South Capitol. The first city Letu had found after a good two days of flying. She never thought that she would find such a sprawling city before she found a smaller one, yet here she was. She slung her bag down from over her shoulder, the rather long blade slung diagonally over her back jostling a bit as she unzipped the front pocket and grabbed her wallet, checking how much Zeni she had. It was enough to rent a room and eat some food today, and maybe even rent out some time in a training area. For now, she was okay just wandering. While she seemed very calm, underneath the surface she was constantly probing around for higher Ki levels.
It wasn't that she was looking for a fight. It was far from it actually. She was hoping to discover someone from either of her twin races. A Saiyan or a Demon. She wanted to learn more about her culture, as neither of her parents were really willing to talk about the culture or dispositions that were common among their races. The exception was her father taking her to the ruins of a rather large city, explaining to her the intense bloodlust she felt. Regardless, as she walked around, she noticed that while she was only slightly above the average person in this city, there were several large power levels, one of which held a similar pressure to that which she used to identify her mother. Almost without thinking, she corrected her course to make her way to the source of this power level. A strong Saiyan...that meant she could learn something about her heritage. She wasn't going to pass that up.

[Thread PL: 123,714, Ki Suppression on: 10,000]
It had been a while since the saiyans had invaded Earth, and yet still, most of the South capital lay in ruins thanks to the Oozaru of the SSE's forces. Parts of the city were already being rebuild, but the main area that she and the Earth's defenders had fought remained empty. The buildings that were once there lay in ruin, while signs of their battle still left impressions all around them. Tomoroko had decended from the Star Javelin, hidden further to the south, to come and investigate the spot where her comrade had died. It was about time she actually took the time to honor where he fell instead of just brooding over his passing.
Tomoroko was dressed to look human, wearing a pair of jeans and a flowered purple top that tied around her neck, what remained of her tail tucked away neatly within her jeans. There was also a blue scarf wrapped loosely around her neck... something blue to remember her Azure clad brother. When she landed, she peered around herself to see if anyone was paying any particular attention to her before making her way over to the spot where Aspa had been blasted out of this world and into the next.
"I'm sorry I couldn't do more for you Aspa..." The young girl said softly, a sigh escaping her lips as she stepped onto the scorched grounds. She knelt down, touching her hand to the burn marks and closing her eyes for a moment. She kept her senses sharp however, on the off chance that she was approached... which was a good thing, because she indeed felt a sudden interest in her presence as someone began walking towards her. She opened her eyes once more, and glanced up at the form of the approaching girl. She stood back up to her feet, her eyes closely analyzing her as she approached. Her ki didn't feel all that powerful, but there was nothing to say she wasn't suppressing it far better than she could suppress her own ki.

Interesting..the closer she got, the more the pressure she felt increased, eventually rising to a peak as she was able to see what appeared to be a human woman, seemingly her age. However, what she had been doing did not escape her notice. Her hand had been placed against a scorch mark. This area, combined with all of the scaffolding and rebuilding she noticed, was a clear indicator that a very powerful fight had taken place here. There was nothing left of this area, and the earth itself was scorched. Oh. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to startle you..I just sensed a very powerful Saiyan nearby..would that happen to be you? She asked, speaking with only the most soft of tones and the utmost respect, the exception being that upon saying the word Saiyan, her voice took on a few traits of a Spanish accent. Regardless of that vocal tic, she could sense the somber atmosphere, and she did not want to offend this woman. She was clearly mourning the loss of someone dear to her. She took a few steps closer, unstrapping her sword from her back and clipping the sheath to her backpack, which she held in one hand, placing it on the ground by her feet as she extended a hand out to the other woman. Don't worry. I'm not here to fight. I wouldn't force someone who is clearly in mourning to fight. She said, her tone only getting softer the closer she got. She was sure that the other woman noticed her horns, and if she was able to identify a Saiyan just from the sense of their power, she was sure that this woman could sense her own half breed nature.
She hoped that she hadn't accidentally offended this woman, especially since she was so much more powerful than her. She felt like she was leagues below what she could be. She didn't know what was wrong, but she knew that she was intruding on a poignant, deep emotional moment. She hoped that she could be of some assistance to this woman, especially if she was truly mourning someone as she had just assumed that she was. Why else would someone have touched a specific burn on the scorched earth? No, she was likely correct. She kept a small, nervous smile on her face. She just wanted to learn about her people, that was all. She didn't want to fight, she didn't want to argue, she just wanted to learn, and maybe even make a few friends along the way.

