((Thread PL: 9,890))
Bing awoke in the middle of a Metallic Corridor, "what the hell? Where am I?" the last thing Bing remembered was falling asleep at the Base of Kamis tower.
Bing tried to look back on what happened, it was blurry but he could recall some of what happened.
Bing rose like a zombie from a grave in the late hours of the night, he sniffed around, after a few seconds it seemed like he had found what he was lookin for and ran full speed into the depths of the forest. Bing arrived at a massive metallic structure, it was strange to find in the middle of nowhere but Bing didn't seem to care much.
The two guards standing watch were in a debate about something: "so who do you think would win in a fight? Mega-guy or Mondo-Dude?" The guard on the left chuckled "Are you kidding? Mondo-Dude would trounce Mega-Guy easily, especially with his Rad Blaster active." The guard on the Right had a confused look on his face "Did you not read the last Mega-Guy comic saga? He just learned how to use Grommet Cannon, it's way stronger than Rad Blaster" They rambled on a bit more until they heard rustling in the bushes. It was a green haired boy who appeared.
He walked towards the entrance to find two guards standing watch. "Hey you! This is private property of the BBA, get outta here or we will shoot you!" The guard on the left said. "Yeah, get lost kid, I'm not in the mood for losers" Bing raised his hands and let out a small amount of Ki that floated up the barrels of their guns and promptly caused them to explode. While they were freaking out Bung quickly swooped in and knocked the two Guards out cold.
He heard some radio chatter coming from their helmets but he didn't listen to it. He flew over the gate and forced his way in through one of the maintenance doors.
He found himself in a metallic corridor.
Bing had caught himself up to present time, and heard the sound of heavy footsteps. "Intruder located at section A-03! Opening fire!" They soldiers began shooting a barrage of bullets which unsurprisingly did absolutely nothing. Bing tried to say something but was unbearable over the sound of gunfire. Bing sighed and dashed towards the soldiers, landing behind the group and knocking them all over with a Roundhouse Kick.
Bing surveyed his surroundings, it was a maze of hallways, Bing said to himself "No point in turning back now I suppose. " he walked through the lengthy labyrinth, occasionally meeting and subsequently taking out small squads of soldiers. Soon enough he found himself in a massive room with a ceiling Much higher than he thought he building was. It was empty save for a few scientists diligently working on computers. "Excuse me, can anyone tell me where I am?" the scientists turned and when they saw bing they panicked and ran.
Bing sat down, dejected. What was this place and why did he bring himself here?

(Heavy Weights On) (Thread PL: 1,135,062 (With Weights: 283,766))
The walls of the war room were covered in holographic displays that could be drawn forward or retracted on voice command or with finger and eye movements. Vi-Poi could also move them by thought, of course, as he had a direct uplink with Big Blu operating systems. One major window was being devoted to the hunting of elusive and stubborn resistance windows. They’d conducted two bombings against Blue Banner Army installations in the past week. If it continued for very long, Vi-Poi would have to hand the reins of the investigation over from the Special Corps and deliver them to KAOS. His Ki Assault Operations Squad members knew their way around a resistance movement, near as good as his spy organization, and wouldn’t have to worry about ambushes.
“Colee -- what’s our timetable for Vegeta?” Vi-Poi asked the air.
The Co-Dependent Light Intelligence responded in her cheerful demeanor. “Big Blu is scheduled to leave for Planet Vegeta at high noon, West Time.”
“Very good.” Vi-Poi said. He was nearly about to leave the confluence of information streams and return to his training when one particularly window grew to an improbable size.
It was an audio message, from a Fast Reaction unit in the old Red Ribbon HQ site. “Intruder located at section A-03! Opening fire!” Bullets hissed from the audio recording.
Vi-Poi automatically instructed Big Blu’s Control Software to navigate close to the Fukurou Forest. He was already zipping through the long halls in the belly of the burnished steel behemoth, until he descended from the its keel portal. Once in the open air, he burst with such speed that it left a fiery wake, a red train that seared across the sky like a bloody wound opening.
The azure-haired and darkly armored android arrived at the sprawling base in short order. Much of the old Red Ribbon architecture had been meticulously restored. He landed with a ripple of air near a huddle of nervous soldiers who were ringed around one of the main buildings, and an Incident Command met Vi-Poi with a crisp salute.
“Administrator Azure! There is an unidentified hostile in the Science Corps annex.” The IC reported.
“Ki sensitive?” Vi-Poi asked matter-of-factly, walking alongside the man and into the complex.
“Reports suggest so, yes. Wiped out Gamma Unit.” The man said.
“Tell the other units to pull back. I’m not risking anyone else today.” Vi-Poi said, descending into the bowels of the complex. “Don't follow me.” He told the IC, before turning down a lengthy metal-lined corridor. Up ahead, at a glow of computer banks, sat a dark-haired human. Intersecting lines made crosshairs in Vi-Poi’s Heads Up Display, as a white circle surrounded the figure bathed in ghostly terminal lights.
([SU] Lock-On/3D Scan Mode activated)
His built-in scouter reported the ki sensitive’s battle rating:
>(9,890)< “Hello.” Vi-Poi greeted in a neutral tone. “You’ve come to a dangerous place.” His large blue eyes swept over the school insignia on the human’s gi. “There is no Snake School here.” He said ominous tones as his databanks brought forth a stream of data on the martial arts institute.
([SU Lock-On/3D Scan Mode activated. Vi-Poi's actions towards Bing will be all the more accurate)

