Hey everyone.
We've had an influx of new artists, which is wonderful.
But we've also started to run into several problems. First and foremost, the deal-killer: forum members selling art for money is a violation of the non-commercial clause of our License. So any and all cash solicitations for art services must end on-site. Second, we've had issues where people who engage in a commercial transaction with one another on-site end up with grievances that are unmitigated. As a ProBoards site, we cannot in any way, shape, or form assume any liability for outcomes of a commercial sale or service. So all transactions of that nature will now be done completely off-site, without any support whatsoever from the site.
The new rule is as follows:
All sales or solicitation for any paid service must be done completely off-site, and this activity is completely unaffiliated with World of Dragon Ball: Souls and ProBoards.
What this means practically is you may have an art thread, with your deviantart or whatever link, but you can absolutely under any circumstances no longer advertise products or services for cash values on-site. This includes letting members know that you can buy art from your deviantart page. You can link it in your art showcase thread, but you can't solicit.
Artists, please update your threads accordingly or they will have to be removed.
