Aspa sat at his table, thinking about what he could do to help the Saiyans with their current situation. He could gather a bunch of weaker Saiyans and train them to be stronger. It sounded like a good idea, but he didn’t have a scouter anymore to contact them, he shrugged and headed towards the palace to hijack the Public Announcement system. He would put it out on all channels, but he would also invite all of the stronger Saiyans as well, so everyone could train together and help the weaker Saiyans get strong enough in order to help better defend Vegeta.
Walking towards the Palace, Aspa was amazed at the rate that he mastered his cybernetic leg in only a couple days. It was so easy now, it was almost laughable. But there was still major discomfort whenever he sat with it on. He still felt phantom pains within the limb, but that’ll pass… Hopefully.
Breathing in the pleasant Vegeta air always calmed the mighty Saiyan Warrior, it smelled like home to the warrior. That was putting it in simple terms, it made him feel content, happy, sad, protective, it made him want to train until he drops each and every day to defend it and his people. Aspa continued to head towards the Palace in order to make the announcement.
Upon arriving at the Palace, the guards stepped aside due to them knowing that Aspa wasn’t going to do anything. He stopped a Coup before it even reached the gates, it earned him a place of honor in their books. Besides, he knew he wouldn’t be able to defeat Natto if he tried anything, and he honestly didn’t want to fight seriously against another Saiyan unless he absolutely had to do so.
Aspa, made his way straight to the Public Announcement system. As soon as he got there, the guards asked him what he was doing. Aspa honestly told them what he was intending to do, stepping aside the guards would let him into the system. Activating it, Aspa would clear his throat.
“Attention Warriors this is Aspa of House Bloodburn. I am making this announcement on all channels within the atmosphere of Vegeta, for one purpose. This is an invitation for training, by me and the other Elites should they show up. I repeat, I invite you all for training with me, and the other Elites should they show up. If you want to get training, meet me in the Wastelands a hundred miles west of Cacumber. I expect anyone who wishes to train, to meet me there within 2 hours time. I repeat go to the Wastelands a hundred miles west of Cacumber, within the next two hours to train. That is all.”
Turning off the system, Aspa would head out of the Palace in order to head towards the Wastelands. He wondered how many people would show up to train, he wondered how many Elites would show up in order to help the weaker Saiyans train.
Aspa, flew at breakneck speeds and reached the location within a few minutes. He would wait for the others, he knew he should have had his scouter repaired so he could use it for communications. But that was neither here nor there at the moment. He needed to be prepared to train the warriors that showed up, if they would. He wondered how many Saiyans would actually show up to train. He chuckled, while waiting.

Takao, a full blooded saiyan that currently resides on Vegeta, walked down the path of his home planet. While he did not have a large appetite, which was a very rare occurence, he desired some food. He knew that he would have some difficulty choosing what to ingest, being that the majority of the options were made for saiyan who was extremely hungry. If Takao wanted to do something else, he would. However, he did not like solo training, being that he felt like it would not be as effective, and he did not want to take on yet another mission.
Suddenly, something interrupted him. Takao stopped and stood still, looking at the sky. He was using it to suppress his reaction to being completely taken off guard by the loud booming voice that echoed across the atmosphere. It was one that he could not recognize, which made him wonder who it was. Listening to the anonymous messenger speak, he began to feel interested in the offer he was making. It was a training exercise in two hours time and that elites may show up. Takao was feeling pretty excited, fortunately being deprived of the trouble of going all the way to an eatery.
Training huh? In the wastelands... If elites are going to be there, that means the training must be difficult. The fact that anyone is invited means that it will be even more effective. This is what should be happening regularly. He thought, his aura sprouting. He took off into the skies, heading off in the direction of the meeting area. It didn't take long, about five to seven minutes in fact. As he was nearing the wastelands, he saw a dot in the distance. It grew bigger, seemingly growinf more detail and changing shape. It was then that he realized it was not a dot at all. It was a person.
