Description: Allows a saiyan to remove the weakness of his tail. Ex: grabbing it no longer affects the saiyan.
Approved: As it's a basic thing, and you're certainly over the power level requirement.
2.B)Technique Name: [SU1] Energy Barrier

Description: Energy Barrier is a technique used to generate an energy shield around the user to protect them from attacks. In the basic stages of Athren's learning of this technique, He can generate 33% of his power level per charge (Turn) into the defence of this technique before it is used. If the attack is even with or weaker than the barrier it will be blocked and the barrier will remain up. If the attack is stronger than the barrier at all, it will break and Athren will be open for injury. (Same as Offensive Technique Charging.)
Alright, I do love discussing Barriers, I'll tell you what though, on my own opinion about this honestly. Say you use this technique, and the persons attack happens to be stronger, It'll break your barrier, but I feel as if you'd only be hit with what surpassed your barrier. Meaning if it was going to be a 30,000 barrier vs a 40,000 pl attack, you only take 10k damage or an equivalent as you tried to block most of it :3

In the mastery stages of Athren's learning of this technique, He can generate 100% of his power level per charge (Turn) into the defence of this technique before it is used. If the attack is even with or weaker than the barrier it will be blocked and the barrier will remain up. If the attack is stronger than the barrier at all, it will break and Athren will be open for injury though at a reduced punishment. (Same as Offensive Technique Charging.)
Example of the 'Reduced Punishment': Say an enemy fired an attack at Athren with a value of 100,000PL, lets say Athren tossed up his barrier quickly. Say it was worth 50,000PL. Though the enemy attack would break through. Athren would only receive 50,000 damage as his barrier would have taken HALF the hit. If Athren's barrier was worth 25,000. Athren would receive 75,000 damage and etc..
Reduced Punishment as a tier 3, I will agree with the REduced Punishment, as the damage that breaks through will be cut in half, this way, it keeps it a bit more fair if you attempted to stop something, and as a Master technique, it would need some edge to make it worth while. While the other two, you'd take damage equal to what was left, this one will cut the left over damage in half. So approved.

Description: Afterimage Technique (残像拳 - Zanzōken) is an ability to move so swiftly that an image of the user is left behind. In Athren's adept stages of learning, He has learned how to leave a moving Image behind. Though it's range and motions are limited it can be used to distract enemies.
Approved, as it's a moving Image will only last for a few seconds. Meaning it's gonna be limited on what it can do. Maybe it'll take 2 or 3 steps before it vanishes.
2.F)Technique Name: [N1] Nova Flash

Description: Athren would move both his hands in front of him and begin to charge a ball of energy, this attack in it's basic form would get 33% Of Athren's power level charged into it before being fired. (Per turn.) Once the ball is completed and ready to use (User discretion.) Athren would then 'Pinhole' a point in the energy ball to let a massive beam of energy escape it and be fired towards his target.
Fairly Simple, I'll approve it, as the max range on the Novice tier, and it needing to be a point blank attack, I'll say it's max distance is 5 or 6 feet.

(Per turn.) Once the ball is completed and ready to use (User discretion.) Athren would then 'Pinhole' a point in the energy ball to let a massive beam of energy escape it and be fired towards his target.
Again Approved, but this time, as it uses more power, I'll say the distance is doubled between ten and twelve feet.

Description: Athren would move both his hands in front of him and begin to charge a ball of energy and condense it to incredible levels, this attack in it's mastered form would get 100% Of Athren's power level charged into it before being fired. (Per turn.) Once the ball is completed and ready to use (User discretion.) Athren would then 'Pinhole' a point in the energy ball to unleash a massive beam of energy escape it and be fired towards his target.
Approved once again, this time however, since it's a master tier technique, the beam length is now between 16 feet and 24 feet depending on how long you charge it.

Description: The Full Power Death Beam is a more powerful version of the Death Beam that uses more efficient and power ways to form and send this beam to make it over all better. To use this technique, very much like Death Beam, you point with one finger as a larger and more powerful Death Beam comes out. This is red in colour.
Approved as it's a simple attack, though warning not sure if you used this against me in our thread, if you did and it wasn't approved during that time, you may suffer a penalty grade. Or a minus in reward as you used a technique that hadn't been approved at the time.

Koramund: Technique Name: [SU2] Hyper-Magical Bio-adaptability

Description: Using Regeneration, magic and Ki, a Bio-Logical being could force themselves to physically evolve, adding more body parts, moving their body like slime, creating objects, and generally having complete control over the body. The transformed person can choose their appearance, even hiding as members of other species, down to the atom, however requires the genetic material to do so(Absorb somebody of that race). The Technique is powerful enough to even be able to suppress Ki to make the disuse perfect. No impact on PL. Can make flesh into magic to survive more of the gruesome or extreme transformations, and flesh can rip off to become objects.
I'm not sure what to say on this, as long as you don't use it to attack I see no reason, as for it being all in one I would say it would need different Variation as you tack on one or more things to it. Meaning for now it can be shape shifting with Regeneration. But they'd take a bit to make the Materialization and such.

Description: When used the Spiral Drill wave now charges to 100% of Ninjin’s Current Power Level in one turn. If held it will continue to grow at this level every turn held. [IE 30k (As its even Number) per turn every turn she holds the attack until she releases it. Turn 1 100% Turn 2: 200% etc etc.
Approved as it's a basic Master tiered technique with no catches and such.

Description: Kenseiken aims to bring in as much energy as possible within a very short time, when his attack connects with anything (Another attack, an enemy, the ground) it explodes that energy forward in a destructive blast.

Description: A more powerful form of Kenseiken, This attack focuses even more energy into his attack.
7:C) echnique Name: [MP3] Kenseiken Obliteration

Description: Kenseiken Obliteration pulls in all of Kojima's energy into a single attack, whether this be with his fist, leg, sword, anything. It gathers as much energy as possible within the alotted time and sends it all out in one massive devastating attack aiming to completely obliterate his opponent.
I agree with Pieter on these, it seems the same, but at the same time it has an explosion to them. So in the long run, as you know they'll go at a charge rate of 33% for the first part, 66% for the tier 2, and then 100% a turn for your master tier.
8:) Technique Name: [Mastery of Hidden Power}
Description: After achieving her level of experience and expertise Ninjin has found a way to tug at the hidden fount of power deep within herself. Allowing her the burst of ki to the maximum of her hidden potential. This power can be poured full power into a single attack the turn it is activated and the effect degrades back to her natural power level at a rate of twenty five percent per turn. This potential can only be drawn out once per battle thread and will exhaust Ninjin for the next two turns after returning to her base state making it so it takes her longer to charge ki techniques.
Approved, as you've made it to the max power level needed in order to do so. I believe It'll do you good to learn to control it, during the current thread with Ninjin and Emer.