"I wasn't exactly startled, I could sense you coming." She stated cautiously as Tomo eyes the girl up and down, taking in her unique characteristics as she tried to piece together who... or more importantly what this girl was. She had read up on a lot of the races the saiyans tended to frequent the most but had never quite come across someone with her characteristics... she was humanoid, but the horns on her head where what threw her off. Maybe she was some different breed of human? It was strange though, something about her felt almost familiar but she couldn't quite put her finger on it.
When the other girl mentioned the presence of a powerful saiyan however, Tomo silently cursed herself. Had she accidentally slipped up while trying to suppress her power level? If this girl could sense her,w here there others around who knew that she was here too? and that she was saiyan..?
"Well, I mean it depends who's asking. How do you know I am a saiyan? I mean, most people see me now and assume i'm just another human." She asked the girl cautiously. When she pulled her sword out however, a red energy began to glow around Tomoroko's right hand in the event that the girl decided to attack her. Safe to say, she had been extremly paranoid every time she actually came down to Earth, expecting an ambush at any corner, and this time was no different, Even as she assured her she wasn't here to fight and extended her free hand in friendship.
"You'll have to excuse me if I'm skeptical after... recent events. And simply because I mourn the loss of my brother, doesn't mean I'm not ready to fight if it comes down to it... Is there something you wanted from me?" She asked, finally cutting through to the point of this encounter.

When she was asked how she knew that this woman was a Saiyan, Letu couldn't help but blink, her hand falling to her side before raising up to her chin as she tapped it, trying to figure out a good way to explain something she just generally had gotten used to sensing. She could do the same for Demons as well, and it was really helpful in determining if a power level around her belonged to one of those two races. After a moment of silence, she spoke up again, starting off slowly. I suppose..the easiest way to explain it would be that your ki feels..familiar. Not in the sense that I've sensed it before..but in the sense that it..reminds me of the sensation I feel whenever I sense my mother's ki. Of course, yours is far more powerful than hers, and dwarfs my own. But..regardless, the sensation is the same. It feels almost..heavy. As if the very signature of Saiyan Ki is weighted by..something. She said, pausing for a moment before nodding. That was a good enough explanation, and it was the best one she could offer. Of course, she had sensed the focusing of her Ki, and noticed the red light. She had even waited for her to finish speaking before going into her explanation, but as she finished, she shook her head.
You don't need to apologize. It is quite obvious that quite the battle happened here. She said, opening her mouth to speak before being cut off by the other woman cutting right to the point. She gave a soft sigh as she made eye contact with the woman once again. Truthfully? The only thing I could hope to gain is information. Not anything damning, or secret. But..information on what the planet my mother calls home is like..Saiyan Culture, the state of things, just..anything that you can tell me about a "normal" Saiyan. She explained in her soft, but strangely audible tone. While she seemed perfectly calm on the outside, on the inside she was very much worried. She did not wish to offend this woman, as she was the first and only other Saiyan she had ever met thus far.