Bing had been basking in the glow of Electronics, when suddenly he heard footsteps, it was a singular set, perhaps they were sending in a specialist?
"Hello." The Miniature Figure said plainly from across the Room. He was a tiny fellow in a set of Armor similar to the gear being worn by the soldiers from before, but it was more compact and form-fitting. Bing was a bit shorter than the boy while sitting, but when he un-crossed his legs and stood up he was at least a Foot taller.
"oh, um...Hello. I'm surprised you didn't immeadiately open fire on me. Thanks for the that." Bing didn't expect the courtesy, but he certainly didn't mind.
"You've come to a dangerous Place." Said the Miniature Soldier, "it doesn't seem so dangerous to me, it's kinda nice in this room actually" Bing tried to sense his Energy, but found the Boy was lacking one. This meant he was either painfully weak or so strong his level was entirely undetectable, Bing decided he should continue onwards with caution.
"There is no Snake School here." The boy had spoken up once again. "I'm sure glad there isn't one here, otherwise I'd probably be out of a job before I even got it off the ground" said Bing with a chuckle, he decided he might as well introduce himself to the surprinsgly calm young lad "My names Bing, and it's seems like I have gotten a bit lost." Bing walked forward and extended his hand for a handshake. "I stumbled upon this place while Sleep-Walking, something that's never happened to me before. I felt like I was drawn to this place in some way but I can't figure out exactly how"
Bing took a Brief moment to really look at the boys face, it looked eerily similar to someone he had seen recently, it took him a moment but he realized it soon enough. "Hey you're Adminastrator Azure right? The one who made the Blutz-Bans? What are those all about anyways, it seems a bit rude to force Saiyans to wear Glasses on Full moons, it's also a bit strange that you'd choose only a singular race, if you're gonna force one race to wear something for no reason, you might as well make all of them do it. " Bing said that last sentence with a hint of sarcasm, hoping the Boy wouldn't take his suggestion seriously.