Who is this? Takao wondered, unable to recall meeting here prior to this event. The warrior stopped in midair before slowly and casually lowering himself to the ground. He crossed his arms as his feet touched new terrain, different from the main city. He walked towards the saiyan who stood there patiently, waiting for something. "Who are you supposed to be? Are you the one who offered this so called training session? Or did you just arrive, wanting to get more skilled as well?" He asked.

[Thread Pl: 7,157]
Riku looked at the scouter he had been given by Derozu earlier and he received a message from a PA system that spoke of a man named Aspa inviting all Saiyans residing on Vegeta to join him in a training session. Riku desperately needed to grow stronger, it was what he wanted the most so he could defend his friends. He caught the location, 100 miles west, the Wastelands. Riku began to soar through the sky, flying at full speed, he wanted to reach the destination fast so he could start right away.
He was nearly there when the scouter gave off a reading, the level wasn't all that high, it was higher than him but he saw that he could probably give a good fight to it. He sped up, anxious to see what was ahead, maybe it was this Aspa guy. He seemed very confident about training the weak... Maybe he was suppressing his power level? Riku shrugged and kept on flying and reached the Wastelands. He looked down and saw a figure. He quickly descended, staring at the figure that appeared before him to be a young man, a Saiyan obviously. Riku slowly approached him and stopped a few feet away and gritted his teeth nervously.
"Are you... Aspa?"
Riku asked the figure nervously, waiting for his response. He hoped this person could help him get stronger like he proclaimed over the PA system. The scouter's reading stayed the same, not rising or anything. Riku was curious about the man in front of him. If this was Aspa, he would probably be using ki suppression. Riku became more calm as he examined the guy, there was nothing out of the ordinary that Riku spotted, looked like a normal Saiyan to him. Riku patiently waited for something to happen... Riku also hoped somebody else would join soon, he wanted more people to train with.

[Thread PL 6,148] Komat had been walking through the slums of the Radittsu district in the Capitol looking around at the various shops as he heard a series of beeps coming from his scouter, placing a finger up and listening to the announcement that had made it's way through the air waves and perked an eyebrow. "This will certainly be more interesting than whatever else is going on in the city." He said to himself with a bit of a smirk. Popping off the ground from the street and heading off in a brown-green flash through the air, to the discontent of the shopkeepers on the street who had to clean up the mess made by the Saiyan's tailwind.
As he broke the city's limits he kept a single hand to his scouter to keep an eye out for any power levels elevated higher than the general riff raff and creatures that one would find in the Wastelands. Catching the reading of multiple power levels that were more likely than not to be Saiyans he broke off in that direction and started to more carefully look over the dusty steppes until he was able to find a spot with three varying power levels. Moving in a burst of speed and into a landing as he came upon the other Saiyans, though he was polite enough to land far enough away to keep any significant amounts of dust from dirtying up the other warriors. "I certainly hope you're the other warriors out here for training." His gaze fell over each of them, lingering longest on Aspa as his scouter read off their power levels. "And if you are, numbers would hold indication you're in charge?" Turning back towards the city he appeared to be looking for something, if only for a moment with a smile. "Hopefully there'll be more than a few motivated people still heading here, and we'll be able to stay busy."

Manesco had been between his own training sessions when the announcement went out, an invitation to train with other Saiyans and get stronger. To be trained by the elites themselves. This was an opportunity too good to pass up, sure he still held his resentments towards the full-bloods who judged him every day. But despite his reservations he needed to get stronger. Especially if he ever wanted to be taken seriously, if he ever wanted to rise above the judgement of others and prove himself an equal. No, superior. Hopefully the people at this training didn't reject him for being a half-breed. The announcement said to meet in two hours, but the more training he could get in, the better. Without further hesitation, Nesco put aside his other chores and started off into the wastelands. By now they were a familiar terrain, as they acted as one of his training locations. As such he navigated it with relative ease, avoiding any unnecessary confrontations with the creatures that lurked in the cracks and crannies, and scaled the more mountainous terrain unhindered. This kind of trip probably would have been easier if he could fly, but he didn't have that kind of luxury. That being said, he was no slouch on foot and made reasonable time. Four people had already gathered by the time Manesco arrived on foot, or at least he assumed he'd arrived. Why else would there be a gathering of Saiyans in the wastelands? The desert wind tossed his black bangs back as he approached the group, none of them appeared familiar to him, but that didn't matter right now. Right now, he knew they all shared a common purpose, they were here to train. "I'll assume this is where we're meeting for training? Since there's very few other reasons for five Saiyans to gather in the wastelands like this." Nesco stated, his cyan eyes illuminated strangely under the desert sun, more than revealing his half-blood nature. That and the pointed ears sticking out from his wind tossed hair.

