Thought it might be interesting/useful to find out how everyone got here. (from a friend, from an advertisement, etc.) For myself, I was told about it by Akio, having known him from the prelude (WOD:Resurrection). ((in turn, I stumbled upon resurrection though someone's deviant art picture of their character, though they them self quickly disappeared. Had been trying to find a dragonball RP, but all of them we pretty much dead, and had some really cringeworthy NOT-dragonball-like additions and convoluted stats, these RP's manage to avoid all of that which is awesome to see  ))
So what about you? How did discover WOD:Souls?

I, too, come from Resurrection, which was then found through google like Frost.

This subject recently came up in a conversation, so I'd like to say: Still very much interesting in knowing how everyone found out about/got to this place. (the more we know the better we can target any ads or such, get the most bang for our buck and potentially bring other new members who just haven't heard about us yet  ) So I strongly encourage everyone who hasn't posted here yet to take a moment to let myself and any others know, maybe even share a bit about yourself if you're up for it ((have you RP'd much in the past, are you doing any other RPs now, how much of a dragonball fan you do/do not consider yourself to be, and even general feedback of your first impressions here[honesty is valuable, I promise I won't be offended  ]. ---- For instance, When I first got here I was optimistic as I knew Akio and trusted that if anyone had the dedication and know how to run a good db RP he did, but I also though the forum's theme and banner definitely needed work as it looks a bit amateurish/messy to me compared to previous sites, not unbearable but not great either ((thus the fresh, airy new theme and banner I put together )). I actually came here before it was even 'made', and got the impression Akio might not carry through, but he did and it was pretty neat to see all those who showed interest((my first thoughts were how tough it would be to keep a solid member base, having come from a few starter dbz RPs)), even if it has ultimately ended up in me being way more 'committed' than I had intended. It was also a major plus to see Akio go out on a limb and give this 'democracy thing' a try . |

A simple advertisement lead me here from I believe the Skeleton Swoon forum. I might be wrong about that, but I did find the site via an advertisement.

I was researching dragonball sites so I would get back at roleplaying and after a long time bumping into nothing but ghost communities, I found the link to this place in the official dragonball wiki.
And I'm glad I did^^
