Arias floated along, looking at her pale, ghostly body. She had no power.. it drove her insane. No way to train or get stronger, she felt like she was perpetually sitting on her laurels with how unproductive she was. Anger bubbled in her heart for being so foolish to trust anyone. Would even Zerori backstab her? Did she have enough power to rip out of the afterlife? Too many questions ran through her head. It frustrated her beyond belief, making her further angry.
She tried to shove the thoughts aside, as she floated along and bumped into someone, who she last saw 13 years ago. It was her mother. Arias stared, mouth agape as she looked at her mother. Looking around, her entire family was in this dip of the land. Pearly, opalescent tears ran down her cheeks as she looked at her family. "M..Mother.. Father... Even Grandma... What is everyone all here for?" Arias asked, brushing the tears from her eyes. A strange sense of purpose was emanating throughout the group, and she could sense it.
Her grandmother spoke, lips tightened and seriousness in her tone. "To get your body back." She replied, meeting her granddaughter's eyes with her own.
Arias stared as her relatives, spare her mom and dad, put their hands in front of them, and channeling their very existence into her. Arias stared, not knowing what to say until she realized exactly what they were transferring. "NO! MOTHER, STOP THEM!" Cried the young hybrid, as a searing pain split through her pale, ghostly body.
It felt like fire, as she was lifted into the air, unable to move. She howled as it started in her head, traveling slowly down to her hips. The Saiyaness' eyes widened, her upper body had color.. she could feel her arms again! Arias watched as her dormant power began sparking from within her chest, boosted as her entire body came into view, her ghostly tail giving way to her legs and feet. Arias looked as her relatives all.. dissolved.
Grief washed over the hybrid as she realized she would never see them again. The female warrior wiped away tears that were forming in her eyes, and took a deep breath.
Arias spoke, awe and sorrow in her tone. "I.... I'm physical. My power is back... Was it worth it to lose my relatives.. Why couldn't I stop them.." Arias sighed, flying into the air before remembering something.
She flew down, hugging her parents tightly, purring as they hugged her back. The hybrid took off, waving goodbye. "I'll make you both proud, momma, poppa.[/font]" She said softly, as she flew off into the wastes of Hell.
After flying for a short amount of time, she realized she had something heavy on her back. Reaching up, she pulled out a gorgeous blood-red blade, the Saiyaness was surprised. It wasn't the sword she'd lost as she died in the shoulder of Kay-El. Yet, it just felt... Natural. Like it was an extension of her arms. Examining the shimmering blade, she blinked slowly as she floats to the ground slowly. Upon touching the ground, she slowly channels her ki energy into the blade.
Her blade began to glow, the ki flow visible inside the blade. Smirking slightly, the Saiyaness decided to practice a new technique she thought of whilst meditating. Closing her eyes, she formed a bond with her ki, then snapping her eyes open she slashed her blade in a quick X pattern. The two ki slashes bonded upon touching, forming an X as she wrapped it around a boulder and caused it to explode on contact.
Shielding her face from the flying pieces of the Boulder, Arias blinked noticing it had taken effect. Never before had she seen or heard of ki having the ability to home in on a target, but she had just proven to herself it was possible. Shaking her head, she twirls the blade, before sheathing it and taking off further into the pits of hell.
Yet again a voice began nagging her at the back of her head, causing her to sigh in frustration. Not now.. Please just go away.
You do know the only way to make your parents proud is to be a respectable warrior, right? You don't seem like it to me.
SILENCE YOU FOOL. Just keep doing what you are doing, Arias.. Stay loyal to the empire. The people who were there for you much more than your parents ever would be.
She needs to apologize! Just look at what she's done it'll only get worse if she keeps running from it!
There is no need for her to apologize. She's always been loyal to the empire, she should feel no remorse for them pulling her away from those whom she owes her life to! Stop trying to pull her from her destiny.
ME?! No it's you pulling her friom her true destiny! Maybe you should be the one to shut up!
Both of you, please just go away.. Leave me alone! I don't need you, whatever Walker did to my head to make you two be my conscience makes me wish I never asked for help! What the hell you two are doing is just driving me further batshit insane!
Arias groaned in frustration, flying down and resting under an overhang, closing her eyes with teeth gritted faintly. Having two consciouses sucked, considering they contradicted each other, bickering inside her head and telling her two different ways to go, ripping her mind in half and fueling her deteriorating mental state. Soon there would be a point of no return...
