48k PL: Ferocious Roar [SU2] Ginge looses a mighty roar filled with ki, stunning a being equal to or less than 200% her current PL and damaging structures caught in the area in front of her. If her roar's PL is within 80% of the total amount of a charging attack, the charge is disrupted and lost.
54k PL: Blutz Hide [N1] Ginge coats her body with ki, protecting herself from harm for a moment. This barrier can be strengthened, building its power by 33% her current PL at a time. If the barrier's PL is within 65% of an attack's own, any damage is halved. However, if the barrier is less than 65%, such damage is reduced by 25% instead.
60k PL: Blutz Hide [V2, Sustained] Ginge coats her body with ki, protecting herself from harm while she fights. This barrier can be strengthened, building its power by 33% her current PL at a time. If the barrier's PL is within 65% of an attack's own, any damage is halved. However, if the barrier is less than 65%, such damage is reduced by 25% instead.

Technique Name: [N1] Sunsteel Strike
Description: Grasping her blade with both hands, Kaile releases a quick side-slash, sending out a wave of energy to strike at the opponent if used at range or causing the energy to be focused into the targets body if used within melee.
Technique Name: [UP2] Sunsteel Strike
Description: Grasping her blade with both hands, Kaile releases a quick side-slash, sending out a wave of energy to strike at the opponent if used at range or causing the energy to be focused into the targets body if used within melee.
Technique Name: [UV2] Sunsteel Divider (Piercing)
Description: Similar to Sunsteel Strike, however the energy is condensed to the width of the tip of her blade instead.
Technique Name: [MP3] Sunsteel Strike
Description: Grasping her blade with both hands, Kaile releases a quick side-slash, sending out a wave of energy to strike at the opponent if used at range or causing the energy to be focused into the targets body if used within melee.
Technique Name: [UV3] Sunsteel Dividing Slash (Piercing)
Description: Similar to the Sunsteel Divider, the Sunsteel Dividing Slash instead focuses it into a point almost too small to be perceptible by the eye. (Still emits Ki and thus can be detected via Ki Sense/Scouters automatically. This is more for flavor, mechanically speaking it's still detectable)

Applying for four techs (6k, 12k, 18k, 24k)
Technique Name: [SU1] Vajra Step Description: Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a static image of yourself to distract your opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 100% of your PL. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
Technique Name: [V2] Shadowless Palm Description: A strike used to fool the sense of sight. The user lashed out with a powerful strike, but uses their ki to create an optical illusion; the first attack is an illusion that does no damage, used in an attempt to drop the opponent's guard, while the second, corporeal palm strikes while their guard is down. The attack deals 33% PL in damage, and charges at 33% per turn. This attack is a Homing attack.
Technique Name: [UP2] Quivering Palm Description: A more powerful version of the Force Palm. While its predecessor aims to deal external damage, the Quivering Palm aims to deal internal damage, by using the Ki built up to rupture the opponent's internal organs. The attack deals 66% PL in damage, and charges at 66% per turn. if used to knock out an opponent, the attack will merely shut down the opponent's body to a state of unconsciousness. if used to kill the opponent, it will cause a vital organ (usually the heart), or a selection of organs, to explode.
Technique Name: [UT1] Three Devas Description: Used to confuse and disorientate enemies, the user uses his Ki to leave afterimages of the motions of their body; if they wave their arm, afterimages will follow shortly; if they run, afterimages will trail behind. This technique creates three illusions that follow them.

Technique Name: Roboozaru [UT1] Pin has constructed a giant mobile battle suit in the general shape of a Saiyan Oozaru transformation. While it spends most of the time in orbit, Pin can call upon it in battle, piloting it as an alternative to the limiter removal of his Overdrive. Effectively, it's just an alternative flavor for his Overdrive, and nothing more. Pin will still need to pay for Recalibrations after using the Roboozaru, and only gains the PL boost of a standard Overdrive transformation.

