The blare of sirens would be enough to hurt the ears of any regular human. Biskie Wouf, the dog-man/saiyan with hyper sensitive ears, was of course paralyzed. What on earth could it be? The nimble martial artist, formerly on his way to work, decided to pursue on foot, easily keeping up alongside the frantic police cars. This looked like a job suited more for Captain Supersonic than Biskie Wouf. The police cars screeched to a halt, their sirens still wailing relentlessly as Biskie looked up to take in the scene. Holy smokes. Biskie was standing before a city block which appeared to be entirely engulfed in flame. Wicked blazes ravaged the skyscrapers, and the screams of sirens couldn't be told apart from the screams of victims, begging to be rescued. Biskie's eyes widened. With a burst of kiai, his work clothes evaporated off of his body, blown away by the harsh wind of his aura. Captain Supersonic now stood in the place where Biskie Wouf was once cowering. With a burst of tail-generated speed, Biskie Wouf was suddenly next to an officer. "Sir," he said, adressing an officer from a few feet above the ground in a manner that would ensure the officer knew he was a vigilante there to help. "Have there been any casualties?"
The officer replied that no, there had not been any known casualties, but there soon would be if the citizens stuck inside the burning buildings couldn't escape soon. Supersonic knew what he had to do, but he couldn't do it alone.
