So, I can't help but notice that we've had a drop in attendance just recently, going from 9 or 10 members logging in on Wednesday and Thursday((usually we have about 7 or 8)), to just 4 or 5 these last three days.[I don't tend to count new members until they have actually started RPing] and lets be honest, given this is our 'dramatic moment', saga could stand to be a little more active too
So, I thought I'd kick things off by doing a role call to see specifically who is still around(whose lurking in secret), and putting it out to you guys on how we should go about rectifying this situation and getting more people involved There are many possible options, but we're going to have to be proactive and be involved, rather than letting it get to a state where things go bad. The primary tenet of this site is community involvement/democracy in it's running and systems, and this case is no exception.
We're a very new, and still small community here, so we need to band together carefully and take steps to keep this place growing and the momentum rolling. It's a balancing act, and it's a tough cookie to crack - meaning this isn't a one man job, it's a community effort that everyone is and should be involved with. So as you post below to let us know you're still here, I also want you to be involved in the discussion on what both we as a whole and you personally will do.

For myself, I am going to finalise site patch content(it's almost all done, just needs fitting to templates and posting for community review! and remember guys, I'm not the only one who can do stuff like this, anyone can create new content for putting up to a vote)
I am also going to advertise more: wodsouls.freeforums.net/thread/68/advertising-incentivised
((^this one is a fairly straightforward and easy way that you can help out a lot with minimal effort*, it doesn't have to be much, but it definitely helps us. I know a number of you even found us via such ads, or our google ranking which these ads help increase. Azurai's advertising efforts seemed to directly correlate to the spike in activity we've been coasting along so far, so the effect is there))
*if everyone here did just 5 sites in a week, that's 50 sites atleast. HFIL of a lot less than one person doing all that work!
Also, if you have any friends, or are part of other communities which might have people interested, pass on the word and encourage them to join! We could even work out some sort of bonus that benefits both the referrer and referee, while at the same time helping the site and giving you more interesting people to RP with((potential allies, or even enemies/rivals )).
Lastly, I'm gonna make some sort of... 'role call thread' and try to get everyone involved in sharing their ideas and strategies for growing this place, nabbing a possible issue now rather than leaving to wilt before it's even reached maturity

So, Everyone, what sort of other things can we & will you do? Anything is on the table, so don't constrain yourself. Do you think there's anything on the site itself we should change/address/implement/fix?
The only bad idea is the one that you keep to yourself, even ideas that seem silly can inspire new ideas in response. We're all friends here, lets start brainstorming and get involved!
