(Thread PL: 14,937/ GN 59,748)
After the passing of the previous Grand Elder Guru, Salti succeeded the position of Guru as per the last request of the deceased Grand Elder. The Capital of Moori soon hold a sort of funeral for the passing of the Grand Elder mourning the loss of a great wise figure. Salti is announced to be the next Guru by declaration using eye-witness of the Guardians as proof that it was the will of the deceased Grand Elder. Salti accepts 'his' role as Guru upon sitting in the chair the previous Guru held.
The following day Salti is greeted by the citizens of the Capital of Moori one by one to meet the newest Guru to see what 'he' truly is in person. Salti makes the impression of being humble, still mourning the loss of the Grand Elder, but nonetheless standing strong to keep the citizens from falling into despair. Many of the citizens also questioned Salti's ability, until Salti directly showed 'his' power by manipulating the cells of the rather old Namekians, making them younger as well as into their prime. Salti was greatly respected for 'his' healing prowess and talent for combat, many Namekians saying the best of both worlds despite being young in appearance.
After a long day of meeting all the citizens of New Namek that came to meet the newest Guru being Salti, 'he' decides to take a stroll around the city. Despite the Guardians being against this, they knew Salti was strong enough to take care of 'himself'. It also didn't help that Salti insisted to going out in the city to meet others directly to establish 'himself' as the new Guru humbly.
Salti suggested to the Guardians that as Guru 'he' should go around New Namek to protect and pave the way to the planet's better future. The Guardians are opposed to this plan, but Salti persuades them to let 'him' do this. "If I don't help my brethren around New Namek, then there's no point in assuming this position even if it was a request." They eventually agree and Salti convinces them to protect the Capital of Moori from any danger instead of going with 'him'. "I also have Komoto and Bing to help me if I'm in a pinch. Also I don't want to be treated any different from my brethren. It's just a title and I intend to use it for New Namek's future." Salti prepares to leave in three days, meanwhile Salti sits on the Guru's chair to hear requests. Salti is the first Guru to attempt a travel around New Namek to go around helping other Namekians and protecting the planet from harmful invaders.
Salti currently practices 'his' new power to unlock potential on Warrior and Dragon Caste trainees so that when 'he' leaves they will protect the capital. Salti caught up within 'his' duties forgot Komoto was still around and goes looking for him.

Komoto was walking through the capital of Namek, feeling uneasy as he did so. The Majin had always had a huge hatred of Namekians, since one from the Dragon Caste used its powerful magic to seal the Majin in a meteor for a million years. Now here he was, training a Dragon Caste member, into becoming the leader of its people. However, while Komoto did like Salti compared to the rest of the Namekians, while he did in fact still harbor hatred to all the Namekians minus Salti, and while Salti was his apprentice which he actually seemed to care for, all this truly was was a string to be pulled for everything to be set proper. The Majin was going to leave Namek and Earth out of his plan, out of respect for Salti and Bing, but there was still the entire Arcose Sector which the damn doctor Kouda told him all about, and planet Vegeta which hitora told the Majin all about.
Yes, the plan was complex, and very time consuming, but in the end, the reward will be well worth any wait, and all that needed to be done was pull a few more strings. Then the Majin considered that since his apprentice became guru, that he himself should leave Namek, to continue the next part of his plan on planet Vegeta, but decided against it for the moment, for there was still the matter of the Red Eclipse and the Saiyans that were still on Namek, and he would protect what his apprentice wanted to protect.
"Who knows... Maybe I can throw in the Red Eclipse and Saiyans into my plan...", The Majin thought to himself. Komoto decided on what to do with them, then headed to the guru's house, knowing the new guru would be done with talking to all the Namekians about now, and the Majin still needed to congratulate his pupil on becoming guru.

