Her ship, a shock of pink and black, landed in the wastelands near where Arias called home the last time Kay was on Vegeta. Stepping out, a dark, blue-green aura surrounded her like staring at her through a window down in the depths of the ocean. Her body was covered in pearlescent with her active transformation, she was trying to master it and figured if she kept it up that would help her control it. It didn’t take long before she saw a house, a slightly different one than the one before, but with the move and whatnot it couldn’t be anyone else’s - Arias’ house was the only one in this area last time she came around. “ Let’s go say hi to an old friend,” she said, and let Nana lead the way to the house. Her wings spread out from her back like tattoos coming to life and Kay-El Coliflo took to the air, liking to be able to look people in the eyes more easily. It felt better to fly than to walk, too, more natural somehow and she moved better in the air and in water than she did on land using her own two feet. Nana approached the door and knocked a few times and Kay called out, “ Helloooooo, are you in there? Arias?”

Arias was sitting in her home silently, thinking about the possible threat of death from Earth. She figured by now people were going to come after her, to bring her down. Looking at the ceiling as she flopped backward onto her plush bed, she stared at it and thought of exactly what had happened. She knew she was scared, but hopefully she would be able to meet with Kay-El here. If there really was a threat to her, she was going to need backup.
A flash of ki caught her senses, and Arias sat bolt upright. Is that.. Kay? She's coming this way.. Thank Vegeta she's coming. Great timing too.. A relieved smile spread across the pregnant warrior's face, as she stood up and quickly tried to mask her emotions upon hearing knocking on the door. She listened to Kay's voice, and figured that she didn't have anyone else with her. Relieved, she checked and watched Komatsuna, her kitten, hop onto her shoulder from the nightstand.
The Saiyaness walked to the door, opening it and nodding to Kay-El and her apparent relative. Looking around, she whispered to them and stood by to let them inside. "I need to speak with you. Come inside, quickly." She said, and if they accepted she would shut and lock the front door, and lead the way into the living room. Sitting down on a plush chair, she looked at them, waiting for them to take a seat before she would speak.

Space travel did not agree with the young human.
Kay had been absolutely fine during the entire trip, and from that, Alex had been more than a little jealous. He had never done well with air or sea travel either, and this seemed to simply be an extension of that. His eyes closed as he lay in the bed on the ship, waiting for the trip to be over. Kay had excitedly announced that they were nearing Vegeta, and Alex gave a low grunt. He didn't want to watch the landing.
After hearing Vi-Poi's speech about the Saiyans, and even speaking to the man (briefly) in person, Alexander had been interested in the Saiyans, and what they brought ot hte table. He wanted to know what it is they did, and what they were that made Vi-Poi fear them, or at least, fear what they were capable of, so much. The saiyans that he'd run into previously hadn't really given him a lasting impression, though Kayle the Half-Saiyan certainly had. Still, he wasn't about to doubt what a fellow as strong as Vi-Poi had talked about, and so when the chance came for him to go and check out Vegeta...he'd accepted.
He was still in something of a big brother role to Kay, or at least, self-appointed. Though, after the incident with the Witch, he didn't really believe that the girl /needed/ a guard, so much as she needed someone around for others to take seriously. She was still a child in the eyes of many, and while her guard filled that need quite well, it never hurt to have another, even though Alexander himself was still a young man, by human terms.
As the ship landed, Alexander gave a small grunt as the thing set down. Immediately, being on solid ground seemed to do wonders for his senses, even as he heard the door open up ahead. He'd already forgotten, in his sickness, who she was here to see again. Still, he lurched up to his feet, the normally stoic human looking a little green around the gills as he made his way from the ship, setting his feet on Vegeta's red dirt just in time to see the door close. Kay and her guardian had just gone in, and so Alexander gave a small sigh as he moved, making his way over to the door as well before giving a small knock. "You want me to keep a lookout?" he called in, not sure if he was going to be invited inside or not.

