Race Name: Littians
Starting Planet: Any of the Arcosian planets
Starting Power: Type C [200-500] (changes to fit the race)
Appearance:
A race of scaled, wingless bird people. They tend to be smaller then the average human, but there are some cases where they can grow to be taller. Their scales vary from color to color, as well as the tufts of hair on their head.
Background:
Littians get their name from their planet, planet Litt. Planet Litt itself seems to be mostly a barren wasteland. Dust clouds in the atmosphere. Not much sign of life. It's been lost what this planet had looked like before it was this, as well as what the Littians did before they joined the Arcosian Empire. However, usually being more then average in intellect at times, though weak, they usually filled up the ranks of scientists and technicians. Though it is evident that there are quite a few of them working as foot soldiers, usually with no chance of promotion. Though, there are a select few that have been known to become strong enough to lead squads!