After a long day of practicing hidden potential unlocking, Salti walks around the city alone looking for Komoto. Salti searched to look for Komoto so that 'he' can apologize for forgetting about him due to duties of Guru and as him a question about something that happens during 'his' transmutation. Luckily Salti was able to spot Komoto walking to the Guru's place. Salti confronts Komoto, "Oh hey Komoto. I've been looking for you. You see I want to apologize for forgetting you and Bing although I have no clue to where he is at the moment, because of duties. Well I'm here now and I want to thank you for all you have done for me. Although it sounds like a farewell, it is not. Within three days I'm going to travel around New Namek to see to it that the planet is safe. I believe you told me you were going somewhere as well. I would like to go, but duties bound me to my planet until I can figure out a way to do so." Salti is currently in 'his' adult looking form to speak on even terms with Komoto out of respect. "Would you like to take a stroll for a while? I'd like to relax a bit before I head out. I've been currently using my new ability to unlock hidden potential, I've been using it on the trainees so that they may better train themselves and become strong. It's been a long day indeed. So what have you been doing since?"
Salti trans mutates a book made out of Salt Water as a journal of 'his' travels and knowledge. 'He' begins writing down about the current events happening. Salti just remembered what he wanted to ask Komoto about, "Hey Komoto. There's something I've been meaning to ask you about relating to the creation technique you taught me." Salti uses 'his' Dragon's Transmutation technique to create the large stone sphere that's been puzzling 'him' in the palm of 'his' hand, it has gained an outline of the shape of a star, but this is rather hard to tell. "This sphere is strange I've made it before, but during the process of when my objects kept being dismantled or disappear quickly. These large stone spheres didn't have that problem. And when I got much better at transmutation the only difference is that the size was larger, but they served no purpose even when using Salt Water as a catalyst for transmutation. Do you know what this is?" Salti passes the large stone sphere to Komoto.

"Do not fret my apprentice, I plan on going on occasion trips, but I'll live on Namek for now until I believe there is a time you do not require your teacher by your side. However, now that you had the position you so desperately wanted, many of the unknown will seek you out, and if they have the same eye for talent as I do, will probably try to either kill you, or abduct you to use for their own selfish purposes", The Majin said, actually worried about his pupil, which was something he himself never thought would be possible.
Then came the part of unlocking potential, and the Majin was instantly intrigued. " Unlocking Potential... What kind of trick is that, and would it work on a Majin.... Unless it releases my inner person, in which case don't answer my second question", The Majin said intrigued.
Then Salti showed the majin the stone, and he looked at it, thinking what it could possibly be, and the first suggestion that came into his mind made him freeze in his place. Komoto stared at the stone... Wondering if this was what he thought it was... But didn't know how to tell his pupil about it without sounding desperate for it. Then again, the awkward silence the Majin made probably dictated that he might have a clue.
"Salti, how many of these stones are there", Komoto said, trying his best not to sound like it was the most important thing in the world to him. He thought back on everything that Bing told him about the Dragonballs, and decided to question the albino namekian on what Bing shared back then.

(Thread PL:123,006. Medium Weights:61,503. Weights ON)
Currently sitting in his Captains Chair in the King Crab, Bing was reading the Local Report for the day. As usual nothing of interest was happening in the area, which was a good thing. As he finished flipping through the pages of the small folder, Donna started speaking "Bing, I'd like to inform you that Salti has become the Grand Elder Guru of Namek!" Bing blinked in confusion as he stood up. He put down his Captains Hat and spoke excitedly "Really?! I'm so proud! Where is he, let's go congratulate him!" Bing was too excited to focus on sensing Ki, so he'd have to rely on Donna for this one.
Donna showed a map, leading them to the Moori Capital "His last known location was Moori Capital, he's probably still hanging around, greeting his people and such." Bing nodded as he walked out of the King Crab and took off towards the Moori Capital.
He landed in the Capital for the second time on his trip to namek. He walked through the calm streets until he saw Salti and Komoto. They were walking back to the Palace from what Bing could tell so he broke into a run and caught up.
Salti was currently showing Komoto a strange stone with a star barely visible on it. Bing walked closer while waving "Hey Salti, Komoto! It's good to see you two again! What's the strange stone?" He looked at the stone, then looked at Salti. He realized that the Pale Namekian had grown in size to be as tall as an adult. Bing blinked in confusion "Whoa, when did you get a growth spurt?" it was strange to see Salti so tall. Only a week ago he was still just a squirt, but now he'd become a mature looking adult in such a short time!