To say that Aspa's message was strange would be an understatement. What on earth was he doing placing a call out on such a wide variety of channels to offer training? Sure, she understood that the planet could get attacked at any moment with so many of their most powerful warriors gone, and that they needed everyone to get stronger... but this just seemed strange to her.
Letting her curiosity get the better of her, Tomoroko crawled out from underneath the pile of rubble that had toppled over her during her own training and dusted off her armor and hair. Looks like she had about two hours between now and the start of this training in the wastes, that meant she had to quickly get from the tuffle ruins to the training site... At most it should take her half an hour by air, but she wondered just how long it would take her to run it? At least that way she could get some last minute training on her own in before meeting the others... and if she was fashionably late, then she'd be sure to make quite an entrance.
She took in a deep breath before leaning forward, her right leg spreading out behind her as she got into a ready position. On a silent count to three, she sprinted from her location, kicking up a cloud of dust as she did so, and began running towards the wastes.
It took the young saiyan just a little over an hour of running to get from point A to point B, slowing down only whenever it was absolutely necessary. When she started to approach the wastes however, she leaped up high into the sky and took off into the air. She wouldn't run straight up to the location, instead she would take the high ground and just peek at the unfolding 'training' and figure out just what it was Aspa was up too.
When she reached the others (her scouter alerting her to the presence of 5 other saiyans) she stayed up high in the sky. She stopped and placed herself in a seated position, leaning forward and crossing her legs as she looked down at the crowd. For now, she would opt to stay quiet.

Aspa waited for the people to arrive at the location. Selecting a boulder, he would hop onto it to sit down just as the first Saiyan arrived. He was way above average in power level. It was good, it seemed like this Saiyan took his training seriously. Aspa however didn’t say a word. He wanted to wait until at least five Saiyans arrived for the training. Honestly, he was feeling a bit nervous. Not wanting to give any sign of nervousness out to the weaker warriors, Aspa noticed his leg had some sand within it. Giving it a sharp twist as the second person arrived, Aspa would shake out the cybernetic leg. He needed a real scientist in order to condition the leg.
Beating the metal leg with his hand, the sand from the wastelands that got trapped in it would fall like a sandfall. Frowning at this, no wonder why he was having a slightly hard time controlling the leg, there was so much sand in it, he could build a Sandcastle with it. As the sand poured out of the leg, the third person would arrive. Shaking the leg more, Aspa would nod and see there was no more sand within the leg. Taking out a cloth he would start polishing the leg.
This was for two reasons, one being he wanted the Saiyans know what could happen to them if they weren’t careful in training. The other reason was, it felt completely uncomfortable when he tried moving it when it was filled with sand. Even if he couldn’t feel the leg, he could still feel the slow movements of the leg.
Just as the fourth person arrived, Aspa would finish polishing the leg. He sensed someone else coming, and smiled. She was familiar to him, it was Tomo. He liked her due to her kind demeanor, even if she were a gentle saiyan he just couldn’t bring himself to not dislike her. Sensing her stopping at a cliff nearby, he would shoot her a glance to show her he knew she was there. Finally, he would put his leg back on and snap it into place with a twist.
Flowing Ki into the leg, he would stand effortlessly to address the warriors. He however wouldn’t reveal why he was cleaning his leg or anything about the leg to them. Wanting to see if they could figure it out on their own, he would look at each one of them.
“I am Aspa of the House of Bloodburn. I gathered you here today, in order to train you and help you increase your individual power levels for the benefit of Vegeta and the Empire. I will pair you off in teams of two, before sparring with the other team of two. There will be no maiming, no crippling, especially no killing. Breaking a bone or two is allowed as long as it is an accident. This is a Spar, not a full on fight. If I have to, I will take off my weighted armor and smack the miscreant into place. Am I understood?”
