Hey there guys! So, there's something that's been on my mind for quite some time, and you may recall this announcement I made in the past! Well, to be frank, that was because Ki Sense and Ki Suppression struck me as techniques that are more, 'Relative to a certain power level range,' which feels more appropriate. I've doubled back on the 'Ki Suppression' portion, as that can actually be used in other methods. However, concerning Ki Sense, this isn't just a mere technique: It's a literal Sense characters achieve that become their 6th/7th sense (Hey, I'm not sure if someone's been approved with having another sense that isn't Ki Sense or the 5 natural Senses) that they can openly use! How they use it is a perplexity to us, and thus, it is one of the things that I believe needs to become listed as something that isn't just a Support, but rather a 'Special' altogether! Down below, you will see a guide that, hopefully, isn't getting all mangled up in the copy and pasting. If it is, I'll fix it up so it's legible to everyone.
The document above has the mentality of this: If players have Ki Sense, they can sense relative to the power level guide here. If the player has Ki Sense at said power levels, they get more access to higher levels of Ki Sense.
As I was thinking about this more in depth, it had me thinking about flight and other Support techniques. What other techniques could follow a guide like this? Thoughts? Lets talk about it.
NOTE: If this is overall agreed with, we'll need to fix it up so that it's much more fluid and easy to read! In addition, this will encompass other simple supports!
Ki sense and Ki Suppression Guideline100 or Less (Upon Learning/Achieving Ki Sense)~ – Can sense auras, though you have no clue to which direction they come. You just know they are there. Ki Suppression to this level or less is impossible to fight with.
100 or Less (Upon Learning/Achieving Ki Sense)~ – Can sense if an opponent is stronger, weaker or about your power if they are close. Ki Suppression to this level or less is impossible to fight with.
500 (Upon Learning/Achieving)~ – Can sense auras in melee combat. Ki Suppression to this level allows you to fight in melee combat. Basic Ki attacks, though, are not possible.
2500~ – Can sense the general direction of auras close to you. Ki Suppression at this level allows you to use basic ki attack and N1+SU1 level abilities, but will find difficulty using it without increasing their power after the first 3 usages of said abilities. Example: Character A is using Ki suppression to lower their power level to 2,500 from 18,000. They end up having to use After Image 3 times and find it difficult to keep their power restrained any longer. Same goes for V2 leveled abilities.
5000~ – Can vaguely sense strong emotions in the aura. Ki Suppression to this level enables up to 5 N1 and SU1 leveled abilities to be used. Same goes for V2 leveled abilities.
5000~ – Can sense if an aura is positive or negative (good or evil). Lowering Power Level below this with Ki Suppression makes Good or Evil Aura covered.
10,000~ – Can sense how strong an opponent is, at the closest 50 pl. Those using Ki Suppression to this level find themselves able to use N1, SU1, and V2 abilities as often as they'd like without going above 10,000 power level.
25,000~ – Can do all above in a planet wide radius. Can also sense whether another is hostile or not, at the moment. Using Ki Suppression to this level enables 3 usages of UP2, SU2, and UV3 leveled attacks before they have to raise their power levels.
75,000~ – Can sense if someone have reserves of power (not being fully powered up, having transformations, etc. Can’t sense if someone has Kaioken, as it is a technique rather than a transformation). Ki Suppression usage to this level enables 7 usages of UP2, SU2, and UV3 leveled attacks.
125,000~ – Can do all above at a Galactic radius. Ki Suppression to this level is found to yield often usage of UP2, SU2, and UV3 leveled abilities without breaking the thresh-hold.175,000~ – Can sense auras in the Next Dimension. Players can use Ki Suppression to this level and be able to use 3 MP3, SU3, and Special abilities before having to tap into their full strength.
250,000~ – Can get a feel for the person's full power if they aren't using it (in comparison to theirs). At this level of Ki Suppression, Players are able to use up to 7 MP3, SU3, and Special abilities before having to tap into their full power.
300,000~ – Can pinpoint someone's location (if you are on the same planet). Ki Suppression to this point, players can call upon the usage of all skills without having to tap into their full strength. However, is it worth the cost..?
350,000~ – Can pinpoint where they are, universally, like a Compass pointing towards North and South.
400,000~ – Can sense all auras even in next dimension and get a vague idea of where they are located on whatever planet they are on.
500,000~ – all the above plus they can detect if they are friendly or not.
100 or Less (Upon Learning/Achieving Ki Sense)~ – Can sense if an opponent is stronger, weaker or about your power if they are close. Ki Suppression to this level or less is impossible to fight with.