Komoto tells Salti that he isn't going anywhere until Salti wouldn't have a need for Komoto or Bing to be around protecting 'him'. "I see. Well that's reassuring, because I still have that uncertain feeling about Red Eclipse still being on this planet. I'm glad you both will still be here for an extended amount of time, which of course I do hope you enjoy." Salti was smiling knowing 'his' friends were to stay on New Namek longer.
Salti continues 'his' walk with Komoto, as Komoto himself was intrigued by Salti's ability to unlock hidden potential and wondered if it works on Majins. "Honestly I don't know, because I haven't tried yet. I don't mind testing it out on you if you're okay with it. It should release dormant energy inside you bringing forth your true strength, rather than bottled up compressed dormant energy. But before we could try this, the question of these strange stones still mind boggles me."
Komoto looked confused as well relating to the stone problem Salti gave him. He asked Salti how many were there. Salti was able to recall making about five in total which includes the one Salti gave Komoto. "Although I left them where they were made, when I was on my travels here during my transmutation training. I was hoping they would disappear after leaving them." During the conversation, Bing appears before Salti and Komoto with much welcomed greetings. Bing also question what the strange stone in Komoto's hand was, but not before getting surprised from Salti's older looking appearance. Salti chuckled a bit explaining the situation of the strange stone and 'his' surprising growth, "Ah Bing it's good to see you. You see it's not really a natural growth for us Namekians, my body was altered by the Salt Water mineral inside my body due to it multiplying repeated as my power grows stronger. To accommodate the Salt Water grows my body until the amount of Salt Water is contained within the maximum capacity of my body. So the stronger I get, the more I can grow until it is not necessary. I'm currently trying to figure out a way to contain more without having to grow my body more. Also I can shrink my body as well using a reverse process. But I'm getting off topic here." Salti creates another large stone sphere, only this time the shape is more defined along with the symbol being much more clear. Only thing is there were three of the same symbols on the sphere this time, they looked like stars. The large stone sphere in Komoto's hand also glows brightly and its appearance becomes extremely similar to the large stone sphere Salti just created except with one star instead of three. Salti gives the large stone sphere to Bing to see if he can figure out anything, "Bing what is this thing? These things just keep glowing when I made another one. I can't remove them normally and they just seem odd to me. Although these things seem very familiar to me. Any answers either of you can give me?" There were now six of these large stone spheres Salti trans mutated with 'his' technique Dragon's Transmutation currently in existence.

Komoto noticed that Bing came out from nowhere, and the Majin simply nodded in a way of hello to his human friend. When Salti asked Bing what the stones were, the Majin was sad to find out that the human didn't know what they were, meaning it couldn't possibly be the Dragonballs. The Majin could sense strong magical power coming from the stone, but that could most likely be some residual effect of being made by the albino namekian. The majin became slightly sad, but decided to forget about it for now.
"Whelp, I'm clueless on what the stones are. I guess they don't do anything in the end", the Majin said, his voice sounding as if it were puzzled. "Any who, I'm curious if that unlock potential thing could even work on me. Wanna give it a shot right here Salti my boy", the Majin said, trying to turn the conversation away from the useless stones.
Then Komoto noticed that Salti made another stone, and the magical power radiating on the previous stones grew stronger, which brought back the interest of the Majin. "Salti... I want to test something... Keep making these stones of yours... The magical power they each give seem to be increasing with each one made", The Majin said, reinterested on the stones once more, thinking they could be some kind of powerful magical weapon.

Bing grabbed the strange stone and inspected it curiously. He wasn't sure what to make of it. It seemed magical in nature, as it gave off a luminescent glow while still seeming to be just a regular old stone. He gave the ball back to Salti and shrugged "Sorry, got no clue. Maybe one of the Elders will know, did you try asking one of them?" He raised an eyebrow, curious to see what Salti's response might be.
He turned to Komoto, listening to his response to Salti's inquiry. It seemed Komoto didn't know what these stones were for either. The human pondered for a moment, tapping his chin while deep in thought. There must be some type of use for these stones, they can't just be useless. He turned again to Komoto, who had re-gained interest in the magic balls once again. He spoke up, encouraging the young Guru to create more magic stones as well "Yeah, make some more! Let's see what they can do if you make more of them."
Deep down, he hoped these mystical stones were the Dragon balls. He had no possible way of knowing if these were them, but it was just as plausible as anything else that's happened so far. He looked towards the pale Namekian and waited to see what he would do. Making more stones might prove fruitless, but if he didn't try they'd never know what might happen!

