Symbiogenesis: A hunt before the moon sets! [Invite Only]

Kouda was toiling away at his quarters on a new specimen chamber when a monitor sprang to life to alert him that he had just received a message. His eyes raced across the screen, reading everything as fast as he could. From what he understood from the message, there was little time to delay now. A machine had began churning, groaning back to life from a long slumber. Rusted cogs lurching through the shadows cast on to inner machinations. Kouda Zeddar knew. It was time. The plan would now need to begin to take motion. Their first objective was not to eliminate competition so much as it was "eat" them. Long ago in a primordial age, the cells that constitute our organic bodies were able to acquire energy-producing abilities by engulfing cells that did have this ability, incorporating them. The sun was beginning to set and the day was finally in its final phase. This would be the most appropriate time to strike and "engulf" these targets. Of course, resistance was assumed and as Kouda pulled his cloak over himself, he messaged Komoto to meet him. 

We will need to do this as fast as possible, Kouda thought. The more help he could get, the quicker it would be done. He looked back at the monitor which listed the names and locations of several crime syndicates. Tonight they would be dealt with. 

Kouda brought up the live images of a torn down city on a giant monitor. It was West Capitol. Under the wake of an Android controlled military force, the city was reduced to rubble and ashes in the span of a day. Go figure. Kouda had never liked or trusted androids and this was just another reason to add to the pile. However, relief efforts had begun to sweep the ashes of the deceased from the streets and reconstruction was underway. Besides public workers in constant labor at select parts of the city, West Capitol still appeared to barren of any people. But Kouda knew otherwise. Business never stopped in West Capitol. Even if all all the stores were closed or destroyed. Under the cover of night and the shadows of debris, the operations of multiple syndicates was still constantly writhing, perhaps even prospering now in the chaos. Kouda uploaded the coordinates to their possible locations and green crosshairs targeted the potential locations. He had enough information now. He sat at a table and began mixing different colored solutions into a test tube that he processed into a machine afterward. When the timer was up, he pulled the vial out of the machine and sprinkled salts into the solution, causing it to bubble viciously before settling down and changing into a red color. The final solution was loaded into a long, advanced syringe with multiple settings. Kouda tied his arm and injected himself with the serum. He already contained the serum's effects but he had the urge to see if it would make any difference tonight. 

He passed by the lab and saw a scientist that was in charge of monitoring Pah'mazhan's progress working in front of the bio-android's tank. He began walking quickly. When he emerged from the broken ship, Kouda flew into the air and began making his way to the city that was far away from the outskirts of the desert. He would have Komoto meet him on the edge of West Capitol. He was already informed of the plan as well as any of Kouda's associates.
