"So, this is the Budakai grounds?"
Cipher touched down right in the middle of the stone ring, taking in the area around him. The massive stands, the ornate gate where contestants entered the arena. It was almost hard to believe that not long ago, several Oozaru rampaged through here, killing thousands of people. It was because of that incident that the Blue Banner Army had been formed. In order to prevent catastrophes like this ever again. But the place was in such good condition you'd think it never happened.
Then again, they did have time to repair it. I mean, The Western Capitol looked good as new after we were done with it, and this place is much smaller.
"It's a lovely place," Porsalynne replied, looking around with him. Ever since she had woken up, the two had been practically inseparable. He hadn't seen anything wrong with bringing her here. He was just curious to check out the place that started it all.
"I'm sure this place was full of life whenever there was a contest on," she said with a smile. She had taken a fondness to large gatherings. She'd meet all sorts of people, take in all the sights. Cipher nodded. This place would come alive when a tournament was on. But now, at the moment, it was completely empty. It was almost creepy. Still, it was nice and peaceful here.

It was a strange area, or better to say, a strange arena, as Chellon walked through the hollow interior of the arena. There was some tech here and there, but most of it would have no use to him, and a majority of the devices were off for the time being. It was almost like it was abandoned, if it wasn't for the fact that it was really well kept and cleaned on what seemed like a regular basis. Almost every civilization he had been too had some sort of arena, and he would have been quite surprised if this planet had been any different, based off the different people he had encountered along the way.
The architectural design was curious as well, seeming to be almost in the style of ancient temples or the like, but for all he could see this was in purpose. He could not locate any signs or things of that sort which would tell him just what this place was, but he couldn't help himself but to simply continue to explore every bit of it. He was just about to enter out into the arena itself when he heard voices, and instantly crouched low, put his hand to his gun, and moved against a wall, cautious of what just might be making the voices.
As he moved closer to the archway that led out to the square area, he could hear the voices once more, though he did not feel that there was anything to worry about from the voice he had heard. In fact, it was a pretty relaxing and calm voice, and Chellon stood back up and pulled out his cloak, wrapping it around his body as he had started to do whenever encountering new people. The dinosaur scale cloak could easily soak up some very low damage attacks, but it was much more useful for hiding his suit, his weapon, and his jetpack behind the material. Readying himself and doing a moment similar to taking a deep breath, the Android made his way out and looked around a bit.
Perhaps if he acted a bit like a tourist, he could at least avoid a bit of in depth questioning, at least to start. He looked around until his gaze fell upon the two owners of the voice, two beings standing in the middle of the ring and taking a look around them. "Oh, hello there." He said in a cheerful voice, waving toward the two, still trying to act normal.

( power level 15,530) Jarvis had been sleeping not far off in a little dug out near the edge of the ring. His body sore for various reasons and mind haunted by dreams of the past and recent days. He hadn't been doing to well on earth at finding contacts nor making allies. At least not ones he favored. He hadn't done well at locating lodgings either besides the occasional inn room. A little concrete dug out with safety from the rain and wind was not bad for the night before. No one ever said the life of a rogue and wanderer weren't lonely. He'd however rouse quickly from the hazy memory dreams of darker times when voices caught his ears. He wasn't always a light sleeper but if he wasn't completely exhausted he still had trained enough ears to know when he heard voices or something approaching.
He'd lift his back popping several times silently before climbing forth out of his hiding spot and peeking up over the edge of the ring. Seeing the backs of couple people. He had thought this place would provide a respite given it had so few people entering and going that maybe he'd find a little peace. But it seemed earth didn't like to afford such a luxury often. He'd tilt his blue haired head to the side slightly recognizing the form of one of them but not sure where he knew it from. Climbing atop the ring slowly he'd turn his gaze to a more feminine figure. Walking up slowly behind her almost pure silence but really intentional. He was just tired and slow moving as he'd just awoken and his body was fatigued lightly. Stopping a few feet away he'd pop out with a rather cheery voice. High in spirits as a quickly presented toothy grin smeared along his face from ear to ear.
"Oi! Who are you then? Mighty fine of ya to drop down pretty thing for a visit. But I was under the impression this place wasn't getting many visitors of late. You and yer mate sneaking off here for a bit of fun are ya lass?" His eyes examining the backside of her as if giving a raised eye brows and approving facial expression towards something before taking back on his smile. "Almost a little bit jealous. A fine thing to sneak off with you be miss...?" Wanting her to turn around possibly give him a name but he didn't expect it. These earth people were all a bit uptight. Didn't know how to enjoy things most often. Made him miss the smugglers days. Wanting to find another ship and crew to blaze off with. He'd tilt his head upward as well looking towards the man wanting to see his face as well. Thinking to himself scratching at the inner confines of his brain wondering where did he look so familiar from. His tail fluttering behind him not around his waist. But moving freely.
His apparel was a sleeveless saiyan body suit worn under a pair of black military styled human pants and black combat boots. The saiyan white gloves covering his hands.

