The Supreme Council of the Augmented Revolution (S.C.A.R) is a selected grouping of both cybernetically and genetically enhanced warriors who see all natural life forms as an inferior blight. The Council and it's followers believe that they represent the next step in evolution and that all other sentient beings must convert to become as they are, or be cleansed. They won't let anyone stand in the way of progress.

| | The High Chancelor The foul amalgam of Demonic Origin is the primary founder of S.C.A.R. It is his twisted dream that all members strive to uphold. With a combination of passion, fear, and manipulation he leads the council and it's followers towards achieving their goals. |
| | The Prime Advisor Doctor Breech is easily the most cold, cunning, and calculating member of S.C.A.R. Not only does he provide his valuable input but the good doctor also is responsible for designing and creating most of the inventions that the council utilize to their dark ends. He is also the one responsible for mechanizing any 'reluctant' followers. |
| | The Master of War Zyajin, the living weapon, has dedicated his immense knowledge of battle to S.C.A.R's cause. The being once programmed to protect earth leads the Augmented Revolution's combat operations. He is responsible for training all followers of the revolution and providing the council with intel on the various alien species he was designed to combat. |