"I need to talk to you, too," she said seriously when Arias opened the door. She waited a few moments, turning to Alex and saying, “You seem better now we’re off the ship.” It was nice having someone that wasn’t herself or Nana to travel with. Of course, she and Alex had been on several adventures together back on Earth and he’d proven himself good in a fight more times than she could count. It was good to have him watching her back. “Yeah, why don’t you and Nana stay out here and keep an eye on things?” she said, taking his suggestion seriously before turning back to Arias. Casting a quick, furtive glance around the desolate, empty wasteland (aside from themselves, of course), she looked up at Arias and just nodded. Following her in she stepped aside so Arias could lock the door - not that this place was a fortress or anything like that, but locking the door surely couldn’t hurt to slow someone down. If she were in Arias’ position, she’d probably have done the same exact thing. Probably. “I’ll stand,” she said simply. “If that’s okay… been cooped up in that pod for the last however many hours,” she added with a smile, sure Arias would understand. Besides, if she remained standing it meant she could react faster if she needed to. Arias

Arias seemed to be very worried about something, her eyes glancing around in a fearful fashion. Sitting and looking at Kay-El, she put her head in her hands. "Kay. This is serious. After a long time, I forcefully ripped out a nanochip implanted in my arm. I fled Earth, because I was sick of being treated differently than others. I was suffering there. I came here to get away from all the prejudice against me. So that my kids didn't have to suffer like I did. Nobody understands, and by now I'm probably wanted dead by the Earth and the Galactic Patrol. They don't exactly know I came here, but I figured it was safest to come here. I'm a SSE member and I stand by this. I have been my entire life."
Noticing she was rambling, she quickly shut up. "But.. I fear I will be killed. All I want is to protect my family. To be FREE. But I can't... they just won't leave me alone. What is it you wanted to speak about? I'm sorry for rambling, Kay." The warrior replied, distress and fear permeating her voice in every chord.

Alexander nodded to Kay, letting her go in and speak with the saiyan woman. Alex remembered her a bit from when they'd spent time out at the lake, but only vaguely. He seemed to recall her being something of a loose cannon, attacking and biting those around her before she'd fled. It hadn't exactly been the greatest first impression, but he had never seen the woman again to get another one. Now, however, in the brief glance that he'd gotten from her, she seemed to be rather...frightened. Like a rabbit or a dog with its tail between its legs, rather than the slightly crazed saiyan warrior that he'd witnessed back on Earth. He had no idea what the reasoning was behind the sudden change, but he imagined it had to do with Kay wanting to visit her.
He shook his head then as he glanced over at Kay's babysitter, the woman decently strong for a human, but it seemed that the time put into watching Kay had limited her own training, as Alexander wasn't certain she was any stronger in the slightest. He shook his head, then, looking away out into the landscape that surrounded them. The planet of Vegeta was a rather miserable place, from what he could tell. Things didn't seem to be very...good, all things considered. The soil was dry, the planet arid, and the higher gravity likely meant that whatever plants they did have, would have to struggle against that in order to grow, which very likely didn't allow them to have much of anything in the way of produce.
The male gave a small sigh as his right arm tingled, and he could tell that the Void was hungry. It had been awhile since he'd had a chance to really let loose with it. The short Gauntlet that he'd gone through back on Earth had done little to scratch its itch, and now it was demanding more. Thankfully, he was enough in control to keep it from simply overriding his senses and attacking Nana, Kay or Arias out here in the open. Not that it seemed there was anyone around for miles, anyway, but it never hurt to be on the safe side. Inside, he could hear the two talking, but he didn't pay it much mind. The conversation was mostly between those two. He was mostly just here as a guest- he had wanted to see this planet Vegeta, and everything that it offered.

Pin approached the small house nonchalantly. He held a hand up to Alex, who appeared to be standing watch outside. He didn't want to alarm him, but he wasn't sure if Kay had told him that she was expecting a visitor. Pin had followed the girl here, relying on his android nature to remain undetected for as long as possible. As he reached the house, he nodded to Alex.
"You must be Alex," Pin whispered to the human, "I'm a friend of Kay-El's."
With that, Pin planted his boot firmly against the door. He could have knocked, taken a more polite approach, but he wasn't here for tea and cookies. He had business to attend to, and he intended to do that business quickly and be done with it. The door buckled under the force of his kick, and as it crashed to the floor he stepped into the house.
"Good to see you again Arias," he said, his white cape billowing behind him. He leaned against the busted door frame and folded his arms across his chest as his cape changed colors, shifting into the purple shade of the Galactic Patrol. "We need to have a conversation."