Vi-Poi hmphed and folded his arms across his dark battle vest. “Lost your way here, while sleep walking? Improbable.” He walked towards Bing, his boots clicking softly on the tiled flooring. “The Snake School. An offshoot or variant of your discipline was once rivals with a member of my Ki Assault Operations Squad. The Tiger School heir, Zhai Liang. Are you certain you aren’t here on some sort of vendetta? Perhaps the remnants of the old military have hired a ki-using mercenary, thinking to fight fire with fire.”
Alarm horns rang their klaxon cries as the entire facility went into lockdown status. There would be no one in or out of the base, until Vi-Poi gave the all clear. Over his wideband, Vi-Poi could sense Big Blu nearing the site. The massive spacecraft would be armed to the teeth and filled with a complement of eager marines, doubly nervous over an impromptu operation so close to their planned trip to Vegeeta. Not that such an array would be necessary here. Vi-Poi could handle this intruder himself, should the need come. He’d hope the creature was reasonable, however. Unlike some of the supposed heroes of Earth, the Z Fighters, Vi-Poi had no bloodlust.
Vi-Poi paused when he was near Bing, and clasped the hand gently in greeting before resting his arms by his side. The blue-haired android peered up into the human’s dark eyes, a small smile forming on his lips at Bing’s words about the Blutz-bans. When he spoke, however, it was in a quiet and serious manner. “What species was it that turned into gargantuan apes and killed hundreds of people at the World Tournament? Was it any besides the Saiya-jin? Should the world sit by and do nothing to mitigate their metamorphosis on the basis of some nebulous and dangerous notions of equality at all cost? A person does not have the freedom to walk into a bank with a rocket launcher. A chauffeur does not have the freedom to consume alcohol while driving. Why should the Saiya-jin have the freedom to turn into delirious behemoths that have the capacity to crush civilization? Personal freedoms end where they infringe upon another’s freedom. Everyone has the right to safety and security. Should Blue Banner’s response to the death and destruction at the World Tournament have been… to do nothing?”
Though he understood that Bing was not being serious, these were serious points. Many protests had sparked up over the global network since the commercial aired, accusing Blue Banner of being racist or unfair. Most of public opinion approved, though. In the end, people valued their security, and a salve for their fears. An alien menace that could wipe out thousands of people in an eye blink was more than enough to dwell on, and they had all seen the Saiyans who fought against Vi-Poi during the Battle of the West.
“I am Administrator Azure, yes.” He finally said. “But that name is for mass consumption. You may call me Vi-Poi. And what shall I call you, the maundering mystery which has penetrated Blue Banner security in his sleep?” There was a certain scoffing tone to this, as if he didn’t quite believe the words, and an intensity shone is his bright blue eyes.

Administator Azure explained to Bing The Snake School, it took him a moment but he figured out the difference "You see, My father started the Serpent school years before I was born, but he was a little overly brutal in his training methods which resulted in some of his first pupils to die. I'm trying to bring back the Serpent school, with much less deadly teaching methods. He never really got to become very well known so I could see the possibility of there being two schools with similar names seeing as one of them didn't have very much runtime."
Suddenly alarms started going off everywhere, it seemed the base had reached some sort of lockdown state because the beautiful view of the night sky was closed off. "Call more of the goons in? Look I don't want to hurt any of your friends, I'm just trying to figure out why it is I'm here, if you really don't believe me, check your camera recordings, I'm sure you caught me on one somewhere while I was sleep-walking that would help my case."
Administrator Azure then went on to explain that there was a tournament recently where the Saiyans turned into giant apes...wait giant apes? "Wait they can really turn into Giant Apes? I thought the tails were just a weird genetics thing. I'm terribly sorry to say I had no idea there was a tournament, I wasn't 'in the know' about much of anything until about maybe a week ago, which was the first time I left my fathers island. Still though there has to be some better way to deal with the Giant Ape thing, forcing them to wear glasses when most of them already wear scouters would probably make them fall over with so many pairs of glasses to wear." Bing was interested in the young lad, how exactly did he know so much anyways? Maybe he wasn't a young lad, after all, looks can be deceiving.
Administrator Azure gave Bing his real name, Vipoi. "It's a pleasure to Meet you In the flesh Vipoi, or it least I think it is. You can call me Bing if you'd like, or you can call me by my Fathers old name, Serpent. " he doubted "serpent" was going to stick, but it was worth a shot.
"I have to ask you something if you don't mind, I tried sensing your life energy a moment ago but you don't have one, are you a ghost or something?" Bing said with an inquisitive tone.

