It was a normal day for Seka, she was wandering throughout West City, something she normally did when she had time off from training people, or her own training. For Seka, exploring the city was a hobby that she quite enjoyed. While wandering the city, she caught a glimpse of red neon signs. Taking her father’s words about avoiding that part of town, Seka hurried away from there.
Now exploring a different part of the city, a more child friendly area. She had discovered a park that she had never been too before, with a smile on her face the young martial artist, went into the park. She watched the young children play around on the massive jungle gyms, and chase each other. This, this is what her focus should be. Protecting these peaceful days for the children, is her goal in life. She didn’t want what happened to her to happen to any other children.
Suddenly, she winced as a voice broke through her head. It was jumbled, like it was a few days old.
"I... works with.... My name... at Kami's Lookout. I request a meeting... you... Guardian's disappearance."
Seka, winced while remembering the voice. It was a few days earlier while she slept, a strange man appeared in her dreams and spoke to her. She couldn’t remembered what the man looked like, but she just suddenly remembered, while reciting her vows to protect the children of the world.
Not knowing where this Kami’s Lookout is, Seka rushed home to see if her father knew since he had been everywhere on Earth, or it would seem. When she got to her house, she asked Ken about the message, he said he had never heard of a Kami’s Lookout, but he had been everywhere. He however takes out a map and points at the location of the Lookout.
“There is a vast tower, here. It’s higher than what any human could construct. It’s probably above the tower. I did not find anyone within the platform on top of the tower. There may be something above it however.”
Nodding, Seka runs out of the door and takes off in flight towards the Lookout. She flew as fast as she could out of the city, the total journey to the vast tower took under an hour at her top speed. She didn’t even bother suppressing her energy during the flight. She wanted the person that called her, to know she was coming.
She knew the person may be incredibly powerful, so they would be able to demolish her either way. Reaching the tower, she flew upwards towards the vast platform at the top. Landing within the platform-like house, she didn’t see anyone. Nor did she find anyone when she explored the entire platform. Flying out of the tower, she saw a strange red rod extending from the top of the tower towards somewhere even higher than the platform.
Flying upwards towards the red rod, and flew higher as fast as she could. She went higher than she had ever dared to go before. She was approaching heights that had limited amounts of oxygen. Just as she thought the red rod went straight into outer space she saw a platform connected to the rod, she flew onwards towards the platform. She was excited, maybe this person would be able to train her!
She wanted to get as strong as she could to protect the children, this planet, everything about this world. She wanted to gain enough power, to punish the wicked and make them repent for their wicked ways, especially the man that killed her precious elder brother who sacrificed himself to protect her and the city where she grew up half of her life.
Reaching the top of the platform, she lands on the tiles. She breathes the pure fresh thin air deeply, before walking towards the lone building on the vast platform. She supposed if no one were there, she could turn this place into a secret headquarters for a team of crime fighters she could create to protect this world. But she supposed that that wouldn't be possible since it looks like only few could even reach this place. Breathing deeply, she would holler as loud as she could to get the attention of the person that called her if they were still there.
"HELLO!?!?!!?!?"

It wasn't often he heard voices in his head other than his own, but it had apparently happened. While he'd been interested in just ignoring it and passing it off as an episode, he knew better than that. But what he didn't know was where Kami's lookout was - and that was going to prove troublesome. About all he had to go off of was that it was a lookout, which meant it was far and away above everything.
Lookouts had natural high ground or an artificial vantage point. A reasonable, logical deduction to him. But what the hell was a Kami? And why would he have one?
That train of thought was a dead end, which meant he was going to need to go back to Lookout. Something tall, something tall.
His mind went back to the books he'd spent endless hours in, figuring one of them would bring something to mind. Mountains were a no go. While they were tall, they didn't offer a distinct advantage for a lookout as they didn't allow clear lines of sight in all directions. An old story, however, of a tower taller than the eye could see came to mind. He vaguely recalled where it was, and immediately took the air in his Suppressed Form.
It was a several hour flight, and he came to a landing at the bottom of the gigantic pole. His brow furrowed, staring up at the sky. Sensing power above him, he frowned. The tower didn't extend that far. This didn't make sense.
Frowning, he took the air once more, hot on the heels of someone he didn't know yet. It was an almost obnoxiously long flight up, and he came to a slow landing on one three toed foot. Finding himself on a circular platform of well maintained tiles with a lone building, he furrowed his brows as a figure got closer and closer to the building. This had to be the Lookout... but it was empty.
That did not bode well.

