PL: 232,578 The feeling was so shocking, the tree actually paused mid-spar with Tuner. The Namekian took advantage of the moment to smack Walker to the ground, then paused. "What are you doing? You never let your attention drift like that." Picking himself up with a surge of Ki, Walker looked upwards, toward the distant Check-In Station. "I felt someone arrive. If they've arrived here... something has gone terribly wrong." Lifting off from the floor, he nodded. "I need to go. I don't know when, or if, I'll be returning, but I appreciate the time I've spent here. I will... also consider your suggestion." He bowed, then headed for the window. Tuner strolled over, and with a bit of a smirk, he watched the tree vanish. He felt confident that the seeds he had planted would sprout. Outside, Walker thought furiously. How had she died? Had the SSE already invaded? He wasn't anywhere close to ready, yet. He could feel it, just out of reach, but he was unable to grasp the illusive prize. Did he really need to absorb someone else, as Rei had? Perhaps that was the problem, after all. Ignoring his worries, the tree paused in the middle of the air, and concentrated. His thoughts reached out, and in a moment, he located the energy source. Suppressing his panic, his next words were calm and measured. "Reikiko. What's going on? Is Earth under attack? How did you get here? It's only been a few weeks, has the SSE attacked already?" If they were under threat of invasion already... he winced. This may well be the end-game. How else would Rei have died so quickly? ( Reikiko)

*Rei's Response* Pausing, the tree processed the Bio-Android's words. So, Earth was still safe, at the moment. However, the implications of her words were... numerous. Vi-Poi had apparently refused to directly attack Zuccetta, for whatever reason. He was likely still consolidating power, which meant that Rei had gone to Vegeta alone. His mind quickly ran down the rosters of powerful fighters he was aware of. Etoru was now in an unknown status, Reikiko had fallen short of achieving her perfect form, and Kaula, it was implied, was now facing Zuccetta alone. The BBA was likely to remain on Earth. He nearly choked as he realized just what had happened since he left. If Rei was dead, Kaula possibly following... The Commanders of the BBA, Cipher and Liang, and Vi-Poi as well. They were the only strong fighters still left. The Z-Fighters were likely still clinging to their shiny ideals and failing to train as usual. Celmaru, if he had continued his explosive growth, may well be one of the few hopes Earth had left. Walker was unsure if he could tip the tide, but if he was lucky, he may be able to coach Celmaru to the level the Queen had reached. The greatest of the bombshells, however, was Bing's fate. He... wasn't dead. Trapped in a metal prison... The tree had a mental image of Bing's laughing face. Humans could be transformed into Androids, couldn't they? You couldn't sense an Android's power. Pieces began to fall into place, and Walker's fist trembled, before a raw, primal scream of rage tore from him, echoing through Hell like a thunderclap. Whirling about, he flew downwards toward the ground, fist drawing back, and punched. Shards of rock flew upwards, slicing past Walker's other fist, which came down like a sledgehammer towards the ground. In a moment, he was flurrying blows toward the ground, shattering it. "I'm. Up. To!" A blow reduced a boulder to rubble. "MY! WOODEN! CROTCH!" A high kick sent cracks through the surrounding dirt, as Walker's eyes screwed shut, his frustration boiling over into red-hot rage. "IN UTTER MORONS! WHY! WHY DO YOU IDIOTS KEEP THROWING YOURSELF INTO THE GODS-DAMMNED MEAT GRINDER!" Whipping around, he howled, a burst of furious energy flying off into the distance, nearly out of sight. "IS THE CONCEPT OF BASIC FUCKING TACTICS COMPLETELY CONFUSING TO YOU! YES, BY ALL FUCKING MEANS! ATTACK SOMEONE FAR STRONGER THAN YOU ALONE!" Throwing his arms wide, he brought them both down, causing a minor earthquake. "MAKES PERFECT SENSE!" Throwing his head back one more time, he howled. The scream seemed to go on and on, as a fountain of burning Ki poured upwards, a flaming torrent of energy, going on for nearly a minute before the flow ceased. Drooping, he kneeled in the flaming crater for a moment, before floating upwards. Folding into a lotus position, he sat there for a moment, still and calm. Collecting his thoughts, it took very little time to come to a decision. Sitting in the air, he stared upwards, then closed his eyes. Sending another message, he spoke only a few words. "I see. If you arrive here, please come and find me, would you? There are things we need to discuss, and I have an offer I would like to take you up on."