'If anything, probably weighed down by our pride...' Tomnoroko mused silently as she listened to the girls words. It was very strange to be speaking to someone so... calm. She was used to Natto's firm tone, and Etoru's bratty excitement... even Aspa never sounded as calm as this girl did and it was slightly un-nerving. None the less, the energy that had gathered in Tomo's hand faded away into nothing as the saiyaness straightened out.
"So your saying that your mother was saiyan then? I guess that explains your curiosity about Vegeta. I won't lie though, I'm probably not the best source on knowledge on our... state of afairs or our culture to be honest. I might of known more last year, but all I have to go on now is what I've learned in the books I've read and my own experience over the last year." She admitted, smiling faintly to the other girl as it was now her turn to try and extend her hand in friendship. She had jumped the gun earlier, as she was still suspicious of literally everything in this world, but she couldn't push everyone away... besides, Natto wanted to learn more about the Earthlin saiyans... maybe she could help by finding out more about this girl.
"My name is Tomoroko by the way, might I know your name before I tell you what I know?"

[Power Level, 256,311] Not far off within the areas of the city that still needed repair a small troop of soldiers were moving about. Still occasionally running hazard control while seeing what buildings were also in need to be marked as condemned. The man with a scar on his face rubbed his brow a little upset... and lightly hung over at that. "This is not how I wanted to spend my day... Why are we doing this anyway? Isn't there like public work projects related for this? Actual crew paid to do this?" The commander was Jarvis's second asking towards his friend not far off as three other soldiers were moving about the scenery. Also occasionally recovering a body or two still left behind. Saiyan armor and scouters being taken back and the bodies tagged and bagged that were still occasionally found in the destruction. As well as the soldiers and occasional civilian that were given proper tags and sent for burials. All the tech however was being acquired for more... personal needs.
Jarvis rolled his eyes letting out a groan. He'd explained it before and knew damn well if it wasn't for the fact they'd all been parying so hard since the victory day they'd not have a problem with these orders. Damn humans... they couldn't hold their liquor. Jarvis's blue tail swaying back and forth behind him as he scowled at his second in command. "Stop your whining ya git... We'll make a decent penny on the sell back from the gear we get and maybe find a few more of our fallen. I assume were burning the saiyans?" He'd ask raising a eye brow. At this point though they were finding only the few remaining ones that had been missed. An hey it was good PR to get a few BBA seen out and about working among the hurt areas. Jarvis knew it was good to keep his men as viewed as good workers in the public eye. Just encase any of their secret work ever got whispered about.
"Well... We've got some gathered up. They'll likely be processed and burned yes. We did recover a couple of our own recently as well... They'll have proper burials arranged..." Jarvis sighing when he heard that. Damn saiyans he thought to himself. Snickering at the irony again given his hybrid blood. Looking down at the ground smirking as well when he realized he and his second in command were standing in a Oozaru footprint made upon the street. Wondering if it was where one of the ones he'd killed once stood. Feeling only glee in the though it may have been. Desiring the maker to still be alive and here now just so he could kill them again. Feeling the want to avenge his soldiers further. A strange crew mentality like that of his past comrades lost to the galaxy and desire to protect those under him... Damn maybe this planet really was making him soft.
His ears perked thought as he caught whiff or sense rather of something nearby. Powers that were a little higher then normal... One way higher then normal. Jarvis licking his teeth when felt it. Hearing that little voice in the back of his head saying keep away... its not worth it... But when did he ever listen to that voice? That voice can go fuck itself. As he'd lift himself to the sky giving his commander a smirk. "Regardless... Keep up the work. Its for good PR and it'll possibly earn a bit more cash, Which means bigger bonuses! Heheh... Keep the boys working. I got something to check up on." Giving the commander a wink before shooting off towards what he was feeling not far off. ----
Jarvis would find himself perched not far off on the edge of one of the roofs of a nearby building. Dangling his legs over the edge and suppressing his power rather low. Not wanting ot be seen just yet but not really hiding either. More so just at a angle rather high up that would be unlikely to be noticed right off. Crossing his arms and giving a smirk that the girl had chosen to return... Pfft. What was she doing here of all places... Oh... Well it occurred to him possibly why after a short few moments. Grumbling to himself at his high up perch. Considering some of his recent 'talks' With that Natto Fellow like when Zerori was around. Jarvis chewing on his lip considering what to do... Just leaving wasn't his style so perhaps just watching for a moment or two longer would be better then rushing straight in. She even had some new little friend he didn't recognize. Although he had to admit. He was impressed... Not only on her choice of company but how well she wore that human style... Feeling briefly jealous of Natto's clear benefits.
He'd briefly reach into his back pocket towards a pouch and pull out his flask. Quickly unscrewing the cap and considering how to tackle this. Wondering if he'd be noticed before he actually though how to make his presence known. Taking a few quick gulps of liquid courage to try and keep his usual jackasserry from possibly getting him to do something he'd regret. Feeling his pride swell a bit. He wanted to do something lightly possibly explosive but was trying to think better of it. Even if he didn't favor this one... Just as talking with Natto and he was slowly discovering. They weren't really... as bad as he kept accusing them of being. But good luck ever getting him to admit that openly. Chocking down a few drinks and humming to himself way up high choosing to watch for now and perhaps make his entrance shortly after. Taking in the occasional drink and keeping up a pleasant humming. ---
Being Hummed =)