((Thread PL: 2,819,840 ))
Deep in the Lookout sat a young man named Bing. He was currently many stories deep, in a massive, dusty library. It was filled with old tomes detailing stories long since past, and in the middle of it all was Bing, reading through the musty books. He was currently searching for some way to get strong quickly. Normally he wouldn't rush his progress, but there was a certain android on the loose that was going to kill everyone if Bing didn't try his hardest to achieve a higher level of power -if one even existed.-
The only problem was that his reading was getting consistently interrupted by a nagging evil voice in his head. It was a sort of split personality that existed in Bing's mind. It referred to itself as Ping, and it certainly didn't enjoy sitting in a dusty old library reading equally dusty, equally old books.
"This is pointless! We should be out training for reals, not reading some old fart's diary! It would be easier to just go kill some people to get stronger, because if we DON'T get stronger then Vi-Poi will kill everyone anyways!" Barked Ping. His voice was rugged and battle-worn, as if he had seen many battles in his short time as a split personality.
Bing was trying his best to ignore the villain inside his mind. It was becoming increasingly difficult however. He flipped through the pages of a rather large book as he replied half-minded-ly "Ping, both of us know that is superbly foolish. Killing people would take longer than reading. We both know none of the innocents on Earth are strong enough to provide a challenge anyways, and if we're going to kill them, we might as well just join Vi-Poi."
Ping huffed angrily. He hated to admit it, but his good half was right on this one. Dammit...Fine. Go ahead and read your stupid books some more, I'm just gonna sulk in some corner of your mind or something." Ping grumbled as he disappeared from Bing's mind. The human let out a sigh of relief as he was finally left alone.
He continued reading tome after tome, looking for something that could help. It was a certain book in particular that caught his interest. It was an extremely old book, and the cover was torn off most likely by time itself, but it was still somewhat legible inside. The gray-haired human surmised that this book must have been some type of journal for a past Guardian. The page that caught his eye the most was one that talked about something called Sacred Water.
With interest piqued, Bing read one of the chapters aloud as if someone else were in the room listening: "I have recently become more comfortable with my magic abilities, and as such I have created an item known as Sacred Water. It allows the person who drinks it to gain immense power from just a single sip. I must take extra precaution with this item however, letting a person with villainous intent take part in the liquid may spell doom for the Earth..."
Though the man tried his best to continue reading, the rest of the page, and every page after, was completely illegible. Time had taken its toll on the book it seemed, which infuriated the gray-haired human greatly.
"DAMN IT!" He bellowed, slamming his balled-up fist into the table as his rage grew. "How the hell am I supposed to gain the knowledge I need if I can't read any of it?!" His power flourished wildly, anger very apparent on his young face.
He had to calm down, it wasn't going to get him anywhere if he shouted like a spoiled brat. His aura died off as he stood up to grab some water from the upstairs kitchen.
It was then that he heard a loud holler from up above. It sounded like a greeting, but regardless of what it sounded like he would have to check it out. It wasn't often someone climbed the Lookout, so whoever they were they must have had something important to do up here.
Bing climbed the millions of stairs as quickly as he could, trying his best to reach the surface level to see who had arrived. At first he could sense only the one person, but now he could definitely sense two lives on the surface.
The experienced warrior walked through the shadowy hall leading outside to greet the two fighters. What he saw was a bit of a surprise: It was a very young human girl and an Arcosian. He wasn't sure if they had climbed together or independently, but either way they both went through the trouble, so he had to see why they were here.
He bowed graciously as he entered their vision. "Hello there, my names Bing. May I ask what your names are, and why it is you have decided to climb this tower?" He spoke in a sincere tone as he addressed the duo. Bing secretly hoped they were here because of his message, but he wouldn't assume anything until they told their tales.

