Sighing at the freaky alien thing, completely ignoring her Seka prepared her defense while pulling out more throwing weaponry. Picking out three senbon, Seka watched the fight between Bing and the freaky alien thing. She was completely off guard when he transformed into a sleeker and more powerful looking form. She wondered if she could do that someday, shaking her head to clear her thoughts about her teammate. Continuing to watch the fight, she noticed them kick at each others knees to create a shockwave of energy. It destroyed the ground and pushed her back just a little bit.
She was getting angry at his ignorance of her plan. He simply ignored her, and rushed off without even trying to listen to a plan that would probably play to their strengths. She didn’t know his strengths but he completely put her at a disadvantage, due to her being a close ranged fighter. She didn’t want to get caught up in a close ranged two on one fight with them. She knew that Bing was stronger than the both of them combined, the way he carried himself proved her point.
Noticing that Bing blasted two Ki blasts at her, she dropped the senbon and poured Ki into her blade. She didn’t have a lot of time, so she didn’t know how this would work. Preparing to bat them back at Bing, she would bring her sword breaker into a batter’s stance and wait for the correct moment to swing.
Seeing the opening that she needed, she swung the blade with all of her might. Catching both of the blasts on the blade, she would pour more Ki into her blade and bat them both back at Bing at the same time. However, due to her not even practicing this tactic her aim would be off. The two blasts were actually accidentally aimed at the back of her teammate for the fight. Panicking at her mistake, which proved her inexperience at actual fighting.
“HEY YOU!!! MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!!!!”
Yelling with all of her might, she hoped that her teammate would hear her this time, and actually move out of the way of the accidentally empowered Ki Blasts.

Rather thankfully for Seka, Archive had already repositioned. Why? He'd needed to get out of the way of that punch that Bing threw his way. While he wasn't anywhere near as fast as the human, Tenshi had taught him a valuable lesson. Think ahead. And so when getting in close, you had to think of a way to counter your opponents move before they made them. So the moment their knees collided, Archive shifted around to his opponents flank.
He wasn't trying to get in the way of the Ki blasts from Bing, nor was he trying to get in the way of his ally... who apparently wanted to sit back and snipe from distance. Whatever.
Back to the fight, he swung a fist for Bings ribcage, noticing the blasts coming in from his partner on the right.
Part of him knew he should get out of the way further, but he couldn't. He had to follow through on this attack to keep his opponent in place. Sacrifice for the good of the team or something.

It seemed the two warriors were already working together quite well, to Bing's surprise. The Arcosian kept Bing busy in melee range, while Seka darted attacks in from afar. It was an excellent stratagem for the two to employ, but Bing was confident in his abilities against multiple opponents.
The humans right hook seemed to have hit nothing but thin air, as Archive had moved preemptively. Impressive speed, Bing thought to himself. The Arcosian had dashed to Bing's flank to attempt an attack from behind. The human spun on his heel, turning just in time to bring his arm up, blocking the incoming fist from damaging him.
It was then that he realized his own Ki orbs had been batted back at him. If the yelling from the girl didn't tip him off, his own senses would have just as easily. Sadly however, he had no time to turn and deflect or even defend against the attack. The orbs slammed into his back-side, singing his clothing and causing him to wince from the small pain he experienced. He had to admit, he was impressed that Seka was able to deflect his attack, but now it was time to see if she could hold up in close quarters.
The human hopped away from Archive, and turned his attention to Seka. He dashed towards the young girl with impressive speed, seemingly disappearing until suddenly...he did disappear! It was only for a moment, but he was gone just long enough for things to be quite jarring.
([SU1] Rapid Movement Used!)
He re-appeared in front of Seka, and let out a flurry of jabs in her direction. The blur of attacks was quick, but not quite deadly. It would sting quite a lot if even one of the punches landed, but she would certainly not be knocked out.
If his flurry was even partially successful, he would follow-up with a round-house kick aimed for her head. Hopefully the attacks wouldn't take her out of commission, but only give her some slight damage if they hit.

Seka watched as the deflected Ki blasts hit Bing directly on his back, while he fought against the freaky alien thing. She didn’t even know his name, even if it is a he. Her eyes, went wide when she saw Bing completely disappear for a second, than another second before he appeared directly in front of her.
She couldn’t bring herself to defend his first strike, which was to her face. It stung, giving her a large welt on her face. She blocked the second and third punches, wincing due to her left hand and right forearm were hit and it stung badly. Each hit, got Seka madder and madder.
Knowing he was pulling his punches, was a insult to her. It was like he did not trust her, to handle herself at his full strength! A vein pops in her forehead, from her anger. First, it was the freaky alien thing just rushing in without strategy, now Bing treating her like a little girl.
=Intense Struggle Activates=
Seka, jumped back away from Bing before forcing Ki into her blade. This was a outrage that she will not tolerate any longer! She will show them that she was a warrior to be taken seriously! While she charged her Ki into her blade, her perspective of the battle would slow down. She started to focus through her anger.
She felt the anger being pushed back by her focus. It felt like the anger and desperation to prove herself a warrior being pushed aside by the focus to prove herself as the warrior that she was. Smirking, Seka swung her blade towards Bing.
“SILVER CROSS MOON SLASH!!!”
As, Seka swung the blade the Ki that shone upon the sword breaker, blasted away from the blade. It appeared to be a widespread ki attack, from the way it was launched but it wasn’t aimed to attack anything but Bing. Seka, continued to feel focused on her task at hand.

