Mu-Kal was still trying to push himself to break free of the oozaru like a barrier in his brain it kept repelling him, until one time he managed to break through, the barrier smashing and raining down around him. In his mind he was running towards control on his way to become a saiyan, he ran to the controls to be met by two bright blue lasers just reaching his eyes, he jerked his head violently, desperately trying to evade them. Alas he felt pain, it shot through his head like a bullet, he closed his eyes screaming from pain. When he tried to open his eyes again. Only one opened, his other was singed shut by the beam, and his other had a nice new scar skewing away from it. He felt he was falling his eyes grew heavy and he fell uncosious, his face lying in dirt. He never felt so comfortable.

Polar looked up at the Saiyan, who was now filled with a sudden rush of confidence, it seemed. He slowly drifted into the air, gleefully boasting of how he would return to face Polar one day. Had the Arcosian just made a huge mistake? Only time would tell. For now he had more immediate concerns to worry about.
The question was, where was the Oozaru? Last that Polar saw him, he was in the air, flailing in pain as the attack hit him. The attack was more successful than Polar had intended, much to his surprise, as it managed to down the Great Ape to the streets below. Polar wasn't complaining, though. The impact caused a sudden wave of dust and debris that blocked the view of the ground, but as it cleared, the Arcosian saw that there was no longer an Oozaru there at all. It was replaced by a Saiyan warrior, whom Polar would've suspected dead if not for his wagging tail.
Polar would've finished off the Oozaru then and there, out of fear of it transforming again, if not for the fact that the the sound of the golden haired Saiyan captain's screaming was drawing his attention, even at such a far distance. There was some sort of standoff between three figures too far for the Arcosian to see, but from the aura alone, their power was enormous.
All around him, the Saiyan forces were becoming sparse. Many of the Great Apes were reverting to their original form or simply being killed off. Whatever had caused their transformation had failed them.
Turning his gaze back to Mu-Kal, he lowered his finger. The boy wasn't a threat anymore.
Back over toward the battle, Polar saw that there were two figures closer; a rather beefed up human and a familiar blue-haired warrior holding the line against a legion of Oozaru.
Polar flew into the direction of the storm, for retreat was not an option. There was nowhere to run, nor did Polar desire to do it. He wanted to end this battle once and for all.