When the Saiyaness-who introduced herself as Tomoroko-extended her own hand, after explaining that she had not been to the saiyan homeworld in close to a year now. Of course, she sensed the disappearance of a very high power level, but thought nothing of it. She was more focused on the other woman, smiling softly as she took Tomo's hand, shaking it firmly as she spoke. I suppose that is a fair enough trade off. It's nice to meet you Tomoroko. My name Is Letu. She said simply as she let go of her hand after a simple handshake, smiling as she probed around. Such a large power level couldn't just disappear like that. It flat out wasn't possible, was it? Regardless of the current situation, it wasn't like they could afford to stay here much longer. If that disappearance was anything to go by, it was likely that there was a lot for her to learn about Ki, and that they may very well be in danger. Still, she wasn't going to alert her to that knowledge unless she noticed it as well. But, rather than just stand here and sit around, I propose we get food, and have this discussion over a decent meal. I have a decent amount of Zeni on hand, so money isn't really too much of a problem. She offered as she reached down and grabbed her bag, slinging her sheathed sword onto her back after unclipping the strapped sheath from the backpack, holding it by the handle like top strap.
Of course, she was hungry herself, as the relatively audible growling of her own stomach soon betrayed, a faint blush lighting up her relatively fair skin. She might have been calm and level headed, but when her own mortal needs broke that illusion of being somehow otherworldly, she felt waves of embarrassment hit, and this time was no different. Still, she hoped that Tomo would realize her offer was a degree of a subtle hint for them to get moving. She didn't know where that massive power level from before went, but it worried her, especially since she had no idea how many powerful beings were actually in the area. She could only pray that whatever it was did not intend to harm them.

Unlike Letu, Tomoroko didn't yet have the power to sense ki, and without her scouter she was basically walking around blind to those that might be lurking around her. She was totally unaware of Jarvis' presence, neither before or after he suppressed his ki to stay hidden from them. Instead, her focus was this strange woman, Letu as she introduced herself once she took her hand.
"Likewise. So tell me, Letu, what is it that you actually know about saiyans? I guess it would be better off to start with that to correct any misconceptions about us... not that there's actually that many..." Tomoroko began casually, glancing around them for another quick moment, not liking that they were so out in the open. Whenever the girl suggested they leave to get some food however, she nodded without a second thought.
"That sounds like a great idea actually... being out here probably isn't the best place to chat anyways. Where too? I don't know of many places to eat yet, I've sort of been hunting for ourselves at this point." She admitted blatantly, feeling no shame at all in the fact that they tracked down their food the old fashioned way. She was actually growing curious as to how Natto didn't notice how there was constantly food on the ship, when they had already run out some time ago.