(PL: 15,309, currently suppressed. Sensed PL: 500) Articho slowly flew through the air above the Southern Islands, eating a sandwich he had picked up from his favorite restaurant in the Southern Capitol. He had been feeling slightly peckish as he flew to his current destination. In the distance, he could see the old Budokai arena. He couldn't tell why, but he felt drawn to it. He had heard of the fantastic fights the arena had held before it had fallen into the disrepair he had learned it was in. A shame, really. The hybrid wondered why anyone hadn't tried to fix it up and bring back the tournaments it once held in it's glory days. It would have certainly been much cooler to fight in that arena as opposed to the dingy one the warehouse held not so long ago.
Articho descrnded lower to the ground as he grew closer. He finished off his sandwich, pulling his feet forward to touch down. The half Saiyan felt his heels connect with the stone walkway and he took a few running steps as his momentum from the flight dissipated. Articho looked up at the entrance. How wonderful it must have looked when the crowds were bustling about to see the greatest warriors of the world come together and duke it out for money and glory. Now all that was left was a broken shamble with peeling paint and chipped wood. A small smile graced his lips as his eyes instinctively fell to the ground and scanned around for a stone to add to his collection. Articho found one, a blue rock flecked with black and white specks, and placed it into his backpack. The hybrid readjusted the straps of his bag before walking into the entrance.
It was mostly quiet, save the clacking of his shoes echoing off of the walls. Articho looked around, absentmindedly studying the walls until he heard a few voices up ahead of him. The hybrid's head quickly turned in the direction of the noise as he slowed his pace in hesitation. He didn't know who or what could be up there. He processed cautiously until he reached the other end of the hallway. He observed four people from a small distance away. Three he couldn't sense anything from and one be could. The first three were likely androids, though they didn't seem hostile at all. The fourth and final person was a familiar blue haired man with a blue monkey tail. Articho couldn't help but grin.
"Jarvis!" he said with a wave. "Good to see you again. How've you been since the Mayze incident?"

It seemed they weren't as alone in the arena as Cipher had thought, when a voice spoke up, getting their attention. It appeared to be a man wearing a dinosaur hide cloak. Although Cipher could sense there was more to him than that. Or rather, the lack of sense.
An android?
Porsalynne smiled and gave a friendly wave. "Hello there," she responded, before a voice spoke up behind her, causing the female android to yelp and spin around in surprise. Cipher spun around almost instantly, ready to defend his girlfriend, before catching sight of the blue hair and blue tail. It was him. The 'Brenchian' he had met earlier. Porsalynne also noticed the strange colour of his hair. "Oh, um, Hello sir. We were just visiting, that's all." She was almost about to answer his prompt for her name when another voice spoke up, calling to Jarvis. Cipher watched as another young man, a Saiyan by the look of him, approached the growing group. It seemed the two knew eachother.
Cipher quietly looked over the three new arrivals. He didn't know about the android, but he could sense that Jarvis had gotten stronger. Not a lot to be a threat to him of course. If anything came to blows, Cipher could easily hold his own against these people. Plus if Jarvis remembered him, he'd know that trying anything was a bad idea.
"It seems this place is more lively than we expected," he spoke up, looking from one to another. He was curious what brought them all here. He did notice though that Jarvis looked like he had been sleeping on the ground. It really didn't surprise him. "So, what brings everyone here?"