Vi-Poi nodded to Bing. “There is an easier way, yes. Tail removal. It utterly inhibits the metamorphosis. But that would be considered far more invasive than wearing eyepieces.” Vi-Poi took the human’s advice and scanned the camera databanks in the facility and found Bing’s accounting to be accurate. “So, you are telling the truth.” Vi-Poi decided. “And perhaps you can join the Science Corps, and assist our technicians and engineers in developing this better way.” Vi-Poi said, his smile turning into an amused grin.
“A ghost?” He chuckled at that. “In a sense, yes, but that is not the reason you cannot detect me with your ki inputs. You cannot sense me because I am an Android, an artificial construct. All of my energy is normally in the form of electrons, and not ki, until that energy is converted.” He raised an index finger, and let a tiny blue spark of ki dance on the edge of his nanocrystalline fingernail. It would not be a significant power, but it would probably be enough for Bing to detect with his senses.
“There will be no backup. The alarms are to warn others to secure the perimeter. I need no assistance in these sorts of matters. So… Serpent-kun. What have you been spending your time with, now that you’ve left your island home? You’ve obviously seen much of the West in such a short time, now that you’ve found yourself here. Have you met any beings of note? This blue pearl of Earth is teeming with them. I suspect there is a confluence of Universal ki at play, to account for such a statistical shift in the cosmic landscape.” Vi-Poi said idly, gesturing with an arm and walking past Bing, further into the halls of the facility. He was heading towards the complex’s heart.
If Bing did not walk alongside him, Vi-Poi would turn and wait for him to do so.

When Bing heard Vipoi mention full removal of a Saiyans tail he cringed a bit "I'd imagine that wouldn't be the way to go about it at all, I assume you're at least trying to come off as good guys in some way, sure the Saiyans are a bit rough, but cutting off their tails would be going a little too far, so I'm glad you didn't go that route."
He pondered for a moment on Vipoi's offer to join his science division but he decided to respectfully decline for the time being. "I'm terribly sorry Vipoi but for now I'll have to say no to your offer, I've got a few obligations to fulfill as I've already told you. Perhaps if the offers still open sometime later down the road I would love to help study all kinds of alien races but now isn't the time for me." Bing said those words with a small bit of disappointment, he loved learning about things, but he had to make sure he could become strong enough to make his father proud first.
"Ah you're an Android, that explains why you look so young yet seem so experienced." Bing said as he noticed the tiny bit of Ki leave his new robotic friends finger, It was only there for a moment but the energy felt like it was filled with science.
"I haven't met too many people, but I did meet the Guardian of Earth, I assume you've heard of him yes? He was the one who told me about the Blutz-Bans, and he seemed a bit Disappointed about them."
Bing and Vipoi began walking down the hall, heading deeper into the Facility. They walked for a while until Bing spoke up about something "Well, Blutz-bans aren't exactly the best solution and ripping off a Saiyans tail would be even worse. So what if you found some way to use the Blutz-Bans technology to block out the moons Rays in a different way, perhaps some kind of Dome around the earth? Then again if you tried covering the earth in a giant black pair of sunglasses I'm fairly certain even more people wouldn't like your group very much." Bing continued pondering, there had to be some non-aggressive solution to the problem.

