Cacumber Capital, the center of the Saiyan Solar Empire, had undergone immense changes since Beryl las visited. Many of the older districts had been revamped; newer, more modern buildings were erected, and the Saiyan citizens were more revitalized, eager and prideful than ever. They were the ones in charge of the galaxy; they were the ones who called the shots, and they were the ones who were going to construct the most influential Empire known in the universe. Beryl was working to make sure that didn’t happen. He didn’t want to completely eradicate the Saiyans, but having a brutal, warmongering faction on the loose didn’t sit well with him. The galaxy’s safety was paramount, and he’d much prefer it if the Saiyans simply minded their own business instead of trying to conquer the entire known universe. His recent visit to the Tuffle Ruins yielded interesting finds such as old schematics, derelict machinery and numerous data recordings. Satisfied with his findings, Beryl decided to visit Vegeta’s capital next, hopeful to find more information about the actual membership of the Saiyan Solar Empire. What he was truly interested about was the apparent numerous Super Saiyans that filled the Empire’s ranks. He had already encountered one in the Tuffle Ruins, and there was a good possibility that he’d encounter another if he kept his full power-level up. Saiyans were drawn to strength, and given how powerful Beryl was, he hoped he’d be able to pull another one to him like a moth to an open flame. Bored, Beryl sat in the lobby of the elite training facility. He gazed between the numerous visitors; an overwhelming majority of them were either Saiyans or aliens. A massive holographic screen hovered in the center of the room, displaying the power-levels of all of the people available to fight as well as those who were currently in the middle of a fight. Out of all of the people in the training facility, Beryl boasted the highest power level resting over two million. So far, no one had approached him for a spar, forcing him to fool around on his handheld gaming device in the meantime. True, Beryl didn’t get too much joy out of fighting, but he was doing this to get information. Valuable information. PL — 143,972 [Base], Enlightenment Active. Current PL: 2,303,552 Queen Habana

Commander Habana Active Techniques -All Seeing Eye(Detection)
Items In Use -Scouter
| A Challenger Approaches! “Bana.. there is something that might be worth your attention down at the north facility..” Jala's call had been about as vague as could be, that alone would have been more than enogh to rouse Habana's curiosity over what was going on over there but even more than that was her mothers tone, it took a lot to rattle the old Captain, even the dangers her surgery had posed had not been anywhere close enough to breaking the woman's confidence. But the tone of her voice in that message had sounded distinctly worried, it was that worry that had Habana exiting the palace at top speed bolting through the halls and out into Cacumber itself, the trip was made even easier with her platforms allowing her to simply run a direct line from the palace to the northern training facility where Jala did most of her work while not on a mission.
“I'm here, what's the word.” Habana said into her scouter as she dropped down off a platofrm to land a few feet from the training centre's entrance, as far as she could tell there were no overt signs of anything big going on inside, only the usual sounds of training. Stepping forward Habana pushed open the doors before waiting for a response, as if already expecting her daughter to not wait on additional information Jala was slowly making her way to the entrance to meet her. “That was fast” Jala stated her tone far more even now than it had been.
“You sounded bothered, I figured business at the palace could wait.” Habana said, the 'business' she had been attenting to however had amounted mostly to watching television in her personal alcove in the Palace, most of her normal duties were already attended to by now which left her with a fair deal of personal time. “I apologize if I made things seem a bit more urgent than they might be but take a look at the screen.” Jala stated making a geture at the large display, it showed off the strongest warriors in the facility, most were average and because Jala was not within the range of the scouters there was only one truly notable power level. And my oh my was it a sight to see.
“Two million..” Habana muttered, not the highest power level she'd ever seen or felt, but certainly up there. A quick scan of the fighting floor told her which warrior it belonged to, a man not much younger than herself standing by himself, no opponent to spar with... the soldiers were a brave bunch, some even to the point of foolishness, but none were quite THAT foolish, to pit there thousands of power level against millions. If she had to guess he was probably a human, MAYBE a hybrid of some sort, or perhaps a Kabochan but her gut said 'human' at least on some level. “Looks like he wants a sparring partner, cant hurt to give him what he wants” Habana said grinning slightly, it had been a while since she'd had someone genuinely stronger than her to face off with, her training sessions with Zucceta had become far and few between since she'd begun her galactic travels.
Stepping forward Habana would move purposefully into the range of the scouters, once inside she'd start powering up, slowly at first though quite quickly with any effort on her part she would overcome the other signatures in the scouting range placing her at the second position, her power however would continue to rise as she made her slow walk towards the man until finally she reached the peak of what she could put out without transforming, stopping for just a moment Habana would let out a low growl as her aura exploded around her unleashing the power pent up within and drastically raising her power. In doing so she would also cause a number of the other warriors to begin stepping away from the immediate area between and around herself and the human. “Looking for a spar?” Habana would ask once she felt she was close enough to him her power finally sitting at its maximum, frustratingly it was quite a bit below the humans but with any luck still close enough to give her a chance.

