[Thread PL: 3,069,392] Another day had passed, meaning another day of being Guardian had begun. Though he was given this new role, he would not skimp on his training in the slightest! Bing was currently atop the Lookout's palace, hand-standing on the roof. Beads of sweat formed on his head, dripping down onto the roof as he strained to keep himself steady. It wasn't entirely difficult, but he'd been doing it for quite a while now, which made it a bit draining. "This is too easy...I need to challenge myself more!"With a mighty push, Bing hopped off the roof, somersaulting through the air, and stopping himself above the palace. He began to charge up a ball of Ki, tossing it straight up into the air high above the Lookout. With his Ki ball on its way down, Bing got back into position. He descended back to the roof and began doing another handstand, waiting patiently as the Ki slowly changed trajectory. It careened downwards, heading straight for Bing. As it reached him, he kicked it back upwards. The Ki ball was launched back into the sky, and slowly, it came back down again. He kept this going for a while, eventually getting into a rhythm of kicking the Ki away every few seconds. It wasn't entirely challenging, but it was better than nothing for now. He was actually kind of enjoying himself now, slowly getting lost in the rhythm he set for himself. He'd probably be at this for a long time if somebody didn't stop by soon enough... (Not the best, but I couldn't think of anything, sorry!) ( Cipher 24)

[Thread PL: 1,066,491]
The Timeless Lookout. Cipher had once been to the forests surrounding the tower below, but this was the first time he had come up to the lookout itself. Apart from his work with the BBA, Cipher never really had the courage to come up here. He knew that the lookout was considered the headquarters of the Z Fighters, with some differences in how the Z Fighters and the BBA operated, Cipher had come to the conclusion he wouldn't really be welcome up there. But now, he was going to make his first visit to the place. Current events were forcing Cipher's hand and there was someone he needed to meet with.
He flew up to the lookout, looking over the place. Quiet, peaceful, orderly, just what he expected for the Guardian of Earth's home. However, his attention was quickly drawn to the figure above the lookout itself. The figure was hovering over the palace kicking what appeared to be a ki blast up and down. Cipher didn't have to get a closer look to figure out who the figure was, his ki signature answered that question for him. And a good thing too, considering this was the same person that Cipher had come here to see.
Cipher floated a little closer, watching as Bing continued his little exercise. Not really anything challenging, considering Bing's power level. with the gravity chamber on the Big Blu, Cipher never really felt the need to try anything like this. He sat back and watched, waiting for when Bing had finished before he would speak up. However, it seemed like Bing had the energy to continue this all day. There seemed to be no end in sight.
Cipher waited for him to kick the ki ball skyward before Cipher let out his own little ki blast. The two met mid air, exploding on impact. Hopefully that would have gotten Bing's attention.
"Sorry for the interruption," Cipher spoke up, showing that he meant no harm to Bing with his intrusion, "You seemed like you were going to do that all day. And there's something I wish to discuss with you."

It had been a few minutes since Bing started at this point. He was about to throw another ball into the sky to make it more difficult, but something interrupted him. As the Ki ball flew into the sky, it was met with another blast from an unknown source. Bing was honestly surprised by this, as he felt no one else's Ki coming his way, which meant that the user of the attack was an android.
He heard a voice speak, and it sounded quite familiar. He couldn't quite see who it was from his current position, but he had a fair guess at who it might be.
"Cipher?"
He hopped off the roof, somersaulting through the air once again, stopping above the palace with a burst of Kiai.
As expected, it was indeed Cipher. The ghostly white android looked just as eery as ever, but Bing didn't mind much. He usually didn't judge people on appearances, though he had to admit that Cipher's appearance was a bit off-putting. Something else that was interesting was that Cipher looked a bit different. He wasn't exactly sure what had changed, perhaps he'd been upgraded?
"It is you! Cipher! It's so good to see you!"
The grey-haired man listened intently to Cipher, who explained he was here to discuss something. Bing already had a good idea of what that might be; it was likely that Cipher either wanted to offer his assistance, or ask for assistance from Bing. Either way, Bing would gladly agree.
"Sure thing...I assume this is about Vipoi?"
Bing descended, landing on the ground softly. He rested next to a tree, leaning on the bark as he waited for Cipher to speak his peace.