Blokus Approved! Purika Tech alterations denied. New techs approved. Cloud Name change and all techs approved! Gira the N1 would be a freebie thanks to the Articho thread, but the rest of the techs are approved! Ais not sure where you're getting those slots from..? You gain tech slots for every 6k PL starting from 0, so that last tech you don't have enough PL for. I'll approve them all, but just remember you need 72,000 before you use Tier 2 Telepathy. Durian Interesting naming convention. Approved. Rhytid Approved! Maeve Rakshasa Approved! Bell Approved! Azovka Kaile? I think you may have been writing for the wrong account there friend. I'll approve these anyways, as I knew what you meant, just remember to edit the names to the proper character when you've got time @gaivahros Most of your techs look fine, except for Shadowless Kick. It feels like the type of effect that you'd see on a variant, though I'm not sure what that effect would actually be. Homing perhaps? I'll approve the rest, but you'll need to edit out that phantom hit for the N1 attack. Pin Embracing the Monkey Boys I see. Approved.

Is this more acceptable? Technique Name: [V2] Shadowless Palm Description: A strike used to fool the sense of sight. Just want to make sure all my techs are in line. Originally, I had Ki-Infused Melee at the second level and then Flight, but I've decided to drop Flight as a technique and instead buy flight as an upgrade at the Android shop. So, I should have four slots available to play around with.
"Manus Dei" Ki-Infused Melee Attack [N1/UP2/MP3] Effects: Charges melee attacks for 100%/turn [cap: 500%] Flavor: Thanks to the muscular modifications given to her, Failure can "super charge" her punches and kicks (though she favors punching). By simply focusing her Ki energy into her synthetic muscles, she delivers devastating blows. As she charges up this skill, a crimson glow emits from under her skin, as if her blood is quite literally boiling. By the time she reaches maximum charge on this skill, her muscles and tendons are completely visible and a thick, red mist covers the limb.
"Casedite Eos" Piercing Variant [V2] Effects: Ignores half of an opponent's barrier Flavor: Similar to how Manus Dei works, Failure takes advantage of her enhanced muscular structure to deliver an extremely hard blow. However, when using this piercing attack, there is no charge up and the entire force of the attack is focused to one of her joints (ideally her knees or elbows). Because the impact point is so small in comparison to a blunt punch, this allows her to break through any barriers or defensive skills.

Ginge I knew something was off. You're approved! @gaivahros Better, but now you'll need an N1 to start off the tech chain. Apply for that as well, or else the UP2 and V2 can't even be used.

BINDERS CALL ▪ Functionally it works almost identically to the multi Form technique, while the multi form calls forth an exact duplicate of the user Binders Call, brings forth a Ki construct splitting your PL between yourself and the constructs. [UT2] [UT3]Previously Accepted Tech
Demonic Vision ▪ Like many demons before him he has learned to communicate through the power of the mind, directly delivering his commands or images through the frontal lobe. Like many of his kith and kin he cares little for the discomfort, this causes the recipient, instead only that his message is received and followed. The demon uses his will to expand out usually pushing thoughts and day dreams out of the target, and due to the nature of the power this can make the individual feel uncomfortable, or that they've been violated some how. This technique works exactly the same as telepathy.
[UT1] [UT2]
[UT] Hell's Abode ▪ The demon channels the realm that spawned it filling his muscles with new strength, usually materialising as larger muscle mass and a thicker aura, tho this technique while powerful has a fatal flaw making him much slower and unable to defend himself as easily. This technique works exactly the same as Power Weighted.

Refunding a tech point because of the new NPC rules. Old Move: [UT] Dynamic Duo, Unite!- Jutsu gets his friend Shibo to join the battle. This is just a flavored Multi-Form, but instead of Jutsu splitting himself into two, Shibo joins the fight. New Move: [MP3] Gigavolt Cannon (Upgraded version of the Shock Buster.) - Jican charges as much electric energy as he possibly can, and mixes it with ki to launch a massive energy wave attack at his opponent. The final form of the Thunder Buster requires so much energy that the ki envelops Jican's whole body (like the Heat Dome Attack), and is massive compared to its weaker counterparts. Fires off 100% of Jican's PL for every turn it's charged.

290k Four-Witches Technique [UT1] Through some method you are capable of producing two additional arms(or arm-like appendages!) that sprout from your back, these limbs provide no extra power in and of themselves but to provide you with extra fists to punch your opponent and extra hands for grappling AND punching. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
296k Six-Witches Technique [UT2] Through some method you are capable of producing four additional arms(or arm-like appendages!) that sprout from your back, these limbs provide no extra power in and of themselves but to provide you with extra fists to punch your opponent and extra hands for grappling AND punching. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
