That was the Saiyan way! Everything was a weapon! See that stick not too far on the sidewalk? Weapon! Those cookies Kaula baked? Weapon! How about a severed arm of your foe that you took in battle? WEAPON! Were you not listening? EVERYTHING was a weapon! Absolutely everything! Still, Kaula was a bit intrigued by the whole 'you'll see' thing. When they got to the area, Kaula blinked again. The place was being built so fast! Still, Kaula took in the sights. ".. I will beat all of those courses.." she mumbled as she eyed them. She'd totally conquer them.. Probably. Still, when the stuff was set out, the Saiyan sighed a bit, eyeing the fire for a few moments. It always sorta freaked her out how capsules worked.
In response, she shrugged and moved to sit down, her personal space soon being invaded by Reikiko, who quickly conquered her lap area and claiming it in the name of Reikiko sleepy-time land. Not that the Saiyan really cared. She let Reikiko sleep, gently patting at her head some.
Kaula sighed out again, "Don't know much about martial arts. My aunt taught me some of those human stuff, but not a whole lot.. Seemed all fancy and stuff. Was also kinda boring at the time." she explained as she rubbed at her eyes lightly.
Kaula had continued to listen, not talking much as she just.. Half-listened. To be honest, she almost didn't want to hear about it. It scared her as she glanced down at the sleeping child on her lap while Hikari continued to talk away.
This child. This one, right here. Killed.. No, ATE a Super Saiyan. She frowned a little bit at that before she closed her eyes, slowly laying back onto the grass, "I think I'd rather.. Not watch the video yet.." she muttered out softly. She wanted to live in denial for a little bit longer. Could Hikari really blame her? Besides, she thought she heard enough about it from both Hikari and Walker. And what worried her even more is that Barkington there said that HE was afraid of Reikiko.. She almost couldn't believe that. It was hard to think of that walking tree to be afraid of anything!
((Sorry for the small post. x3))

For a moment Hikari chuckled softly, seemingly just a little bit amused that Kaula seemed to desire to live in denial for a little bit longer. Then again, it was understandable when one looked back at Reikiko and saw that innocent child she had become. Barely anyone would have been able to guess she had once been that deathly bio-android who had absorbed the famous Super Saiyan of West Capitol. Nevertheless, it was a decision she would accept, and instead the hybrid just allowed her body to collapse backwards onto the grass. While a peaceful silence started to linger through the air Kaula would have felt the sleeping child stirring on her lap, small grasping motions being made with her hand, as if she was trying to cling to Kaula for comfort. The pained look on her sleeping face hinted she was likely having a nightmare of sorts, but what could it have possibly been about?
For Reikiko... the child found her mind trapped within a dream of sorts, or was it a nightmare? Perhaps it was neither... maybe it was merely a nightmare? She found her body surrounded in darkness, to the point she couldn't even see herself, and yet despite her featureless appearance she found the darkness slowly make way for a dimly lit room. The room was spacious, yet due to the only source of light being a series of torches strapped to the walls it was clear that wherever she had been, it wasn't Avalon. There were a bunch of cloaked figures in the room, the tallest of them towering above her, a hand resting on her head.
"How is she doing --- ?"
It was curious, but mid-sentence the voice seemed to turn into static, causing her to be unable to hear it entirely. A second person stood by the one who had spoke their side, but the figure had knelt down beside the speaker, clearly showing a certain sign of respect and submission to the other person. Perhaps they were someone important?
"She has been steadily gaining her energy as you instructed my lady. It will be a matter of weeks before she will be at her peak, and we shall be able to continue to the next stage of your plan."
The tall figure nodded their head lightly, turning to look straight at her. While she couldn't see the person's face, there was a certain chilly sensation that ran over her spine, a feeling akin to fear? Whoever this person had been, they were bad news for her. Yet aside from knowing that this person was dangerous she also realized they were most likely female judging from the tone. Still despite the familiar tone it was also one she had never recalled hearing before.
"Perfect, it will be a matter of time before we can put you to good use my dear."
The person leaned over her shoulder, and for a moment Reikiko could have sworn she felt her visage turning a crimson red color. Her head started to hurt, to the point it was almost as terrible as a migraine headache. A name was whispered in her ear, a name that caused the child to let out a gasp as the dream faded away and she found herself regaining consciousness, having pulled herself upright on Kaula's lap. was it but a mere dream?
It seemed some time had passed, for the sky had turned darker than she remembered, and the fire that was burning was the only thing that prevented the shadows from crawling closer to them. Still it didn't help cover her concerns.
Who am I?
Who or what was Reikiko? No matter how often she tried to recall her past, the furthest her memories went back was of the time she woke up at the timeless lookout. Why were her memories in such an odd state, and for what possible reason could she have been unable to recall them? And then she wasn't even thinking back about the weird dream just now.
Maybe I indeed am a broken girl...
Wasn't that a bad thing? If she couldn't recover or become fixed then perhaps Kaula and Hikari would end up abandoning her. In the end those who were broken were discarded. It was like that with toys. When a toy was broken and couldn't be repaired then they would replace it with another and throw away the old one. Then did this mean that if she couldn't be fixed they would throw her away and get a different Reikiko? For a moment she couldn't help but find a certain fear settle in the back of her mind. Hikari had been asleep, and she wasn't certain if Kaula had fallen asleep also but...
Don't abandon me...
It was a soundless plea, almost akin to begging for mercy as the child had turned around, gently clinging to the armor of the woman she was resting on top of. She was uncertain if Kaula would even notice her if she had been asleep, but still the thought scared her, to possibly wake up together and find herself all alone because they couldn't fix her.
I promise I'll be a good girl, I won't remain broken.
Tears started to roll down her eyes, gently pressing her fingertips into the armor while she could find the haunting thoughts clouding her mind. Even if she tried to push them away and be her cheerful and happy self, it seemed the fear she felt from a result of that nightmare had clouded any other thought than the one where she could possibly be left alone.
So please don't throw me away...
Exhaustion started to settle in, her eyes slowly getting heavier and heavier and finally she started to doze off, finding that one thought repeating itself repeatedly in the back of her head until she drifted asleep once more.
I don't want to be alone...
Above all else she didn't desire to regain that what was lost, she simply wanted to keep that what she treasured right now...