Waiting, she waited for a long time. She wished she could sense energy due to her not knowing if the person that called her were here or not. She didn't even know if it were the lookout or not. This was definitely the first time that she had been to the lookout. Deciding that it would be a good idea to start walking towards the lone building of the well maintained aerial building, she stops when she sees some sort of alien monster thing on the other side of the lookout. Suppressing her energy, she hides behind one of the trees. She didn't know what that freaky thing was, nor did she know if it were there for the same reason she was. She didn't even know if it were the voice that called her, and lured her there to eat her or not. Peeking from behind the tree, she would watch the freaky alien thing.
She would hide until someone came out from the lone building. She recognized him from her dream, when he spoke she remembered his voice from the dream and from the voice that broke through her mind earlier that day. Coming out of hiding, Seka stares at the man. She has a hand going towards the pouch on her left thigh just in case he attacked her. Even if he simply wanted a meeting with her, she needed to be cautious due to her not being able to sense energy, so she had no idea how powerful he was. She especially did not know how strong the freaky alien thing was, due to her not even knowing what it was.
"I flew up here because of a message I received from you, in my sleep a few days ago. I forgot about the dream for some reason, and suddenly remembered your voice going through my head earlier today. I came here to investigate the voice. I am Seka Himura from West City, sir."
Bowing to the man, she knew he must be incredibly powerful to be able to communicate through his mind to others, probably across the world. She had no affiliation to any organization and wasn't planning on joining any. But if he were the head of a some sort of club or team that protects people, she would join without any hesitation. She was prepared to lay down her life, if it meant that she could protect someone or the entire world. But she wouldn't fight if it meant complete suicide, and the world would still be destroyed after the villain killed her.

Crossing the lookout, his attention drawn to the hiding woman, Boreal stopped. His hands came up in shock as a flareup from within the building shattered everything he knew about power levels. Mouth agape under the growth covering it, he took a single, terrified step back. Whoever was inside, their capabilities were more immense than even his wildest imaginations. The girl outclassed him in this form, too, but he knew he'd overpower her quite capably in his true form.
But she was a feather on the wind of his thoughts, whereas whoever it was approaching was a boulder falling from on high. When the figure stepped into view, Boreal was entirely surprised to find himself looking at a human. Of all things, a human. In this abandoned tower. With that much power at his disposal. That didn't make a single lick of sense.
Clenching his hands and dropping them down to his sides, Boreal did his best to hide the twitch that was now clearly visible in his right eye. The red irises were locked straight onto Bing, and his breath was coming in heaving fits and starts. It was a cross between being scared and being utterly enraged. Enraged that a human could be so powerful. Enraged that he could be so weak by comparison.
How. Dare. He. Be stronger.
"Well." Begins Boreal, his voice a feminine tilt on a masculine tone. "When people start talking in my head randomly that aren't me, I tend to take notice. Especially when locations are mentioned."
He did not give a name. Boreal was far too concerned about the fact this man could sneeze him to death to remember to give a name.

Bing chuckled at the two arrivals. It seemed they had both come here for the reason Bing expected. "Ahh, the message...I didn't realize it was still swimming around..." He brought his finger to his chin and tapped it. He was pondering how exactly they had heard it. "...I'm not very adept at Telepathy just yet, so I guess the message was sent world-wide instead of just to the Zetto-Senshi."
Though he already knew the message was sent world-wide, he said this to intrigue the two fighters. Hopefully they'd ask to know more about the group, and in the end they'd join. They were both quite low in power, but with training he could get both of them to mega strong levels. He'd need any help he could get if Vi-Poi were to be defeated. There was no way he could do it alone with his current progress.
Bing didn't want to push them though. If they wanted to help defend the Earth he would be glad to accept them, but simply inviting them would sound much too needy so he'd keep his excitement hidden. Though it was quite difficult, he was able to keep a straight face as he continued speaking.
"I must say I am impressed by the two of you, not many would take the effort out to climb the tower...even if you did just fly up." Bing said jokingly.

Listening to the man speak, Seka became interested in these Zetto-Senshi people. They sounded like some sort of protectors, especially due to the guardian part. She really hoped that they were some sort of protectors, and that she could join the group. She barely heard the freaky alien thing, while she thought about the Zetto-Senshi. She wondered if this man would train her to be as powerful as he is, if so she would join in a heartbeat. She wanted to be stronger, stronger so she can protect the people of earth, the innocents that never did anything wrong. Seka wanted to be a champion of justice, and protect everyone. Good, Evil... It simply didn't matter, she would protect them from stronger people that wanted to bully them.
She would do anything and everything in her power to protect the people of Earth. That was her true goal in life, and if she found anyone evil she’d try to make them repent until they were good on their own. She didn’t care who they were, or what they were.
“Umm…. What are the Zetto-Senshi? Are they protectors? You said something about a Guardian; Are they the missing guardian? If they are, how can I join? I wanna protect people, and I think this would help me get stronger to do so!”
She was really really excited to be able to protect people, and if this Bing helped her to get stronger who was she to say no.