(This topic takes place after Reikiko reclaimed her body)
Although Reikiko had seemingly allowed the message to reach her, she had given no direct response to him, and yet it was only several hours later that the presence of the Bio-android had resurfaced in a nearby area. The familiar presence had started to approach his direction... However, it seemed to be accompanied by another, more different one. By the time they came within range it seemed the two presences their voices were having some type of discussion, or perhaps an argument.
"So, where are we heading toward? I don't mind taking any detours with you, especially if they allow us to reach more secluded places."
However, the voice that spoke was one that was seemingly more familiar to the caretaker.
"I'm meeting someone Lillim, now will you at least be silent for a moment? You are giving me a headache."
The voice clearly belonged to Reikiko, but as they walked from behind a collection of bushes the person that came into view was clearly a bit different from the semi-perfect Reikiko. Sure, on terms of facial features they closely looked the same, but she seemed a lot more human and also dressed rather scarcely.
"Aye~ Aye~ Just make sure to finish your business soon. Prince Beezlebub isn't known for his patience, and unless he took a nap he's likely going to be looking for you. Should have seen him! Bouncing around shouting "Screw you King Kai, I got her! I got her! My win, you can keep your wanna-be heroes!' But shh, didn't hear that from me."
Groaning in annoyance Reikiko's gaze settled onto Walker, and the lack of liveliness in them clearly suggested there was something different to her. Was it Kaula's absence, or was it something worse?
"..."
Silence, an eerie silence followed before she finally sighed and spoke at last.
"Walker... If you wish to blame and curse me for my failure then please hurry up with it. I need to find someone... someone who has the answers I seek. Nevertheless I did not forget your actions, one of the few who proved their loyalty and friendship. So at the very least I'll show you the respect you deserve by hearing what you want to say. I'm sorry old friend, but now is not the time for words or tea, I need to find 'it' and find a means to challenge the empire."
Yet the demon girl happily hummed in on their conversation.
"Well... Prince does have some amazing tricks, they don't call him the Prince of Hell for nothing. Would be kind of hot to see you learn them. Would increase your sexiness output by at least 220% alongside some mass destruction!"
That was awfully specific...

Standing up, Walker turned to look at the approaching pair, the rather scantily dressed Rei and her new companion. He didn't speak as they approached, merely observing. As she moved up, he folded his arms behind himself, and waited. Once she had finished speaking, Walker nodded slowly. Glancing up and down her form for a moment, he seemed to shiver, and in a moment, was holding his robes. The dark purple over-shirt and cape lay in his hands, and he was left shirtless, wearing only a pair of long, light pants in black. "Here. You appear to have had some... difficulty." Staring at Lillim for a moment, he turned back. "I was angry, yes. However, you made your mistake and nothing I say now will change it. I am disappointed that you spent the power I gave you to little avail, yes. Going to Vegeta was incredibly unwise, without aid, and especially without some lessening of the SSE's forces. I imagine all of their strongest fighters were there, and you are not even fully evolved yet." Shaking his head, he looked down for a moment. "I am... tired. I am afraid my training in Hell was not enough, and I have yet to determine how to evolve on my own." The unspoken words, that he would be forced to kill someone to ascend, echoed between them. Turning away slightly, he glanced off into the distance. "Do you know, I met the Namekian who gave me my DNA here. His energy felt similar to my own, like yours does to your father. He is... darker than Scargot, however. I admit to being somewhat jealous." He had always respected the first Kami he met, just as much as he respected Bing for what he achieved. He had hoped, silly as it was, that he might be the one who provided the Namekian piece of Walker's soul. "You said, before I died, that you might be able to teach me something of the Crane School. Despite my disappointment in your judgement, my respect for the style had not waned. If there is time, whether now or later, I still wish to learn from you." He didn't move into a combat stance, but it was clear that he was ready to fight if necessary.

