Clever boy, thought Raisu. So he already knew all about the tail weakness. That took the hard part out of explaining it. Ichiba had made a move for his, but fallen, his hands barely touching it as he fell. Raius's tail twitched, as if on reflex. He was in no danger. He had trained that weakness away a while ago.
"Ah, so you already know about it. A shame I trained mine a while ago. It might have been the edge you needed to beat me, bud. Especially in those weights."
Raisu laughed. The kid was funny, in a clumsy way. Or maybe Raisu was just enjoying being in the role of the teacher. First Treylech, now Ichiba, he was training people left and right. Maybe he could make a job out of it... But that was a thought for another time. For now, he had to deal with what teaching Ichiba a thing or two. Raisu reached down and plucked at the halfbreed's white tail, grabbing for it. That was assuming the child didn't move his own out of the way.

Dangit yet again these weights hindered him it seemed like they were more hinderance then help. Pains ran throughout Ichiba's body and a burning sensation accompanied it, the adrenaline from earlier had already subsided and Ichiba was taking the aftermath of his actions. He cringed slightly as he bite into his lip in order to endure the pain. "Heheh Ms.Tomare told me all about tail training! I could beat you even wi-" Ichiba felt the air from Raisu's hand moving against his tail, his tailed twitched slightly. He knew exactly what was going to happen however there was not much he could do about it with or without the weights Raisu was much much faster than him and Ichi knew it. Time ran in slow motion for a second as a bead of sweat ran down Ichiba's forehead down to his cheek time then picked up as something yanked at his tail. A sharp blinding pain ran throughtout Ichi's body as he twitched about violently he emitted a loud shriek. Well at least the pain from the weights had gone however this pain was way worse it left him motionless save for twitching every now and then. His nerves went blank with pain his brain overcome by pain somehow even the deepest pits of his consciousness were swallowed by the pain. Ichiba couldn't think straight anymore he couldn't even speak to tell Raisu to stop or curse him for being so mean the only thing that was on his mind was pain.

Raisu released the young halfblood's tail. That would drive the lesson home. Maybe it was harsh of him. It certainly was not a pleasant experience. Raisu had had his tail grabbed before. It was painful, incredibly so. Ichiba must be feeling that same pain right now. But it was a lesson that needed to be learned.
"Alright, Ichi. See what I mean about the tail? Really effective. Just don't let it happen to you."
Raisu tapped his foot against the ground. He’d give Ichiba all the time he needed to get up. It was a jarring experience, after all.
"Whenever you're ready, we can keep going."

As Raisu let go of his tail Ichiba stayed there in the same position for several seconds panting loudly. The pain was slowly subsiding but man did it hurt, however he had to get up this is what training was all about right. Ichiba slowly moved his arms to his side as he pushed his back upright. His legs then wobbled slightly as he got to his feet, the weights were getting slightly easier to handle however the burning sensation still lingered about. He looked up at Raisu as he spoke pouting slightly,"Never do that again." he then changed his mood very quickly,"So what are we going to do next!" He decided that sulking and whining wasn't the thing to do when A he asked for this and B he had a fight coming up soon. A fight that would decided his entire life.

Raisu raised an eyebrow. Raisu never intended on doing it again. At least not soon. Though if Ichiba ever tried anything funny, like the first time they met... Well, Raisu would deal with that then. For now, he would just keep up with training the boy.
"Alright, we're gonna do some light jogging. You need to learn how to move in those things. Follow me."
And with that Raisu began moving briskly away from Ichiba.
"Catch me if you can!"

As Raisu began to run away Ichiba attempted to follow however he didn't have much luck. He moved like a snail across the ground, his legs pained at each step. He began putting more into it trying his hardest to keep up into Raisu as he broke into a sprint...well more like walking speed. With each step he made he clomped against the ground making a small dent in the dirt. Everything hurt, his legs wobbled as he lifted them up the weight practically crushing them. More and more sweat began to pour down Ichiba's body as he attempted to keep up with Raisu, but it was futile. He cursed Raisu in his mind as he continued his slow run. He attempted to pick up his pace slightly however when he remembered what he was fighting for, the truth of the universe. More sweat began to pour down his body as his muscled burned, screamed for someone to help however Ichiba ignored them he pushed straight through them this was no time to be tired it was time to become a man!
Reach out to the Truth Just thought it fit the situation

