@sadismacorp Approved. Helix Crust approved, assuming the Frogification wears off after a round or two. Accordio Approved. Dilva This feels incredibly complex, which isn't a good sign for a tech. Denied.

Name change and detail change for: Afterimage [SU1] and Ki-Infused Melee Attack [N1] -
Irith’s Evasion [SU1]: The power of Irith’s will swirl around the user or so they believe. Within their left eye, a black clock will appear. This clock does not ‘stop’ time but more improve the user’s perception critically and amplify their movement by a vast amount. The gives off the illusion to the user and whoever’s around that they’ve stopped time for a brief moment. During that short moment, the user can't 'harm' the foe or Irith will take her power back. This technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 100% of your PL. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged. Holy Pulse [N1]: The user will infuse their entire arm with a pure white energy. This Ki will strength and harden such beyond their normal density. This is a one-attack like technique; whenever the user throws a punch or strikes with that arm, the Ki around the elbow or palm (Depending on how the user wants to strike) will act as a jet therefore allowing this attack to be faster than the user’s normal strikes. Whatever it hits something; the remaining Ki would act as an explosive pulse. It will trigger upon impact but at the same time, blow away the victim via the ‘pulse’ or try to. Charges at 33% per turn.

Note: With these tech I wanted to explore the idea of what can a demon really do, they come from the tip of the universe and should be strange and alien that's why I've flavored the tech so, with that being said I hope it goes through.
➣ Technique Name: [N1] Infestation
Description: The user uses his body as a conduit for the demon realm, essentially creating small rifts inside their body letting the raw energy and smaller things gather in their body, until expelling them through the mouth and or nose creating a swarm of wailing nashing insects, not wholly of this world they are the stuff of nightmares and rush out towards the nearest target, upon swarming their target or destruction they quickly disperse or simply drop dead, as the change between realm is often fatal for these small creatures.
Mechanically: charges at 33% per turn. (IE: 33% > 66% > 99% > 132% > 165% )
➣ Technique Name: [UP2] Infestation
Mechanically: charges at 66% per turn. (IE: 66% > 132% > 198% > 264% > 330% )
➣ Technique Name: [MP3] Infestation
Mechanically: Charges at 100% per turn. (IE: 100% > 200% > 300% > 400% > 500% )
➣ Technique Name: Deceiver [UT]
Description: The user shrouds themselves in Ki, wearing it as a cloak as might a thief wear midnight, the user transforms under dark magic taking on the guise of their choosing, tho under a careful eye some are able to pierce the deception. The illusion withers and writhes and slides from the wearer, their features reverting back into their own.
Mechanically: The user is able to change their appearance, they may not disguise themselves as another person, and someone with Ki sensing can break through it.
➣ Technique Name: Energy Suppression [UT1]
Description/mechanical: You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle) you can remain undetected by friends and foes alike! This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle

Tech: [UP2] Pained Paralysis
Desc: This technique is a bunch of red, sharp, dust that Sagi summons up using magic. He launches it at his opponents in attempts to break through their skin and get it into their blood stream. If strong enough it shoots intense amounts of pain into the victim, and could possibly take them down for the count!

190,000 [UP2] Fierce Demon Fang *Blaze*: The strongest version of her demon fang technique: Maeve clears her mind so she can focus on drawing the combination of her ki and fiery spirit into her blade. Once she's gathered enough she cuts her blade while releasing the stored energy. The combination of the slash's speed and the explosion of energy creates a wave of ki that shoots towards Maeve's opponent. Upon contact, the energy wave explodes into towering geyser of flames.

Post by Rubega on Feb 12, 2017 17:43:07 GMT
Technique Name: Super Galick Gun [UP2]
Description: A continuation of Rubega's strongest attack. Rubega curls his fingers and places both of his hands together at chest level facing the same direction (so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other). Then, once enough ki is gathered, he thrusts both hands forward to fire a powerful blast of energy. This is a powerful, huge, fuchsia-colored ki beam that emanates from Rubega's hands and body. This attack can be charged at 66% per turn. (E.g 66% > 132% > 198% > 264% > 330%).
(12k slot).
Technique Name: Afterimage [SU2]
Description: Through a sudden burst of speed, Rubega leaves behind an image of himself to distract his foes. This image can preform a basic set of chosen movements when created to make the distraction more believable, this technique allows him to completely dodge techniques beneath 200% of his PL. This technique uses 2 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.

Due to staff decision, I'll be reapplying these techniques to being something that is acceptable. First, here's the old set up:
Technique Name (tag): Twin Tomahawk Slasher (V2) (Variant: Double Strike)
Description: Pieter forms two axes in his hand that, individually, are only half as strong the original, singular Tomahawk Slasher. Both Axes, together, charge at a rate of 33%, but individually charge at a rate of 16.5% each. The hunter, after coming across some very agile opponents, has developed two axes in one for the effort of having twice the opportunity to damage the opponent! Upon contact with the target or missing the target, the axes dissipate (Either in Melee combat or Thrown). Requires the opponent to use 2 dodges to avoid the attack! Uses 2 KP.
Technique Name (tag): Twin Super Tomahawk Slasher (UV3) (Variant: Double Strike)
Description: A more powerful version than the Twin Tomahawk Slasher. These two massive Tomahawks charge in total for 66% per post, but only charge individually for half that (33% per post per Tomahawk). As with the weaker version, this is meant to hit the more agile foes. Opponents will need 2 usages of a dodge technique to dodge both axe attacks (Whether it was in Melee Combat or Thrown)! Uses 3 KP.
New set up:
NEW Technique Name (tag): Boomerang Tomahawk Slasher (V2) (Variant: Homing)
Description: Pieter forms two axes in his hand that, individually, are only half as strong the original, singular Tomahawk Slasher. Both Axes are tossed at the enemy in a way that cause them to curve after their foes! Pieter has had to deal with nimble adversaries in the past and thus needed to learn how to chase these opponents down. This is the fruit of his labor! Charges at 33% per turn and requires 2 kp to use. Opponent target needs to use 2 dodge techniques.
Technique Name (tag): Boomerang Super Tomahawk Slasher (UV3) (Variant: Homing)
Description: A more powerful version than the Boomerang Tomahawk Slasher. These two massive Tomahawks charge in total for 66% per post. Opponents will need 2 usages of a dodge technique to dodge both axe attacks! Uses 3 KP.

Technique Name: Hellfire Stream[MP3] > Wiki dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Flame_Shower_BreathDescription: Makaz opens his breath and charges an attack, firing off an intense flaming beam from his mouth.