Cipher couldn't help but smile. It was good to see Bing again. He was one of the few people outside of the BBA that the android could consider a friend. He had been relieved to hear he had survived the Northern City conflict, and not just for one reason either.
At Bing's question regarding the topic, he nodded. "Indeed it is. I saw what happened in the Northern Capitol. I just wish I could have been there to provide assistance. I was on the planet Vegeta when he was corrupted and got back too late to stop the city's destruction. I will make it a point to not let that happen again. And it's because of that that I'm here. I'm planning on putting a team together. One that can fight against Vipoi. While I have already made contact with some warriors from Vegeta to aid us, I figured that the Earth needed a little more, assurance, just in case."
He gave Bing a small smile. "I think you can guess the reason I'm here then. I want you to be a part of that team. You're one of the strongest warriors on the planet right now. It only makes sense that you would serve as Earth's last line of defense.
Now, don't worry. I'm not asking you to join the BBA or anything like that. This is more of a temporary measure, until the crisis with Realigner Red is over with." He then paused, waiting to see Bing's response to his offer and plan.

As expected, Cipher was here to recruit Bing. The android explained that he was collecting warriors to form a team strong enough to stand up to Vipoi. Something that caught Bing off guard was that Cipher was able to get some warriors from Vegeta to assist him. He raised an eyebrow in curiosity as he spoke "Wait a second...you got assistance from Saiyans? That worries me a bit...who exactly did you recruit?" Bings mind raced with worry. He hoped that Cipher had allied himself with someone like Daiki or Kaula, but if he allied with someone like Mayze or Zucar...it would probably not be pretty.
Cipher continued, saying he wanted Bing to join his team because he was one of the strongest warriors on the planet. Bing nodded, speaking in a slightly more serious tone.
"I was planning on fighting Vipoi at the end of the week during the challenge he proposed, so I suppose you can already consider me a part of the team." He extended his hand, looking to give a formal agreement in the form of a handshake.
With their agreement made, Bing pondered for a moment. He needed to continue training, perhaps he could train with Cipher!
"Say Cipher...if you aren't busy, would you like to go a few rounds? I could use a sparring partner."
If Cipher agreed to a quick bout, Bing would hop back a bit to make some space, giving Cipher the first move.
If Cipher declined outright, or had a better idea, Bing would understand completely, and let Cipher go about his business.

Cipher understood Bing's uneasiness. Cipher's plea for help to the Saiyans hadn't really been that popular a decision. But when you hear that the world's strongest entity has gone insane and destroying worlds, you get desperate. "The Saiyan Kaula offered her assistance," he knew the two of them were friends, so it shouldn't be any problem, "She also brought with her the humonculus known as Reikiko." He knew how powerful Rei was when they had last met. He could only guess just how strong she was now. Her help made the situation look a lot less dire. "I've also recruited the Brenchian hybrid known as Jarvis, you remember him don't you? As well as fellow BBA member Liang. Quite a good team if I do say so."
When Bing agreed and extended his hand, Cipher smiled and shook it firmly. With this little team he was forming, he was confident that they could defeat Realigner Red. They had to.
When Bing asked for the chance to spar, Cipher blinked. Now that he mentioned it, the pair of them never had a chance to spar together. Sure, they fought alongside one another, but never actually sparred. He gave a nod and a smile. "Certainly. Though I fear I wont be much of a challenge for you at my current power level." As Bing hopped back, the android slipped into a fighting stance, waiting for the little match to begin.

At the mention of Kaula and Reikiko, Bing breathed a sigh of relief. "That's certainly reassuring. If you had enlisted the Queen...I fear we may have had to deal with some very interesting restrictions as payment for her assistance." Bing could only assume the worst, as he didn't actually know the queen personally. Sure, she could have been much more benevolent compared to her peers, but that was very highly unlikely. Bing raised an eyebrow at the mention of Jarvis. Though he already knew he was alive, he doubted he would ever join the BBA. "You got Jarvis to join the team?...you must have a very persuasive way of talking Cipher, because last time the two of you met, you pummeled him into the ground."
Bing raised a curious eyebrow as Cipher said he'd be no challenge. If he remembered correctly, Cipher fared much better against those robotic ghost-like creatures in the amusement park. Could he have fallen behind in the time since then? There's no way! Bing couldn't be stronger than Cipher...could he? It wasn't impossible, so to be a good sport, Bing offered to lower his strength.
"To make things more fair, I could suppress some of my Ki. I can't sense you seeing as you're a robot and all. What's your power at so I can match it?"
If he had to make a guess, he would place Cipher somewhere in the 2 million Power Level range, to put it in numerical terms. He had no way of knowing however, so he simply waited for Cipher's response with folded arms.

