A figure blurred across the Wasteland. Radasha had decided to get a run in this morning. She was going at speeds most land-based vehicles could only dream of. One thing she liked about the wastes was the openness. You could just run for miles without running into something. There were mountains and such, sure. But those were pretty hard to run into accidentally. She was clothed in the undersuit of battle armor (She had got a new set of armor upon returning to Vegeta), white pants, and her battle armor's boots. She took in a breath, slowing down to what weaker beings might call a run, and looked around. She missed home. She'd been on Earth much longer than she anticipated, but she was back.
Back home.....With a house basement full of Saibamen....Those little buggers had made Icarus' old lab into something of a nest or hive. She didn't quite know what to do with them yet. Them or everything that scientist had done while she was away. She sighed. She supposed she'd burn those bridges eventually.

[Power Level: 19,543] [Heavy Weights On: 4885]
Rukkora lay flat out on the plains, her eyes focused on the sky and a scowl plastered on her face. How many months had she been out here now? She counted the number of sunrises and sunsets she'd seen and decided it'd been about seven months. "Damn it..." Rukkora groaned as she sat herself upright, weights pulling down at her massive arms and legs. Seven months of training with no discernible difference. Was this it? she wondered. Have I reached my limit?
Saiyans were meant to be warriors gifted by their biology to always advance and yet, ever since she killed her father, Rukkora's growth simply felt... stunted. Almost as though she may as well have done nothing these past seven months for all the difference it made. Cut off from society, she had no idea what happened to anyone after that meeting.
That meeting... the thought still irritated her. She felt ashamed of herself, getting upset over nothing like that, then storming out like it was a big deal. As for the planned invasions of Arcose and Earth? Whatever. Why should she care how it went. If Vegeta hasn't exploded yet, then they must have done a good job.
Rukkora's sour face adjusted into a less harsh frown, brows furrowing as she started to stand upright. The beasts of the wastelands couldn't provide a decent challenge, even to a lone, weighted Saiyan in shorts and a sports bra. Perhaps that was the problem? Maybe she needed an actual challenge. She'd thought about that many times before, yet still struggled to find any motivation to follow the orders of the queen.
These weights still felt heavy to Rukkora. Maybe she should wear her full armor? Rukkora shook her head, knowing that wouldn't make a real difference and held her elbow with her hand, the other running through her massive mane of black hair. With a sigh, her black eyes scouted the flat plains, furry brown tail swishing about behind her. Suddenly, she caught sight of something.
"The hell?" whispered the large Saiyan to herself as she saw the figure approaching in the distance. Until now, Rukkora had been fairly good about keeping an eye on approaching humanoids in the wastelands, not that any of them would breach 10,000 in terms of power level. Hastily, she ran over to her spacepod and grabbed her Scouter to gauge the creature's power. In a few moments, the small, red-tinted lens counted up over 9,000 and kept climbing. Rukkora gritted her teeth as it rose to 15,572.
Had they come for her? Technically speaking, she was a deserter. With no small measure of embarrassment, she had figured her relatively small power level would serve her well in this instance, making her unworthy of the effort to attempt to kill her. Any Saiyan with a power level over 10,000 should probably have better things to do. Any Saiyan under 10,000 would be sent back to the capital half-dead, if Rukkora didn't kill them first.
This person was approaching too quickly to safely put her armor back on. Grabbing her trident-styled energy blade, she prepared herself for whatever might come, scowl returning to her face. Another thought occurred and she loosened the grip on the energy axe slightly. With these weights, her power level would seem miniscule compared to this person. If they were looking for Rukkora, they'd be seeking something higher.
A smile appeared on Rukkora's tanned, tattooed face instead, releasing her hold on the axe and folding her arms under her chest. Just relax, you're just being paranoid from months of no contact. Don't worry, this is probably nothing. Nodding to herself, she awaited the figure's approach.

It seemed Radasha was in fact, not even running directly towards Rukkora at first. Her current path seemed like it would take her past the larger Saiyan. But as she was about to pass her, Radasha stopped, turning to look at her. Honestly she hadn't really noticed her before she got closer. Her mind had been occupied with the Saibaman issue back home. She squinted a bit at the other Saiyan, head tilting a bit. "Didn't I see you at that one meeting....During Kaula's short run as head of defense?" she asked. She seemed to remember the large woman storming out during a meeting. Not that she blamed her. She thought it'd been a mistake too....and it had turned out Zucceta had something else in mind when she put Kaula in that position. She gave the woman a once over with her eyes before looking to the pod. "Is yours crapping out too? Mine died on me during reentry." she said, chuckling a bit. Seemed Radasha wasn't there to take her in or whatever. Hell she didn't even consider the woman a defector. For all she knew, this woman was just out here training like her.

