Name: Frozen
Alias: The Exiled One
Species: Arcosian
Gender: Male
Age: Is very young, though exact age is unknown
Appearance: Stands at around 5 feet with dark blue skin and red eyes. His chest is covered in white bio armor, the same for his lower legs, arms and head. Two straight black spikes protrude from either side of his head. His irises are a deep red, though without pupils. Frozen's feet each has three long toes and he possesses a long tail reaching about 3 feet in length. Frozen keeps a friendly expression on his face whenever he can, as he is always trying to make friends. Frozen keeps a relaxed, but observant composure, eyes always focused on one thing or another. Frozen has a blue crystal cap on his head, along with one in the center of his chest and ones on his wrist guards and shin guards.
History: Frozen was born on an isolated planet on the edge of the Arcosian Empire. He born to a family that firmly believed in the tradition of Survival of the Fittest and that no one was more fit than their family. When he was born, Frozen's power was substantial, though not great enough by his parents or by the community in which he grew up in and was shunned as a result.
Frozen was alone for several days and weeks, unable to get any sleep. The constant boredom tugged at his mind frequently, and made him wonder if his parents actually did send him off to train. He may have been a child, but he wasn't stupid. He wasn't ignorant to their expressions as he failed to meet the set bar. Frozen worried that they sent him away because they didn't love him. He worried that maybe he wasn't good enough to be their son, which ended up to be the case. With luck on his side, the randomly programed pod was found and captured by a group of junk scavengers, looking to tear apart the pod for scrap. They were surprised to find a live arcosian inside their scrap and immediately went about attempting to destroy him too. In his emotionally distraught state, Frozen lashed out at the scavengers, killing them quickly, easily, ending their lives before they could his. Frozen hadn't killed anyone before now... It wasn't like the beasts he had hunted back home. It was horrible, but also satisfying. It was vile, but also pleasing. It scared him deeply that this feeling could be perceived as anything but horrible. He didn't have time to dwell on it, though, as more scrappers came in from the ship, these ones bigger and more powerful than the last. They gave Frozen more trouble, landing a few hits, blocking some of his own, but they too fell before Frozen's wrath. He worked his way up the massive ship, killing all who opposed him and keeping those that didn't alive. He made his way to the helm of the ship where he had a fight with the captain, easily the strongest of the scrappers.
The fight was was even at first, but slowly, the young arcosian was able to overpower the captain of the ship and end him with a death-beam through the heart. Exhausted, but not out of power, Frozen ordered the helmsmen to take him to the nearest occupied planet, which just so happened to be Earth, only a few weeks away. The young arcosian used this time to heal himself from his wounds and manage the ship, since most of the staff died trying to kill him. Frozen held no grudges against them, and tried to avoid talking about the battle as much as possible. Throughout the weeks, two separate rebellions were staged in an attempt on Frozen's life. The first one failed horribly, but no one was killed. As they attempted to storm the Helm, Frozen defeated each and every member of the coup, sending the worst injured ones to the infirmary and the rest back to their posts. The second one was lead by the Daughter of the Captain whom Frozen had killed, her being the Second in command of the ship. Frozen she rallied the stronger members of the ship, one being another outcast arcosian and threw them at Frozen in an attempt at vengeance. He barely managed to fight off the coup, almost being defeated by the captain's daughter in single combat. He maintained order after that, though. 1 other attempt at Frozen's life was made, constructed by the daughter of the captain, though the ship rallied around him instead. Whether it was because Frozen was so much more powerful than these scrap-hunters or if it was because he refused to kill these remaining ones, they isolated the threat and negated the danger before it became known to the Arcosian. Frozen reached earth, setting down in the polar regions that reminded him of home. A bitter sweet feeling. The junk-traders left with mixed feelings about the young arcosian, but that was okay. They were free and he had a new home. Earth.

Personality: Kind, observant, blunt, confident, accepting of loss, respectful of power. Long combat causes Frozen to become more violent and bloodthirsty than he normally would as he gets into combat. While he's like this, he becomes more sadistic, uncaring and more of a killer. If necessary to attack the opponent, Frozen would (and has) attack innocents if it would draw the opponent into taking the blow. That being said, Frozen is ashamed of this side of him and attempts to suppress these compulsions whenever possible. He is not always successful and can sometimes be a danger to those he tries to protect. With all that in mind, Frozen cares deeply for the planet and everyone on it, believing that, even if he ends up having to kill a few of its people, he's doing it for the greater good. This can sometimes put him at odds with other earthlings/Z-fighters. While in his normal mental state, Frozen is generally ashamed of any killing he has to do or feels obligated to do, but not enough to deter him from doing it. His Arcosian heritage teaches him that killing for the sake of their kind is not a bad thing, but he still doubts it regardless. Frozen holds no grudges against his kind for what happened in the past, only holding his parents responsible for his abandonment. He has the goal to one day seek them out and prove that he is indeed worthy of being their son by defeating them in battle. This is one of the two reasons Frozen fights. The other being that he has a permanent home now on the planet earth. He never considered his birth-planet his sanctuary, for it was not. Earth was more open to him, kinder, letting him evolve at his own pace. That freedom makes Frozen want to defend it, to make the planet truly his.
In his sadistic state, though, Frozen still cares for his planet, but is much more open to slaying anyone that would pose a threat to the goal at hand. Those that wish to conquer Earth might want the citizenry in tact so this state of Frozen would simply blast a city if he was sure it would draw the opponent into taking the hit. If the villain cares not for the people, but for kin, Frozen would go about exploiting that weakness in any way he can with a gleeful smile on his face. Frozen, while like this, is much more like his fellow Arcosians than the kind he had grown up to be. Maybe his parent's teachings did get to him after all.
Alignment: Neutral Good

When he was born, Frozen's power was substantial, though not great enough by his parents or by the community in which he grew up in and was shunned as a result.
His life was a tough one, with Frozen being subject to constant abuse through training, through domestic, whatever his parents could do to toughen him up, to make their son worthy of fighting among their ranks.Frozen turned out to be a massive disappointment. He never could quite reach up to the absurdly high standards his parents had set for him. Frozen was surely strong enough to defend himself and often took to hunting the beasts of the planet as his training exercises. He even defeated a few of the other arcosian opponents his parent's had set out for him to fight despite them believing he'd fail. These achievements were meaningless to his family, however. Frozen just wasn't the dream son they wanted to have, the one they wanted to carry on their legacy.
As Frozen grew up, his power never grew to the levels that were expected of him, whether through training or not. Unable to deal with the shame of him being related to their bloodline, Frozen's parents took it upon themselves to execute Frozen, to end his life so they could start anew. As Frozen slept one night, his father placed a hand to his head, ready to blast his mistake of a child of the face of their family. It would be so easy too. Just one simple blast and they could start over. And yet... he didn't Frozen's father left the room and his son alive with Frozen completely oblivious to what his father almost did. The days went on as normal, with Frozen going about his daily rounds, but his father wasn't present to remind him of his goals. This worried the young arcosian. He found out later that day that his father had arranged transport for his son to leave the planet on a completely random course under the guise that he was being sent to train with another family member on another planet. This news excited the young arcosian and eagerly set off into space with the one-man pod provided by his family. Frozen was alone for several days and weeks, unable to get any sleep. The constant boredom tugged at his mind frequently, and made him wonder if his parents actually did send him off to train. He may have been a child, but he wasn't stupid.