Staring where Tomo was, Aspa decided to play a little prank on her.
“Would you please come here, Sweetcheeks?”
He would raise his voice just enough so she could hear him, but he didn’t mind if she got mad. She was even cuter when she was mad, and he wanted all of the warriors there to call her that, because she was so sweet, and kind.
“For now, introduce yourselves to each other. We will begin after you introduce yourself to your potential team member, and sparring partners.”
He already had teams selected in his head, he was going to pair the one with the seven thousands power level with the one with the two thousands, and the other two would team up. Those were pretty balanced teams, and he wanted to see their teamwork with people they don’t really know if they didn’t know each other beforehand.
Aspa, knew he could spar against them but he knew it would be a losing battle unless he wanted to take his armor off and cut loose. But he didn’t want to do that due to the fact that if he did, he could possibly injure one of them as much as Natto did to him, and he wanted to be careful until he could fully control his Ki.

Being the first one here gave him a sense of accomplishment. It could mean to the trainer that he was the one who cared the most, who wanted to become stronger. Takao continued to stand, waiting for anyone that might arrive. Darkness came over him as a shadow came across the terrain. The saiyan looked up in the direction it was coming from and spotted a warrior. He had landed onto the ground and was equipped with a scouter. Takao hated those contraptions. While they were quite useful in terms of communication, they were practically useless in his eyes. He thought anyone who had one was too lazy to learn how to sense energy themselves, using a machine to do the work for them. For this reason, Takao was bothered by the man that had just arrived, but had decided to keep his opinion to himself. He looked at Aspa, but he was filled with regret as soon as he did so. His eyes widened in shock. The saiyan had taken off HIS LEG. His arms, which were tightly folded, loosened up a bit at this horrific. He was about to ask what happened, but decided not to. You know what, I don't even want to know. He thought to himself, unable to take his eyes off him, until the next person arrived that is.
From the corner of his eye, he saw dust kick up as yet another saiyan arrived. Takao looked over to him and sighed in reaction to his speedy entrance. "No, we're here to play dungeons and dragons." Takao said sarcastically in response to Komat's statement. To him, it was obvious, being that three saiyans (including him) were standing around in a desert like this. Takao thought this did not apply to him, being that when he came there was only one other person here. He rolled his eyes at Komat, being that he was determining who was in charge based on numbers. Takao was sure that there were plenty of times where the warrior was stronger than the leader. He also thought that energy was something that could not be converted into numbers in such a way. It was more than that. This was just another reason as to why he hated scouters. He kept silent, wanting to wait for more people to arrive. Come on, where is everyone. I'm anxious to get this session started. We are wasting precious time! He thought, tapping his foot on the ground repeatedly in frustration.
Takao heard the footsteps of someone else heading in their direction after waiting a little longer. He had assumed that the person had landed farther away and decided to walk here. For some reason. At first, the warrior didn't look like anything special, but then Takao noticed something peculiar. He was ignoring everything that came out of the cyan-eyed man. Those were not saiyan eyes. Who is he? There's no way he can be saiyan, right? A saiyan's eyes are not that color. Wait, the armor! Could he be a hybrid? He thought. He had heard about hybrids, but barely saw one in real life. They were normally looked down upon by pure bloods. If he had to choose, he would pick a pure blood over a hybrid any day of the weak. However, he never expressed his favoritism openly, thinking it would cause unwanted problems.
Takao didn't even notice Tomo's appearance until the trainer pointed her out in his introductions. He looked up, holding back a laugh when the name "sweetcheeks" was mentioned. He told himself to refrain from calling her such a thing, being that she was a bit intimidating. Takao's sexist thoughts prevented him from showing it through his facial expression. He focused his attention back onto Aspa, who was giving orders. Aspa is his name huh? Interesting, he seems to want us to introduce ourselves to our potential sparring partners. Well, at least we're starting off this session with some action. I'm going to enjoy busting some heads. He thought mischievously, forming a small grin on his face. he unfolded his arms and turned towards the hybrid. He walked towards him, planning an introduction in his head. "The name's Takao." He said towards the hybrid.

