This will be the vote of record for the Dragon Ball system, outlined here.

Changes made due to discussion in thread is the reduction of the 6 month post-use cooldown to 4 months, the clarification that the 7 wishes are instantaneous and non-interruptable, that a Challenge must be made (with a Dragon Radar and Battery) to enter any Challenge DE threads, that the initial Dragon Ball hunt is a 1d7 roll with a cooldown of 1 week and the expenditure of a Battery, and that the Challenge roll is made while giving the Challenger the option to pursue the successful roll of a Holder's Dragon Ball if they are on the Holder's planet (Zucceta's suggestion at the end of the thread).
The voting options are as follows:
Multi-world With Mechanical Gains in Preset Wishes (PL/Zeni)
All Established Worlds (Namek, Vegeta, etc.) can be traveled to with the Dragon Balls. Non-Established worlds are ruled off via a magical barrier. Mechanical gains such as PL and Zeni are available in the 7 Preset Wishes.
Earth-only With Mechanical Gains in Preset Wishes (PL/Zeni)
Only Earth can be traveled upon while holding the Dragon Balls, and a magical barrier keeps the Holder and the Balls on Earth, unless they forfeit the Balls to another person. Mechanical gains such as PL and Zeni are available in the 7 Preset Wishes.
Multi-world With No Mechanical Gains (No PL, No Zeni)
All Established Worlds (Namek, Vegeta, etc.) can be traveled to with the Dragon Balls. Non-Established worlds are ruled off via a magical barrier. The Preset Wishes do not contain PL or Zeni gains, and are reduced to 5.
Earth-only With No Mechanical Gains (No PL, No Zeni)