Cipher's eyes narrowed as Bing mentioned the queen. Not because of anything Bing said, but more from the memory of her. Zucceta's arrogance really chaffed at the android. He was glad that Kaula went behind her back to offer Earth aid. A part of him hoped that some day Kaula could become queen. Then perhaps a peace between Earth and Vegeta could be possible. But that was for something in the future. Right now, he had to focus on the present.
When Bing offered to lower his power level to match his own, Cipher couldn't help but feel a little bit embarrassed. During their previous encounters, the pair of them had been on equal footing. Now, Bing was very far ahead of him, almost three times ahead. It was rather embarrassing. "To put it into numbers, my power level would be around the one million range." A part of him was really hoping that Bing wouldn't think less of him because of the rather insane difference in their power levels.

Bing gave a nod, smiling at his robotic compatriot. Though one million was a bit lower than expected, he was definitely still at an impressive level. Most warriors barely scratched one hundred thousand. Not even Pieter was as strong as Cipher, so Bing felt his android ally was doing just fine. "One Million? Sounds good to me." He crossed his arms in front of his chest, breathing deeply and slowly. His Ki slowly bottled itself up, reducing his strength as he focused on suppressing his power. After a few moments, his power level would read out to about 1.1 million if Cipher had a scouter.
"Alright, now that we're even...It's time to start our spar!"
Without another word, Bing charged forwards. A mighty yell escaped his lips as he aimed to ram his left elbow into Cipher's chest. If the attack was a success, he would follow it up with a roundhouse kick to the face in an attempt to knock away the android. Should the attacks fail however, he'd be at the mercy of a counter-attack. He put most of his momentum into his elbow charge, meaning that he would be hard-pressed to avoid anything.

Cipher could definitely feel Bing's power level lower to match his own. He was a little relieved that his friend hadn't made fun of him for how far he had fallen behind. Then again, Bing didn't seem like the sort to make fun of someone anyway, so maybe his fears had been ill founded. He gave a small smile as he prepared himself for the blows that would no doubt come his way at any second.
He braced himself, watching as Bing made the first move, charging at him at top speed. Cipher preferred to let his opponent make the first move. It was always the easiest to prepare for, especially since this seemed to be nothing more than a mere elbow ramming attack. Cipher brought his hands up, catching the elbow head on. The force of the blow caused him to slide back a bit though. It seemed Bing had put all his strength into the attack. Curious choice of strategy.
Once the two had stopped moving, still gripping his arm tightly, Cipher yanked him forward, getting ready to deliver a sharp kick to Bing's midsection. Whether the attack connected or not, he would leap back to fire a small ki blast at him as well, just to keep the pressure on him.

Although Bing was certain his attack would do well, it seemed he was a tiny bit overconfident. His elbow strike was caught by Cipher quite easily, inciting a look of mild surprise from Bing. He really needed to remember to be more careful. Even after all this time fighting and training, a simple lapse in judgement caused his elbow to be grabbed. Cipher brought his knee up, slamming it into Bing's chest. He was launched through the air, but he caught himself quickly by somersaulting a few times.
He landed on his feet just in time to see the Ki blast coming his way. He batted it aside, letting it fly freely through the air above. Bing smiled as he slipped back into his battle stance, thinking of his next attack.
"I should make sure to leave room for error. If I hadn't used my full weight in that elbow attack I might have been able to avoid his knee..."
He decided the best course of action was to attempt using a feint attack. It might not work, but it was always worth a shot right?
Rushing towards Cipher again, he cocked his left fist back as he ran. As he reached his robotic sparring partner, he threw his right knee out instead, hoping that his change in attack direction would prove a decent distraction. Should the knee hit its mark, he would follow it up by pulling his knee back and using it to attack once again.