Vi-Poi nodded as he walked. “We actually discussed the possibility of a deployable moonshade that would follow the moon’s orbit around the Earth, but the Legislature would never approve such a big ticket item for Blue Banner, especially after we just disgraced their military and embarrassed their politicians. It was enough that they agreed to have Blue Banner serve as their guardians and create a Public Security Act to sanction them. Much more, and they would have been in open revolt. We are, in the end, a democratic organization serving a democracy. We cannot break these boundaries that we have agreed upon. It would be unwise, and inefficient.” At word of Kami, Vi-Poi responded, “I would assume that he would be cross with us. He is no doubt blinded by love and thinks we have turned his daughter against the world, when nothing farther can be from the truth.”
“Like Kami, and like the Saiya-jin, humans place each other in agreeable positions and call it love. Then they force one another into disagreeable positions and call it hate. They cannot associate with others without first deceiving themselves. You suggest that lawfully requesting the Saiya-jin to wear moonglasses is a violation of their free will, but what if that free will which all intelligent animals profess to have is an illusion? What if all your actions are merely the result of chemical instructions, hardwired into your brain – a chain reaction that stretches all the way back to your cave-dwelling forefathers? And you continue to suffer and propagate, as is, and as will be.”
Vi-Poi paused as they entered a large complex, lit by the bright florescence of artificial beam lighting. A large gridlike screen was set against one of the complex’s walls. “Do you know what this is?” Vi-Poi asked nodding to the computer. “It’s the recreation of an organization called Red Ribbon’s Global Dragon Radar. Well, it’s shell. The mechanics are…. Unfinished. No small expense came to reconstruct it, even to its present form. The computer here held knowledge that could have changed the world, helped your species, helped the Saiya-jin, all of life. But a strong Saiya-jin warrioress destroyed this entire facility to satisfy her pride and her fear.” Vi-Poi looked up at Bing, waiting for a response.
Several scientists scurried about nervously at seeing their Administrator arrive in the flesh, and one with long graying hair and a bushy beard trotted up to give an unpracticed salute. “Administrator! It is exciting to see you, most exciting.”
Vi-Poi’s Heads Up Display scanned the man. “Dr. Slouch.” He said with a nod. “It is good to finally meet you in person.” He raised a hand to Bing. “We have a guest, and I am eager to hear our progress.”
The bony scientist peered at Bing through is glasses, frowning thoughtfully at his Snake School gi before nodding. “Yes, well, hmm. Progress. It’s in fits and starts, you know.” He waved a hand. “The Namekian's oligonucleotide sequence certainly helped, but we need more accurate resonators, and the old ones were disintegrated in the blast.”
Vi-Poi nodded and congratulated Dr Slouch on his efforts. He’d heard it all before in the submitted reports. There would need to be additional steps taken before the hunt for the Dragon Balls could truly begin, even with the blueprints, the DNA of Scargot, and the raided Capsule Corporation tech.
“So what comes next for you?” Vi-Poi asked Bing after the esteemed scientist moved back to his work.

Bing listened intently to Vipoi, his speech about Free Will was certainly Intriguing, when he was finished Bing spoke up: "That's an interesting way to put things Vipoi, I'm not entirely sure how I should respond to that, sure I could easily argue that Humans and other beings do indeed have Free-Will but who's to say that isn't just a Chemical Reaction in my Brain telling me this is how I should respond to make myself feel better about the situation? I could also agree with you, saying that Living Beings are all doomed to repeat themselves because of their Flawed Design, but who's to say that isn't just my Free-Will trying to keep you from getting angry? There isn't really any way to know is there?" Bing had never gotten this deep into a discussion before, he hoped this little speech got his point across.
They stopped once they entered a massive room, filled with Tech of all sorts, Vipoi pointed the the largest one in particular and told him it was a Dragon Radar. "What's it for? Are you telling me you are trying to hunt dragons and use their blood as a healing salve? Or maybe it's a radar that tells you if a Saiyan has transformed into another evolution that looks similar to a dragon? I'm completely off track aren't I?"
Bing gave the scientist a small wave before he was completely ignored by him, it made sense to Bing because it seemed he had a lot of important things to tell Vipoi, so he didn't mind much.
Bing looked to Vipoi and took a second to think. "I'm not sure where I'll go from here, my primary goal is always going to be trying to open my school and teach people to defend themselves but I'm not strong enough for that, so I think I'll return to Kami and learn from him for a while."

Vi-Poi smiled at Bing’s response to the philosophical pondering of free will. “You’re right. It is entirely subjective. There’s no way to know.” He looked up at the Global Dragon Radar, his large blue eyes suddenly intense with vigor. “It is nothing like that, though a Super Saiya-jin Detector is an interesting idea. This device finds Dragon Balls, or is supposed to. They are magical foci, stones of great power. With it, one can materialize anything one wishes. One can change the very fabric of the Universe.”
Vi-Poi began to walk to the far wall of the central room, where a ten-foot tall Battle Jacket lay dormant. It’s narrow, angular cockpit was unsealed. A hose directed from the battery on its back fed into an electron-ki cannon on its right pauldron. Below its shoulder, its right arm ended in an antenna-like array. Its left arm and hand was free, giving the construct an asymmetric quality, though a seven-foot long oni’s club made of tempered iridium hung at its waist. “This is Blue Fox, our latest model of commando-level Battle Jackets. This particular unit has been outfitted with an experimental electron-ki cannon instead of its standard grenade launcher. The experiment is intended to provide our standard units with some deterrent against ki-sensitives such as yourself, though I have my doubts about any potential positive result. The Blue Fox has handled itself perfectly in Special Corps missions, but those were all against mundane targets. It takes more than fancy weaponry to defeat a fully trained ki-sensitive, strong in the spirit flow.” He glanced sidelong at Bing.
“Would you like to test yourself against it?” Vi-Poi smiled slyly. “We can consider it the price of your admission here, and it will give you some answer if you are indeed strong enough to defend others.”
(OOC: If you want to fight it with either Vi-Poi inside or remotely controlled by a computer, it's PL will be 7,000 and it will be treated as an NPC that I'll control for you. Figured we could use some action )