"I'm sorry, the 'Zetto-Senshi.'" The alien says, words foreign on its tongue. It could speak the common tongue, but it was hardly proficient in all the languages on the planet, and wherever this one came from, it was a little different. "What even is that." Words were being thrown around, words that Boreal didn't understand. But if he had learned anything in his life its that people who said things that utterly baffled those around them were either insane, or extremely knowledgeable in something few were.
This was decidedly a case of the latter.
Or, at least, he hoped so. A nutcase with that much strength was a problem for everyone. All he'd gotten from the message was the lookout, he hadn't heard anything of a Guardian. Another question for another time. Right now he wanted to figure out the why, not the what.

Bing smiled wide. It seemed his bait was taken, as both of the fighters had inquired about the Z-Fighters. These two seemed like perfect candidates for members of the group, but then again anyone would be a good candidate in Bing's eyes at the current point in time.
"Yes indeed. The Zetto-Senshi, or "Z-Fighters" If you prefer, are a group of warriors that have been around for centuries. The main goal of the Z-Fighters are to protect the planet from those who wish to harm it." He began pacing back and forth as he spoke, acting like a professor teaching his students "Though they have seemed to have mostly disappeared in recent years, myself and a few others have taken it upon themselves to re-form this group and act as the planet's protectors once more."
He stopped mid-stride as he turned to face the young girl known as Seka. She wished to join the group, and Bing would very easily allow her to join. He raised a finger as he spoke "I will allow any who are willing to join our cause, but we have one rule: If the planet needs you, you must be there to defend it." He lowered his hand and finger as he continued "If you can follow this rule, I will let you be one of Earth's Guardians." Of course, this rule wasn't concrete in the slightest. Bing understood that sometimes you just can't always be there for everything, so if a member just couldn't get there in time or was pre-occupied with some other threat, Bing would understand. He only spoke this rule to make sure the girl was serious about joining the force, and not just interested because it sounded cool.
He turned to the Arcosian and raised an eyebrow "What do you think of all this my friend, sound intriguing enough? We could use all the allies we can get, and you'd also make a fine defender."

Listening to the man talk, while watching him pace back and forth. She was excited about joining the group. She could feel him wanting to accept her. She would do anything he asks of her in order to join the group, and get stronger to protect the planet, and everyone good or evil upon it. Hearing the only rule that he required of her, she sobered up. He can’t expect her to drop everything to protect the planet all the time… She had martial arts classes she taught, she even wanted to have kids someday. Did he expect her to drop her kids, to protect the world? To skip all of the major events in their lives?
She thought about it, for a moment then it dawned on her. She was acting like a hyperactive child, that wanted to join the group because it sounded cool. She had to become more mature, or her own immaturity may in fact doom the planet someday. Nodding, while realizing what he wanted.
“Yes, sir. I’ll do anything, in order to protect this planet. I’ll become stronger, much stronger for it. I will lay down my life, if I have to in order to keep it safe from harm.”
She stared at him, like daring him to refute her claims. She would do anything, literally anything to keep this planet peaceful and well protected from domestic and foreign threats. Even if she were thirteen years old, she would protect the world.

His first thought was that if he were to join this group, he'd be working alongside a human - who was, rather chafingly, the most powerful individual Boreal had ever met. But he would also be working alongside what appeared to be a child, and that didn't sit well with him. If only because he would likely be expected to treat the child as an equal, and he wasn't entirely sold on that idea.
Boreal folded his arms across his chest, one foot tapping as he cast a surly look towards the girl. One corner of his mouth twitched beneath the covering of his face, then he gave a shrug. "I've nothing better to do." He retorts. That was about as close to a 'yes' as Bing was likely to get, if only because the alien seemed to tend towards 'difficult.' Part of him was hoping that in training with this man, he could get extremely powerful as well.
He knew that would take quite a long time, but he could get there.
He had to get there. He wasn't going to be second to some human. Not if he could help it.
"Do you have a library, perchance? I imagine you have to if you know how long this Z-Fighters thing has been around." It was clear that libraries were of interest to the creature.

The mighy human kept his eyes locked with the young girl's. They were in a sort of staring contest, but Bing broke the small window of silence when he chuckled heartily at Seka's acceptance. He patted the young girl on the back as he spoke "Excellent! I knew when I first saw the both of you that you would be future defenders!" He continued laughing for a bit, but he interrupted himself to speak again "Of course, I don't expect you to uproot your life to help. If you have family or friends, or even students, you can stay with them and continue your life...but when trouble hits, you know what you must do."The Arcosian posed a question, asking if the Lookout had a library. Bing brought his hand up as he spoke. He was going to point him in the right direction, but a thought crept into his mind, interrupting his directions. Instead, he gave him a different type of answer "There is a Library indeed. It is filled with knowledge from across the ages. But before I allow either of you to move freely around the Lookout...I must test you." He took a step back and slipped into a battle stance, watching the two potential defenders carefully. "The Z-Fighters are a sort of Brotherhood. We must bond in battle...so both of you come at me, don't hold back, and show me what you can do!" His power dropped significantly to allow this battle to be a bit more fair to the two young fighters. If he was at full power there would be no way to properly gauge their prowess in battle, so at least for now he had to take it easy on them. ([SU2] Advanced Ki Suppression Used! New PL Total: 100,000!) Bing eyed the two fighters with interest. He wondered if they would work together, or independently. Surely they must realize that they would need to work together to take down their mighty opponent, but if they didn't realize it, then it was something they'd have to learn through battle.