Reikiko remained silent at his explanation, whispering only some brief words of gratitude as she pulled on the robes. However, as she listened to the caretaker talk about his opinion of her actions and the encounter with a certain Namekian who had been Walker's gene donor. However, they finally arrived at the reason behind their meeting... The subject being Walker's desire to learn the secrets of the crane school. She did promise she would teach him if he succeeded in his training, so perhaps it would be a good idea to train him here, where the risk of life were far lesser than when outside the afterlife. She adjusted the sleeve of the robe slightly, replying in a calm tone.
"I did promise that I would teach you about the Crane style if you succeeded in escaping, but since I'm here I guess I can teach you already."
The bio-android sighed softly as she turned toward Lillim, whispering a few words before the demon girl nodded her head lightly and flew off into the sky.
"I told her to search for someone, should give us a few hours... I guess I should start by teaching you a bit more about the Crane Style and the way we fight. You see, while the Turtle stance might be considered a more balanced way of martial arts, perhaps even a bit defensive the Crane is much more aggressive in nature. We rely on swift and harsh attacks, a flurry of blows to get our enemy off their rhythm. For the first part of our training I'll be teaching you through actual combat. Having your body experience the style will surely help you gain a faster understanding. Basically try to slowly read my moves and copy my way of fighting. It will likely require a bit of practice, but at the same time since you already seen me perform the Dodonpa Ray and Solar Flare we can focus on the basic of the style, and then go straight toward a specific subject."
She took a few steps backwards, seemingly taking a deep breath before her body blurred out of view. Although she might had been semi-perfect, her offensive speed and power were still remarkable, to the point that the moment she reappeared before Walker he would have barely enough time to act. If he did try to attack her, he would notice the attack slipping through her, just for the bio-android to reappear right at his side, her hand formed into a fist that jabbed rather harshly into his flank, but yet a retaliation would have made her reappear right beside his other flank, this time a sweep with her leg being made to try to trip the giant.
"This is a personal technique of mine. Blitz Mode surrounds your body in an invisible layer of energy and then boost the speed and strength of your body. It's more a gap closer, since if you're strong enough you could tear through ki beams, and a physical assault like this can stress out your opponent. However..."
She paused for a moment as she gestured at herself, taking a step backwards.
"The key factors to remember are: Speed, aggressive swift attacks and countering. You want to take speed over raw damage, and instead of merely blocking an attack you want to learn to counter them at the last moment. Try to attack me physically, I'll show you why this can be destructive if mastered."

Nodding at Rei's words, the tree prepared himself. However, Rei's rapid blurring motion meant that he was nearly caught unprepared. Whipping around as she appeared, he sent out a quick blow. His only reward was a fist to the side. Spinning into the momentum, he threw a close-quarters kick at her, only to see her vanish again and return to focus once more. Her leg sweep aimed for his legs, but thankfully his kick had caused him to move just enough that an additional push sent him into a half flip, disengaging somewhat and landing on his feet again. People were surprised by how agile he could be, but then again, he was more or less able to control the entirety of his body. It was no wonder that it didn't take much to adjust himself, especially with a judicious application of Ki. Skidding to a halt, he stopped the momentum, and listened to his teacher's words.
