[Thread PL: 38,437 | Limiter Earrings(Medium Weights) Equipped! Current PL: 19,219] [Two Cycloids have accompanied Breech. Cycloid's PL: 5,000 Each] "Gamma! Activate search protocol AA6-13; with haste please!" The trio of lifeless droids shot across the sky at incredibly high speeds, racing towards a destination that only Breech was truly aware of. They flew over dozens of farms, each one as dull at the last. For a moment, Breech felt as if he were flying in circles, but he quickly realized he was just getting a bit 'bored' as the kids say. As he continued to fly, one of his Cycloids let out an incredibly loud beep, before dive-bombing towards the ground. The other hulking machine followed suit, followed closely by Doctor Breech. Within moments, they landed, only to find that the thing they were looking for was not here. What was supposed to be a massive Capsule Corp facility was now simply a barren patch of grass. Breech sighed in disappointment, walking towards the center of this oddly colored grass. "Well, this is certainly a predicament..."He fiddled with his internal systems, trying his hardest to find where his data went wrong... Pin (not my best opener; apologies)

Pin had been preparing the Pixie for liftoff. He’d received a garbled and degraded audio message from Namekian space, and while he couldn’t make it out for the life of him, he was fairly certain it was a message from Mayze. Even if it weren’t he had to check it out. If nothing else, he could recover the general’s body, finish the mission, and bring the super saiyan back home for a proper burial. He’d been on Earth long enough, indulged his own ambitions long enough. It was time to get back to work. Of course, like any normal, uneventful day since he’d first thrown his helmet into the ring with Habana and the SSE, he found himself interrupted. Something fell from the sky and hit the ground hard only a handful of meters away. Scanning the area with his internal scouter revealed three energy sources. Scanning with his helmet’s multi-visor revealed heat signatures consistent with machines. What the hell would a trio of androids be doing way out here in an open field? Pin shook his head, resolving to check it out. He was suddenly very glad that he’d decided to land where he did, rather than in the next clearing over. Pin approached on foot, preferring to approach more quietly than if he’d used his propulsors. He didn’t know what he was getting himself into, and while he was certain he could handle these three unexpected visitors, he’d gotten into more fights on Earth since he’d arrived than he had in weeks prior to leaving Vegeta. It was uncanny, really. Pin found himself looking at an old man and a pair of hulking, unfriendly-looking mechanical bodyguards. He had no idea why they were here, but with this kind of tech at their disposal, it wouldn’t be long before they noticed Pin and the Pixie just across the way. Something told Pin that he’d better nip this in the bud. Activating his Aranea Module and Telescopic Module, four gleaming metal tentacle arms, each tipped with a trio of grasping claws, sprouted from Pin’s back. Using them almost like long insect legs, Pin approached them quickly and without warning. He planted one of these long, robotic limbs on one of the two Cycloids, forcing it to the ground and hoping to pin it down. “ Can I help you?” ------------------------------------------------------------------ Thread PL 70,316 - Effective 421,896 Heavy weights ON Weighted PL 105,474

As the Doctor sat there, his scanner began to give off warning signs. Something was closing in, and he could tell it was nothing good. As it bore down on him, it landed near one of his Cycloids, clamping down a metallic, snake-like limb on the large robot. It strained harshly under the pressure, trying in vain to escape the metallic grip of a machine far superior to it. Eventually, it gave up, sitting there like a possum in the hands of a lion. The other Cycloid moved into position to attack, but Doctor Breech motioned for him to stand down.
Breech gave the new warrior a very close look. As he gave the warrior a proper reading with his scanner, it was clear that he too was an Android; If the claw-like implements protruding from his back weren't enough evidence, the lower than average body temperature and immense strength certainly helped reveal this fact. To say Breech was intrigued by this was a massive understatement.
"Very intriguing... The only Androids I've encountered who have a maximum power output even close to my own are those employed by the Blue Banner Army... Just where was this one made?
He places his hands behind his back, bowing politely in the Android's direction. He spoke in the emotionless tone he was famous for. "Greetings, fellow Android. I am Doctor Breech Aris, former Capsule Corporation Scientist. My bodyguards and I were simply searching for an old facility that used to exist here. It held technology that may assist me in enhancing the power of both myself and my creations. Perhaps you'd be interested in assisting me? I am willing to share any 'treasure' we may come across."