Salti decided to make another sphere, 'he' holds out his hand and uses 'his' Dragon's Transmutation technique. Upon using it with the intention of making another large stone sphere, a bright light even brighter than before flashes before everyone's eyes. Salti has created a large teal colored sphere with four stars marked on the sphere, the other sphere in Komoto's hand turns teal as well along with a clearly defined one star and the one in Bing's hand turns into a clearly defined three star sphere. Salti no longer had no doubts to what this was, 'he' knew for sure that these were the legendary Dragon Balls. "How could I be so foolish to not remember about the Dragon Balls. It's been so long since they were made here on New Namek. So that must mean the spheres I left behind were Dragon Balls as well. Haha, that's rather amusing." Currently Salti, Komoto, and Bing hold one Dragon Ball each leaving the other four somewhere along the lines where Salti traveled. Salti looks at Komoto, "Since you want me to test out the hidden potential on you, I'll do so. This way you can collect the Dragon Balls with better ease." Salti grows larger, larger than Komoto so that 'he' may be able to perform the unlocking hidden potential technique. Salti places 'his' hand on Komoto and begins channeling 'his' energy inside Komoto along with small particles of Salt Water inside Komoto. The Salt Water spreads throughout Komoto's body where it forcibly releases his spiritual 'pours' (Just roll with me on this one). The energy Salti channels affects the soul and mind rather than the actual body, the energy begins to bring forth Komoto's hidden energy from the spiritual pours. Komoto's body should be glowing as this is occurring. After a few seconds of this process, it ends. Salti removes 'his' hand off Komoto's head and begins to shrink back to 'his' adult base form. "It is done. I've unlocked your Hidden Potential Komoto. Although it won't be long till this state ends since I can feel you're almost to the point where you spiritually mature and this spiritual boost stops working." Salti turns to Bing, "Unfortunately you have already reached spiritual maturity, so even if I wanted to give you a potential unlock I cannot do so. My apologies." Salti looks at both of them, "Now you must make haste and collect these Dragon Balls before others find them. I cannot leave yet as I'm bound by my promise to stay here for the next three days." Salti opens 'his' hand and creates Salt Water particles floating around, these particles would enter both Komoto and Bing and travel to the brain. "The Salt Water can give you a mental map of the places I have been and where the Dragon Balls are most likely. Do not worry, the Salt Water won't do anything to you as long as I'm alive. But the Salt Water staying inside you will only last about 3 days so make haste." Salti awaits 'his' friends responses to what just happened. (Dragon Balls appearance)

Komoto was surprised how easily and quickly it was for his hidden potential to be unlocked, and honestly, he liked the power that he felt from it. He felt like he was the king of the world, and to add further sugar to the already amazing flan, the stones actually were Dragonballs, which made the Majin laugh in joy.... Only to abruptly stop his laughter of joy.... And the great smile on his face slowly turned into a 'YOU DID WHAT' look as he slowly turned his head to face Salti the Albino Namekian.
"Salti... Let me get this straight... You left the Dragonballs... A set of magical wish granting balls... On a random pothole... I am honestly lost for words", the Majin said, his voice completely showing that he was dumbfounded by the fact that his apprentice made what was easily one of the dummest mistakes of all time that not even his stupid ex coworker Hitora would ever make.
Komoto took a deep breath, listening to words that his apprentice said about locating the four Dragonballs that he left behind. The second the Majin grabbed Salti's salty water, he snapped his fingers, activating his Divine Flan God Creation, making a paper with a note appeared as he gathered his ki to fly and rushed towards the closest Dragonball, making sure to collect them all. The Dragonball that was given to Komoto by Salti was instantly absorbed into the hand of the Majin, and sent to the chest area where the rest of the items he held within his body were.
The note read in Namekian:
"I'm grabbing the dragonballs real quick, stay here, both of you, until I get back, and please Salti, if there's somehow another Dragonball that you need to make... DON'T TOSS IT AWAY!
~~Love, Komoto the Sexy Flan God"

Just keep in mind guys, there is no mechanism for Dragon Ball distribution or ownership. If you've created Namekian Dragon Balls, that's great, but they will spread out just like the Earth ones do (Kami and the Guru didn't control the actions of the Balls), and are both ICly and OOCly unattainable until the mechanisms surrounding them are sorted.

(Yeah, but they're already spread out mostly. Because I made some in another post. We're just gathering them for the test run of the dragon)

Yeah, sorry. No test run of Porunga. I'm sure they work just fine. The Dragon Balls are 'public items', they belong to the site. Their acquisition is a Saga-level event, and summoning Porunga is another Saga-level event. And as said before, Dragon Ball ownership is currently not available. When they do become available, the means of their acquisition and use will be egalitarian and systematic. @saysay, also keep in mind, you can only create 1 set of Dragon Balls. They're magical foci attached to specific dragons. They aren't something you can mass produce.

(Fine I guess I could end the thread here then. Also I know I can't mass produce them. I've been shown to 'try' to make more but cannot in a different thread.)
(Attempt to leave thread. PL please)