Bing pondered for a moment when Vipoi mentioned the Dragon Balls "That sounds very valuable, but extremely dangerous. If you find them you should be extremely careful with them, all that power might go to your little head my friend." Bing said That last part with a smile. When Vipoi said Super Saiyan it caught his attention as well, but he decided not to bring it up because Bing assumed that was what they called high power Saiyans.
Bing followed Vipoi to the other end of the room, where a large metallic robot lay dormant, it had a cockpit that was wide open and there were a set of controls inside. "I'd love to help test out your machine, though I think we might want to move this outside so we don't break all this magnificent Tech" Bing would then wait for Vipoi to show them to the Battle area.

Vi-Poi hmphed at Bing’s warnings about the Dragon Balls, then cracked a grin. With a springing leap he ascended into the cockpit, spinning and landing in the curved battle harness quite nimbly. The Blue Fox was not piloted in a traditional seat like most other Battle Jackets, or even the more-nimble limb-sheaths of a Pigeon-class Jacket. No, the Fox unit was controlled by this battle harness, a collection of minute wires that formed to the wearer’s body like the threads of a frayed glove, then hardened into a chair of sorts. The piloting mechanism was a control stick and board, like any other Jacket, but the wires along the pilot’s flesh would sense infinitesimal changes in posture and body alignment, and the Jacket would respond in kind.
It was one of the reasons that only aces drove the Blue Foxes. The other reason was what came after the pilot was rigged inside. The cockpit sealed shut quietly around Vi-Poi, and with a hiss the entire chamber began to fill with a pink gooey liquid. It rose slowly at first, climbing up his ankles and calves, but then the liquid was around his thighs, past his chest, up to his chin. It was only seconds, and Vi-Poi was completely suspended in the solution. He was told even battle-hardened veterans panicked at the feeling of breathing the liquid. Perfluorocarbon fluid, supercharged with molecular oxygen and imbued with energy-boosting nanomachines allowed the Blue Fox to operate for days at a time, and the extensive breath-time allowed a disciplined pilot to work that long even in the deep recesses of interplanetary space.
Vi-Poi, of course, did not require oxygen to persist, and did not breathe either, so the fear of drowning was somewhat of an abstract concept to him. The blue-haired android grinned at Bing through the viscous liquid of his chamber, and walked the Battle Jacket outside to meet him.
They were in a wide and open courtyard sometimes used for helicopter and littoral spacecraft storage. A few curious guardsmen who’d been securing the facility for lockdown were now milling about to watch what came of this.
Vi-Poi toggled a switch on the command console and flicked the Battle Jacket’s forward lights at the human in a taunting fashion. “Think you can stand against the best Jacket to ever walk the world?” He asked, the antenna array on its right arm whirling. “This is a gravity manipulator. It might be able to knock you off balance, if I catch you with it. But I think your most dangerous vulnerability is to the electron-ki cannon. From what the Science Corps tells me, it packs a punch. Don’t be shy, I want to see what you can do! Try and dismantle this, before it dismantles you.” Vi-Poi grinned mischievously, and activated the Jacket’s battle system.
Vi-Poi fired the first bolt from the ki gun, aiming it at Bing. A sizzling flash of blue light pounded from the cannon’s nozzle, streaking through the air at a frightful speed… (Ki shot heading your way)
(Battle Jacket: 7,000 PL, don’t be shy in trying to scrap it, they can always build another )