As Radasha moved towards her, Rukkora took off the Scouter and set it aside in the spacepod. She greeted the other Saiyan by pounding her fist against her chest and smiling, nodding her way through as she asked about their previous meeting. Since Radasha didn't look like anyone who'd be sent to fight her, Rukkora felt relieved. Dodged the bullet, perfect! "Hm? Oh, yeah, that meeting! Ah, it's been months, forgot all about it!" she replied, a grin on her face as she let the axe go entirely.
The grin dropped as she mentioned the spacepod. Rukkora gestured to the craft with her thumb, "Oh, this worthless hunk of bastard? No, yeah, I figure it'll get me to another planet... or crap out in the middle intergalactic space if I tried to push it. I mostly use it for getting around Vegeta for now - not that I've been traveling a lot recently." She let out a hearty laugh, then brought it back down, letting a slightly awkward silence settle in. "So, you look like you're training, too? Is that what brought you out here?"

Radasha listened to the larger woman talk. Yup, sounded like her pod. That reminded her, she should get a new vessel...something more...sturdy. Maybe an actual ship. "Mine is probably still outside the capital if you want to go find it. Maybe scrap it for parts to yours..Thinking of getting myself something better." she said, shrugging. She looked around a bit as the woman questioned her presence out in the wastes. It was exactly what she guessed so she responded in the affirmative.
"Yes. Training and also thinking what to do with the lab and Saibamen horde the late Dr. Icarus left in my basement..." she said, huffing a bit. "My servant has done a good job keeping them behaved...but...there are a lot of them...I don't know, maybe I'll sell them cheap or something.." she said, shrugging.

Rukkora gave Radasha a strange look after being invited back to the capital, her eyes looking over to its general direction and the scowl returning to her lips. "Thanks, I'll think about that... Wouldn't mind getting something better, myself."
Her gaze trailed back to the other Saiyan and she shrugged a bit. She didn't really have more than a passing familiarity with Icarus, but a Saibaman horde kept in a basement just seemed like a gross, acid-spewing mess.
"Right," she said, not wanting to kill the conversation here. After all, this was the first one she'd had in half a year, she figured should make it good. "So, I've been out here for... a while. I'm wondering, just since that meeting you mentioned, what have I missed?"

Radasha sighed at being asked that. "Well if you're asking about the Invasion, it failed," she said, crossing her arms. "The majority of the Earth forces may be weak to us in comparison, but they have some strong fighters. Only one of their capitals could be considered taken down...But they had started rebuilding efforts by the time I left. Some soldiers, including one of the strongest fighters on Vegeta, defected. My daughter was one but at least she made her choice BEFORE the battle and didn't leave comrades behind escaping the battlefield." she said, growling a bit. "He took his whole team and ran....Do you believe that?" she asked. She had not heard about him since. Maybe he left Earth before she did. Maybe he was dead. Didn't matter.
"At least I can understand Kaula's reasoning for her switch...And hell...she stood up to Zucceta in combat and didn't fall so I can't help but be proud of that.." she said, remembering the battle and Kaula going toe to toe alongside that grey haired human against Zucceta in her transformed state. "I suppose you didn't hear of Zucceta's Golden Oozaru form since you've been out of contact for some time." she added.

Trying to hide her reaction and retain her calm, Rukkora nodded and tried to hide the concerned look growing on her face at the story. She wasn't surprised, by any means, that the Earth had defeated the Saiyans. A knowledge of Saiyan history suggested this would be the case, though she might have relished the battle regardless. The defectors didn't surprise her that much, either, sort of being one herself.
Natto's defection wasn't too surprising, either, given what little she saw of him, but damn if it didn't make her clench her jaw and fists in rage. "Bastard," she spat, pausing for a moment before taking note of something she hadn't noticed previously. "Oh, wait, Kaula's your daughter," she said, "I kind of see the resemblance now. Shame she defected, but, hell, I wouldn't stick around if I was being used. Besides, that... erm... creature she brought to that meeting was loyal to Earth, right? At least she fought honorably, bravely, and for what she believed in, like a Saiyan should."
The massive Saiyan tilted her head at the term "Golden Oozaru". Her black brow raised, "What, like a Super Saiyan Oozaru? Is that a thing now?" She sucked her teeth at the thought, "Guess it's just one more way to get outclassed.
"You know, I passed 10,000 back before people started breaking the Super Saiyan wall. My father was probably one of the more powerful Saiyans on Vegeta, if not the most powerful at the time, at least up until I killed him..." She shook her head and shrugged, a mirthless smile on her face, "A sorry sight, huh? I haven't made much headway since, and not for lack of trying. But I'm not going to bore you with complaints; I just need to work harder, get stronger."
Shifting the subject, she took a seat on the ground and gestured for Radasha to do the same, "What about Arcose? I've been gone since before they returned from that battle."

Hearing her talk about how her own training seemed to have stalled, she chuckled a bit. "Ah, you'll get stronger. You just need a sparring partner once in awhile. You can only get so strong by yourself." Radasha said. "There can't be much to train on out here other than the wild life...And they aren't really great training partners. Decent food...but they won't help you get much stronger." When she asked about Arcose, she responded; "The Arcosian Empire was defeated and their home world...Not so much destroyed as it had a giant tree planted on it that drained all life from the planet...And Queen Zucceta held up Wyntre's head on her message informing Earth that the SSE was targeting them next, so I'm preeeetty sure the Empress is dead."

