Technique Name: [UV3] Nocturne Of Light> Wiki Wraith's DecoyDescription: The clone Koramund created becomes infested with a parasitic entity within. The clone acts like a body guard, and when it dies, The Titan is released, acting as 33% of Koramund's PL and attacking foes. Koramund can charge this up to either make multiple Titans, or a single massive one. Technique Name:
[MP3] Summoner of the Void - Nightmare > Wiki God of Destruction Super Energy SphereDescription: Koramund creates the Phantom Resurrection and pumps it to the brim with ki, before creating a second larger Phantom Resurrection around the first. The first smaller Phantom Reserrection turns into a Void Obliteration, spitting out all the matter into the larger Phantom Resurrection, and then more and more ki gets put in until its filled 100%, and the Phantom Resurrection can barely hold anything else in. Koramund creates four of theses at once, orbiting around him violently creating a massive gravity well, sucking in much larger objects then himself, before compressing all the gravity to fuse the four orbs into one, creating a Star-like energy sphere, and its size can be between that of a Beach Ball, and a Moon. It's max starting size can be that of a mile wide, but expands rapidly with each turn charged. In a Normal thread, this may go up to 3 miles in diameter, in a Saga - DE where a Planet is allowed to be destroyed, it can reach Celestial Size. ;-If the ball is compressed into a small size, it will make a massive explosion in the radius of miles if fired straight away, but may be used to destroy planets if charged enough and in the appropriate area, evolving straight into the Celestial size. ;-If the ball is expanded to its Celestial Size, the ball is covered in a aura of flame, but it's explosion is barely bigger then the actual Celestial Ball. May be used to destroy planets if charged enough and in the appropriate area. If crushed, it becomes the Ultimate Version (This brings the move to 400% PL, however, the 400% only effects planets, it is 300% max against a person) ;-If the ball reaches Ultimate Version, it becomes a tiny white orb, the size of a mere quarter, but can pierce through the thickest of defense by warping the very space around it. Said ball if it hits the core of a planet, will consume the core, and then turn the planet into a star for a few years, before it burns out into a Dwarf Star. The attack has such a large amount of space to travel, it takes a turn to pierce a planet (If used for planet busting - 5 turns in total, against a person, 3 turns) ; Summoner of the Void - Nightmare has one major issue though, the dangerous explosion can be redirected by a foe close to Koramund's own power, but if the Celestial Version stops moving completely it will stabilize. This causes it to turn into a star the size of a house, but anyone other then the caster can drain the energy and gain a equal power to Koramund's power.

Don't really have it in me to try to iron out shapeshifting mechanics atm, so for now i'll just take a simple upgrade for my 6th tech. Technique Name: [SU2] Possession > Wiki Possession Description: Scargot has the ability to take over the body of a Human/Bipedal/Animal on Earth the same way he uses telepathy to read there minds but now with a little more Ki he can then take over their mind and control them from up at the lookout. This can be done by first using his Far Seeing Art Mystical Skill then using Telepathy to enter their minds and finally Possession to take control. In this form Scargot has his same Fighting Style and Ki control, Scargot hasn't yet mastered how to control the being so much that he can insert his own power level into the being. So the being he is controlling is as fast and as strong as it would be if Scargot was not controlling it.

Technique Name: [SU] Instant Transformation

Description: Wyntre had been going from her forms, simply cycling threw them, and trying to break her transformation times. Wyntre can move between any of her transformations with-in a few seconds, as well as do something as well in the same turn, like charge, attack, dodge, flee, or something similar. When transforming, Wyntre is enveloped in a bright light, but not bright enough to stun, but merely to not be able to clearly see Wyntre's general frame, as she transforms. She also plans to later implement force-fields into this, but that's just a possible future SU2/SU3.

Description: All her time trying to stay hidden from her bloodthirsty uncle has pushed Ninjin to learn greater control over her kis output. This has made it that she is able to regulate and fight at whatever power level she chooses to through her own internal suppression. Though it is incomplete and from time to time she will flare toward her maximum power and be easily seen at her truest power.
Technique Name: [SU2] Advanced Ki Sense

Description: Alongside her training to control her ki to its fullest of extents Ninjin has begun to develop keen sense when it comes to ki of those around her. While not being able to sense the truest power within someone she can sense if someone is holding back while fighting her now. She can also not distinguish kis signatures at a longer distance to find specific people and now can barely feel the androids energy output. Though it is unrefined and she mistakes it for background noise most of the time.

