Vi-Poi uses his robotic body to his advantage in melee combat, hinging his shoulders, elbows, and knees at striking angles that would be impossible for a normal humanoid to achieve, allowing him to attack areas with ki-infused strikes that are typically undefended. Strikes amount to 33% of his PL.
Poi-driver [UP2]
Grappling your neck between his knees, Vi-Poi locks his calves in a scissor and somersaults, plunging you down into the ground (or another hard surface) to give you the ultimate headache and dirt bath for 66% of his PL.

Boosting his internal clock to its maximum and charging his motivators to their upper limit, Vi-Poi delivers a rapid-fire combination of punches and kicks that move so quickly they appear to be a barrage of light beams. Chai Approved. Purika I'm not entirely sure what the consensus on Shapeshifting is for races like Saiyan who aren't inherently magical. My gut reaction is denial. Zucceta or Vi-Poi wanna give me a second opinion? Vi-Poi Approved!

Big Train Not too sure I can approve this one. Your character doesn't seem the type to be able to magically alter his body size. You can get beefier if you'd like, but getting as tall as an Oozaru is gonna have to go. Majin Makaz I assume this is a stun tech? Not sure what "paralyze" is, as that's not a listed variant effect. If you could elaborate that'd be helpful. Edoma Approved.

(4K Slot) [UT] Flight: Having to walk everywhere is frustrating for small creatures like Rayne, so he's been putting some extra hours into ki practice lately. Finally, he's learned how to defy gravity by using his energy to move himself through the air. He has to admit it's a lot faster and more fun than hiking through the wilderness for weeks at a time.

Rayne Approved. Helix Crust Mimic and Mirror force seem alright, though I'm not sure I like Possession. If it were NPC-only I think I'd be more ok with it, but it seems a bit off to me in its current form.