As Riku stood in the midst of the wasteland, Aspa already having arrived along with another warrior, he noticed that this unknown Saiyan seemed to be giving him a strange expression. He didn't exactly like that one's face, but hell, training is training. Another Saiyan came just shortly after, kicking up dust and the only think Riku could think of was that this one was a hard head. He inspected him from the corner of his eye and saw him wearing a scouter, and then heard his remark. He rolled his eyes and kept on waiting, his arms folded like usual. Suddenly, another person arrived, this one was fairly intriguing. Riku's gaze turned to him, but something caught his eye, the cyan color of this one's pupils. Riku had been on Earth since he was a small child, he could tell that this boy was a hybrid and not a full Saiyan. This would be most interesting indeed.
Riku's scouter picked up on a signature heading their way, but it didn't seem like they were giving off much ki, anf then a figure appeared on foot. Riku took his gaze off of the hybrid, staring deeply at the figure who then turned out to be a Saiyan girl. This was the first Saiyan female he had encountered and she was intriguing, her power level stronger than everyone but Aspa's. She stayed quiet the whole time, maybe out of shyness. Riku shrugged as he turned his head hearing Aspa speak first. He confirmed his identity and his invitation and that greatly pleased Riku. Aspa had just been cleaning his robotic leg, something Riku tried not to notice at all. He then looked around as Aspa said to introduce themselves to their soon to be sparring partners. Riku smirked as he stepped forward, wanting them all to hear him.
"I am Riku, full blooded Saiyan that came here for training, like all of you of course. It will be a pleasure sparring with you all."
His gaze had been mostly fixiated on Takao, the Saiyan who had first introduced himself and the hybrid with the Cyan eyes. On Takao because he disliked the expression he got when he first arrived and at the hybrid because he saw something in the boy... A certain strength that very muched found interesting. His gaze then fell on Aspa, the robotic legged Saiyan... He wondered what happened but he just shrugged and then looked at everyone once more, this would be a very interesting session indeed...

Komat perked an eyebrow towards Takao, crossing his arms and looking him up and down. "It's a good thing then, isn't it? I only keep around the one pair of dice." His eyes then quickly fell across Tomo, reading the female's power level and catching a look between her and Aspa. Thinking it better than to potentially anger a female Saiyan with a softer sounding nickname. In his own experience it had been a less than pleasing experience for pretty much everyone involved, short of the female. Clicking his tongue he looked over Aspa's leg for and perked an eyebrow at him questioningly. "You might want to look into that, aye? Even if you don't really modify the thing at all, there has to be plenty of ways to get it to not end up so filled with sand. I mean...eventually enough sand would probably polish it right and well for you, but it could be much more convenient. Much better than having a sieve, eh?"
Shrugging, he switched his train dialogue and gave a quick bow to the Saiayans present. More-a-less a slightly more meaningful nod of his head. Giving a bit less of a nod to the one present who wasn't pure blooded. Though to him there was a bit of a mischievous half smile. Pointing up to the sky. "Lucky for you there isn't some lunar lunacy going on, or maybe it is? Where does your blood lie closer towards? Does it really matter so much? Probably not in any case - right? If we obsessed over things like that we'd get nowhere, right?" He wiggled a finger towards Manesco "Whatever your great ape form would look like though? I suspect it'd make for a good game of dungeons and dragons." He said that with a tilting smile towards Takao. Putting his shoulders back the tiniest bit he looked around the group once more, rolling his tongue across the bottom of his inner lip.
"I'm Komat." Grinning deeply he chuckled a little, letting out a low whistle. "I very much look forward to.... working, with all of you?" His tone was questioningly, and almost sounded impolite. Whether it was intentional or simply a manner of how he spoke was questionable though. "Maybe we can make enough noise that we'll end up fighting something a bit more team oriented, yeah? Even more reason for us not to break each other's bones on accident." He waved a finger around the wasteland, clicking his tongue.