The theory was quite similar to the Mazoku style he had been taught by Tuner, and he had seen Kaula fight multiple times before. His use of the Pendulum room was not just limited to practicing against old enemies, either. He had watched Kaula, the interim Crane Sensei, and attempted to absorb what he learned from her into his own style. He wasn't proficient, but he had some idea of what was being looked for, at least. Adjusting his stance, he suddenly surged forward, fists held close to his upper body and legs spread in a slightly diagonal stance.
"Very well, then." Aiming a hook blow at Rei's neck from the right, he followed up with an immediate body shot on the left. Almost at the same time, his leg bent at an unnatural angle and snapped up from the right, his hook blow pulling back. With another spin, he moved backwards immediately, feet skidding in air as his energy pushed him in a semi-circle around Rei, his guard back up. Any counters that were thrown his way would be tanked, as his flesh would regrow anyway. It was a bit minimal, but he didn't want to try and complicate things.

The flurry of blows came fast, a skillful assault that would have likely hit most people quite harshly. However, when Reikiko suddenly raised her hand toward the right side of her neck, the palm of her hand catching the force of his blow, the shot that came from the left was intercepted a second time in the form of her other hand forcefully pushing the attack backwards. However, the moment he spun backwards he would have likely noticed his mistake, a mistake that came in the form of the long tail of the bio-android, that swiftly lashed toward the end of his leg, seemingly attempting to restrain him, and a moment afterwards a fist had already flung through the air, a punch that if hit would send the bio-android crashing rather harshly into the ground as Reikiko's tail released its grip and withdrawn.
"Most of our enemies tend to rely too much on raw strength, so a good counter can hurt a lot. You'll want to learn to reduce your opponent's stamina as much as possible before using the following technique I will talk about. However, a good approach to a flurry of blows is to first debilitate your enemy, for example with Solar Flare. Anyway, back onto the matter at hand. Kikoho..."
She sighed softly as she seemingly took a deep breath to start her explanation.
"It's a forbidden technique, only to be used when you are truly fighting a battle where the risks are so high you would be willing to sacrifice all you possess for it. The Kikoho is an extremely powerful and destructive attack, to the point that most would never be able to compare to its power. However, the power is also an incredibly high backlash. The more you use the Kikoho, the more it strains your body. A being like me who can regenerate herself can use it about three times before I need to use my Namekian abilities to be able to remain combat-able. However, a fourth use... kills you."
She shook her head firmly as she gestured with a hand at the location her heart was supposed to be at.
"Kikoho, draws not just from your ki, but also the very essence of your life. It's what makes the technique harm you so badly. For the next session I want you to learn to draw forth your life energy. You'll likely need a catalyst, a thought or emotion and then manifest this energy properly. Let's see... hold your hand out like this..."
She gestured with her hand, the palm pointing upwards when suddenly a white flame started to burn above her hand, seemingly created from her ki.
"Ki alone isn't enough, you'll recognize the moment you're channeling your life essence when the color of your energy changes..."
A flash came from the flame as it turned gold, and enclosing the flame in the palm of her hand she explained with a smile.
"Try it a few times, back when my master taught me I had quite some issues myself, spend several days before I succeeded"

Walker grunted, stopped in mid-air, and suddenly recalled that he was faced with an opponent with 5 limbs. Grunting, he was knocked to the ground, and managed to slowly stand up, shaking off the hell-dirt. Coughing slightly, he shook his head and sighed. He REALLY should have seen this coming, honestly. Rei was a lot faster than him, and it hadn't been that long since their last duel. Thankfully, the point wasn't wasted on him. After all, the effects were currently dotted all over his body, rather painfully in fact. Dusting himself off completely, Walker listened carefully as she began speaking again.
As he listened, a slightly cold feeling crept up his spine. The Kikoho.... Something about the name brought him a bit of awe. It made sense how Reikiko had died, then. She hadn't been killed... she had died using this technique. If it was as strong as she said, it made sense that it was a forbidden technique. That backlash, however, if it could kill him again.... was it worth using? For the right moment, was he willing to risk ending up in Hell again? Koramund had apparently escaped numerous times, but he wasn't sure that luck would extend to him.
