Raisu stood beneath a tree, blindfolded. His tail twitched in the night air, as if something primal in him was awakening. He’d blindfolded himself. Ever since Raisu was a child, he’d always been warned off from looking at the moon by his mother. As it turns out, that was his father’s parting gift, that little nugget of knowledge. Real nice of him to pass that on. It almost made up for everything else. But not really at all. The man had left a dark mark on Raisu’s life. His mother’s, too. But he was gone now, and that’s all that mattered. It would have been nice if he had told her mother just what would happen if Raisu looked at the moon. But no, Raisu had been left wondering his entire life. Of course, he’d come to learn all about the deadly secrets of the Oozaru, that raging ape inside him, kept in check by the lack of full moon. Of course, that was not always the case. When the full moon reared its ugly head, Raisu ran and hid. Luckily, he’d never looked at it once in his life. Of course, he’d seen pictures of it, in school textbooks and the like, But that did not awaken the bestial force inside him.
Raisu was scared to lose control. He really was. Even in his humanoid state, he’d come dangerously close to losing himself in that rage that boiled in his blood. What kind of Hell could he raise in the cursed Oozaru form he’d inherited from his father? Raisu didn’t want to know. He couldn’t control himself in that form. But he knew it was at least possible. He’d heard tell of those who could control the beast. What kind of power did they have to do that? Was it purely willpower? Whatever it was, Raisu wanted to emulate it. He couldn’t just walk around with the beast inside him uncontrolled. It was wrong of him to do that. It was a matter of personal responsibility. Raisu had to learn, one way or another.
Raisu trembled, raising his hands slowly to his eyes, ready to rip away the blindfold. But he stopped himself. No, this was dangerous. At least too dangerous to do alone. But who could he turn too? There were only so many people strong enough to help him in a time like this. It would take someone strong to keep him in check in-case something went horribly wrong.
But who could he turn to in a time like this? Only one man sprang to mind: Jarvis. He’d not seen the man since Raisu had intended to challenge him for his Dragon Balls. Had he come out of that okay? Hopefully. Raisu could use his help right about now.
Raisu’s mind reached out across the world, looking for Jarvis’s mind. It encompasses the whole world until he finally found him, his ki signature acting like a beacon for Raisu to lock onto. Raisu nodded to himself, certain he had the right person. It would be hard to make that mistake.
“Jarvis,” he thought, “It’s Raisu. If you’re out there, I could use some help.”
He sent the message across the world, and hoped for the best. Hopefully, he wouldn’t ignore Raisu. If anyone could help him, it was Jarvis. Raisu stood beneath the tree, still waiting in the moonlight. Tonight might be interesting, he thought.

[Thread PL 265,527]
Jarvis had caught the strange words in his head. Raisu was a known energy and wasn't so willingly blocked out as other voices. Jarvis thus had heard the mental call out. Not really sure why he was addressing this as last time he'd been called out to such a location the boy tried to take from him one of the sacred orbs. Not that the kid had much chance of succeeding in taking such a object from him. Perhaps this was also why he didn't mind coming to the call.
He'd been in the middle of a meal and some business discussion with his second in command. Cut short to come see what was going on with the boy. His second could finish the rest of his dealings in his stead. In matters of finance he was skilled at getting the desired goals Jarvis would want. His boots clashing down on a branch of a nearby tree trying to get a bead on Raisu's energy after making his way to the scene. Leaves rustling and several rushes of flocks of nocturnal birds fleeing from the tree top he'd landed on. It wasn't bad to alert people to his location. After all he wanted to find the boy or in return be found himself. The fact the moon as well was high above hadn't been overlooked either. This wasn't really the safest night to be called out and feel out a saiyan boy wondering so far out when such a lovely and dangerous omen stood in the night sky.
"Where are you boy? I feel you... I know you're near..." Calling out standing with perfect balance upon a high up tree branch. his arms crossed over the chest plate of his BBA armor. Wondering if this kid wanted a second round or was actually in need of aid. Regardless of what it was he'd find out soon enough he felt. He felt down in his bones.

Raisu could feel Jarvis’s presence come ever closer. Good, thought Raisu. He’d need someone’s help with this. He could feel the blood in his veins begin to boil. Something in him was getting all riled up. Was it his nerves? He could very well be getting cold feet in this moment. He chided himself mentally. No, he had to do this. It was a matter of discipline, a matter of doing right by others. If he didn’t learn to control it, he might end up hurting someone else before long. And besides, Raisu had already called Jarvis out here. Raisu couldn’t waste the blue haired hybrid’s time now. The man wouldn’t take kindly to that if he did. Hell, he might not even take kindly to this.
Jarvis was even closer now, real close. The pressure on his mind grew ever larger. He was definitely nearby. And a second later, the hybrid’s voice broke out over the woods, asking where he was.
“Over here!” Cried Raisu, trying to lead the hybrid to his place beneath the tree. Raisu raised a hand, gathering energy in his palm, almost like a beacon. If that didn’t get his attention, Raisu scarcely knew what else to do. Raisu only hoped that Jarvis hurried: the jitters in his body were getting stronger. Was he scared? Or was it something else, like excitement? There was an animalistic part of him that was practically panting with anticipation. A scary thought, decided Raisu. His Saiyan blood scared him more by the day, it seemed. And there was another reason: he had to master the curse of his blood. He was better than Saiyans, especially those who would invade his home and tear it to pieces or kill his friends and family. This was just another way of proving, mastering their bestial form, maybe turning it against them.