Chellon was happy at the nice greeting response from the woman in the ring while the male simply seemed to just look at him, possibly even studying him or something of the sort. However, before Chellon could say anything else, if he actually wanted to say more at the moment, a strange blue haired fellow walked onto the arena from behind the male and female and spoke in a loud, cheerful manner. This action earned a squeak from the woman and a quick turn from the man who Chellon could of sworn looked ready to put his life on the line for the woman. However, the woman simply responded back to the blue-haired male in another pleasant voice, and Chellon was starting to feel as if the large arena was getting smaller.
Of course, another individual appeared, this time from behind where Chellon had been not more then a few moments ago. This caused Chellon to quickly turn and stand with the group on the arena and the male within his sight, meaning he also took a few steps back to keep an eye on all of them. The male from the doorway seemed to know the Blue Haired individual, while the male and female in the middle also knew each other. Being the odd man out, Chellon was perfectly content with keeping quiet and out of sight out of mind. Though someone had to ask a general question, addressed to the group, and Chellon shuffled a little nervously at first before speaking.
"Well... my studies showed this place many times in this planet's history as a location of major events... I just wanted to see what it was like here." Chellon said, one of his hands rising up and rubbing the back of his helmeted head as he gave a weak sort of shrug. There wasn't really too much more for him to say, and he was perfectly fine with people over-looking him for a little while. Of course, he was curious as to why the rest of them were here as well, and figured he could wait around for the answers that the others had to give, before he decided if he should stay or go.

Jarvis fixed his hair with his gloved hands without little thought. His clothes were a bit wrinkled but not much he could do for that in presentation presently. He'd smile a bit then would evolve into a chuckle at the way the woman acted so surprised by him sneaking up. Finding it truly intriguing and rather hilarious. His eyes closing for a moment as he laughed lightly. "Just visiting huh? Well that's not as fun lass. Seems a rather boring place for just the old walk around. Common you can give me a name sweetie names Jarvis as ya heard? I can be quite...." He didn't much care about the other who entered. Articho was more of a bearable annoyance most times in attitude. Although a good fighter close to his strength or at least last time they fought near one another. But what did cut his words and catch him off guard was the other voice that spoke. Looking up seeing now and hearing where he'd thought he saw resemblance. "Cipher 24...." His friendly smile of a kind jesting type faded for a toothy partial frown. A quiver at his brow like a small sign of fear in the wild animal as it through of attack. He'd look back to the woman then back to Cipher. A bit of sadness flashing on his face then back to anger. He'd thought perhaps this time a meeting could have been a little fun not as explosive as all others kept turning into. He'd simply snarl at Articho as well. In his mind a friendly meeting was already gone with how things kept happening prior in various places.
"Do not keep calling my name as if you know it to heart. You only learned from a competition of scoundrels. We faced Mayze together so I may owe you some but do not expect more then what was earned." Acting displeased. Aggravated he couldn't be anywhere without suffering defeat or being reminded of the defeats or lack of his own strength. Same individuals kept reappearing. Why did this half breed keep appearing near him so often. He didn't mean to scorn out at the boy but the twenty four year old just wasn't in the mood. He'd peer for a moment as well to the suited creature not far off. Then slowly look back to the woman. A sneer in his smirk but not nearly as friendly as it was before. It almost looked like a faked smile as if he was forcing himself to keep up appearance. He'd not show fear nor weakness. "What brings anyone to such a place..," He'd say a second later peering up at the android. Trying to smirk but his eyes keeping a dark stare that quickly filled with a sense of fire. This planet and being attacked in that bar not long ago along with all else that had been happening had him off balance internally. Something in him was fading from friendly to battle ready quickly. He had that stare of a saiyan eyeing up someone. He wanted away from this place at the same time to destroy it. His smarter side telling him to calm down and keep friendly. He had not reason to hate this folks but the reminders of his failings and little more then failure since he'd arrived in his mind merely burned through his pride as if picking at a wound that had festered for days. "You're looking ravishing friend. Gotta say you pick some strange places to take a lady... Something tells me you probably had a little trouble snagging one up until her? Good catch though...So whats the watchful android been up to since our battle! Slayed in Oozaru lately?" He snapped and jested his mood a little unstable as it fluctuated. Trying to push down his emotions that would hinder battle deep within his chest like he always did. Or at least the ones he held distaste for. Something was either gonna set him off or calm him down.