Not long after he arrived, another Saiyan appeared, but unlike the others she simply floated and spectated the group from above. He wasn't sure who she was, but if she wasn't here to train, then she might have been one of the other elites mentioned in the announcement. Nesco had no way to tell honestly, but that's what he decided based on his observations. Though he had to admit, the prospect of being trained by two elites was exciting in and of itself. How often could other Saiyans claim that kind of training? Manesco listened to Aspa's speech with a calm interest once the man stood and addressed them. The man got right down to business and stated the intentions of the training, set the rules of engagement, and mentioned the perimeters of their sparring match without going on a monologue or giving extensive warnings. At the mention of broken bones, Nesco's gaze flicked briefly to Aspa's cybernetic leg. How many times had he come that close to losing a limb in his training matches growing up? Not that it mattered, seeing the prosthetic was a good enough reminder of the dangers one could face in any situation. Once Aspa finished his speech, he decided to poke fun at the woman who had arrived last. Using an awful nickname that made Nesco roll his eyes. Most Saiyan women he had met, were more likely to deck anyone who made a comment like that, let alone take it. In fact he half expected a beat-down on the spot. His thoughts were interrupted when Aspa set their next task as introductions, and almost immediately the one who identified himself as Takao approached him. Then another Saiyan by the name of Riku made his introduction, it was clear and concise without the unnecessary close-proximity Takao had used. Though the way Riku looked at him made him feel a tad uneasy. "Manesco, or Nesco if you prefer." He replied, only to find himself under a barrage of comments and questions from the next Saiyan present. A grimace of irritation visibly spread across his features and he crossed his arms unconsciously. "Look, I get it. Bright eyes, pointed ears, no tail. I'm practically an abomination, a half-blood. So what? Get over it. I have, a long time ago. I'm here to train and get stronger, to prove that just because I'm a half-blood doesn't mean I'm a push-over. So you can stop ogling me like some sort of freak-show now. Thanks."He had reacted almost mechanically to the unwanted extra attention, though being used to negative response he wasn't sure how to take it and ended up acting defensive. Even after years of exposure, he still hated ending up the center of attention just because of his half-blooded nature. In fact it just made him want to train even harder to destroy whatever weird perceptions it may have given them. It's like they've never seen a half-breed before, my word...

Post by Tomoroko on Aug 12, 2015 10:30:09 GMT
It seemed that not everyone present had noticed her, meaning some of them either weren't using their scouters or just couldn't sense her. She still found that such an odd ability, being able to sense someone else's energy... while no doubt handy, to her it sort of sounded invasive... how else could you do it except feeling the flow of Ki through another person? She shuddered at the thought before bringing her hand up to her own purple scouter and reading up on the saiyans below her. Their power wasn't anywhere near where hers was now, however she could remember a time not so long ago when her power level matched theirs. There was hope for them, and apparently Aspa was the one who wanted to see them grow.
Whenever her nickname was used, Tomoroko sighed as she uncrossed her legs, pushing herself up from her floating/seating position and floating down towards the blue clad saiyan. When she got within earshot she let out a huff before speaking.
"Still derogatory you know. If I was anyone else I'd have tried beating you up by now for using it." She stated as she landed next to him, crossing her arms before sticking her tongue out at Aspa and turning once more to face the others. She looked at each of them individually, her eyes taking in every aspect of them she could see; their physique, muscle mass, hair and armour. Everything about them she took in, almost as if a predator taking into account it's prey's weaknesses.
"So what exactly is the plan here, other than having them spar with each other? Would you need me for anything?" She asked curiously, finally turning her gaze away from the others and back to Aspa. She wouldn't let him do something as insane as Natto and eventually take them all on as some sort of training, not that she didn't think he could handle it... She still blamed herself for what happened to him, and would fight to protect him whenever she could, meaning she would also voluntarily take his place against them if that was what he asked of her. Then hopefully in some small way that could make it up to him... ---------------- Word count: 371

“Now that everyone has introduced themselves, aside from Sweetcheeks whose name is Tomoroko. It’s time to begin training, and by training I mean sparring. The two teams will be; Riku and Manesco, against Komat and Takao. This insures that both teams are relatively even. Treat this as a mission, where your orders are capture the enemy without killing them, because they have information about Arcose’s defenses or something like that. Like I said before, no maiming, no crippling, no killing. A couple of broken bones are acceptable only if it’s an accident. Break the rules, and I will knock around the perpetrator, after I get the wounded party to Cacumber. Understood? And this time answer with an affirmative or a negative.”
