As their fists collided, Cipher's hair was blown back with equal dramatic fashion. As Bing threw his blows, Cipher matched him blow for blow, each strike sending out a shock wave that had their hair blowing back like they were in wind tunnels. It was hard to tell just how long this flurry-off lasted, but it clear someone had to give, otherwise this fight would go absolutely nowhere.
And it would be Cipher who made the first move.
As Bing threw another fist, suddenly he would find it not connecting with Cipher's own, but phasing through him and hitting nothing but air. Cipher appeared suddenly behind him, reaching out to grab him, intending to suplex the man into the ground. If the grapple succeeded, he would quickly follow with a sharp kick to push Bing away from him, as well as keep the pressure on him.

The two warriors collided fists many times, each hit creating its own shock-wave of power. The sheer force of the blows were astounding to be sure. Bing was certain that Cipher was quite the opponent, it was a shame that he wasn't able to fight at full power.
Bing let out a mighty yell as he threw out his fist again, but he hit nothing but thin air. His eyes widened in surprise, but he knew what had just occurred. Cipher used the After-Image. Bing knew the most likely area to attack from with this technique was from behind, so reacting as quickly as he could, he rolled forwards, just barely avoiding the grasping hands of the pale robot. As he rolled he kicked off the ground, flying into the sky.
From above, Bing lifted his right hand above his head. Soon after, a basket-ball sized orb of emerald Ki ballooned in his hands. It shined brilliantly above him as he stared Cipher down.
"Come on Cipher, using After-Image to attack from behind?" his head cocked to the side, a quizzical look etched on his face as he continued "That's the most common way to use the After-Image, you've got to be a bit craftier than that!"
With his attack sufficiently charged, he brought his arm down, flinging the emerald Ki down below towards Cipher. It was moving quickly, but there was always a chance Cipher could dodge it.

Cipher should have known better than to try something as predictable as an attack from behind. Now, not only had his attempt to take Bing by surprise failed, but now Bing was bringing his own attack down upon him. And it was more than just a simple ki blast. This one was capable of doing some real damage. Cipher had to act quickly and regain control of the situation.
First though was to stop that attack. He quickly brought his arms up , palms outstretched. "Rodin's Gate!" He couldn't put all his power into it, but he hoped it would be enough. The shield formed just in time for Bing's attack to collide. The two seemed to struggle for a moment, trying to push back and destroy the other. However, Cipher could see the shield starting to crack. It wouldn't hold for that long.
The shield shattered and an explosion spread smoke over the small area. Thankfully the shield had managed to absorb most of the damage, only causing slight pain to Cipher. But this also gave him another opportunity. Bing wouldn't be able to sense him through the smoke. Acting fast, Cipher shot in a random direction like a bullet, veering over the edge of the lookout and out of sight.
It was time to apply some cunning strategy in this little match. Let's see if Bing could keep up.

With his attack thrown, Bing waited for a result. It would be disappointing if Cipher wasn't able to avoid the attack in some way, but if that was the case he'd just need some more training. Cipher seemed to use quick thinking. He probably knew it'd be hard to dodge, so instead he erected a Ki barrier. As the emerald ball flew, it crashed into Cipher's barrier, emitting a high-pitched shriek as the two power struggled against one another.
Though Cipher's barrier proved tough, it wasn't enough to hold back Bing's attack. The shield cracked open, causing a massive explosion.
Smoke plumed upwards, clouding Bing's vision. He grew worried at this, as this was the first time he'd faced an opponent he could not sense. Normally the lack of sight wasn't much of a problem, but an android had no detectable life sign, so he had to rely on sound alone for the time being. He heard brief movement, but it wasn't enough to go off of. Cipher had control of this battle now, so Bing had to just wait for the right time. Hopefully he'd be able to defend against Cipher's next attack, but there was no way to know what it would be.
"Where could he have gone...there's not many places to hide up here...if only there wasn't so much smoke."

Cipher floated beneath the lookout for a moment, catching his breath and allowing himself time to evaluate the situation. He had managed to avoid Bing's sight, and now the lookout kept the two apart. While Bing couldn't sense him, he could sense the white haired moan floating above the place, not having moved from his location. A smart move, keeping himself from running into a potential ambush, not to mention from his location, Bing had the view of the entire lookout. He could see Cipher coming if he attacked, and be prepared to block or counterattack.
So Cipher remained, floating around the bottom of the lookout. He had to be very careful about what he did next. An attack would give his position away, allowing Bing to find him and resume the battle. But maybe...
Cipher moved over to the right, going to the edge of the lookout. It wasn't directly opposite of where he was before, so it shouldn't be as predictable as his previous attempt. He carefully peeked over the edge of the lookout, trying to get a fix on where Bing was.
Then, without looking, he through a ki ball in Bing's direction before quickly ducking back behind cover and moving away very quickly. While he wasn't sure if the attack would connect or not, it should at least get Bing moving.

Vision still mostly clouded with smoke, Bing began to worry. Had the android simply run away? There'd be no way to tell until the smoke fully cleared, and even so he doubted that was the case immensely. He kept his senses sharp, waiting for an attack from any and every angle.
Suddenly, Cipher let out an attack. From below a Ki blast was fired, careening through the air up towards Bing. It was clearly a very weak attack, simply designed to distract in some way. He batted away the attack with ease and waited for another attack...but one didn't come. He was befuddled by this, why wouldn't he follow up? Was he low on energy from using that barrier from before? That'd be the most likely answer, but without the ability to sense his opponent he had no way to assure this was the case.
"If I let him stay hidden for too long he's going to be able to hit me with something big. It looked like that attack came from below the Lookout...I'll have to be wary going down there, he might already be planning something."
He nodded to reassure himself as he descended. The human flew quickly, arriving below the lookout almost immediately. It was there that Cipher hid, just as he predicted.
While rushing in for an offensive assault could have been a good idea, he didn't want to walk into any traps. Instead, he opted to taunt the android. He brought his hand up, doing a classic "come and get me" hand gesture. Though it wasn't guaranteed to do anything, Bing hoped it would bring him away from his current position.

Well, that strategy had been a bust. Cipher should have followed up that attack before the smoke cleared. However, Bing had been right. Cipher had been trying to recover some stamina after burning through it earlier. He kept his sharp eyes on Bing, watching as he flew down and proceeded to, taunt him? Taunts weren't exactly the best way to coax Cipher into doing anything. The android had learned long ago to ignore insults and not let them get to him, not that this was an insult mind you. He knew Bing wasn't so childish.
Still, this was just a regular sparring match, and so this wasn't the standard case for the battles Cipher had been in, so rising to the bait was acceptable here. Pausing for a moment, Cipher shot towards Bing, quickly closing the gap and unleashing a flurry of blows towards the man. His body moved as if it all was one fluid motion. He was putting his developing "Iron Dancing" fighting style to the test. Using the most efficient amount of energy for each attack, letting the momentum of one carry over to the other. A small part of him was hoping that Bing would approve of it.