He caught the boys words quickly his sensing as well helping hone in on him. More easily as well as he used light Ki to signal Jarvis. The energy working like a beacon both visually and on a sensed level. With a thud his boot heels would hit the ground. A bit of dust and dirt shooting out in a light gust of energy and dust in the air. Jarvis seeing the blindfold. Jarvis raising a brow and placing a hand at his chin. Curious and contemplating this strange moment. Was he worried about the moon? It was the first think Jarvis thought of really given saiyan and all. Either that or was he injured? Raisu sure did have a way of at least being entertaining. It wasn't boring when Jarvis answered his calls so perhaps this was why he was still in his good graces after the pathetic attempt to challenge him before.
"Ok... I'll bite. Whats with the blindfold? You didn't go challenging Rei or something for more dragon balls did you?" Prodding the kid curiously with questions. This was gonna be a interesting night as he let off a light chuckle. He could some what sense the fear or excitement perhaps within the boy. As well as he'd lived through enough dangers encounters to see the way he moved and picked up on how he was breathing. He was up to something Jarvis just wasn't sure what just yet.

Jarvis finally came close to him. Why had Raisu called him here? It wasn't the easiest thing to explain. Especially when someone might consider it a poor idea in the first place. Not as poor an idea of challenging someone for Dragon Balls, though. But who was Rei? Was that the girl who had interfered in Raisu's challenge of Jarvis? She must be. Well, Raisu might occasionally prove to be dumb, but he wasn't that dumb. That girl's energy had been massive. He'd be suicidal to willingly challenge her, especially how she had spoken of them. She clearly had a great deal of interest in owning them. But that wouldn't stop Raisu from trying to gather his own.
But those were thoughts for another time.
"I'm blindfolded because of the moon."
Raisu took a deep breath and lifted his hands to his blindfold.
"And I called you here because you're the only one I can really turn to for help right now. See, I want to control my Oozaru, or whatever that monkey thing is called."
Raisu stood in silence for a minute, thinking of what else to say. What was Jarvis thinking right now? Raisu couldn't see his face. Not that Jarvis was an easy man to gauge anyway, but he had no clue at all.
"But I realize how dangerous that is, and I need someone else to keep me in line while I try and control it."

He'd let out a light chuckle almost silent at first. Crossing his arms over his chest and tilted his head lightly to one side looking over the kid as he finally slipped that stupid cloth off of his eyes. "I suppose... That's kinda clever... But you know if you'd have asked the BBA would have just supplies you with a pair of blutzBanz glasses. As for controlling it... Heh well. I suppose you did pick a nice and secluded place... An I can't exactly go risking leaving you alone to possibly try it anyway if i say no and wreaking untold havoc..." Jarvis lightly weighing his options. He did want to stay in favor with some of the higher ups of the BBA so no one went snooping in his personal affairs. Leaving a Oozaru that may be mad to wreak havoc would have definitely left a black mark that was for sure. But this kid still seemed a bit off suddenly wanting to take on this form. Jarvis hadn't forgotten being challenged so the brief though did occur to him he may be arming his enemy... perhaps that wasn't the right word but competition rather with new weapons. Sounding as if he was weighing his options.
"I might be inclined to lend aid... I suppose in the long run it would pay to have you controlling it over possible accidents that may come to pass... But lets say I do. I mean whats in it for me? Last time you called me out to a secluded location you had the intention to fight me rather then actually need me. But I showed up either way so this would make two times I've came when you called.. The scales are beginning to be a bit one sides. I may be BBA that doesn't innately mean I work for free as a peace keeper." Curious perhaps if the kid had any information or something to offer. It was always better to leave offers like this with no actually price attached to it when implied payment was made. It let you gauge the people you were dealing with. If they chose money you could usually tell how desperate or willing to screw you they were by the amount they chose. If they chose favors that could be valuable and it let you gauge how dependable they were if they kept them. He was curious what if anything the boy would cling to to offer if anything.

Jarvis laughed. Was what Raisu suggested silly to him? Raisu could feel a warmth in his cheeks. Maybe it was, but damn, he was serious about it. BlutzBanz? What were those? Jarvis might as well be speaking some alien tongue to him. But he did have a point about leaving him alone to deal with this. It was stupid and dangerous to do that. Much like what Raisu was about to do anyway.
But the Brench hybrid did have a point. Raisu took and took and offered nothing in return. And it had been quite underhanded of him to lure Jarvis out before. Raisu could hardly blame him if he refused. But then he said something. He'd help, but not for free? What could Raisu offer him? That was a good question. Raisu was quite the vagabond. Most of his worldly possessions fit in a sack on his back. Minus his 'house', though rarely did he visit it for reasons other than training.
"Uh, what do you want? Money, or...?"
Raisu raised an eyebrow beneath his blindfold. Where was the hybrid going with this?