There wasn't a need to answer that question. Not to himself. He already knew the answer.
He raised his palm, the flame burning above it slowly, not white but purple. His Ki had always been so dark. It bothered him a little, even though he knew it was silly. It was just a color, after all. Why did it matter what color it was? Still, it bothered him. The light wavered slightly, but he managed to overcome the indecision and press on.
It felt like burning a candle, but at this level of expenditure, he wouldn't be out of Ki any time soon. She had said it burned from your life force... Pausing, Walker closed his eyes for a minute. He had felt his life ebbing away before, hadn't he? That day, the last time he had seen Reikiko, when she absorbed him. It was as if everything was slowly going quiet, the world draining away. He had felt something... vital vanish, just before all sensory input vanished. Reaching deep inside himself, he looked for that feeling again. He needed to let just a little bit go, just a flicker of the flame that kept him alive.
He was dead, after all. He couldn't die again. Still, he wondered what happened if he used all four shots here. Would he just vanish? Eaten away in a final, explosive burst? Maybe. But right now, right here... it didn't matter. It wasn't his life he would be gambling if he shied away from this. It would be every living person on Earth. Was his reticence worth that?
Opening his eyes slowly, there was a calm, steady glow to his eyes. "Perhaps it did take you a few days, Rei. Then again... I've had a month to remember the feeling of my life being burned away for a greater cause than myself." Little lines of white traced up the flame, followed seconds later by streaks of golden light. A second later, the flame pulsed, a single time.
"Step one completed, Rei. Thank you." He was upset that she had died as well, but he couldn't fault her reasoning.

A brief nod was made by the Bio-android, and judging from the fact her lips curved up into a smile she seemingly was pleased with his swift progress. She seemed to think for a moment, seemingly considering something when she finally started speaking, her tone once more regaining its serious feeling.
"No need to thank me, you're not done yet. For the next step I need you to learn how to wield this energy, to manifest it as a weapon. For the time being let me show you an example."
The Bio-android turned toward a collection of rocks nearby, two rather large boulders only a modest distance away from them. It was perfect for a means to teach him the difference between using ki, and using it alongside your own life essence. With a small gesture she raised her hands into the familiar diamond-shaped window and after a moment a silver-colored ki beam blasted against the boulder, without any warning causing it to shatter into smaller fragments. However, when she turned toward the other boulder she lowered her hands for a moment, taking a deep breath.
"Ki..."
The sudden golden aura had started to wrap around her body as she raised her hands, the sparks of energy crackling around it while her hands took the familiar formation from before.
"Ko..."
By now the energy seemed to gather into a focus point within the space of her hands, the power of the glowing sphere quickly skyrocketing beyond the bio-android's earlier attack.
"HO!"
Finally the shout allowed her to release the beam, the yellowish golden beam clashing into the second boulder, but it seemed the fiery nature of the beam had consumed the entire boulder within the blink of an eye, leaving nothing in its trail aside from the burnt marks of where the beam collided with the ground.
"I want you to repeat this, but I'll put a barrier on the third rock that will only be broken once you mastered channeling your life force. This is going to be a lot tougher than the first step, and prepare for some serious pain. A single blast will already strain your muscles, and it gets worse from there."
She made a gesture toward the third boulder, a white shimmering layer seemingly covering it.
"Go ahead."

Letting the flame die, Walker sagged slightly. That was significantly more tiring than he had expected. At least he knew how to do it, however. Turning, he watched Rei's demonstration, and took careful note of the hand-signs. As Rei put up the barrier, he nodded. "Very well. I shall begin." Moving into position, he let himself drift to the ground, cutting off all unneeded Ki Usage. There was no sense being foolish, was there? Placing his hands together, he exhaled, focusing his energy. With effort, he attempted to bring the life energy to the forefront again, and with a yell, fired. "KIKOHO!"
