Cipher was happy to receive praise from his superior, though he chose to ignore that last part about the fighting pose. He would defy his superior to the death regarding that. The pale android instead turned his attention to the battle between Liang and his opponent.
"I'll give him a little longer. He seems to be having a much more difficult time than we did. Maybe not used to his new transformation yet." Cipher was glad to see that his friend was getting stronger, and he was confident that Liang would gain a better mastery of his new form, especially its apparent drop in speed. He silently watched as Liang delt a crushing blow to his alien enemy, breaking his neck and ending his life. The android's internal clock read that it all happened in 18.5 seconds. "Guess we were both wrong. He did it under twenty seconds, and he didn't blast his opponent." Whatever. It wasn't like there was money riding on the bet. And their enemies were defeated. That was what was most important.
As the dust began to die down, numerous soldiers and scientists began to emerge, having wisely taken cover during the fight. Seeing that KAOS had succeeded in protecting the base, cheers and applause began to ring out. After so many fights that ended with either Cipher blacking out or leaving a ruined battlefield in silence, hearing cheers for the heroics was a very nice change. A small smile appeared on Cipher's face before he turned back to his superior, allowing his systems to cool down and return to normal parameters..
"The upgrades are working perfectly administrator. I haven't had any issues. And if you require any aid in your own, I'd be happy to assist." He looked over to see some of the medics heading over to Liang. The guy had certainly taken a beating during this fight, and a rest definitely seemed in order. Cipher gently kicked himself off of the ground, hovering in the air for a moment.
"Now, I believe it's time I made my leave. My family's waiting for me back in Avalon. If you require anything, you both know how to contact me." Without another word, Cipher took off into the sky. It had been so long since he had fought alongside his fellow KAOS members. Ever since the battle of the west. It was a rather nice experience.

The android administrator watched with fascination as Liang dispatched his foe brutally with a sharp elbow blow to the spine and a neck-cracking slam that reduced him to a heap of failed muscle and torn bone. Liang’s own new musculature was diminishing rapidly as he fell to the ground in exhaustion. It seemed his new ki-induced form came with some hefty prices, including a decrease in overall agility and a great deal of drain. “The flame that burns twice as bright burns half as long.” Vi-Poi said with a smile, turning to bow his head to Cipher. “Thank you for your assistance, Cipher 24. As always, you have come when your people needed you. You’re one of the few people I can rely upon consistently, and you’re more capable than ninety-nine percent of the beings I encounter. I will call on you when needed, and make sure you do the same with me. Lending help is a two-way street in KAOS. Say hello to your family for me, and I should like to meet them sometime soon."
He leaned in close to his robotic kin. “The Namekian journey may begin any day. I have to wait for certain intelligence to clear through, beforehand.”
He then walked to Liang and clapped a hand on his shoulder. “Come, we’ll give you in a revitalizer.” He signaled for a cleanup team to come and get rid of the bodies, after some careful analysis by the Science Corps, of course. He wanted that living armor combination studied. It could provide for interesting developments in their synthetic lifeform research. “When I first met you in the Fortuneteller’s Desert, I would have never thought that you’d grow to such strength.” Vi-Poi said to Liang. “Who would have guessed a human could rival a Super Saiyan in ki manipulation? You are very close to getting there, and I perceive there are greater movements with this new form… perhaps there is a way you can compact the energy, so you’re not so reliant on muscular inflation?” He tilted his head thoughtfully at this, then a smile leapt on his pale face. “Let’s not talk combat, for once. How about we find a drink and rest somewhere? I hear the new bar in the Complex has the best stock in the hemisphere. I’ll go ahead and order, drop by afterwards if you feel up to it.”

Liang grasped his torso with a single hand as his walk turned into a pained hobble, the wounds he received in the battle catching up to him at last. His body littered with injuries, his hand covered a wide array of differently colored bruises and sores mapped across his skin. His body was scuffed and slightly energy burnt in a few places, and a few cuts had worsened from the strained of the physicality of the finisher that ended the fight. He smiled graciously as the members of the Banner who had gone into safe hiding emerged once more to cheer and applaud the KAOS fighters and the Administrator. While he wished he could stand up to graciously receive and accept the praise, it seemed his legs weren't quite ready to allow him to do so. His hands now dropped lazily to his sides, he eyed the medical staff as they approached and quickly got to work taking care of the more severe looking injuries. They zipped around him like phantoms in white and blue garb, chasing down his wounds with the finesse of a bounty hunter. He was being wrapped with supporting bandages for first aid, as well as having some of his more severe cuts and lacerations immediately sutured after the aid of a tourniquet. His muscles ached from the strain of pushing them so far their normal output, but he was confident it would subside in more time with appropriate training and usage to become more familiar with this strange new height of power. He folded his arms in a humbled fashion as the first aid finished, and he wobbled to his feet to greet the Administrator. Looking dutiful all of the sudden and expecting to be fully reprimanded for the environmental damaged, he found himself surprised when he was in fact showered with praise instead. ''Wow...I-...I don't know what to say! Thank you!'' It truly did mean a lot. In a world that surrounded him with alien species and demons and who knows what else, even Androids who received power and prowess through cutting edge technology, it had been a hard road of unthinkable effort for Liang to keep pace. It was an amazing feeling to have that recognized, and it lit a fire in his chest as he swelled with pride. He considered the Administrator's words, as well; if he could find some way to internalize this transformation rather than externalize it, there was no telling how far he could push himself! While he hadn't felt a loss of agility or speed, the massive body felt as if he was piloting something else entirely. It would certainly take a good degree of usage to fine-tune the far more hulking body as compared to the one he had reverted to unconsciously through strain and stress. He peered over to see Cipher was taking his leave, and he offered him a wave of goodbye hoping to see him again soon. ''I'll be fighting fit in no time, Cipher! Let me know any time you want to pay a visit to the gravity chamber! Take care!'' He called after his android friend. Vi-Poi quickly switched the analytical subject on to something more relaxing, offering to meet up at a bar later for drinks. Liang had heard of the place recently and had been meaning to go. ''Oh, absolutely i'll go! I won't be far behind; I know better than to think that the medical staff is going to let me go without a proper examination, but I won't be long.'' By now he had the feeling Poi wouldn't be leaving straight away. He was probably going to analyze the wellspring of new info that had come from both sides of the bout, so with any luck he'd make it there very shortly after the android did. Flanked by two medical specialists, he made his escorted way over to a sliding metal door to get his exam done and over with. The door creaked open, being dented against its slot, but gave way anyhow. Liang turned for a last time to take a good luck at what was a moment ago a battlefield, and shot a toothy, excited grin to Poi before stepping through without looking. Which caused him to bounce his head off of the door frame. The doctors to his flanks hurriedly covered the bump with their hands, examining it as he walked along. ''Ow ow ow ow ow.....!''