He'd shrug lightly still chuckling lightly. Teased sensations overtaking him in a struggle between is duty to ensure no damage came from a rampaging Oozaru. But also at the ideal of possible profit and earned favor from aiding a friend. It was a unexpected but oddly entertaining prospect. "Favors go farther, But coin suffices for those who do not wish to be in another's debt." He'd say with his ever present jeer of a grin.
He'd rub his chin lightly looking Raisu over from head to toe wondering what power the lad may have held in the form as well. Curious just how much force would be needed to keep the creature at bay until Raisu's mind took old. Also for what would be needed should the beast need put down if things got out of hand. "I suppose I'll aid just curious what you'd offer is all?"

What would Raisu offer? What could Raisu offer? He pondered this for a moment. It was certainly a question he'd not been prepared for. But at least he did have Jarvis's help, at least for now. Who knows where they'd be in a few moments.
"I don't know, really. I mean, I guess I could let you use my stuff if you need to. Like, my spacepod. And I have a graity chamber back at my place. You could use those if you wanted."
It was all he could offer, aside from money. And his own aid.
"Or, I guess I could owe you one. You scratch my back, I scratch your back, right?"
He'd often heard the saying before, but rarely had he been so ready to offer. And it came with hesitancy at well. Jarvis surely came with danger. And Raisu was asking for a lot. What Jarvis considered a fair exchange might proof to be quite deadly. There was no shortage of danger thes days, a fact Raisu was quite familiar with.

He'd think on it for a moment. Not really needing the use of the mans equipment but it was a interesting ideas. Jarvis had the heart of a smuggler even if a certain woman and people were pulling him to stay at present. He often felt the longing for space and the sea that was the galaxy as well. So if he was pulled from his certain position one day perhaps favors or other possible allies with gear would be worth looking into as well. "I suppose a ally with equipment and willing to lend a hand now and again is always worth more then money.... Sometimes anyway." Letting out a little hmph as if agreeing. And gesturing a hand to Raisu that suggested he be on with his business. As if it was something casual to be done quickly or the normal everyday problems one might deal with.
"Maybe if your lucky you'll gain what you seek today. I guess we'll have to see how it plays out. Heheh... Good luck." Whimsically speaking about the unsure moment and task to come.

Raisu nodded. To all of it. Whatever it took to secure Jarvis's help. For a brief moment, Raisu considered it. Had he just sold his soul to a proverbial devil? He liked Jarvis well enough, but there was a part of him that scared Raisu. Maybe it was the sheer difference in power between them. But he shrugged it off. It was time to embrace and subdue the beast inside.
Raisu's heart was beating like mad as he removed his favorite jacket. He didn't want that to get ruined, no sir. And better yet, he'd removed his weights too. He couldn't risk those getting destroyed either. He set them aside in the hollow of the tree he'd been standing beneath, awkwardly feeling along the tree until he found it. It occurred to him that there was a good chance he was going to destroy them anyway, being a raging ape and all.
(Weights off, PL back to normal.)
"Alright, let's do this."
Raisu stepped away from the tree and into the forest at large. Slowly, hands shaking, he lifted his hands to his eyes and carefully took away the blindfold. He blinked once, twice, his eyes adjusting to the new dim light of the night. Swallowing hard, he looked around him. Jarvis was still there. He hadn't flown off, which was nice. Raisu looked at him and nodded, confident.
And then he turned up his eyes to the starlit heavens. Beautiful, he thought. His eyes moved along them until finally they snapped to the great white orb that floated above them: the moon. It was as if he was paralyzed, like something electric was running down his spine and had routed him to the ground. It was... entrancing. His breathing stopped and his eyes were unblinking. In that moment, there was only him and the moon.
Something stirred deep within him. In a moment, it was a raging fire in the pit of his being, a monster tearing at the chains that kept it bound. Raisu could feel his eyes go wide and then white. It was as if his skin was crawling, as if his entire body was shifting. Was that hair sprouting all over him? He couldn't properly tell: he was far too focused on the moon. And then there was the rage! It was like someone had unleashed a floodgate in his heart. There was no holding it back. It consumed him until Raisu no longer remained. There was only the Beast.
The Beast in Raisu's body raged as it expanded, growing to a massive size, towering above the forest and Jarvis. It was a force of primal power as it grew, Raisu's power increasing tenfold. And then, the Beast stopped growing. It was at its apex. A massive monster of an apex state, but still. The Beast raised its arms and screeched, a deep, shrill sound that would have set Raisu to shaking.
The Beast sniffed the air and looked around. There was so much potential for destruction, and so little time. Best to get started. The Beast began to lumber through the forest, kicking trees aside as it went.
Oozaru popped, though not controlled! There is now an uncontrollable oozaru raging through the forest, sitting at 1,345,160 PL.
