Pin nodded to Kay as she introduced herself. She looked a little shaken, which had him a little bit concerned. She had the quick cunning of a warrior, but her age may be more of an issue than he'd hoped. With any luck her apparent Saiyan heritage would help her toughen up quickly, with a little prodding and hard work at least.
"Welcome aboard, Falcon Kay-El. The White List welcomes you."
The wolf Zoanthrope woke up, to Pin's surprise. Maybe there was more to him than there seemed. Still, he watched Samba get up and take off, leaving without another word. Pin couldn't hold it against him, though he was disappointed that there seemed to be no retaliation whatsoever. A shame.
He then turned to the Saiyan, who seemed a little outraged with how things had gone here. He threw an accusation of narcissism Pin's way. It would have been scathing if Pin had particularly cared. Pin saw no need to refute Sake's claims of pin being arrogant. He was arrogant. Still, Pin liked to think he'd earned a certain amount of arrogance, tempered of course by caution and discretion.
"Welcome aboard, Hawk Sake. The White List welcomes you."
And then the arcosian landed, throwing a bit of shade the Saiyan's way. Pin had anticipated this, and while he hoped it would not affect the outcome of any missions, he decided he wouldn't intervene in any sort of tensions between operatives. This was a hunting lodge, not an army. Any beef could be handled between those involved. Only if it affected the job would Pin get involved.
"No inconvenience," he said to Shivere, tossing a small USB device to the arcosian, "Take that. It's got my information, you can add it to your scouter later. Welcome aboard, Hawk Shivere. The White List welcomes you."
He took a step back, looking at each of them individually. They were rag-tag. They weren't planet busters - yet. But they were a damn good start. He was happy with how things had gone and he was proud to call them his operatives.
"One more thing before you go. I'll be transmitting the List's charter to your scouters, so you can review our operating procedures. You'll find theres one small dress code requirement. When representing the List, I ask only that you wear a cape, scarf, cloak, or other item of clothing in white. When you're on the job, you'll need to wear a similar garment in the colors of the nation or organization that you're fighting for. Once you've read the charter, just sign the attached contract electronically and send it back my way. No need to do it immediately, just when you get a chance. Once those contracts are all signed, I'll add you to the list of active operatives and once work comes in I'll send it your way."
He put his hands on his hips and nodded.
"If you haven't got any questions, you're free to go."
