The Mechanized Doctor soared through the skies of the Fortuneteller's Desert. His laboratories scanner suggested that small deposits of Resillium were hidden beneath the sand, but his field scans pulled up no such result. Despite it seeming fruitless, the Doctor decided to investigate anyways. His search for Katsu was seemingly going nowhere, so any lead on Resillium was better than nothing. The Dunes were starting to blend into one another after a while, making the Doctor feel like he was simply moving in place endlessly. He shook his head in annoyance, washing away the odd mirage he was experiencing.
Suddenly, his internal scanner picked up something interesting: A Power Level, accompanied by smaller Power sources all around it. He estimated it to be around 6,000 units, which might just prove a challenge for him with his limiter earrings equipped. He quickly descended towards the ground, finding that he had just landed in a settlement of some kind. From what his data-banks told him, this was known as a bazaar; and quite bizarre it was.
The settlement was quite large; merchants attempted to pawn off their wares to people who had no interest, and children ran through the sandy streets, grabbing money from the pockets of inattentive adults. All of the stalls, despite selling useless wares, had at least some attention... Except for one.
In the corner of the bazaar sat a stall selling food -or rather, giving it away. A very old, very time-weathered man, resided behind the stall, carefully preparing a meal. Nobody sat at the stools in front, despite the food apparently being free. The Doctor presumed most people weren't going to accept the offer of a free meal in a shady place like this, due to fear of being drugged or robbed. Breech eyed the stall from afar, getting a quick reading of the man working it.
He was surprised to find the mans Power Level resided at an absolute zero.
He scanned the man again, and the same result appeared in his mechanical iris. He frowned, upset that he could not decipher the mystery behind the man before approaching. "My presumption is that he has learned to suppress his power to a complete nothingness; so much so that even I cannot assess his battle prowess... Very curious indeed. Perhaps he will be useful to me."
The Doctor slowly strode up to the stall, sitting down calmly on one of the stools. He tapped the bar in front of him, and requested a meal.
Breeches tone of voice was cold and emotionless. It gave a slight chill to anyone listening, and would most likely hint that Breech was less than human. "Kind sir, is there any chance you would be able to create a dish for me? I don't mind what you make, anything will do."