Aspa stared at each one of them, before sitting back on the boulder to watch the sparring session. He would tell them what they did wrong, afterwards and treat them with watching two Super Elites sparring when there is a clear victor. Aspa knows there won’t be an accident like before, but he didn’t want to take any chances with this lot because the two stronger people were definitely more powerful then the two weaker ones, but both teams had a equal chance of prevailing within the spar.
“Tomo, hop up and enjoy the spar.”
He said while looking at her. He would tell her what he was planning on doing with their spar during the spar between the two teams, he also wanted to talk to her, about the incident with the training session a few weeks beforehand. He wanted to tell her, he didn’t consider it her fault that it happened. It was both his own fault and Natto’s fault. His fault because he didn’t simply duck, and Natto’s fault for putting too much power into it by accident.
“You have ten minutes to strategize with your teammate, and share information about what you can do with each other. This is a Teamwork, and Leadership exercise as well as a combat one. I do not want to see any berserkers, or someone acting alone. Even though Saiyans can act alone, it is better to work with a team.”
What Aspa, didn’t say however he was going to recommend them for Captaincy over their own squads if they did good during this training session. If they got along well enough, he would simply recommend Riku as a Captain, and them apart of Riku’s squad.
But he wasn’t going to put that kind’ve pressure on them. He wasn’t that evil, besides it’d be even better if it were a surprise.

[Thread Power Level: 212.996] After the meeting he had with Aspa and Tomoroko, it had been determined that they would conduct some trainings on the wasteland, in order to improve the strength of those saiyans who held some sort of potential. They needed new warriors to be part of the frontlines if the planet was attacked by the fearsome Virtual Poi, and they lacked the manpower for now. The strongest on Vegeta were Natto, and after him Aspa and Tomoroko. The two other saiyans were on a high elite level, but were still too weak to be able to make a difference if they were attacked. Even at their Great Ape forms, they would still be unable to stand against the android for more than a second; if the creature was as strong as Natto imagined it to be, a single punch from him would be enough to kill both Aspa and Tomo at Great Ape form, and that was quite fearsome.
”Commander… Lieutenant Aspa is on the Public Announcement… Shall we let him send a public message?! one of the guards asked Natto with a nervous tone on his voice. – Yes, don’t worry about that… - he answered, as he didn’t see any harm in that. He was most likely going to summon people for either the tournament of a training session, and both of them were fine. If, by surprise, he challenged Natto to a fight over his position, it wouldn’t bother him either, as he could easily defeat his former rival. But he didn’t even put much thought into that hypothesis, since they were getting along pretty well as of late… Well… Despite the fact that Natto had vaporized his lef leg with a mouth blast, but that was in the past, he hoped.
As he expected, Aspa summoned people for a training session, and that incited Natto’s curiosity: he wanted to watch them train and take his own notes; not because he didn’t thrust Aspa, but because he could see things the saiyan couldn’t, and that was valuable information for the organization of the squads. Aspa was quite different from Natto, therefore – together – they could complement each other’s abilities and battle knowledge. Since the training wouldn’t occur for the next couple hours, Natto had enough time to finish the burocratic stuff he was stuck with, before heading towards the location Aspa indicated.
– I should lower my power level quite a lot… I don’t want to distract them from their training. And that’s not my moment. Aspa has to conduct it. – he spoke to himself, as he walked towards the front gate of the palace. ”I wonder if Tomoroko will be there… I hope she will!” he thought with a smile on his face. Natto wanted to see how well she would fare on a training and, at the same time, be close enough to avoid any accidents, since he didn’t want anything near what happened to Aspa to happen with her. At least the young girl was far more cautions than the azure saiyan, and that comforted him.

