a Bio Android or Majin trying to absorb someone - a damage over time technique prevents them from interacting with a corps and disrupts absorbs for the full effect of the damage over time.