"Out a little far from the safe zone aren't we lassies? I mean its not exactly safe out here now is it? All the broken rubble and unstable buildings an the like! One could get hurt and I'd never forgive myself it I didn't ensure such lovely little doves didn't emerge unharmed!" His voice ringing out as he'd push off the edge snickering and slowing his drop towards the ground with some push like a slowed flight. Letting with a drop of force he could drop with one knee upon the ground leaving a small set of cracks where he landed. Before quickly rising again. Giving a little curved smile as he began to close the gap between them holding his hands up loosely in a joking way of saying he wasn't armed or was coming in peace. Of course it wasn't like he really needed a weapon actually.
"Interesting look there... Trying to fit in are we? Getting all warm and cozy like?" Speaking with a edge of of that cheerful tone cutting of the edge of his silver tongue. Trying to not pull any violence out of the moment but he was a little unsure of what to expect in truth. After all given the people... the place? Well it wasn't exactly the best recipe was it. But still he'd relax placing one hand to his hip and letting the other rest calmly at his side. His blue saiyan tail drifting from side to side his blue well kept and aqua eyes casting over them both briefly. "I'm a officer you might say in the Blue Banner Army! Leading a little clean up crew not far from her to do our part and all that! Well... me underlings are rather... But I figured I'm see what pretty little energies I sensed on the horizon look what I found! Even talking about finding some treats now are we? Well aren't you in luck... He business owners tend to connect now and again... Perhaps I can lead you to somewhere nice? I mean... Something a little better then just burgers and hunted meat?" Briefly giving Tomoroko a smirk but was careful in his words. His last meeting with Natto was... a bit lighter then his past times. It may have paid to try and settle some of the bad blood. They clearly weren't leaving and he didn't want to worry about daggers aimed at his back. Giving her a light shrug curious if she knew of any of his and Natto's little tussles. At least he could somewhat know what to expect from him now. Besides even if she was gonna be iffy he didn't expect her to go stirring up trouble or risk a fight with a third person present. She was too much of a sweet girl he though for that. Nice ones were good... you could get them to what you wanted easier at times. But he still wasn't one hundred percent on his reading of her though. So he'd just take a little gamble on believing she was like that.
As well the appetite of his people. Perhaps the idea of real food beyond likely what they'd been having recently would be enough to win him some time and favor. If nothing else to gain a little food worth while and remove the risk of a fight. His cheeky smirk giving that look like he knew exactly what he wanted and planned to get it too.

When she heard a voice echo out from above them, Letu had been opening her mouth to reply that she knew of a few good places in town, but instead, she swore under her breath. So that power level from before had been coming closer. Somehow, it was possible to conceal Ki. She needed to pick up that trick down the road, before hers got too large to keep her going unnoticed. But..strangely enough..he just wanted to offer some directions, to a good place to eat? Even more so, now that he was close, she could sense the distinct weight of Saiyan Ki..that was actually a bit heavier than normal, for some odd reason. That, combined with his blue hair and tail..made this new arrival quite..distinct. The only thing that seemed to be directed towards her though, was the bit about the Blue Banner Army. There were lots of things that Letu herself did not know about. This was one of them. There was no television on her island, and her mother spoke none of her travels throughout the world. In fact, today was the first time she had gone out to be social in her entire life. She had practice of course, her father made sure of that. But..still. This was getting to be too strange for her. She looked to Tomoroko and nodded, her expression easily saying "It's up to you". She didn't have room to judge this new arrival, though she did not wish to fight, and if these two did fight..she didn't know what she would do, but she knew she would have to stop them both somehow.
So, clearing her throat, she turned to face the new arrival a bit more properly. That's a wonderful offer..but I have my doubts that either of us could afford an extravagant dinner. I myself only have so much Zeni, and I can't really speak for miss Tomoroko, but I think she knows how much she has on her person. She said simply, in her same calm, collected tone. She was testing the waters, and if she needed to, she would turn tail and run. She knew she was outclassed by both of these people, and if they got into a fight, she would be collateral damage. She did not want that to happen. Hopefully the situation would remain calm...