First met arm, and Archive got a little angry. This human was hardly trying and still easily outdoing him. His nostrils flared in anger before he blinked. Bing was gone! Just that like that stupid half-monkey farmboy! Where did he?! Boreal tracked his head around, then realized he was being a complete idiot. There was only one place for Bing to go that wasn't immediately on the offensive against him.
His partner was going to get the screws next.
And while the redirected blasts had hit, they hadn't done a whole ton.
Flying as quickly as he could to the flank of Bing even as he bludgeoned away at Seka. A finger rose, Death Beam charging at the end in a tiny little battle of pink-red. Giving a brief glimpse to Seka who was charging her own attack, he narrowed his eyes and flared his nostrils again. They were going to beat this stupid human into the dirt from which he came. Or... the tiles? WHATEVER.
No words were shouted acknowledging the attack, and instead a lance of purple energy erupted from the tip of his index finger, aimed at spearing straight towards Bing. May as well attack from two separate directions, after all. Boreal wasn't so dumb as to get in close and try to melee with the human again while the girl was unleashing her own blast of Ki.

Bing's rushing attack seemed to work well. His flurry hit its mark on the young girl, but she was able to make some distance by hopping away from Bing's kick. The human smiled as he watched her begin charging an attack, but he had to remember that he was fighting two opponents here!
He could sense that the Arcosian had fired a blast at the same time as the girl had. A two-pronged strike, very well done, mused Bing. It was an excellent strategy, but luckily he had a way to defend against the pincer style attack strategy.
As the two blasts closed in on him, he brought his hands up in front of him. He let out a yell, and a bubble of emerald colored Ki encapsulated the young warrior. The two energy attacks collided on either side of the dome-like shield, but neither were enough to penetrate its walls. A brilliant explosion of indigo and silver blurred the vision of all three fighters, but after the smoke cleared it was clear that the barrier had succeeded in its job. It was noticeably worn after the attacks landed, which was at least a small victory for the duo.
Bing smiled as the bubble dissipated "Well done you two! Your teamwork so far is excellent, and it's very apparent that you are very able warriors." He folded his arms and nodded towards the two of them before continuing.
"Of course, I might say that you two are already good fighters, but you'll both need more training. We can keep our little bout going, or I can show you to the library. Which would you two prefer?"

As her attack flew at Bing, she saw the freaky alien thing attack from the other side. Not telling Bing about it, he created a emerald colored barrier surrounding him and blocked both of their attacks. Without waiting for the barrier to come down, Seka was already on the attack. She jumped straight at Bing.
Her anger was still there, but it was suppressed by her focus. She just felt more focused than she had ever felt before. She saw a huge explosion of light coming from the attacks colliding with the barrier. It blinded her for a second, and the barrier came down. She stopped and back pedalled, from the explosion of light. She was blinded from the both of the techniques.
When she regained her sight she saw the barrier was down, and Bing was not trying to attack them. She listened to his words about their teamwork being excellent and the both of them being very capable warriors. Thinking this was some sort of test, Seka put her blade in front of her while taking a defensive stance. She gathered Ki to her blade, in preparation to counter a technique he might try.
Her years of training under Ken, taught her never trust an opponent even if it were a spar. She wouldn’t give any quarter for Bing to attack just in case it was a trick. Listening to the rest of his words, Seka kept her guard up. She didn’t know if he were trying to get them into a false feeling of security before striking.
“I would like to continue sparring, I have many things to learn about fighting, especially about Ki based techniques. But if the freaky alien thing, sorry but we don’t know your name, wants to visit the library, we can do that.”
She felt very bad about calling the freaky alien thing a freaky alien thing. She didn’t even know if it were male or female! She kept her guard up however. She didn’t want to lower it, and Bing launch an attack at her.

Hovering nearby, watching expectantly as the smoke cleared, Boreal blinked as the man emerged unscathed. He had shielded himself somehow, saving him from whatever damage they might have inflicted. Unsure if he should be impressed or miffed, he instead did as he usually did. With an aloofness born of his own genetics, he folded his arms across his chest and stared dispassionately down at the human(s?)
He assumed the girl was human.
Tilting his head at the mention of books, Boreal let himself lower to the ground, three toed feet splaying out as he did so. Adjusting his weight to settle comfortably on the tiles, his body shifts once more until he appeared armored and spiked, the 'apparel' seeming to grow out of his skin. Blinking between the two of them, his eyes light up at the word 'library.' But then 'freaky alien thing' made him snarl.
"Perhaps then you should leave out 'freaky' and 'thing,' and settle for alien. I don't call you 'tiny flesh creature,' now do I?" Huffing, Boreal looked to Bing. "I would prefer the library. You may call me Archive. You can surmise why."

