I want to "secretly" be a member of SCAR. I don't think an IC meetup is necessary (as Breech built Shin). I don't want the SCAR tag by my name (I think it would affect the voting, which is fairly one-sided as it is)

After having met Dr Breech and been found "just the type of person I need in my organization" by the good doctor, Katsu would be a great addition to SCAR. Still need a formal meet and greet thread, but Katsu is essentially an ideal candidate for the team.
Potential Description:
"A prodigal genius in Bio-engineering as skillful in his field as Dr Breech is in Robotics, Katsu is a great advocate of evolution, both natural and artificial.