Articho raised his hands defensively towards Jarvis. "Hey, I'm not asking much. Just a friendly hello now and then," the hybrid stated. "I thought we had reached some kind of understanding." He knew that the half-Brenchian was still sore about the fight with Mayze. Hell, Articho himself was pretty upset about being beaten so badly, but he used it to motivate himself to get stronger. He couldn't let himself be held back by a few wounds to his pride.
Articho turned his attention to the android who'd questioned them, Cipher 24 from what he'd heard Jarvis say. "I thought it would be interesting to see such an amazing place that held some of the greatest warriors ever. Just a neat place to visit in my opinion," the half human said with a shrug. "Is that why you are here with your lady friend, sir?" He gave a polite nod in the direction of the female android next to Cipher. "My name is Reville Articho. Pleasure to meet you all and you again, Jarvis," Articho said, introducing himself with another nod and a cheeky smirk in Jarvis' direction. He and Cipher clearly had some sort of history, so the hybrid figured he would get his pleasantries done and make himself a bit less of a stranger.

So, it seemed that Jarvis finally recognized him, and was none to pleased to see him. Guess it made sense. After all, Cipher had wounded his pride during their first encounter. But the Brenchian had nobody to blame but himself. After all, he threw the first punch.
"Erm, my name's Porsalynne," Porsalynne replied, looking back and forth between Jarvis and Cipher, "Um, do you two know eachother?" Cipher gave a small nod, "I was there when he touched down on earth. You were in the hospital at the time. Says he's a Brenchian." Porsalynne tilted her head to the side. "But...he looks like a blue Saiyan." "I know."
He ignored Jarvis' jab at him. He was definitely still sore about earlier, and Cipher considered himself above such childishness. Porsalynne, seeing the anger in Jarvis' eyes, took a step. She had just recovered from one attack on her, she didn't need another.
Cipher nodded at the android's explanation of studying the place, as well as the Saiyan's of wanting to check the place out. "Then we're here for the same reason." He stepped out to the middle of the arena, looking around the place as he spoke. "Some time ago, there was an incident here, when a number of Saiyans went Oozaru during the Budakai Tenkaichi tournament. Hundreds of people were killed in the chaos. It was this incident that resulted in the forming of the Blue Banner Army, to ensure tragedies like that never happen again."
Porsalynne nodded in agreement, looking around. "Still, it's nice to see that they rebuilt it." she then turned to Jarvis, "Oh, you never told us why you were here. Fair's fair, right?"

Chellon watched the strange exchange between most of the group, and he looked over at the woman and gave a shrug. He had no idea why there was such hostility from within the group, though the one known as Cipher 24, at least thats what he seemed to be known as. As he stood to the side as the group exchanged words and thoughts and the things of that sort, Chellon started to slowly back up a bit more, putting more distance between him and the group, rubbing the back of his head. Whatever was going on, he was clearly not really part of it, but as it seemed to calm down a bit, the man and woman spoke to each other a bit before the man once more addressed the group, answering the question that he had purposed to the rest of them.
However, the history of the location made Chellon look over at the blue haired individual who did look like a Saiyan, even though he was very blue. That being said, he wasn't really sure what a Saiyan was, though the man and woman seemed to think that he was. Of course, he wasn't really sure what going 'Oozaru' was or meant, but it did seem like it was a bad thing to do at least.
"Blue Banner Army? Sounds similar to something in the Earth's past." Chellon said, tilting his head at the man in the middle of the ring. "It does look like a nice place though..." He agreed, nodding his head.

