The bronze Arcosian looked out at the city through his command bridge's viewport. "Are the preparations complete?" he inquired of his singular, and yet at the same time pair of minions. The twin Majin's nodded. "The device you ordered has been installed into the ships sensor network array." said the one on the right. "Although each use of this scanner module will cause a brief drain in power before it can be fully utilised again." informed the Majin on the left. "However, the drain will only be localised to the new module itself and shouldn't affect our primary sensors." both of them said in unison, their voices echoing one another and yet sounding like they came from the same mouth at the same time.
Abzerute nodded before he gave a flick of his hand, the twin Majin females immediately taking their assigned posts. "Commence take-off procedures," the bronze Arcosian ordered, the Majin minions setting about their tasks, command keys being pressed and toggles being switched, "and set a course for New Namek at maximum speed the moment we are clear of Brenchias orbit." Whilst he knew that the human scientist he'd been associating with recently, Beryl Roarke, had expressed a desire to journey to New Namek alongside him, Abzerute felt that he couldn't afford to wait for him to make his own preparations.
Especially not since the methodology of how the formerly destroyed planet of the Namekians had been restored had been made known to him. As well as the knowledge that others would be chasing after these seemingly all-powerful omnipotent wish granting orbs known as the Dragon Balls. His hands tightened their grip on the leather armrests of his command chair, the nails biting into the upholstery. The bronze Arcosian would not allow anyone to take away his chance of ascension... his chance to reverse what the Solar Saiyan Empire had accomplished.
If all went according to plan, then his wish would turn the Saiyans great victory over Arcose, into their most humiliating defeat... and the best part is, that if it worked out as he hoped it would, then it wouldn't bring Wyntre back with Arcose. Earth's Dragon Balls when used to bring back Namek had also brought back its slain population, and whilst Abzerute would sorely enjoy watching the Saiyans mouths drop at the sight of all the Arcosians they had slaughtered suddenly re-emerging into the world, each of them hungry for revenge against the Saiyans... if his plan to reforge the Empire was to succeed, he could not run the risk of also bringing back Wyntre.
If she returned, then he could not ascend the throne, and given her pacifistic regime in the past, he very much doubted that she would even make the attempt to take any measures against the Solar Saiyan Empire for what they had done to them. The bronze Arcosian slowly nodded to himself as he thought through the wording of his desire. According to every single story, every single myth and legend that had some form of wish being granted in it, the message was the same. Be careful of what you wish for. The wording had to be precise so that there was no room for any kind of misinterpretation on the part of this omnipotent dragon that Beryl told him was responsible for the wishes.
He paused as he considered something that could potentially derail his scheme. The dragon from the Namekian Dragon Balls may not even speak any language other than Namekian... or understand any language other than that one either! He growled as he thought about this distinct possibility, his fingers drumming away on the arm of his chair, his eyes watching the stars as they began to rush past the ship. If what he feared turned out to be true, then he had to not only locate and claim all of these Dragon Balls to perform his wish, but also coerce one of the locals in order to enact his wish... and make sure that the local that he collected didn't try to adjust his wish or even worse, claim the wish for themselves for some other purpose.
Abzerute grumbled as he rubbed his forehead at the slowly growing complexity of this situation. He sighed before standing up from his chair and began to float out of the room. "If anything comes up, I'll be in the Gravitational Field Manipulation Chamber, training. Make sure that any disturbance is a valid one..." he ordered of his minions, the twin Majins who were one Majin nodding at his command before they returned to the task of flying the starship at maximum velocity towards the distant world of New Namek. This was going to take a while.