Seka, stared at the both of them while listening to their words. It seemed like they were both allowed to join the Z-Fighters, but they had to fight Bing in order to do so. Jumping away from Bing, Seka unsheathed her blade with her right hand. Holding the sword breaker in a regular grip, she would pull a few shuriken out from the pouch on her left thigh. Deciding to test Bing’s dodging capabilities, Seka throws the shuriken at different parts of his body. The first, went at his face, the second and third at his shoulders, and finally the fourth at his groin.
If he were as powerful as he supposedly was, dodging them would be no issue at all. She wished she knew how to use the ki blast and ki wave techniques that her brother knew. She supposed, that she would simply have to get more powerful to use them. She had only a limited amount of throwing weaponry, and she knew she couldn’t rely on her one offensive Ki technique.
While Bing concentrates on the shuriken, Seka looks at the freaky alien thing. She really hoped that he would actually fight with her instead of running off by himself, and causing them both to fail if this was a test in teamwork.
“We’re going to need to work together to even stand a chance against him. I’ll go at him from close range, you attack him at long range if you see any openings. What say you?”
She waited for his answer, while staring at Bing and waiting for his reaction to her attack. She really hoped she didn’t kill him with the shuriken.

Boreal couldn't hear the woman. Why? He was apparently on fire. Not literally, of course, but it was close. When the objective came through to fight him, and the man dropped his power level, Boreal still had to power up to get to where Bing had powered down too. Hunched, body flexed and hands clenched into fists so violent it was a wonder he wasn't bleeding onto the ground, the changeling was giving the sort of yell that set teeth on edge.
Why was obvious, as his Ki-Aura had snapped into existence, flaring around him brightly as the tiles shattered beneath his feet. Sinking into the floor as he made a crater with his energy, the red glow around him sunk into his flesh, suffusing his skin as though to become its natural color. Several heartbeats and an eternity of screaming later and his flesh cracked like stained glass. Moments later, it shattered, the flesh disappearing with the wind as Boreal now stood in his true form.
It was hardly impressive. Gone were the spikes, gone was the face mask. Instead, a sleekly masculine physique with a smooth head stood ready to go. "Take him down, he says." Boreal smirked, mostly talking to himself. He only had one attack presently, and so most of his damage had to be done in close. He looked down to Seka, blinking red eyes at her as though just now realizing she was still there.
"Well, what're you waiting for? Overwhelm him." And then he launched himself through the air, flying, hoping to catch him in the stomach with a knee. Seka was clearly going to have to work around the alien in some manner. Boreal preferred to make the opening, rather than exploit it.

The shurkien's were let loose towards Bing, but he was far too quick for them. The human flipped to the side, easily dodging the metallic throwing stars. The stars embedded themselves into one of the many pillars that held up the main building on the Lookout. If Seka wanted, she could probably rip them out of there and use them again, but she'd have to get past Bing first.
Archive had begun transforming, showing his true power in full. The arcosian had gained a few feet height-wise, and his form became much more sleek. It was interesting to see the metamorphosis happen. He'd only seen one other Arcosian do this, and back then it was just as jarring to witness. He pondered for a moment while he watched the Arcosian transform. How many forms did their race have, and why did they choose the smallest one so often?
The Arcosian dashed forward, knee stretched outwards to slam into Bing's stomach. The human brought his own knee up to counter, and the two collided. A shock-wave of energy burst outwards as the attacks met. Bing smirked as he cocked his arm back and threw a right hook towards Archives face. If the punch hit its mark, Bing would direct his attention to Seka for a moment and fire two Ki blasts in her direction to hopefully keep her on her toes.
He had to make sure to keep focused on both of them. While this was a test for the two of them, this was also a training exercise for Bing. He had to keep his sense sharp, and what better way than fighting multiple opponents?
(Two Ki Blasts fired at Seka! Each one has about 3,000 PL behind it.)