Bing clapped his hands together in excitement. Though he wouldn't mind testing them more, he still needed to study the library and its contents, so showing the two of them the library would be excellent. "Splendid!" exclaimed Bing, "Follow me, and we'll check out the library together!"
The human turned on his heel and slowly walked towards the inner halls of the Lookout, beckoning the two potential defenders to follow him down the long stairwell.
Assuming the duo followed him, Bing would turn to Seka as they walked "You mentioned earlier that you needed to learn more about Ki-based techniques? If you'd like I can train you in their usage some time."
Turning his attention to Archive, he would address him as well "I think you'll quite enjoy this library, its got quite the extensive collection!" his mouth would grow into a wide smile as he said this.
The rest of the journey down the long stairwell was mostly quiet from Bing. He didn't want to overload the two of them with questions, after all they had only just met.
After what seemed like an hour, they finally arrived at the door to the library. Bing opened the door slowly, and inside was a surprisingly large room, filled with bookshelves in just about every direction. He turned to the duo and spoke "From this point on, I consider both of you official Z-Fighters. I'd like to do more solo training sessions with both of you, but for now you may come and go from the Lookout as you please."
He kept the door open as he stepped into the library, though neither of them had to enter.

(I would prefer PL as well, and to continue the thread. But if Archive, and Bing both don't want to continue I'll be game with that.) Seka lower her guard with her blade and sheathed it. It seemed like Bing was not about to attack them again, but that was too short for a test, even if it were about teamwork. She started to follow him to the library, until the alien's words hit her. Turning around before pointing at him, Seka's ki flared around her signalling her anger.
"Maybe if you introduced yourself sooner I wouldn't of had to call you a 'freaky alien thing', it is good manners to introduce yourself as soon as you meet someone especially if they might become your allies and friends. I had nothing else to call you, and I never saw one of your species before. If I knew your name, and/or your species I would have said either one."
Huffing, Seka stalked off after Bing. It seemed like they got off on the wrong foot, especially due to Archive not introducing himself when the other two introduced themselves. It wasn't always her anger got the better of her, but when it did no one would be safe from her tongue, not even Bing.
Hearing Bing's words about teaching her about Ki-based techniques, Seka's face brightened and she started to jump in joy.
"Yes! Please, teach me! The only thing I know how to do is, flare my aura, cover my sword in Ki, fly, suppress it, and launch a blastwave-type of technique from my sword."
Oddly enough, she did not mention she couldn't do basic Ki techniques like launching Ki Blasts, and Ki Waves or even sensing it which was the reason why she carried around ineffective weaponry like Shurikens, Kunai, and Senbon. Thinking quickly, Seka would gather up all of the weapons she used previously during the spar with Bing.
When he mentioned private training sessions, Seka jumped immediately at the thought of training under such a powerful martial artist. He was more powerful then her adoptive father!
"Yes! I would love to train under you, especially if you could teach me how to do that barrier! I would love to learn everything you have to offer!"
It seemed like this girl was highly excitable, especially when it came to training purposes. She didn't mind reading, she loved it and if she could get inspiration to try and create techniques from books, she would do it. There were legends about a lot of different warriors especially a group from around two thousand years ago that saved the Earth a bunch of times from tyranny and destruction. The legends did not say anything about their names, techniques, or really anything about them aside from they were powerful warriors form across the galaxy even with one of them coming from another time.
Walking through the door, Seka runs off and would eventually get completely lost within the library. She wanted to read in this library extremely badly, especially if it contained books that no one has read in centuries!

(PL is good, and we can continue in another thread. Get that PL boost and then go on.)
"Or maybe." Says the alien with no small amount of snide derision,"Maybe you should have been taught manners." A completely inauspicious start to Bing's new group. Two individuals who got along just peachy. People who kept the library in musty basements in floating buildings that defied all laws of anything often made him sad. This was not one of those times, however, as he moved passed Bing and began perusing the shelves.
Libraries were old, dusty, and often unloved. But there was a grace in the aging process of parchment and ink, in the knowledge that at some point in time, what was written on those pages was considered the epitome of knowledge. It was like a gigantic metaphor for learning as an experience; you start with what you knew before, and then build upon it. In this way, we can learn whatever we put our minds to.
Sure, sometimes you stumble along the way. Then, though, you need only find the right chapter to fill in the holes in your knowledge, and then continue onward towards your desired understanding. The thought put a smile on his face, even as he disappeared between shelves with the other two lost to him. "Learning starts with enthusiasm." His voice says, carrying over the shelves. "But it begins, and this is important, when you stop talking and put yourself into action. Knowledge is great, but the application of knowledge is what you want.
So while I'm sure he can teach you how to do anything your mind is fascinated by, it is on you, and not him, to learn. You will not do that with overly verbose proclamations of excitement."