"You think that things really gonna be able to stand up to me? I hope you're ready to go back to the Drawing board Vip!" Bing said with a smirk as he got into his Battle Stance. The Cerulean colored bolt shot from the Battle Jacket, it was Quick, but so was Bing. He jumped to the right avoiding the blast with ease, he then broke out into a full speed Sprint towards the Full-Metal Monster. When he got 5 Feet away from the Machine he hopped into a Sliding position, Sliding along the ground and trying to get under the Battle Jacket. If he successfully got under the Machine, he would shoot his Signature Attack from right under him. Regardless of whether or not he got under the Jacket, he would roll out of his slide and hopefully end up behind the Machine. If he did end up behind the Machine he would jump onto the back of the Machine and try to Punch through the Back of the Jacket, hoping to puncture through the armor and Rip out some wiring. Afterwards he would jump over the Machine and land on the front of the machine, attempting to Break the Cockpits Glass. Regardless of of the outcome of any of these attacks he would then jump up into the sky, keeping himself off the ground hoping he wouldn't have to deal with this "Gravity Manipulator" [Serpents bite possibly used at 33%, Damage: 3,362]

Vi-Poi’s eyes widened in mild surprise as Bing expertly panned the cannon’s blast and darted towards Vi-Poi. If it weren’t for Vi-Poi’s extreme reaction time, the man’s tactic of sliding between the ride-able robot’s legs and firing his technique would have worked perfectly. But Vi-Poi saw his trajectory, and with his quick fingers twitched the Battle Jacket downward to face the sliding human, the entire machine floating in the air above him. When Bing’s beam shot out, bright green ki spiraling like a coiling snake, Vi-Poi raised the gravity manipulator and used the long antennae as a shield.
The material crumpled and burst with a hiss of energy, and damage alarms began to woop and whine inside the fluid-filled cockpit. Vi-Poi rolled with Bing’s movement, catching his punch with the Jacket’s open left hand and deflecting it. The force of the attack caused the mechanical arm to rattle and the entire machine to wobble backwards. The Snake fighter’s barrage wasn’t through yet, though, and he finished his attack with a flying punch that left a dent and a hairline fracture in the transparent carbonic crystal of the cockpit. A mist of pink hissed from the crack, until Vi-Poi flipped a switch and increased tank charge and pressure. The fluid’s viscosity increased, and the leak stopped.
Bing had rebounded into the air now, keeping a wary distance from the machine. Vi-Poi grinned and counterattacked, leaping from the ground with a burst of jets, pulling the long and deadly oni club from the machine’s waist with the machine’s open left hand. The Blue Fox was nimble and agile, and Vi-Poi used the knobbed kanabō like a blurring sword, striking at Bing with a dire slash that would slam downward into his shoulder should it connect.
Vi-Poi would follow up by spinning the oni club to the right, whipping it around in a great arc to crash against his opponent’s legs before raising the ruined and arcing stump of the Fox’s right arm and stabbing the bolts of writhing electricity at his torso.
(Blue Fox Damaged, Gravity Manipulator destroyed. But can Bing escape the whirling oni club? Find out next time on Dragon Ball Bing! )

The Battle Jacket took a hefty amount of Damage, not enough to decommission it however. Bing watched it's movements carefully from above, watching intently, trying to figure what his next move was going to be. The Battle Jacket shot upwards, swinging it's metallic Spiked Club.
Bing spun himself around, causing the swing aimed at his right shoulder to completely whiff, the Attack aimed at his legs connected quite cleanly however, it stung like a sack of oranges. When he saw the Attack come towards his Mid-Section he thought on his feet and grabbed it. Electricity coursed through his veins and wracked his body with pain, but he fought through it, because he had a plan.
Bing would take the club with sheer force of will((and a bit of Ki)) attempt to throw the entire Machine down towards the ground. If this worked and the Machine began to Plummet he would chase after it, attempting to fly right through with his fist extended, causing major internal damage.
If his throw attempt failed, he would probably be stuck holding a giant club ready for more punishment.
If his throw attempt caused Bing to have full control over the Oni Club, he would throw it into the ground, causing it to become implanted in the Ground.