If Tomoroko's blood could of frozen over, it definitely would have at the sound of Jarvis' voice. She quickly spun on her heels as he spoke until she saw the approaching form of the blue haired saiyan. She grit her teeth as her red ki flared up around her dangerously, almost as if she was warning Jarvis against taking another step closer. That was when he put his hands up in the air in some sort of display she didn't recognize. She glared at him as she brought her right hand forward, ready to charge up a ki blast at a moments notice.
"Well, those I haven't fought yet don't recognize me, so i'm guessing it works. and like hell im getting used to this place, i'm only staying as long as I need too. What the hell do you want? I mean, I highly doubt you're here to actually show us a decent place to eat..." She accused him, glancing sideways towards Letu. She couldn't risk getting into a fight with Jarvis here again, for starters she'd put this girl in danger... let alone alerting any of the other Earthling defenders to what was going on.
When Letu began talking about her own amount of Zeni, Tomoroko's cheeks began to turn pink as she couldn't thinkof a proper way to respond to that. They had SOME earthling zeni... only the amount her mother managed to steal so far.

Ah. South Capitol. The city that was a long time ago, destroyed by saiyans. It might also be destroyed again today, if the SSE decide to destroy it. Even some of the locations there were still in the rebuilding process from some of the SSE who have gone here. Conan loved to walk through some of these cities with some human clothes on, Ex: grey hoodie, running shoes and sweat pants, and enjoy what they had to offer. The human clothes were for not alerting every human around him that he was a saiyan, and not to have any unnecessary guns, ki blasts, or fists aimed at him. He only came to the cities to enjoy, not to destroy. Conan hoped to visit all the cities on Earth before the SSE got to it. If it had to come to it though, Conan would try to protect the city that he was in from utter destruction. As he walked through the streets, seeing the sights and eating most of the time, he saw three people having a conversation. He immediately recognized one of them. The blue haired saiyan who shoved his fist into Conan's neck. He scowled at that, not even the sweetness of the brownie sundae he had in his hand could calm him. Conan took a deep breath to calm down, and noticed that they were all saiyans. Well, almost all of them. One of them looked like a saiyan, but just didn't have the right feel. Usually when Conan confronted a saiyan, he would know by his gut instincts that they were a saiyan. But it seemed like the girl, who seemed to be saiyan, was a bit off. Conan slowly walked toward them and heard something about food. "Food?" He whispered to himself curiously. He backed off a little when the older girl flared up her blood red aura, clearly showing the blue haired saiyan to back off. Conan sniffed the air and scrunched up his nose. It seemed that the blue haired saiyan had been drinking. He shuffled right next to Letu and asked her in a quiet voice, "What's going on? By the way, if you need zeni, I have some right here." He showed her the zeni he had in his pocket, it wasn't much, but enough to buy for everyone there. He grinned at Letu. Conan loved to be nice. He planned to share the money with everyone there. Conan of course wouldn't share anything with Jarvis however.
(Current Power Level: 7,030. There, I put it there.)

