Rukkora is quite large for a Saiyan female, standing at six feet and six inches tall and weighing 221 pounds. Everything about her looks huge, her muscular arms, thick thighs, wide hips, and buxom chest as well as her large hands and feet. Her most notable feature is the extremely long, extremely thick mane of black hair that falls past her waist. She's known for her large, wild-looking black eyes, thick black brows, cruel grin, and red tattoos of stripes along her face, arms, and legs. Like all Saiyans a long, brown monkey tail extends from her tailbone.
The armor Rukkora wears is sleek and form-fitting. The undersuit is a dark gray with red, reinforced parts covering the lower thigh and below as well as the biceps and inner forearm. More heavily reinforced black material forms her gloves, torso plating, and boots with golden plating girding her shoulders, forearms, stomach, outer thigh, calves, heels, and the tips of her toes. When hunting for food, she removes the armored parts of her outfit, as she finds them constricting. Her outfits need to be cleaned often, as she butchers and cooks her meals herself and chooses not to use ki blasts when hunting.

Born into a particularly brutal family of Saiyan nobility, Rukkora was born to the Saiyan elite Makotsu and his wife Marantha. Weakness would not be tolerated from any member of Rukkora’s family; at the age of four, her father abandoned her on a distant planet to grow strong. Her task was to destroy the planet Yatitor by the time her parents returned or be killed and it was during this time that she adopted the Yatitorian warrior custom of painting her face created with various ingredients including the blood and bonemeal of a previous kill.
Though she managed to complete this task, it was only a preliminary examination to determine her potential. Afterwards, she spent six years in the central wastelands without contact or technology, surviving by hunting and robbery, even resorting to cannibalism to remain alive. At the end of this training, she returned to the Capital, stronger than she was before. The next six years of Rukkora's life were fraught with danger at the hands of her own siblings, peers, and her father's rigorous gravity training regimen.
When Rukkora was sixteen, Marantha attempted to include her in a plot to kill Makotsu and flee Vegeta. She refused, forcing Marantha to try and fail to kill Makotsu without Rukkora. Seeing her mother brutalized, Rukkora attempted to protect her only to be casually cast aside as she watched her father kill her mother. After beating Rukkora into submission, Makotsu decided to grant Marantha's final request and spared their daughter's life. Instead, he sold the wounded Rukkora into slavery and forbade her from returning to Vegeta under penalty of death.
The slavers used Rukkora as a gladiator in an underground arena, hoping to make some money off her combat abilities. For the next seven years, she gained a reputation as a gladiator, amassing a large collection of scars over her many victories. On the day of Rukkora’s final victory, she showed off the power she’d gained through her arena fights, destroying the arena and inciting a gladiator revolt. The arena was overrun and, in the chaos, Rukkora, backed by a small cadre of gladiators, hijacked a spaceship and set course for home. When she returned to Vegeta, Rukkora set about getting revenge on Makotsu. She stormed his ship, the Lacedaemon, and confronted him directly. In the end, Rukkora was victorious and left her father's body to die with his crashing ship.
Rukkora killed Makotsu for revenge, satisfaction for the nine years of slavery she endured. Uninterested in having to control anything as it might put her into what she considered a different form of slavery, Rukkora left her family affairs alone despite having the right to take command of their household. Since then, she’s sought to distance herself from her father's name and her family ties by forging her own legacy.