The beam struck the boulder, but even before it hit, Walker knew he hadn't managed it. The barrier was still there, and that just felt like an ordinary blast. He would have to draw from deeper wells for this. Focusing, he began to gather energy, then stopped. It wasn't working now. Why? He had done it before.... Pausing, he let his hands fall. No need to feel stressed. Although, now that he wasn't preparing to fire... he realized he felt uneasy.
As strong as this was, it HAD killed Reikiko. She was stronger than him, he acknowledged that. If it had killed her.... Could he really use this? Frowning, he tried to slap his fears aside, but they were not so easily extinguished. He would be FINE. If people could vanish in Hell, he would be aware of it. He would.
Slowly raising his hands again, he stared at the barrier. He was a Bio-Android, or something of that nature. His body was just another weapon to him, and he had sacrificed limbs and such before. One simply had to be judicious. Nothing came without risk, and this was the same. Standing up, he moved his hands into the firing position, and breathed in.
"Kikoho"
The barrier remained. The energy was still purple.
"Ki.Ko.Ho."
Another flash. The barrier still there, his energy had slightly changed color, though. Just a hint.
"Kikoho!"
Damm his worthless hide! He had faced death before this! He refused to be afraid! This was for his friends, Celmaru, Cipher, Kaula, Rei and Bing. His children, like Bastion. He should be able to grow up without fearing he or his new paramour would be eliminated by a mad tyrant! He couldn't let this continue, and if this is what the cost for power was, so be it!
"KI. KO. HOOOOOOOO!"
And then the air was filled with gold, and a beam of power exploded out from his hands, a square area of the world in front of him just vanishing in an explosion of energy. With a grunt of pain, he fell to one knee as it faded, staring at where the boulder once was. That was... impressive. He saw now why Rei had been drained from that. Looking up at Rei, he chuckled slightly. "I have to say, despite the fact I would very... very much like to scream in pain right now... I think I'm grasping it. Not quite battle-ready, though."
[Special] Learned: Kikoho

As the barrier cracked under the pressure of the Kikoho and finally shattered as the boulder was obliterated the bio-android's smile lingered for a bit. The gaze cast upon the burnt markings where the boulder had been were enough to give her a clue, but after a moment she finally turned back toward Walker, her expression turning more serious as she took a deep breath.
"About the Kikoho, there are some rules I need you to follow. This technique, for obvious reasons is considered a forbidden technique. The only time you should ever use the Kikoho is in a battle where a lot is at risk. And even then you should learn to only use it up to three times. A fourth charge... should only ever be allowed when you are fighting a battle where you'd be willing to sacrifice even yourself, a battle where losing isn't an option. Swear to me Walker, that you will only use the Kikoho as a last resort."
She seemed quite serious at the statement, yet after he replied she chuckled for a moment and sighed playfully.
"It's already bad enough that Kaula is rather trigger-happy when it comes to using that technique. But I don't blame her, the technique is incredibly powerful on its own."
And yet, she couldn't help but feel that loneliness again at the fact Kaula wasn't by her side.
"Walker I got a request for you, a serious one."
She paused for a moment, seemingly thinking deeply on the matter.
"I got reasons to believe the Dragon Balls will revive upon Earth soon. And possibly even those on Namek itself if they exist. I need you to do me a favor and ensure the empire won't get their hands on them. I wouldn't be surprised if by now Bing was forced to reveal their existence to them..."
She closed her eyes and took a deep breath as she raised a hand, resting it lightly on his shoulder.
"I might have a plan to stop the empire, a means so that we can all finally live in peace without lowering ourselves to the level of the Solar Saiyan Empire. However, at this rate I'm thinking the Dragon Balls will be used for selfish reasons. That's why... I need you to ensure you ascend to an even greater power before that happens, and then guard at least one of them. I plan to return to the world of the living in the future, but there are things I need to do here first. But if my plan was to work I could force the Saiyajin people to surrender without destroying their entire civilization in the process."