He'd only huff lightly towards Articho reserving that 'friendly hello' for another time. Turning his gaze back to the others quickly and directly. Careful as he stood stern and strong his eyes shifting occasionally as his head remained facing forward directly. Jarvis looked forward and directly snapped at the woman a gaze. Being called a blue saiyan seemed to lightly displease but he quickly hid the gaze back to a simple curious one. As if trying to push the anger deep down. The saiyan temper not wanting it to become a problem again. Trying to take deep breaths as he stood strong and stern to calm down. "Lass... I may look like one of those. But please refer to me as Jarvis or a Brenchian in passing. There's a reason I do not drudge up mention of my fathers blood." He'd say smirking a bit he seemed to be a bit tense as if unsure what to expect. He didn't like being surrounded and outnumbered by such a group. Friend or not being surrounded without possible clear escape wasn't good. His blue tail wrapped firmly around his waist. As if a sign of defense perhaps readying himself.
He thought of such a scene of massive oozaru destroying the place wreaking havoc and killing at their leisure. He didn't much feel like arguing it as he could believe it quite easily. They were animals and savages at the heart of it. Hard worth calling civilized. That being said not all of them were bad. But most that classified as a 'true saiyan' or 'saiyan elites' often seemed to be turning evident to the ones he'd not like. Like the creatures he learned about in his studies as a boy. "So a bunch of them thrashed at your precious arena and killed folks? Well mate they do tend to do that. Although besides those of power such as yourself I don't imagine this planets native military can do much to soldiers of saiyan breed. You can't send the civilized out when wolves be scratchin at the door." He saw it like that though to a point. Saiyan was a beast inside him a monster of temper and pride. While his Brenchian studies and mind were smart and adaptable. Ready to rise to occasion when it prevailed of the other side. Trying to find the balance and acceptance for both even after all these years. But seeing as he was kind to some saiyans. Maybe he just said this to hide even to himself that he hated the saiyan in him. Or felt like it cursed him for a father who was never present.
His eyes snapped from Cipher back to the woman again asking why he was there. Pausing in a long unamused stare. Before answering in a calm but lightly sensitively agitated voice. "I didn't much have anywhere else to go lass. Was simply looking for a quiet place to rest my head until you folks came along looking around the sights." Honest and a bit more respectful in his words as he went on. Women especially ones he though weaker then him received more kindness. Children as well as those who were weaker then him he saw no pride in bullying when it didn't aid him. Bloodshed as well a last resort if ever towards such creatures. However as he said it he couldn't help but look away towards the arena floor his head tilted lightly down but not to far. His gaze on the ground through. It wasn't really boastful or prideful to admit you didn't have a place of good lodging. His stomach at a light growl as well. Hunt wasn't good in the city or at its borders. He didn't wish to steal too much or stir up trouble given the heroes around. Things were getting grim in fact. This planet wasn't at all what he'd thought it would be.

Articho crossed his arms in annoyance. Jarvis was being stubborn and, though it was clear the half Brenchian seemed to loathe admitting it, he was quite like Saiyans in that regard and more so in the usual abrasive, cold attittude Articho always seemed to get from Jarvis. The hybrid caught Jarvis' tail tightening around his waist, flicking his own as if in response. His blue eyes stared directly at the equally blue hybrid, narrowed in a slight glare. "Being a little passive-aggressive, are we?" Articho said to Jarvis. "There isn't a need to be so tense." Another ebb of annoyance ran through him. Jarvis appeared to absolutely hate his Saiyan side, which Articho found confusing. He himself disliked Saiyans given his father, but he was learning that leaving and being hands off was their way. He would beat his father one day, but without the power his Saiyan side possessed, it would not he achieved. The hybrid was grateful for his dual heritage, as he felt it would make him a better fighter when he gained experience in combat.
"A pleasure, Ms. Porsalynne," Articho said, vowing his head in her direction and his attention leaving Jarvis. The hybrid listened to Cipher's recalling, nodding slightly as he did. He had heard stories of the Blue Banner, though not much. He cared little for the military, though appreciated their efforts to protect the Earth. A shame they weren't around to stop the aforementioned Oozaru attack and were merely formed from it. A small inkling of curiosity burrowed into his brain. Oozaru? He had heard the name mentioned before and apparently it was something Saiyans could transform into, from what he had learned. Sort of like Super Saiyan, he supposed. Articho wondered if it had anything to do with the full moon he had been warned against looking at. His desire to see what would happen grew there, though no full moon was present at this time for him to test it on. And based on what he had heard, it wouldn't go over well in the current situation.
"That's why we need to try and defend the civilized," Articho interjected. "Be the hunting dogs that chase the wolves away. You must understand at least that."

So, Jarvis' father turned out to be a Saiyan. Cipher had figured as such. After all, the Brenchian never mentioned his father during their last encounter, and with his appearance, it was hard not to draw that conclusion. The android did frown at his flippant response to the incident. "You're right. The Global Military did nothing when that tragedy occured. That's exactly why we were formed. We became the world's military on order to protect it from monsters like the Oozaru, as well as other threats. And from what I've experienced, I'd say we're doing a much better job." He wasn't really sure how much better, as he remembered the devastation that Hitora had brought onto the Western Capitol before Cipher managed to stop him. He gave a nod to Articho's words. "That's exactly what we do. As long as Saiyans don't cause problems, they're left to their freedom. The instant they start harming innocent people, that's when we get involved."
Meanwhile, Porsalynne had made his way over to the other android, looking him over. Or, more importantly, looking over the cloak he was wearing. "Did you make this yourself?" she asked, reaching out to touch the cloak, "It's not bad, though I can't think this would last too long. If you want, I can alter it and make it better for you. Or better yet, make you a new one entirely." The female android beamed. She had been ecstatic when Cipher had told her the dress shop on Avalon was finished, and she was eager to work. Then, a small idea formed in her head. She spun around to Cipher. "Cipher! We're in a martial arts arena, right? And I'm pretty sure everyone here is a martial artist." she clapped her hands together gleefully. "Why don't you guys have a small competition amongst yourselves?"
Cipher blinked, looking over all three men near him. "But...I'd win...easily..." he said flatly.

