Oh dear. HFIL. Hell. The Land of Damnation. That place with the blood pond. The place that bad people go. Would that imply, through manner of modus ponens, that Wyntre, who had indeed went to the place specified, was a bad person? Surely not! Wyntre has done too good to end up here, this is why she felt disgusted to the uppermost amount. Perhaps she should trust the judgement of 'King Yemma'. After all, he was a King. Surely he was known as such for a reason. That was not the end of it, though. No, of course not. Wyntre was a cynosure, a magnet for events, and she cursed fate for this. Whatever is disallowing her to rule in peace, for peace? She knew exactly what. Greed, rage, revenge. Sin. It's ironic, really, for multiple reasons. Surely the overarching hierarchy of which Wyntre had just supposedly met a member of was in a state of disarray if the peaceful were punished and the unjust left unharmed? Perhaps she was merely pulling strings that weren't there. Perhaps. Or, rather, perhaps she was the first to see everything from a larger frame of mind. Interpret this as you will.
Perhaps the whole situation would have been a bit more frabjous if it weren't so dreary. Everything she knew was in shatters. The 'beacon of hope' as she had named Arcose prior had, indeed, fallen. After Arcose, the opprobrious saiyans wouldn't have much trouble with the rest of the AE. Surely...
Surely there was a way.
Indeed there was. Or, rather, indeed there were. 'Beezlebub' was, apparently, of great importance. By the way the mahogany-lover spoke of him, Wyntre took under the impression that this 'Prince' was of greater power and influence than the King. How odd. A Prince that scares a King. She considered the possibility that the two be related, but dropped it soon after when remembering the way Yemma spoke of him. So, if he is as important as he is, yet he is only a prince, what does this mean for the Monarch of Hell? Is his or her power even greater? He was dead, actually, but Wyntre had no way to know that. How schlemiel she was.
If Wyntre had a face, it would have an ever-present sang-froid appearance, However, she had no face, nor leg, nor arm, nor body. She was the barest of beings, along with all among her. A spirit. No longer was she physical, no longer was she, with a limited (and neologized) sense of the word, 'real'.
I could not have absquatulated. My death was the best available option. If I fled... that would only have caused problems.
Did I mention that, for whatever reason, Wyntre had 'fallen' to HFIL not just in any ordinary old spot, but rather the Blood Pond? Yes, the Blood Pond. The Pond of Blood, rather. She was just thankful, after having gotten on a little boat, that spirits can't spread odor like physical objects. Or rather, she was hoping such. This was when she decided that she stop doing bugger-all and start looking for the Prince.
And so she began. She begun this, it seems in a way worthy of cachinnation, by clumsily stepping off of her boat. It seemed flying wasn't something she could do, at least easily, in this form... Oh well. I suppose I'll head in the direction of that large, menacing structure over there.
((If you want me to expand on searching, simply ask. Location: a small blood pond, not the actual Blood Pond that we know and love. There are a few of them.))