She sighed for a moment, shaking her head lightly as she continued.
"At this rate the people of Earth will try to revive Bing, a wish that wouldn't work since he isn't truly dead. Such a wish could only happen if the late Kami is freed from the metallic prison he became."
And with those words she stepped backwards, seemingly thinking for a moment.
"Will you do me a more selfish favor Walker? I'd like you to visit a certain place, near the location we fought. Within the Bamboo Forest you'll likely will find Hikari and my daughter, but also likely my students. Etoru... tell Etoru that I'm watching over him, that I'm waiting for the day he ascends beyond his limits and reaches a power where we can fulfill his dreams together. And at that time we will meet again"
She smiled briefly, while continuing onward.
"The other is a girl, you'll likely recognize her, she has the blood of a Saiyajin but there seems to be something else within her, something I'm not sure of... Either way, if possible... Tell her that I and Kaula love her, and that we will be at her side soon. However, in the meanwhile she'll have to train hard with Hikari's tutorship. Because... Our world is about to turn into a dangerous place, one where I can't get myself the luxury of protecting the weak."
She stepped backwards, her smile seemingly growing brighter.
"So tell her to become strong, so that she can be the one to protect us next time. To fight side by side with us."
However, she did consider something, finally whispering softly.
"Tell her the first night of her training at the cottage was more than just a teasing, that if she tries to look beyond where her eyes can see... then surely she will realize that she won't ever be alone."
Well obviously, she did put her essence inside the girl, it was to ensure she would be able to find Letu should she be in danger.
"Guess you're about to leave soon aren't you? Wish I could come with you, but I'll need to find some answers first."

Resting on one knee, Walker payed careful attention to Rei's words. As she moved forward, and placed a hand on his shoulder, he saw a crushing weight on her shoulders. She had mentioned Kaula....
Walker had not been informed of just what had occurred between the two. He was aware they were on good terms, but he had not been made aware of just how close they had grown. Thus, her journey to Vegeta had seemed nonsensical. "... You love her, don't you? I apologize, I was unaware. It seems many things have occurred that I did not notice." Kaula and Rei, together. He could see it, now that it was pointed out to him. Although, the same seemed to be true of Hikari. Interesting. As far as he was aware, most biologicals only had one mate. It was just like Rei and Kaula to be unsatisfied with that, he supposed.
Idly wondering if this demon was a paramour of Rei's as well, he perked up when Rei mentioned the Dragon Balls of Namek. He would wait until she finished speaking, but that was at least one piece of good news. Those orbs did not exist, as Helix had not gone to Namek to make them. He would also have to inform the others of what had happened to Bing. That would be... less than pleasant. He was still upset to discover what had occurred himself, and more than a little worried. Bing's power, in the hands of the SSE... It was a terrible thought.
It was the second request that surprised him a bit more, though. Someone else, another student of Rei? Perhaps more than that, if her words were anything to go by. He resisted the urge to smile, a bit nostalgically. His friends were all finding significant others, single or multiples. Cipher had his wife, Kaula and Rei were together, and Celmaru had Phae. Perhaps he would be seeing children in a few years, to match his own. Unaware that the bio-android in front of him was already a mother, much as he was a father, he bowed to her, standing up.
"Indeed, I will be leaving soon. I cannot risk further training here, as I am obviously far from aware of what occurs in the world of the living. I believe I have found a method to escape, but if not, I will have to keep attempting until I do. However, you may at least ease your mind a minute fraction." Gesturing upwards, he continued, "The one who would have created Namek's Dragonballs is up there, somewhere. He arrived a few weeks ago. So, at the very least, Earth's is the only set I need to safe-guard. As for that girl..."