"A victory and a loss," scoffed Rukkora, "at least we broke even." She smiled a bit at the manner in which Zucceta chose to announce her invasion, "Ballsy, I'll give her that. Definitely ballsy. Anyway, sparring partners would probably be best." For a moment, she stopped to notice the weights on Radasha's arms and legs. Damn it, really? The difference in their power became clear to her; even with her power level hampered, Radasha would be a formidable opponent. "Alright, yeah, a sparring partner. Sounds good, and you're here to train anyway, right?" She grinned at the woman and pounded her fists into one another, "Want to do it, then? Here and now?"

Radasha shrugged. "Eh...Well..Earth won their right to their planet....If they had trained their military like ours, they probably would've stomped us into the ground though...They're a lot more numerous...If their people were stronger they'd probably be one of the strongest galactic powers....IF...they trained their soldiers in ki but....They rely too much on machines and weapons to do their fighting for them.." she said, huffing. It honestly bothered her. All that potential and they won't put in the effort to make themselves better.
When the woman suggested they spar, she grinned. "I was wondering if you'd ask actually." she said, chuckling, beginning to stretch a bit in preparation.

Cracking her neck a bit, Rukkora joined Radasha in stretching. "My Scouter picked up your power level when you came here," she said. A simple statement, just to let Radasha know that she was aware of how vastly outmatched she could be in this fight. At the same time, she kept her weights on, making it clear that it didn't matter to her - Rukkora was far too proud to fight a weighted opponent without her own weights on.
The large Saiyan's stance widened, right foot behind the left and knees bent. Her left arm raised, fingers and thumb arranged into a three-digit claw while her right hand tightened into a fist behind her. A smirk appeared on hr face, a strong gust of wind hitting the area and kicking up the dust on the wasteland plain. Rukkora's massive, knee-length mane of spiky, jet black hair fluttered in the wind while her tail wrapped snugly around her waist. A smirk appeared on her face as she prepared, intent on letting her new friend make the first move here.

Radasha took note of said weights and the fact she didn't remove them. She might've been capable of standing equally with her own suppressed state if she had. Kind of stubborn but Radasha supposed the larger woman would get more of a work out if she kept them on. But that meant Radasha had to plan her attacks accordingly. Hold back too much and it'd look like she was pitying the weaker Saiyan. Don't hold back at all and she might finish the session too soon. So hard enough to punish any mistake or opening the woman made but light enough that it didn't immediately knock the air out of her or something.
Rolling her shoulders a bit, she slipped into a low stance, arms somewhat limp. She looked up at the woman, tail swaying through the air behind her. She seemed to have gotten a....more feral look about her all of a sudden. The other woman wouldn't have much time to ponder to stance as Radasha was suddenly moving. Leaping up half way to her, Radasha pulled an arm back then thrusted it forward as she descended, palm outward. It looked as if she was aiming to palm-strike Rukkora's face. But...maybe she undershot her attack because it was heading for the ground in front of her. It would become apparent this was intentional.
As Radasha's hand contacted the ground, she lowered the other one, using them to rotate her body, leg outstretched, to preform a sweep at the larger woman's legs. Radasha would end the maneuver facing Rukkora, hands and feet on the ground, body in a kneeling position.

Rukkora didn't expect Radasha's fighting style to be so... bestial. At the same time, she liked the feral stance and the ferocity it displayed. Of course, this was immediately followed by Rukkora almost getting struck in the face, her great body lifting off the floor as she jumped backward, flipping over a few times to avoid the blow. Rukkora actually anticipated that there would be more to the assault than there was, which seemed to work to her advantage when the leg sweep came.
Rukkora stared at Radasha as she swept for her legs, but her backflips put her out of range of the attack. Scrunching her face up a bit, Rukkora noticed a bead of sweat running down her own face. It was obvious she wouldn't hit Rukkora at full strength, but at least she seemed intent on showing her how agile and skilled she truly was.
Naturally, Rukkora didn't want to disappoint.
Radasha's size would work to her advantage here, considering her power level, as it'd make her a smaller target for Rukkora to hit. Lowering her stance a bit, Rukkora rushed forward, her ki surging about her body as she launched herself forward. She came close to Radasha, but her legs hit the ground, making a sudden stop as she leapt up and rolled forward in the air, right leg extended as she slammed it down, attempting to strike Radasha by driving her heel into her head. 4885 wasn't a particularly high power level, but it was enough to break the ground below the other woman if she avoided the blow - which was rather likely, given how slowed she was by comparison, even without weights. Even if the blow didn't connect, she didn't really expect it to hurt Radasha.

Radasha smiled as the woman avoided her attack. As she came charging at her, Radasha prepared to take a defensive stance. She stepped back in preparation of a blow, only for Rukkora to leap up and attempt a heel-drop on her. Raising her hands she caught the woman's leg, one hand on her heel, the other behind her knee. Stepping forward, she pushed, attempting to unbalance the woman. If successful, she would follow up by stepping again and thrusting her palms out, letting out a yell, as a shock wave flowed out from her palms to hit Rukkora, possibly knocking her even further.