As Arias went on, Kay-El remained as patient as possible, wanting to hear the girl out for real. When the call came in with the White List’s job and she was the operative assigned to it, she felt the conflict through her whole ride to Vegeta riddled and wormed around in her head and stomach, writhing like snakes waiting for the opportunity to strike. In the end, she settled on the knowledge that if she could bring Arias peacefully or knock her out successfully, she would, but business was business and this wasn’t personal. The bows in her hair, usually white, were Galactic Patrol purple for the occasion - a detail easily overlooked by most. “Well, I wanted to say I know you’re in trouble and that due to our friendship I wanted to give you the option of coming peacefully.” She took a breath and let it out slowly. “We can do this the easy way or we can do this the hard way…”
She hoped Alex, outside, and Nana were both ready for the worst to happen if need be because Nana could fly the ship back with Arias and everyone else in it to their destination while they struggled to contain Arias.
Just then the door flew inward and Pin arrived more or less on schedule. She let her Ki flare, releasing it like unclenching a fist that was holding her back and then some. Hopefully she’d impress upon Arias the seriousness of her claim about there being a hard way with this move. "Ah, yes, I'd forgotten that you've already met my brother... Arias looked up immediately when she heard the door bust down, and stared at Pin right in the face before looking back towards the two. Growling, she narrowed her eyes in anger. "You... traitors.. You have betrayed the trust I put in you." Her teeth gritted and she stood up, eyes still narrowed angrily. "What friendship is this if you cannot leave me be? Just leave me alone! That is all I want. If you cannot understand this, then I will beat it into you with my own hands, or die trying."
With that, she stood up and drew her golden blade, focusing her ki and letting a brilliant golden aura spike around her. Her energy level soared, and the added fury made her snarl fully in a seething rage as she became Super Saiyan. "If I go back, I will die. If you two are here, I will die. Either way, I'm going to die. And if I die, I'm taking somebody with me. For the lives of my children and I, who will die today. If I die, I will go full circle and join my family in hell. And I'll be sure to take one of you with me."
And with that, she felt the power of Super Saiyan and the rage of betrayal pounding in her head. Her teeth were bared, lips curled back as she firmly held the golden blade with a teal hilt before her. She would welcome the death, regardless of what happened. Firing her attack, she screamed out loud. "PEPPER BLAST!" She cried, a large ki energy firing from her hands and directly for Pin. Speaking again, she looked to Kay-El. "Someone is going to die today. And it most likely will be me." She cackled slightly, noticing exactly how grim the situation was for her.

Alexander frowned as he saw the fellow approaching, his green eyes narrowed as the Void began to spring up around his right arm. He didn't know this warrior- he'd never seen him before, and that made him nervous. Well, less nervous and more...excited. The Void needed combat, relished it. He wondered if this might be some sort of combat drone on Vegeta, something that the other Saiyans used to fight against to test their power. Though as he watched, there was something a little too focused in the way that he moved, in the way he approached. Alexander didn't know what it was that he was doing here, but he and Kay-El's guardian were here for the express purpose to keep out others from interfering. Yet as the man approached, Alexander wondered if he would actually interfere.
At the words from the man, Alexander blinked. "I am," he responded evenly, his tone even despite the need to do...something, here. Then he was told that this was a friend of Kay's. He frowned, suspicious, but as Kay's guardian did absolutely nothing to stop him, and even seemed to recognize him as well, Alex let those doubts simmer, giving a small nod to the other as he moved passed. Alex saw him hold at the door for only the barest of seconds before he lifted a foot, before booting the door down. The human gave no indication of surprise or interest on his face as he simply watched with mild curiosity. He knew Kay's reasons for being on this planet, of course. She had been hired by the Galactic Patrol to apprehend Arias, and bring her back peacefully.
Alex himself had absolutely no chips in that pile- he had merely wanted to come to Vegeta in order to do battle against a Saiyan or two. He had no claim to the Galactic Patrol- he had talked his way around Core, Samba and Belle in order to get closer to Beryl in order to fight the man...a battle that he'd soundly lost. That had spurred him to seek out new strength, and if there was one place that bred warriors, it was Vegeta. In exchange for offering backup here for Kay in case things got a little hairy, Alexander had gotten a ride here to Vegeta, just to check things out. It had been a simple matter, or so Alex had thought.
As the door had been booted open, and the words that had been muffled before quickly escalated, Alexander gave a small sound. "I guess things are starting to get a little interesting," he murmured, before he moved, dropping the coat he wore to the ground. A small crater formed under its weight as he rolled his shoulders, the gravity from planet Vegeta feeling like virtually nothing compared to those weights. He glanced toward Nana then. "I guess we'll keep playing lookout while they have fun inside," he murmured, his power level steadily rising.

