[N1-UV3] Aurora Armor: The user covers their body with a layer of ki, causing skin to look like it's blazing with a white flame. Specks of multicolored light flare from the white light that overtakes the user's body as they creates a shield directly above their skin, like a coat of armor. This has a SUSTAINED variant in it's secondary and tertiary forms. Barriers with this variant will remain present to defend their creator for either three posts or until their total PL is overcome- whichever comes first. Only when it is broken, bleed-through damage will be accounted for. Until then, it takes the attacks with all their power, leaving it's user unharmed beneath his armor of multicolored Ki. If the Barrier user is lower than 65% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%. Anything greater is a 50% reduction. [SU1-SU3] Force Palm: The user puts a hand forward towards an oncoming attack. Instead of merely dodging or reflecting it, they partan oncoming ki attack around their body, or just bluntly stop a punch or kick. This doesn't fully stop giant beam attacks, as the user just lets them go around them instead of hitting him. If one wants to fully stop an attack or protect more than one person, they will have to use a trusty barrier technique. [SP] Unity Burst: A powerful team attack one may preforms with close allies also knowing the technique or any other meging variant tech. The user thrusts their palm towards a foe, firing this attack in conjunction with another ally's merging attack. One by one, whizzing streams of colors fly from the goat's palm. Red, Blue, Orange, Yellow, and every other color of the rainbow is launched as an individual, snaking beam that hisses in the air as it soars towards a foe. Each separate user usually has one dominant color in their Burst attack, causing them to sport an even more colorful spectrum when they merge together. Each of the streaks combine into the ally's merging variant attack, swirling around in unity and giving their attack a sparkling rainbow hue, and an extreme boost in power. Costs 3 KP, and can be charged three times at intervals of 100%. This attack has a merge variant, of course. Purple and Blue Variant right here!

Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a static image of yourself to distract your opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 100% of your PL. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.

I’d like to change the transformation Intense Struggle with “Elemental Attunement”. Pretty self explanatory, almost the same thing only with an added effect. Kira enters a state in which he can imbue certain parts of his body with an an element he’s attacking with. I.e) if he attacks with fire, his arm is entirely engulfed in flames. Sounds cool right?
Also, I’d like [UT] Ki suppression. Nothing special just setting up for the next transformation.

This technique uses 2 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.

[N1] Energy Scythe: is a Scythe technique used by Glay by forming ki into a piercing energy scythe into his hand.

Some techs Chai will use in the future- These don't take tech slots due to school teachings.
[N1-MP3] SERPENT'S BITE: The signature technique of the Serpent School. Chai cups his hands in front of his chest, creating an emerald green orb of Ki in the center. Once the attack is fully charged, the goat thrust his hands forwards, releasing a swirling beam of green energy, lead by a crackling orb of Ki. When the attack attains a stronger charge or energy input, the tip of the beam shifts into the fanged head of a serpent.[SU1-SU2] AFTERIMAGE: A symbol of the "trickery" that the Cobra School was once known for, Afterimage allows Chai to increase his speeds to immense proportions, becoming invisible to the naked eye, whilst leaving an image of himself behind. This is used at 100%, 200%, and 300% intervals, which each tier costing more KP, as per usual. [SP] BOOMSLANG: A variation on the Serpent's Bite invented by Bing himself that Chai has now picked up as well through tutelage. Instead of charging the technique with both hands, he raises his right hand to chin level, bracing his wrist with his free hand. Once he gathers enough energy, the goat will fire the crackling orb of emerald Ki at a foe. Should the foe avoid it, they'd find themselves hounded by the technique! Charges at 100% per turn, capping at 300%. This technique homes in on a target twice, meaning they have to dodge three times to successfully avoid it.
*These techniques can only be used AFTER in-character tutelage through the Serpent School.

Glay Howdy friend. Techs that a character starts with don't need to be approved here. Seeing as the character applications are closed, though, you'll need to wait until the sequel site comes out early next year to make your character. I'd suggest writing up Glay and keeping him on the backburner for now  Chai Oh hey those are mines! Approved