Rubbing the back of his helm with a bit of confusion, Chellon watched as the three other males exchanged remarks and some angry words, and he was curious if there was going to be a fight of some sort. Though the trio did not really seem all that angry now, as things seemed to have calmed down now and Chellon relaxed a little bit. If there was not going to be a conflict of any sort, then he wouldn't have to be ready to escape at a moments notice, if things came down to that. His hand released from his pistol and he looked over the trio of males once more before he noticed the female was making her way toward him, and the thought to be ready for anything once more rose to his mind.
He did keep his hand away from his pistol though, not wanting to seem too cautious or aggressive. However, when she approached him and asked about his cloak, reaching toward him, he did take a sharp step back and his hand went to his gun, surprised at the fact that she'd reach out at him. Chellon instantly regretting how he reacted, placed both hands out in front of him and bowed from the waist as deeply as he could, almost shouting in apology, "I'm sorry! I'm not very good with strangers!" Standing back up, he gave her another quick bow and then responded to her early following statements as politely as he could. "I.. I did make this myself using a t-rex... and if you'd like to make it better... then I would not be against it... but I'd have no way to pay you for your services, since I'm still very new to this world and its system of currency."
"If you do wish to alter or upgrade this cloak in any manner I'd be more then happy to assist you in some other manner that would seem fitting til I have paid off the cost of the upgrade or alter in question. It's only right for a Scavenger to do so." Chellon added, bowing again. "And it would only be right based on how I acted hostile in your friendly demeanor and offer." He had hoped that this would be more then enough to make up for his rude actions before, and as he started to stand back up to full height, he heard her mention something about a small competition among the group and Chellon, if he had a normal face, was sure that his face would have paled from the sudden loss of blood. "Um... a competition... I'm not sure I'd be a match for any of these gentlemen on my own... or even your own strength for that matter... Though I am unsure how strong they all are..." Chellon said, once more taking a step back.

"A man should chase his own wolves away... If one is too weak then that one will have to pay for such comforts. The weak are devoured by the strong or learn to be cunning enough to survive." He'd say grunting a bit. "But doing it for people who hold no ties to me... Sounds like a silly reason to keep the weak from ever growing stronger themselves mate." Pacing the ring a bit moving slowly in little pat footsteps as his boots clacked lightly on the arena floor. "Defending them with your army only does so much good until something defeats you. Then they are left more helpless then before. I find it sickening your idea that this is helping... This is why I left my home. This is why I do what I do. Nothing good comes form relying on others for protection whether on a personal level or a mass scale such as this. Such silly thinking..." Something about it aggravated him. This sense to protect others so freely from the dangerous earth forces or this blue army whatever it was. He liked other mercenaries and smugglers over mass populations or hero types. They knew how to take care of themselves and how to so goodbye to someone after a collaborative job was settled. They knew how to even hunt one another since they could separate business from personal matters. Maybe this planet was another one of those types that was just too soft on its young at times. It was hard to tell. But he was agitated small details hinting he was thinking about something.
He'd twitch for a moment at the ideal of being beaten easily tipping his agitation in aggravated fire. He didn't like the idea of being weak obviously. Nor did he ask for help at this point he was used to the concept of working along or expecting and counting down till the dagger hit his back when people did help. He'd roar as soon as he heard those words and with a small blast blow out a small crater in the stands shooting another too or three as well. Clearly angered by that statement. "Must you be so blunt! You needn't act as if we are nothing but weaklings. We are threats even if you stand a strong adversary all the same!" Shooting a gloved finger towards the Cipher 24. "How about we wait for a full moon... Then have a real little fun match my pale friend... We can do it right here in this arena for old time sake? Since you spoke of what happened here before. Don't you just love the idea of fighting in the pale moon light!" He'd say clearly shaking his blue tail behind him. Smirking and staring with a twitching eye towards the android.