At this point, he chuckled lightly. "I will be sure to pass on the message. I am confident enough in my memory to be able to relay your words. Although I do question just what that "Night in the cottage" entailed. I certainly hope I'm not expected to undergo anything similar as a result of my training." He was teasing, it was obvious. There was something final about his words, though. He didn't know if or when he would see Rei again, and whether suck joking would be possible then.
Hell had a draining effect on him, like a slow eroding of what he thought and believed. He had to consciously resist it, and he wasn't certain it had succeeded. The female bio-android might not emerge from hell unscathed. Bowing one more time, he folded his arms behind his back. "I hope you find the answers you seek, Rei."

Reikiko couldn't help but snicker at his question, shaking her head in response while her tail playfully swayed back and forth behind her.
"Hehe~ Don't worry, that type of training is a bit more exclusive."
Her smile seemed to slowly waver, the seriousness of the situation returning as she spoke once more.
"Be careful Walker. The galaxy is about to experience a age of great turmoil, and I don't share Vivi-I mean Vipoi's optimism in the idea that we will be able to protect the planet from an invasion, an invasion we could have prevented if we took action as an united front, but most seem to share my old friend's desire to merely wait for the empire to attack."
She paused for a moment, seemingly considering a certain matter, when she decided to trust the man for some advice.
"Before you leave Walker, I need your opinion on one more thing. Do you believe we could resolve this in a way the Saiyajin won't be wiped out? For example... If a Saiyajin was to appear with such power that even those who follow Zucceta would start to question their ways? I been thinking... Perhaps there is a way to rob the empire of its power from within, in the end even the Saiyajin have legends and myths..."
She had an idea, a thought that was more just a concept of a strategy, but she was uncertain about its potential.
"I'll guess I figure it out later. Take care of yourself, sometimes Hell can be found outside the afterlife."
And with that cryptic message she prepared to leave...
(PL please~)

The tree had to admit, he didn't entirely understand where Rei was going with this for a moment. A Saiyan with more power than the Queen? Where would they find someone like that? However, his mind immediately strayed back to a student of his on earth. When they had met, he was a mere 40,000 or so, but the last time he had seen him, he was already a Super Saiyan. His growth had been explosive, and if it continued in that vein... there might be a candidate.
"There might be options for such a Saiyan, and one who is as far removed from Zuccetta as Bing was from her." He was loathe to bring up the fate of his comrade, but he was also determined not to let it cause him to stumble and fall. He needed to remain steadfast, after all. It was the only way they would make it through this without more of his friends ending up in the afterlife. He had seen Rei, but....
For someone like Bing, or Celmaru, they would go to Heaven, without question. If that happened, he would never see them again, as it stood. The idea was painful, but if he attempted to act only in ways that would get him to the afterlife of heroes, he would likely be banished to the deepest pits for his arrogance. Besides, it was far better to allow them to live out their lives. "I will see you, Rei. Do not be too compelled by this place, please? I do not wish to see you dragged down to Zuccetta's level to outpower her."
As the Bio-Android flew away, the tree considered. Now, while he waited, Rei had mentioned the "Solar Flare." He had seen Hikari use it during their spar, attacking Etoru. How did it go, now? Raising his hands to his head, he began to concentrate. He would need every trick he could steal, if he was going to survive the next few years. As it had been said, an age of turmoil was coming, and he intended to weather that storm, protecting as many as he could. That, and he fully intended to do one other thing. When she finally died, for the millions she had killed, the horror she had made of Bing, the brainwashed servant he now was... Whether by his hand or another's hand, he would find the Saiyan Queen, corpse or living... and he would see her burn in fires so hot, the devils of Hell would recoil from them in terror. Although....
An nasty smile crept over his face. He had seen an odd thing from above Vegeta, a strange spot with no Ki signatures. It seemed to have a strange color, a dark purple rather than a red hue like the rest of the planet. Perhaps he would investigate that place, if he could. It might prove helpful, in some manner. It could be dangerous, yes... but why should he care. He was already a dead man walking.