"She's right," Pin said, "We can do this two ways. We can--"
Pin was interrupted mid-sentence by Arias' ascension to her Super Saiyan state. Great, another one. He'd been hoping that she hadn't attained that strength yet, and he was genuinely surprised to see that she had. The last time he'd seen her, she was barely as strong as smeared shit beneath his boot. When she attacked Pin - with an immensely powerful attack no less - he had to completely discard his train of thought to get out of the way. With a high-pitched zipping sound, Pin's Zero Shift drive activated, carrying him safely to the other side of the room, behind Arias.
"Huh. It looks like even the rats can become Super Saiyans these days. No matter, we won't be dissuaded."
Pin drew his pistol and spun it casually around his finger. He was outclassed at the moment, but he still had the Momma's Boy as a backup if things got really dire. Besides, with his helmet on he could appear to be just as unconcerned as he sounded.
"You've done this to yourself, by all accounts. You abandoned the Empire for Earth in an attempt to live another life, and now you return like nothing happened. I've heard all about your time away, Arias. I'd do this even if they weren't paying me."

“ This isn’t about friendship, Arias - “ but she was cut off as Arias began her own transformation. Even if they didn’t take her back to Earth, where would she go? Knutts? At least there she could live… But Arias, like a cat backed into a corner with no escape, she decided to attack. There were many things Arias could have done. If she’d attacked Kay-El, who admitted to being the White List Operative sent for this job, she’d have understood. But the fact that she attacked Pin with all of her strength made that cold, void, pit of anger open inside of her. Like an old, old friend coming to visit, one you haven't seen in a while, Kay welcomed it. She knew her midnight blue eyes fell cold, distant, and she began channeling her Ki. As Pin dodged she didn’t blink, didn’t even move to watch. Her eyes remained trained on Arias with that dead look to them as she sang low, freetsyle, Ki swirling around her in a slow whirl. The more she charged, the faster it would go. -- Outside, Nana agreed. “ I hope you got your end of the bargain, Alex. Keeping watch might be best, or should we help? Either way… I feel we’ve drawn you into a rather dangerous situation and I’m sorry for that. But I am glad to have such a good friend as you on our side.” -- Ki Intimidation is no more. Arias smirked savagely, she had had enough. It was time to end this, to end her strife. No matter where she went, she was going to die. So she was going to go out with a bang, regardless. Charging at Kay-El, she slashed her blade aiming to cut Kay in the face, before following up with a hopeful stomach kick and another slash of her blade, spinning to hopefully slice Kay's head off. She ignored Pin, as her eyes were on the main problem.

It seemed a day didn’t go by without some sort of trouble springing up on Vegeta. Prominent Family feuds, small slave uprisings, god, he hated dealing with it. Sometimes he missed the old days of being a lone wolf out on his own. The constant fights, exploration, the lack of responsibility, it had be freedom. But now, now he was here on Planet Vegeta helping manage the day to day operations of a stellar empire with a large group of administrators. And by god, did they those snobbish pricks piss him off. Sometimes he really longed for the old days, but he knew he had made the best choice by joining Zucceta a year ago.
“Uh…. General Mayze, sir…?” a small feminine voice called out from behind Mayze. It was likely an aide, kagami if he had to take a guess.
“Yes?” his tone was clipped as he replied. He didn’t bother turning around, instead he opted to continue staring out the transparent glass, gazing over Cacumber Capital.
The aide cleared her throat, “There’s uh, well, there’s been a development out in the Central Wastelands. Our sensors have detected a large gathering of battle power in the area.”
He sighed, “Are you sure it just isn’t an error? Last time I went out to investigate a sizable power it was just some glitch in the system.” his tone was mildly annoyed, he really didn’t want to be sent out on a wild goose chase like last time. God, heads had rolled after that fuck up.
“No sir! Several personnel from the military bases in the area have been picking the power surges on their scouters.” she replied, “Various high-ranking officials wish for you to take a look at the area.”
A small smirk appeared on his face.
A small cloud of dust was kicked up as Mayze and a squadron of ten saiyans landed around fifty feet from a lone-standing house. With a stoic look of professionalism on his face, Mayze began the short walk to the house. His entourage quickly gathered around him into a delta formation, marching along with him. Up ahead, he noted what appeared to a human male with a very large power level and another figure guarding an entrance. Through the house entrance were several other large battle powers. He almost couldn’t stop himself from grinning as a feeling of excitement overtook him.
He stopped a few feet from the entrance, gazing at the human with an intense look. With a cross of his arms, he spoke aloud with a commanding voice, “By the order of the Solar Saiyan Empire, you are to remove yourself from the door.”
Mayze closed his eyes, letting out a slight grunt as a golden light coalesced around him and shielded him from view. A small shockwave was released, sending his entourage flying away, however, they quickly regathered in formation around him. The glow slowly dissipated from around his body, revealing him in his Super Saiyan form.
“You have ten seconds to comply, or else you face consequences,” he finished, energy gathering around him.