Pin raised an eyebrow behind his helmet. An android designed to look like an old man was a pretty strange concept, all things considered. Then again, and android designed to look like a run-of-the-mill Saiyan was also a fairly oddball thing to see, so Pin had trouble really questioning it.
As Breech went on about an old facility that had been in the area, Pin folded his arms. He'd been in the area for a little while now and hadn't seen any facility. At least, not above ground. He was about to turn around and head back to the Pixie, maybe tear one of the Cycloids in half for good measure, when Breech said something about treasure.
Money talks.
"As far as facilities go, I haven't seen anything above ground. Might be it was subterranean."
Pin used his Aranea limbs to lean in very close to Breech's face. Uncomfortably close. As he raised his limb off of the Cycloid, releasing it, he looked Breech up and down.
"What sort of technology and treasure are we talkin', here?"

Breech let out an "Aha" at Pin's mention of the possibility of an underground facility. For some odd reason, the thought hadn't even crossed his mind. He clicked his scanner into a semi-x-ray mode to scan the area near them. As luck would have it, there was indeed something of a man-made nature just below them.
He turned to Pin just as the Android decided to move in close. Breech was entirely undisturbed by this fact; keeping his face emotionless as he responded to the Saiyan Replica's inquiry. "Nothing immense. Just some simple weapon systems, Artificial Ki generators, emergency Zeni vault... Though I'm not sure if the vault is still around. Last time I was here, the place was above ground, after all."
He raised his hand slightly, aiming his open palm at the ground. A brief flicker of Ki appeared in his palm, but quickly dissipated as he turned back to Pin. "Oh. I forgot to inform you that the facility is indeed directly below us. You don't mind me blasting a hole through the ground, do you?"
He awaited Pin's response, keeping his hand raised, whilst his gaze rested squarely on Pin's incredibly close face.

Pin raised an eyebrow beneath his helmet. Weapons systems, artificial ki generators, and potentially a vault full of cold, hard cash? Even if the zeni were gone, intel of this sort was invaluable. Better that he bring it home to the SSE than let it fall into human hands, if it wasn't already. Even if it were technology that was already in use by the human defense forces, this could give the SSE a better picture of how those defenses worked. This could turn the cease fire back into a proper war - a war that the SSE would win this time around.
Pin formulated a plan. Clearly this Dr. Breech wouldn't just let Pin take whatever was inside that facility back to Vegeta. Breech had come for this facility himself. He was either working for the humans, or for some other group. Either way, this situation was going to come to a head at some point. Pin considered blasting the odd-looking old mandroid into a wrinkly smear on the ground, but decided against it. Breech might have schematics for this facility, some sense of where the important shit was. Pin could use this to his advantage, allowing Breech to lead him through the facility on a tour of the best technology down there, and when all was said and done Pin could slag the Doctor, blow up the facility, and finally be on his merry fucking way.
He might even get a medal for this one. It would look good on his armor, maybe opposite his cape.
"Go right ahead. I'd help you out but my particular brand of ordnance isn't ideal for excavation," Pin said as he finally backed away from the old man, retracting his Aranea limbs and standing on his actual feet.

"Very well then. Allow me to begin cutting a path."
The Doctor raised his hand, allowing a bright pink orb to blink into existence. He fired a continuous beam at the ground, cutting through the grass, as well as the metal hidden underneath. It took a few moments, but he eventually carved a fairly large hole right into the vault-like door in the floor. The metal fell into the hole, taking quite a long time to hit the bottom, where an incredibly loud -CLANG- rang out.
Breech peered into the hole, activating a pair of miniature flashlights hidden under his eyelids to inspect the shaft. As expected, it was an incredibly long drop. Breech turned to Pin, beckoning him to follow as he readied himself to take the plunge.
"It's quite the long drop. My guess is that this used to be an elevator shaft; perhaps used to bring in large crates of materials. Normally I'd suggest we just drop down, but there's a chance that we'll have to avoid some tripwire or sensor on the way down, so I suggest we slowly fly down."
Breech slowly floated off the ground, beginning to descend into the hole of utter darkness...

