Alaistair looked around as he floated through the city, keeping his power suppressed enough to not acquire a powerful entity's attention. However, the chaos of the battle throughout the city streets was showing that if he took a wrong hit, he'd be immediately put into danger by these soldiers. Speaking of which, a platoon of soldiers had been marching through one of the main streets, preparing to engage the police and military forces stationed in the city. The two armies did not wait to begin their exchange, blasting rockets and energy into the crowds! Some warriors charged into the fray, some armed with blades of steel, while others used their sheer might to incapacitate the enemies.
The forces, though, were not what Alaistair had been seeking. Yet, observing these battles happening, with the needless blood shed and the severe lack of terror wanted to make the Devil Kaioshin horrify these soldiers by the sheer display of might he had, as well as recruit those who would surrender to his ways. However, this would have to wait. One of the presences, far weaker than his own, had engage one that was twice its strength and nearly lost its life. Yet, in the fastest rate he could calculate, this presence that stalked these streets had, not only recovered, but its strength increased at an alarming rate! However, it was not to the point where Alaistair would feel threatened by it if he were to reveal half his strength.
"There we are... Our first warrior," Alaistair thought, as he hopped off the edge and blasted off to the area where this warrior was.
It took him only seconds, despite being suppressed on his own volition, to find this person. He peered down, to find that it had been a saiyan. A sly grin formed upon his head, as he immediately floated down to the ground in a graceful fashion! His hands were behind him, as observed the entity before him. A saiyan... Of course it would be! Their species was as rampant as the humans on this planet! The Devil Kaioshin could also assume that this warrior had eaten this planet's one useful tool: Senzu Beans. The warrior must've been damaged heavily and, upon waking from his battle, he was forced to eat one of them!
Considering this man was a saiyan, Alaistair would find recruiting this one quite easily. He bellowed out, to attract the attention of the warrior before him.
"I thought I smelled something of a loser around here... The stench was so foul that I could smell it through the dead burning bodies, gunpowder, burning buildings, trees... Ah, but you get the picture, I'm sure, saiyan! Tell me, was it yourself whom had beaten you so easily, or were you fighting a ghost of the battlefield?"
(So everyone knows, Alaistair's power level has been fluctuating between 1000 and 2000 Power level, stopping at 2000 flat. This is for those whom have scouters and Ki sensing.)