Natto was getting better at suppressing his power level. He chose to suppress it to a level of a low-class warrior, so that the chances of people noticing him were far lower. It was tough to suppress it so much, and due to that he couldn’t fly quickly towards the training grounds. ”I’m gonna be late!” he grimaced as he flew. There was nothing he could do about that.
His scouter started detecting some power levels. ” 3.018… Dunno who that might be. Low-class most likely… 7.157, wow! And that feeling I’m sensing… That should be Riku, but man! He did grow! Soon enough he will be at elite tier!” Natto smiled with that though, and then got back into paying attention to his scouter. ”6.148… Dunno either… And another of 2.292… This one is pretty low… It’s definitely a low-class warrior.” Natto got rather puzzled. He figured that most of the saiyans that would respond to the summoning would be middle class warriors, but those two had some guts. They had a golden opportunity right in front of them and he really hoped they would be able to seize it. His scouter beeped one last time, and with that particular power level Natto smiled happily, giggling as he did. – That’s definitely Tomo! I’m so glad that she is training hard! – he said to himself, as he got near the place.
As he got close enough, he chose a cliff to land on, where he was still too far away to be noticed easily, but close enough so that he could watch the training session. He wasn’t able to hear them very well, but if they screamed, he would. Also, if they left their scouter channel on, he would be able to listen to what they were saying. Anyway, Natto sit on the rock, crossing his legs. Then, he touched his chin, staring at the people. ”Wonder if they are about to start it… I’m excited!” he thought, with a smirk on his face. Takao glared at the saiyan, who was known as Komat, after he made a rather irritating comment. It was in response to the sarcastic one that Takao made earlier. A weird feeling watched over him, making him feel uneasy. He shifted his feet and his pupils moved around, looking for someone. He spotted a saiyan who, after announcing hismself as Riku, was giving him a look. The saiyan warrior was about to say something, but decided not to, thinking that it wasn't worth the effort. He already hated one of the people here as it was. He did not want to make another enemy today at all. The full blooded warrior focused his attention on the hybrid saiyan who he had introduced himself to. Takao was waiting for the hybrid's introduction and listened when he said it. His name was Manesco, but could also be referred to as "Nesco".
Takao was about to say something else when all of the sudden Komat came over and started asking so many questions. The saiyan tried to stay quiet, but he remotely knew what the half blood was going through. Takao remembered when he was younger, just a child in fact. His mother was constantly mocked for her weakness by the elites saiyans. This happened everyday, 24/7, three hundred sixty five days a year. It was the main reason as to why she died on an elite class mission despite not being strong or that skilled. Takao's father was convinced that it was her own fault, that she was weak. Takao was so angered by this he deserted him, going his own way. Now, with the hybrid going through a similar form of bullying, the full blooded saiyan had enough of this.
"Holy crap, do you ever shut up you-" Takao was quickly interrupted. His eyes widened in response to Nesco's outburst. This was one the last things he expected, being that he almost forgot that the people being bullied could defend themselves. Takao waited until he was done, but even then, he was left blinking and completely startled. He looked at Komat, and then at Nesco again. "Huh, well uh... ok then." Was all that Takao could manage. He looked at Komat, wondering what his response would be. Note to self, do not get on Nesco's bad side. He thought. Not knowing what else to say, he waited until he was given further instructions by their trainer, Aspa.
Takao heard Aspa begin to speak again, and closely listened. Apparently, the woman who was being teased earlier, the one referred to as sweetcheeks, her name was Tomoroko. The saiyan heard that they will be sparring and split into two teams. Takao was filled with dread when he had heard who his partner was. Damn it, damn it, damn it... The same phrase echoed in his mind. Komat was absolutely the last person he wanted to be teamed up with. In fact, he wanted to be put against him so he could teach him a lesson. They were being put up against Riku and Manesco and given ten minutes to come up with a strategy. Takao looked at Komat and let out a sigh.
"Alright, let's get one thing straight. I hate you. However, if we're going to make it through this, we need some sort of plan. I suggest, we watch each other's backs and try to double team. We don't completely forget about one of them, but we focus more on the other. If one of us gets taken out, it's two against one and then we're completely done for. What do you say?" Takao said, lowering his voice so only Komat could hear him.