Thank you very much Pipa. I'll now get to the respective techniques here. Koramund: As was stated in PM, we are discussing the respective techniques in how to bring them down to normal levels. Once you've finalized them, post the revisions up here, Koramund. @orache: Good to go! @pipa: You're set to go! Reikiko: Variant is all set to go! @scargot: Explained effectively. I see no qualms here. Wyntre Cold: This is a difficult thing to work with. The way I see it, it should be discussed with the community as this could be an actual racial Arcosians get. I would reword this, so that it's written in a way that it is a more generalized version and not just apply to Wyntre. Ninjin Nedrag: Advanced Ki suppression and Master Ki Suppression are good to go. Advanced Ki Sense, though, needs to be edited out a bit. The last portion, concerning the androids, should read as: Androids and general machinery power can be felt out, but due to the similar nature of electricity in them, it is difficult to discern a machine from a android. This way, it still applies that androids still got their ability to hide themselves, but it shows that Ninjin, having been around Androids so much, has begun learning how to pick up Androids. Master level would, at that point, make it so you can even sense out the androids and any other unusual energy sources. (Does this sound fair to everyone else?)

He can see in a thermal-like way, his foes glowing brighter the more ki they have, and that leads them to their doom. Technique Name:[N1] Phantom Resurrection > Wiki Shocking BallDescription:With planet busting power being the norm, Koramund need to update his arsenal to keep a dark sense of fear. Creating a pitch black orb of darkness, Koramund creates a gravity well that starts to drag the near by environment to the orb, before the bomb is fired. When the Phantom Resurrection detonates, all the absorbed material is expelled at once. Black hole part of the orb can not effect foes, just small objects. Technique Name: [UV2] Void Obliteration > Wiki Omega BusterDescription: Size must be mastered, and that has been achieved. Koramund creates a massive amount of energy, but the Phantom Resurrection makes it into the size of a normal ki blast, making the detonation not only a surprise, but a painful one. The large amount of power placed into one tiny spot makes the move's mass become hyper-dense, but fills the void, so anyone around the Void Obliteration feels as if gravity is pushing against them. (I still want the SOTV-N to be a MP3, it has nothing inside it that would make it a UP3, it is simply the way it is described, not its function)

Technique Name: [SU] Darkness Infusion (bulking technique) > Wiki Pump UpDescription: Pipa's body begins to expand, muscles reaching enormous proportions as he infuses himself with more shadow energy. His blows become much more deadly, but the flesh around his body becomes stretched and he loses much of his flexability. While using this technique in a transformation he gains +2 to his offensive power level modifier, and -2 to his defensive modifier. This does not change the offense or defensive modifiers of Pipa's shadow form in using demonic skill.

Koramund: Like the flavoring now. Quick note, for clarity's sake on your now named World Maker, it may as well be annihilated instead and will also need the UV3 Tag to it. Everything else there is set to go.
Pipa: The level of bulking here is representative of SU2. Reason for that is the technique is an upgrade of Ki Suppression. Make sense?
Orache: Differentiate the UP2 from the N1. Call it Super Riot Javelin and make the Last Riot Javelin read that it is the most powerful version. Otherwise, you're good!

Secondary Effect - The area around the World Maker is being ripped apart and reformed, the very natural world breaking down! While charging, the World Maker makes the ground start floating, plants to grow much faster, give wild animals a desire to run away or danger, and a 33% barrier for Koramund. Once the orb hits a target, it creates a gravity well that tries to drag everyone into it, and once the orb explodes, the enviornment is now stuck in a gravity zone, where everything floats around, even the ground!

Koramund: The 2nd effect won't be able to go down, Koramund. Keep in mind the techniques mechanics for UV3 in this ruling:
Advanced, or Tier 3, offensive attacks could once again be one of two versions - maximum power or upgraded unique variant. That would either be 100% of the user's power-level (an Ultimate Kamehameha), or 66% with an additional effect (A Super Bending Kamehameha, etc).
This is the reason for why it can't have a 2nd effect. While it has the punching power of a UP2, it has the singularity effect, in that it sucks things in and then explodes outwards upon contact.