Beryl knew that he wasn’t the strongest out there, but considering his unique situation concerning the ability to use ki, he was doing pretty exceptionally well to be at the level of strength he was at. Of course, the only way to get stronger was for him to continue his strict, brutal training regime. Sadly, ever since he came to the training facility, none of its occupants wanted to spar with him. He couldn’t necessarily blame them though; if you had a power level within the thousands, challenging someone like Beryl was an insane decision to make, even for the Saiyans. Then, he felt a power charging near him. It was huge, much larger than any of the other fighters currently within the facility. Looking up from his phone, Beryl noticed a woman approaching him. She had an extremely interesting hair style with a purple hair color to boot. Her aura commanded attention and respect, and she was getting plenty of it from just her entrance alone. She crept towards Beryl before stopping directly in front of him. At that point, her power flared even further, and coupled with the low growl, it looked like she was all business and no play. It was then that Beryl was able to get a better look at her face. He had seen it all over Cacumber Capital – on posters, hologram screens, even statues. He searched for a moment, trying to put a name to a face. However, he couldn’t think of it off of the top of his head right now. It would come to him soon. The purple-haired hybrid asked Beryl if he was looking for a spar. “I am,” Beryl affirmed, nodding softly. “Would you like to spar with me?” He assumed that was the reason why she approached him and why she put on the display she just did. With that said, the dark-skinned human rose to his feet, his fancy, golden, crown-decorated Galactic Patrol badge glistening under the facility’s lighting. “My name’s Beryl by the way. It’s good to meet you.” No matter what the gravity of the situation, Beryl didn’t forgo his manners. With an extremely casual pivot, the space police leader strolled towards the currently open training rooms. He gestured Habana to follow him and as the two walked, hundreds of pairs of eyes followed their every movement. It was easy to find an open training room, and after placing his hand on the door’s scanner, the electronic door slid open with a mechanical whirr. The training room was spacious and heavily reinforced – designed to take an immense amount of punishment and beating. “I’d like to thank you for offering to spar with me. I thought I wouldn’t be able to get one today,” Beryl stated as he walked into the training room. He looked around, clearly impressed with its design. “Oh, before we start, would you like to spar under heavy gravity? I’ve heard that this facility has gravitrons installed into each of its training rooms.” It was an expensive endeavor but one with extreme benefits. Intense gravity was one of the most effective ways of increasing one’s power quickly. “If you do, I can withstand up to one hundred and fifty times normal gravity. So, select a level that you’re comfortable with.” He was doing his best to be friendly and accommodating. “Also, what’s your name if I may ask? I keep seeing your face all around here, and everyone here seems to know who you are.”OOC -- I'm so, so sorry. I forgot about this thread, but NOW -- IT HAS MY FULL ATTENTION. Queen Habana

“I figure I might be the only one here that's got the power to give you a proper challenge so why not” Habana said giving the man a grin, he was without a doubt one of the strongest warriors on the planet at the moment and it showed by just how intimidated some of the other warriors were, no matter how prideful even an Elite was they KNEW for a fact that this man possessed the strength to end a fight between them with a single blow. Even Jala would struggle to give this man anything resembling a challenge and it had been because of this that Jala had called Habana over. Jala wasn't sure what to make of the man and with his power if he wanted to cause trouble there would be nothing any of them, even as a combined force, could do to stop him.
But Habana could. He introduced himself as Beryl before starting to make his way into one of the unused training rooms, these training facilities were built to last, strengthened to sustain exceptional power, unless Habana or Beryl started actively trying to destroy the walls it was unlikely that either would be throwing out enough power to cause irreparable damage.
“I know the feeling, it's a bit sad, pushing yourself to become stronger only to realize there are so few people willing to train with you and even less who are actually capable.” Habana said with a sigh, she wondered idly what Beryl thought of her at the moment, for now she was putting out quite a lot of power, probably more than all of the other warriors in the building combined aside from herself, Beryl, and her mother. “Fourty times gravity would be ideal for me, I do not have a lot of time to acclimate to higher levels of gravity unfortunately so that's my current limit. I could probably do higher but I wouldn't be giving you a particularly good fight” Habana said, the knowledge that Beryl had already mastered the maximum capabilities of modern gravity training was impressive, it certainly explained his power output.
Habana would tap a few buttons on the command console ticking it up to forty times gravity, the lighting in the room shifted as the enhanced gravity settled in on the two warriors. Habana rolled her shoulders under the pressure gritting her teeth a bit in discomfort. “The names Habana, officially speaking I'm 'Commander' Habana but I prefer most to just call me by my name.” Habana said stepping away from the console to stand across from Beryl “Now just give me a moment before we start this, right now I probably wont give you much of a challenge..” taking a few breaths Habana's aura began to flare up around her, violet energy swirling around her before exploding outward as it shifted to gold, her hair once again bursting it's bindings and unfurling to it's full length. The intensity of the gravity became a whole hell of a lot less taxing on her form as Habana's power rose exponentially.
It was nice to be back in this form, it was her preferred state and while the energy drain had become nonexistent since she had gained mastery of the super saiyan state the form tended to cause a bit of unnecessary intimidation in daily life to those around her “But now I think I'll be more than capable of giving you a worthy fight” Habana said flashing Beryl a grin as her power had gone from nearly insignificant compared to his own to roughly equal, the human still possessed an advantage but it was one that would not be likely to cause a distinct effect on the fight's outcome.