Raisu cast an eye behind him. It seemed Ichiba was following him. Good, thought Raisu. At least he was putting his best effort forward. That was all the kid could do. He'd get it with time and effort. Maybe quicker if he found his passion. But that was up to him. To be metaphorical, Raisu could only provide the canvas, and it was up to Ichiba to decided what to paint. Still, he could at least encourage the kid.
"Come on, Ichiba," Raisu thought, using his telepathy to project the thoughts in his mind towards Ichiba, "You can do it. Just keep moving."
Hopefully the kid could do it and he just wouldn't fall over. Raisu would hate to have to explain that one to anybody who questioned why he had let a child work himself to death or exhaustion. But he wasn't too worried. The kid seemed to be built tough.

Gotta move faster Ichiba thought he had to become stronger much much stronger! His pace picked up a little bit more, until something was speaking in his brain? Raisu it seemed could talk to people's brains apparently AWESOME, Ichiba had to ask how he could do that, but right now wasn't the time. Ichi's started to run even faster with Raisu's words, sweat poured down his body as his white hair swayed in the air glittering slightly because of the sweat! Things seemed to be going his way, he didn't even feel the pain anymore however it seemed another problem was coming as Ichiba feet slid backwards across the ground. However the young saiyan had not given up as he placed his hands below him and using the momentum he preformed a cartwheel; well he needed to get some arm exercise in anyway. He continued cartwheeling along the ground however it was getting pretty hard to do so as his arms weren't used to this kind of weight. He continued however slowly trailing behind Raisu.

That was enough, thought Raisu. Eventually, Raisu slowed to a walk, then a stop. And then he waited for Ichiba. Raisu whistled to himself, some catchy tune he'd heard on the radio while he was training one day. He could not quite recall the name of the song, but he liked it.
"This might take a while..." Raisu whispered to himself. With a sigh, Raisu looked about him. And there, he saw it: a fallen tree branch in the distance. He reached out with his hand, closing his eyes to focus. Raisu imagined the limb flying into his hand, and it was so. It was quite the large limb, though it was relatively light compared to some of the things he had lifted. Still, he turned it over in his hands, examining it. It was larger than a baseball bat, and probably just as sturdy. Anything to pass them, he supposed.

Ichiba continued cartwheeling along even when Raisu had stopped however it was getting tough to hold himself up. His hair swayed glittering in the sunlight as sweat dripped downwards, then upwards then downwards again. Ichiba couldn't see Raisu however so he was unknowing that he had stopped all he saw was a blurry man doing something, with a thingy in his hands. Weird he thought as his arms began to hurt and then bang! He had fallen on the ground the weights around his ankles and wrists crunched against the ground below.

So there he was, thought Raisu. Well, it seems that Raisu had finally worn him down. Those weights certianly took a lot out of a first timer. Raisu grinned as he approached Ichiba. Now this took him back, back when he'd first started weight training. His heart twinged with sympathy for the kid, but it was good for him in the long run. Raisu tapped the stick along the ground until he came to Ichi. And then he reached out and poked Ichiba with the stick, checking for signs of life.
"Yo, Ichiba, you okay? Up and at 'em, dude."
Training sure was tough.

"Mr.Raisu! I wanna take a nap" Ichiba said as he lifted his head slightly off the ground only to have it drop again. Everything hurt! He just wanted to start a new in the morning. Heavy weighted training was hard and Ichiba had already had enough."Why does everything burn mister RAISU!" Ichi decided to stay as he was sweat dripping down to the ground as he dosed in and out of sleep.

Raisu chuckled. Alright, he thought, the kid has had enough. They could continue some other time, but for now, the kid had earned his rest for now. It had been quite the workout, and for someone so young... Maybe Raisu had pushed him a little too hard, but he'd benefit from it.
"Alright, kid, we'll take a break for today. Just keep up that routine, you here? It'll do you some good."
Raisu stepped back from Ichiba and took a seat for himself. Yes, this would do quite nicely. But for now, he'd just make sure Ichiba was okay. At least until he could move on his own. However long that took. It seemed Raisu spent a lot of time waiting for this kid to wake up. Of course, it was usually his fault.
(Do we wanna call this a thread?)