Alexander gave a slight frown as he glanced over his shoulder at the interior of the building. The power levels were beginning to get a little out of control at the moment, and he was about to respond to the woman who stood next to him when a burst of energy broke through what remained of the front wall, leaving Alexander to glance behind him as he could see Kay, Arias and the android still locked in combat. "Perhaps you're right," he spoke, glancing over to the woman who stood nearby, who had offered a possibility of change for what he was doing. "Entering in and assisting might be the most-" he began, when his gaze caught sight of what appeared to be a ship on the horizon. "...interesting," he spoke.
The ship approached slowly, and one might almost think that it wasn't heading for them, but it almost certainly was. The steady progress toward their location filled Alexander with a certain sense of excitement. Were /these/ the Saiyans that they were talking about? Was this going to be something a little more exciting than simply taking in a pregnant woman? Not that Arias wasn't dangerous- according to what Kay had told him, she'd killed someone in cold blood, simply due to her rather insane nature. He supposed that he couldn't speak, really, given his own ties to the Void- things like insanity seemed to just become another facet of power, over time.
He glanced to the woman as the ship approached, coming to a stop around fifteen to twenty yards away. "Perhaps you should relocate yourself. Dangerous or not, this is what I signed on for," he spoke, his tone almost bored in words, but there was no boredom in Alexander Voss at that moment. The power of the Void pumped through him, from his right arm to his heart, and then throughout his body. He hadn't been excited for a fight in what felt like years but now? Now he couldn't help but to feel a strange sense of need pouring through him. He had tagged along to fight against Saiyans, and it seemed that they'd come right to his doorstep. Or Arias', but he was at hers, so it was mostly the same.
The dust cloud burst up as a man began to approach them, flanked by a team of five other saiyans on either side. The man looked professional, like one who knew exactly what he was doing in this type of situation. Alexander had never been in a place like this, in a situation like this, and everything about it was...off, to him. But even so, he couldn't help but to feel that rush of excitement as the warrior continued his approach, one confident step in front of the other. The other saiyans with him, Alexander barely registered as a threat. But this one right here, in front of him? This was a fighter worthy of his power.
He announced a demand then, one that Alexander heard loud and clear...but he showed no outward change on his features. That was, of course, until the golden light that enveloped Arias behind him then covered this one as well. The raw power of the super saiyan washed over him, and he felt a slight tingling in the back of his neck. Fear? Perhaps, but it was just as likely excitement. The fight against Beryl had been an exciting one, for certain, but after a few rounds with the more powerful fighter, he'd gotten the feeling that Beryl wasn't out for blood, and that had been when Alexander's interest had started to wane. But a Saiyan...
"The Solar Saiyan Empire, you say?" Alexander asked, his gaze darkening a bit. These were the ones that Vi-Poi had been speaking of before. It was these warriors that threatened Earth...and one of them had come right to him. "I imagine that means you're strong," he said calmly, before his gaze shifted almost imperceptibly into a glare, despite the adrenaline pumping through his veins. "Let me see just how strong," he finished, though Alexander took up no stance. He merely stood, the energy of Void beginning to swirl around him. Like flames painted from emptiness, they danced around his form, seeming like nothing more than waves of heat as he stared straight ahead.
He knew there should be fear in his heart.
Instead he felt only excitement.