Jarvis tilted his head at them both and keeping his hands up he allowed his energy to slowly flow back out freely. No longer suppressed as it were but returning to its full glory naturally rather then flaring out a aura of power as Tomoroko chose to do with her aura of energy. A more non threatening way of showing that her power wasn't gonna do her a super great deal. But she was stronger he had to admit that much at least silently. He'd give a light point as the girl was threatening a charge. Just to show them the direction of a few visible soldiers from his personal team. Surely the warriors had decent eye sight he thought. AS they'd see a few soldiers occasionally flying about with machinery aided flight. BBA in uniform even if they didn't know of the soldiers entirely Jarvis's men were loyal to him and the site of others alone may have defused the desire to fight a little more. Given Tomoroko's quick taking of her stance and possible attempt at a charge.
His hand gesturing back their shortly after taking a second to consider something. As he began focusing his energy trying to do something he'd be working on technique wise. His body briefly glowing a light but non threatening aqua aura. "Weeeeell You know I am actually quite well connected on this planet. My own personal business and workings keep me well taken care of! I certainly wouldn't mind entertaining such lovely 'friends' for a evening!" With a small pop of energy his body was now covered in a BBA KAOS Uniform like his men and underlings. A human like blend of style between style armor as well. He grew rather fond of it and gave a smirk of approval as his little ability worked after all. Of course not really letting on he had any doubts of course.
[Learning, Materialization Beam [SU]]
"No reason to fret Dove! War's over they say... Heh, Me and that fellow of yours have... somewhat settled our problems. At least enough settle around on another I'd say! If our prior meetings when you weren't around sadly are anything to go by... I mean it doesn't like your going anywhere for awhile?! Wouldn't it be better to seek a more comfortable settlement between us? I mean rather then simply being ready to blast each other each time one of us flies by." Now in official uniform thinking it would make attacking him even worse if anyone saw. Speaking calmly but keeping his grin. He didn't want to say it to directly but he did find himself fond of this earthling apparel she'd chosen. "I mean its only beneficial for us all! An I'm sure this lovely young thing with you would love a nice meal as well?" Gesturing to Letu, He had a way of appearing inviting almost goofy when he snickered and grinned at her. Trying to disarm the situation. It might have been easier though if they were not at this 'Particular' Spot. But perhaps speaking of Natto food and a willingness to bury the hatchet at least part of the way would get Tomoroko to see reason momentarily. Jarvis seeming a little less violent then he was in times of wars and attacks. But rather casual almost as if the uniform didn't suit him in the least when he made it appear.
It was true this stay of there's was becoming longer then he'd expected. It was bad for business and for several other reasons to keep aggression up with them. Natto had in some ways assured him at least he wasn't after any further damage. He'd give her a light shrug his hands out to his sides. Giving a more innocent smirk as he added. "Please?!" In a almost confused but cheerful tone. More directed at Tomoroko given the clear tensions between them. Perhaps if they had time to talk things could at least settle. It seemed to work when he and Natto had exchanged words enough... Hopefully they could skip the fist part this time though.
He'd shake his head lightly when the strange kid appeared there shortly after. Placing a hand to his brow feeling a annoyance over take him at the site of this boy. Clearly not exactly thrilled to witness his presence. "This little weakling again... Really... Stupid enough to nearly let a creature eat him then goes wondering into the condemned zones. My god..." Jarvis gave the small saiyan a slight growl. "You aren't supposed to be this far in these zones. There's a reason we still have safety teams working on the rubble and finding bodies. Are you really this moronic that you seek dangers so fast after I saved your ass before? BAH! I should have that damn creature eat you...." Crossing his arms momentarily and looking back towards the women. Hoping they could accept his offer simply so they could leave the small run behind. It wasn't exactly like the kid could afford what he had in mind anyway. An Jarvis had connections with the finer establishments given his own business in west. Connections really helped when you know how to get them.
(ooc: Conan you left your pl marker blank xD Remember you are at what you were at when you make your first post.)

As Tomoroko's power level shot up, Letu shouted and dropped to her knees like a rock, clutching her head in pain as the pressure felt like it was going to make her head implode. Oh my god. She had never felt a power level this high. And, as Jarvis slowly cranked up his power level, tears started flowing down her cheeks. The pressure was getting to be too much to bear to a person like her, who was not used to sensing so much power in one location. Sure, she had a fairly fuzzy sense of massive power in the sky, and atop all of that, she could sense individuals depending on how strong they were. But, as the others talked, and as a single minute passed, the pain subsided, leaving Letu with a splitting headache as she gasped out for air, lowering her hands to the ground as she pushed up off of the ground, blushing rather heavily as she knew that she had made quite the scene just now. She looked at Jarvis and spoke up again. She had heard everything that was said while she clutched her head, but only barely. God..I'm so sorry..That..caught me off guard..I'm okay..If everyone agrees on it..I don't see why not. It'd be a nice change of pace to not have to hunt or buy food at a diner. She admitted, not having heard or noticed the young Saiyan child, as she had only stood up after Jarvis finished speaking to him. The pain she felt was still present, but it was more a throbbing pain in her head, like a headache now. She would get used to this level of power being around a room eventually..she hoped at least.
