Race Name: Zikkou
Home Planet: Minuria
Starting Planet: Any
Starting Power: 400-800
Appearance: The Zikkou race are a bunch of individuals literally made with different Metals working as a Soul and a Heart. These can usually be found where the Human Heart is located on a Normal Human which is on the inside of the left side of their chest. On the outside though, Zukkio's have the features of a Human at Base Form and normally have either an Average build or their Body is Chiseled. But, when they Transform, their actual form is revealed as their whole Body becomes another Substance besides Skin, Flesh, and Bones. Normally, their Skin turns into Metal along with their Bones. But Hybrids may respond differently when they Transform. Besides their genetic features though, their body structure is usually just like a Human's: Two arms, Two Legs, One Torso, and One Head.
Background: Not much is actually known about the actual origins of this Race, but it is rumored that they were created through Organic injections into stones on a barren Planet which later became Minuria. But that is only a rumor.
However, it is known that the Zikkouans were a race of Scientists that are usually born with high levels of intellect and during the war between Earth, the SSE, and Arcose in Age 1800, they almost became Extinct and would've been lost in history forever. That is, if they didn't have heroes like Potta Shium, Zikkou army Warrior and Savior. He and his team were efficient at protecting Minuria from threats like small Arcosian Armies and Saiyans who were thirsty for blood.
Though they didn't have a huge impact in the war itself, this became a huge part of Minuria history, and when Potta's father died off after the War, he decided to change the Planet, turning all Zikkous into a Warrior Race. 500 Years later though, in Age 2300, Potta's son, Cal Shium who was only 10, was pretty much forced into being King after he died of Age. Being naturally stronger than his father, Cal ruled with an Iron Fist, and changed Minuria into a democracy. That way, everyone would be able to do what they want, as long as it didn't conflict with the laws of the race. Everything was normal again and everyone was happy.
But no matter what...you can't prevent Nature from creating something different.
Name Pun Theme(s): The Names of the Zikkou race originate from different Metals on the Periodic Table. These are Actinide Metals, Lanthanide Metals, Alkali Metals, Alkaline-Earth Metals, Rare Metals, Rare-Earth Metals, and Transition Metals.
"Canon" Examples: Potta Shium (Potassium), Cal Shium (Calcium), Iree Dium (Iridium), Rubij Dium (Rubidium)
Unique Characteristics:
Metal Skin: Due to the Zikkou anatomy of having a Metal of some sort as a core, they can also transform their normal human-like skin into Metal skin that can cause bullets to bounce of a Zikkou's skin quite easily and can deflect swords made of normal material. [Only a flavor that can be trained as a SU Barrier of some sort.]
Innate High Level Intellect: Since Intelligence was always a big part of the Zikkou lifestyle, they are usually born smarter than most. However, this is Academically of Course. They are not born as Battle Geniuses or anything if the sort. Those things have to be obtained.
Erosion Immunity: Just like any normal Species, Zikkous can die from Age. However, it'll be a good 500 Years before this happens to one of the members of their race. They are made out of Metals after all which means, unlike Pure Organic Creatures, they have a tendency to withstand the test of time.
Electric Conduction: Just like most metals, Zikkous can also conduct Electricity whereas it doesn't effect as much. However, the strength of the Race Member truly determines how much Electricity they can take on. However, if the Electricity is mixed with Ki, this Characteristic will not protect them from that attack. [Basically, this is really just a flavor. All Electric Ki-Based Attacks will still do damage.]
Non-Organic Needs: Being that these creatures are literally made from Actinide Metals, Lanthanide Metals, Alkali Metals, Alkaline-Earth Metals, Rare Metals, Rare-Earth Metals, and Transition Metals, they do not need to Eat or Sleep, and if they do so, it's just for fun.
Transformations:
Tempered Body (x2): With this Transformation, a Zikkou becomes more durable, adapting their Metal Skin Characteristic Full-on and doubling in their Strength. However this is just a temporary boost that is activated during a time of desperation and can't be activated by will until the Zikkou reaches a PL of 35,000 when it becomes Trained Tempered Body.
Steel Will (x6): The next transformation after Tempered Body, a Zikkou race member now adapts a Steel-like skin-color and still keeps the durability traits, making their Skin-Material different too. This often occurs when the Zikkou feels the need to rebuild and become something better. As a result, this transformation can either make them more monstrous or they'll just look the same with a different skin color/skin material and also requires 70,000 PL.
Bronze Focus (x15): This changes a Zikkou race member's skin Color into that of Bronze while still keeping the durability trait that lasts throughout all transformations. This requires a PL of 150,000 though, and can only be activated when the Transformee feels intense Emotion and then focuses that emotion in order to aid themselves Transforming.
Silver Heart (x25): A form of immense power only witnessed by few, this transformation increases the power of a Zikkou and, like all the other transformations, transforms their skin into the color of the Transformation name, in this case, Silver. This transformation requires a PL of 250,000
Golden Soul (x42): Just as the name suggests, when a Zikkou race member reaches this level they are considered one of the best. Requiring a PL of 400,000, it's packing some great strength, and it wouldn't be wise to mess with a Zikkou able to transform into this beast. But there is one level that can trump it...and that is, the Platinum Spirit transformation.
Platinum Spirit (x48): A form rarely seen by anybody, even the Zikkous themselves, when a Zikkou obtains such power that requires a PL of 460,000 , their skin becomes the color of Platinum and they are feared as one of the most powerful people in the universe. Basically, these guys are not to be taken lightly...and if they are...that's just too bad for anyone who took them as such.