Kaula sighed, simply laying there. She stayed awake, even after Hikari went to sleep. The young Half-Saiyan wanted to sleep, but she was still lost in her thoughts. Her emerald eyes just idly glanced up to the sky above. "Damn it.." she muttered quietly to herself. All of what Hikari said was getting to her, in both the way that the other hybrid had wanted.. And a way that first made Kaula feel bad.. And then only more angry. She glanced down to Reikiko when she began to stir in her sleep. Sighing, she brought a hand down to, at first, pat her head before moving it to her back.
All this.. The child.. Hikari.. She was forced to remember her mother for a moment. Her eyes narrowed as she glanced back up to the sky, why wasn't she here yet..? She didn't get it. Was her mother punishing her for what she did in the past? Was she abandoning her..? Was she even still alive? Kaula just began to growl out a little bit, she was getting angry! She wanted to punch something. Kill someone! But she.. She didn't feel like she could do the last part. She didn't know what to do! It was infuriating to her!
She was continuing to stew in her emotions, growing more and more irritated. By this point, she wanted to scream.. But she wasn't going to chance waking anyone up. Wait, Reikiko seemed to be stirring a bit. Did Kaula wake her up..? She glanced down to her for a moment but thought nothing of it, glancing up towards the sky again.
It wasn't untill the girl started to grip at her arm that Kaula went to sit up a little bit, wrapping her arms around the little girl the second she saw her tears, most of the Saiyan's anger slowly melting away as she tried to comfort the little girl, "Don't worry.." she muttered. "I'm here.." she said when the girl began to cry.
As the girl started to fall alseep, Kaula let out a sigh. She knew one thing. She wouldn't abandon this girl like she thought her mother abandoned her. No way, she'd refuse to do that. She just kept her arms wrapped around the girl as she slowly laid back down, a few tears starting to well up in her eyes. Stupid.. Emotions.. Messing with her.

I think there may be a discrepancy here Vi, don't have much time but I calculate Rei at 16648.32 (rounded 16650 zeni, still a very sizeable amount but definitely different) based on the word count you mentioned.
Shoot me a message and we'll try and work out what's up, might need to wait till weekend till I can follow it through though(sitting on about 18 pms and many more things I owe responses on XD).