Habana seemed amiable enough, and her manners were a nice break from the usual brutish, combative personalities Beryl had to deal with ever since he landed on planet Vegeta’s surface. However, she made no effort to mask her power – her Saiyan blood and pride showing. She wanted to make sure that Beryl knew how capable she was, that she was perfectly able to best him combat. Beryl made no comment about it verbally, but he made a mental note to not take any chances against Habana once their sparring match started. After all, she was the Commander of the Saiyan Solar Empire, and that didn’t sit well with Beryl at all. “It’s definitely nice to meet you, Habana,” Beryl said as the commander busied herself with setting the appropriate gravity level. He noted her slight discomfort – a usual side effect of being placed under intense gravity. However, Habana’s sluggishness didn’t last now. Soon, her aura flared to life – shifting from a deep violet to a bright gold. Her hair burst free from its bindings, its color taking on the same tinge as the yellow aura that shrouded her body. Just as Beryl expected, Habana was a Super Saiyan. It was a stature fitting for the Commander of the Saiyan Solar Empire, and given how much Habana’s power increased, Beryl knew that he was in for quite a match. His facial expression remained neutral, but his gaze intensified. Beryl wondered if Habana perhaps knew Mayze by any chance and if she caught wind of his and Mayze’s confrontation in the Ancient Tuffle Ruins. “A Super Saiyan? Well, I can’t say that I’m surprised. That power you were giving off earlier was really something else. Do you know Mayze by any chance?” What appeared as genuine curiosity was actually intelligence gathering. The more Beryl could find about the SSE’s higher-ups, the better. As much as he was unhappy about Habana’s position as Commander, he couldn’t let her know it; after all, that alone could jeopardize his entire investigation into the SSE, its motives and its current and future doings. “I guess I’ll start things off if you don’t mind.” Beryl said. Unlike Habana, he had no aura around him whatsoever, but his power was still just as potent, if not even more so. He shifted into a standard, simple left-handed boxer’s stance. With a single nod, he suddenly disappeared, only to reappear directly in front of the purple-haired female. He jabbed three times at her face in rapid succession before spinning and attempting an elbow right for Habana’s chest! PL -- 213,406; Spiritual Insight: (x16P): 3,414,496Queen Habana

As Habana let herself acclimate further to the heightened gravity she raised an eyebrow as Beryl asked if she knew Mayze “Yeah he's one of my general's, Zucceta appointed him to aid me when I initially took up my current position. He's a bit gruff but he does a good job” Habana said with a grin as she thought about the other super saiyan, she had not had much chance to speak with him recently what with his departure to Namek with Pin, now that Habana had settled pretty well into her role as commander it was less necessary for her to have someone like Mayze around to act as council for how she should act and at worst even without him she still had Jala. “How do you know him?” Habana asked curiously, Mayze did not exactly seem the type to have many particularly positive relationships with those outside the Empire.
Habana watched carefully as she felt Beryl's power surge a sign that he was ready to get things started, curiously he seemed to lack any sort of visible aura despite his significant power, usually it was weaker warriors that lacked a visible aura as there power was simply not enough to generate one, Beryl of course was LONG past the threshold for such a thing, perhaps though it was just a quirk or specific technique he possesed, for warriors unable to properly sense energy and lacking a scouter it would very likely take them off guard that someone not producing the same sort of visual displays of power could hit them hard.
Speaking of hitting hard now that both she and Beryl were good to go the human warrior took the initiative and shifting his stance before vanishing, the energy around Habana's eye flared, while she was unable to visually keep track of Beryl she DID manage to keep a read on his power, taking a step back just before he reappeared Habana was able to raise an arm to block the first jab, she shifted to one side to avoid the next but the speed of the last managed to catch her off guard decking her in the face and causing her to stumble back a step and mutter a quick curse.
Not wanting to be caught further off guard Habana flipped back narrowly avoiding the elbow aimed at her chest, coming to a stop while still on her hands Habana would grin up at Beryl before twirling like a top aiming a kick at Beryl's midsection.