Cipher was glad to see that Bing wasn't going to let him dominate the fight so quickly. They all needed to take control of the situation if they were going to face Realigner Red. As he watched him bat aside the ki blast he shot and launched himself back at him, Cipher prepared himself for another strike. Surely Bing wouldn't try the same thing twice would he? The man as smarter than that.
Seeing Bing bring his arm back for a strike, the android prepared himself for the blow. However, with his attention on his hand, he failed to brace himself when the man suddenly lashed out with a knee.
Dammit! A feint?
Cipher couldn't react fast enough to block the blow, catching it hard in the side. All the android could do was to allow his body to go limp, to roll with the blow and hopefully absorb some of he force. The blow still hurt, but it wouldn't do as much damage. Cipher could only imagine how much damage that blow would do if he was at full power.
He saw Bing's knee come back for a second strike. Good, he had the same idea. Keep the pressure on. Cipher twisted his body in e air, bringing his foot up for a kick. Either Bing would follow through with his attack, and they'd both get hit, or he'd pull back to block the strike.

As he had hoped, his feint was a success! Cipher was preparing to block the fist, but was hit in the side by Bing's knee. It must have hit him hard, as he seemed to go limp for just a moment. Bing brought his knee back to attempt another hit, but it seemed Cipher wasn't going to let himself take a punishment so easily. He twisted his body around, aiming a foot for Bing's face. He'd have to take the hit if he wanted his second knee to connect, so he let himself take the attack.
Knee connected with chest just as foot connected with face. The two attacks hit their respective marks, and (most likely) sent both fighters flying back. Bing careened through the air, spinning wildly as he found himself headed straight for one of the swaying trees planted on the Lookout.
The human was able to catch himself just in time. A quick burst of kiai stopped him from slamming into the tree just barely, though the force of his stop did cause a crack to appear in the bark of the tree.
"Nice one Ciph! You definitely pack a punch!"
After his compliment, he re-adjusted himself, landing softly on the ground near the tree. As he was about to go in for another assault however, he stopped. Though he could keep his momentum going, this was a spar, not a serious fight.
"I could go in for another assault, but I think I'll let him try to take initiative this time. His defensive and reactionary skills are fine, but having a bad approach to offensive style could be the end of him..."
Bing lowered his stance a bit, readying himself for whatever attacks Cipher might try. If the android attempted to throw out any small Ki attacks, he'd be able to simply bat them away.

The blow connected hard with Cipher's chest, sending the android reeling back. While Bing slammed against a tree, Cipher was almost knocked over the edge of the lookout. Thankfully, his ability to fly managed to prevent him from falling. He righted himself back up in time to hear Bing's compliment.
"Thank you. You've gotten a lot better yourself." Well, that should be obvious. He was almost three times as strong as him for crying out loud. He hovered in the air for a moment, waiting quietly to see what Bing would try. It seemed he was going on the defensive now. Fair enough. Cipher had been able to counter and defend against him well enough. Now it was time to turn the tables on this fight.
Suddenly, Cipher shot off to his right, flying around and circling Bing. All the while, he fired off ki blast after ki blast, trying to hit Bing from every angel. Sure, he expected Bing to be able to defend himself just fine, but that wasn't the point. As he circled and fired, Cipher grew progressively and progressively closer to the white haired man. Once in range, he suddenly shot forward, fist drawn back for a punch against him.

It seemed Cipher got the hint pretty quickly, going on the offensive after accepting the previous compliment. The blue banner android flew in a circle, attempting to pester Bing with a barrage of attacks from every side. It wasn't difficult to deflect them in the slightest, simply batting them away did the trick quite easily. The hard part was watching Cipher carefully, waiting for the moment he came in for his real attack. It was obvious these Ki blasts were merely a distraction. There was no way to tell what his attack would be, but the androids slow approach betrayed the fact that it was most likely a melee strike.
"Just wait for the right moment...there!"
Cipher had closed in, and reeled back for a punch. Bing brought his own fist up to match it, and the two collided. A shock-wave of energy burst from the two fists impacting on each other, blowing Bing's hair back in a dramatic fashion.
A smirk of satisfaction and excitement crept up Bing's face. The human pulled his hand back and went for another punch, and then another, and then another! He threw out a barrage of punches aimed at Cipher's upper half. His hope was that Cipher would attempt to match his blows, but there was always the chance the android would instead find a way to avoid the attack entirely. An After-Image or simply flying upward would probably do the trick, but where's the fun in that?