Pin watched as Breech opened a hole in the ground, cutting through grass and dirt and concealed metal. It wasn't long before that chunk of steel came loose and went careening down into an apparent shaft below. A fair bit of time later, it could be heard loudly impacting with whatever lay so far below. The doctor then activated some lights in his eyes and ever so slowly began to fly downwards into the hole, warning of tripwires or traps.
Pin scoffed. If there were tripwires or sensors, the giant chunk of reinforced metal hatch would have set them off already. He didn't have the time or patience to slowly float his way down to the inside of this facility, especially if it were as deep as it sounded.
"Suit yourself, doc. I'll meet you down there."
With that, Pin switched his multivisor to night vision and dove head-first into the hole. As he fell he tried to get some idea of the architecture and construction of the place, tried to see if the facility were like an ant colony with myriad branching paths, or more like a fox hole - a corridor leading to one big open space with a few rooms budding from that space. He couldn't figure much out, unfortunately - he saw a few access hatches, but they could have been maintenance rooms for all he knew, accessed by ladders or assisted flight.
It wasn't long before he could see the floor below coming up to greet him. In mid-air, he twisted, righted himself, and kicked his propulsors on just in time. He came to a halt inches before hitting the ground, and placed himself quietly onto the floor, where he waited for the old man to arrive.

Breeches brow furrowed as he watched Pin simply drop into the pit. It was quite a risky maneuver, but seeing as this place wasn't built to defend against incredibly powerful androids anyways, it wasn't a big deal. Despite this, the Doctor decided to descend slowly. He didn't need to take any risks, especially seeing as this place might not even have anything worthwhile anymore.
After a brief moment, the elderly robot landed, his feet tapping against the concrete floor. His night vision scanner activated on its own, revealing that the only way forward was an incredibly tall hall, most likely used to transport experimental materials to and from this elevator shaft.
He turned to Pin, beckoning the Mercenary to follow as he began to walk towards their only possible destination.
"There's no need to rush ourselves, friend. Time is a thing of little importance to beings such as ourselves."
The Doctor slowly strolled through the large hall, his eyes narrow as he peered thoroughly at the walls, looking for imperfections in the sleek, dark metal. Despite the apparent age of this complex, this hall was incredibly pristine; one could eat off the floor and it would be cleaner than eating at a five-star restaurant! A curious grunt escaped the Doctor as he pondered. "Quite fascinating, wouldn't you say? Decades underground, yet not a single speck of dust lines these walls. Perhaps the cleaning droids are still active after all this time..."
He turned to Pin, a curious look in his eye as he spoke. "If you don't mind my asking ... Where are you from, exactly? You don't quite have the markings of the local Blue Banner Army, yet your power output far exceeds most of their models. Perhaps you're an off-world construct?" Some might find it odd for a strange old mandroid to question their origin, but hopefully Pin didn't mind much.
Their destination still out of sight, Breech waited for Pin's answer with burning curiosity in his chest. He just had to know where this fellow had hailed from!

"Time may not ravage our bodies, but you're a fool if you think it matters so little. Slow and steady wins no races, friend." He said that last word with a certain amount of sarcasm. He'd only just met Breech, and it was far too soon to truly call him friend. Hell, Pin was preparing to rip this guy off, that usually put an end to friendships.
He walked with the doctor through the halls of the facility, which looked as if it had been untouched for quite some time. Either someone had forgotten their keys, or this place was evacuated in a calculated and orderly fashion. Judging by the way of things, it was likely the latter, in which case it was likely that any useful intel had been taken with the owners of the facility when they left. Still, it was some consolation that there likely wasn't any sort of marauding super mutant that had caused an emergency evacuation or the unexpected death of the entire faculty of this place.
"Dust is primarily dead skin, it stands to reason that if the facility was properly sealed and ran off an internal air filtration system that dust wouldn't be a concern, especially after being locked down. I'm more surprised that nobody else has found this place. You can't be the only one on this entire planet looking for places like this."
And then Breech started in with the personal questions. Pin raised an eyebrow when the old man asked if he'd been built off-world. Was this guy old AND blind?
"I'm certainly not from Earth, if that's what you're getting at." With that, Pin unwrapped his tail from his waist and allowed it to swish back and forth behind him, emulating the restlessness of a Saiyan waiting for something interesting to happen. He hoped that this simple bit of body language would tell Breech just where Pin came from.
