The battle was raging in the city and Daiki knew it, he was angry not to be able to part to it, but there was no way Daiki could compete with Vi-Poi, Reik and Athren. Ninjin was with them, he could feel her power and she was powering up, showing out the same power Daiki did a little while ago, she was going to fight with them after all. I'm stupid...i should have stay with her... There is no way i return now, i'd be a weight for her... I have to trust on her, she is stronger than me after all, maybe she is hiding power i have no idea of. Daiki tried to convince him as a tear went down to his cheek with a huge pain in his chest raging and burning his body. Suddently, a small division of the BBA army stopped in front of Daiki's group. ''The road is blocked, we control this until Vi's plan is finished.'' They said. Daiki stepped foward them, when his foot touched the ground, lighting came from the small spot of broked road his stomp created. ''Are you sure the road is block? I see only some little waste on my way, no real blocking.'' He said before jumping toward them at a speed they could not even see and knocked them in both side of the road, they were alive, he promised Ninjin, but they should not get awake soon. ''I told you mom, its him, its him!'' He heard at his right, a woman was carrying her little girl by the hand, hiding in a small store. ''Its him! He came to save us! I told you he would.'' The little girl yelled pointing at Daiki. He recognize the little girl, he saw her a while ago at a beach near the city, she had a view good enough to see him fly and even rezognize him after, and Daiki though she may even have ki-sense, since she tell her mother he was there even if she couldn't see Daiki. ''Common, get in the shield, were getting out of the city, there is no time to lose.'' Daiki yelled looking at the mother. She then got into Daiki's aegis and looked at him. ''Thanks you very much, you saved us.'' The woman said to him. Daiki looked foward and simply answer. ''Actually, the soldier aren't attacking civilians, or they are not supose to. They are only taking the city from the governement. But we have to evacuate, lost bullet and tank's ammunition are dangerous.'' He said when an explosion shattered on the shield, Daiki's aegis was too strong for human's weapon, it could take any attack fom firearm.
Daiki then looked at the sky, still going trough streets, heading to the city's end. Please Ninjin... be okay... He though for himself. Then, just like she had heard him, Ninjin's aura was going toward himself, Daiki felt a great sensation of alleviation when he felt that no one was following her, she was simply coming back toward him, she had decide to live after all. Thanks guru... she is coming back. He though before turning right at a streets, he could not see the city's end. ''Right there, its the last straigh line people. Then we'll try to find a way to focus on the largest problem we have, like food of safe place for night, or at least until the BBA have finish with his city. I need to say something, this isn't your fight, don't resist them, they are dangerous, leave it to people like me to free you, don't put lives in danger.'' He yelled friendly at the crowd that was following him as Ninjin landed beside him. She spoke to him in a cold way, but it was normal, the situation was horrible, the Blue banner army was taking on the whole city, and it wasn't probably the last. ''Nin, we have to make those person in security first, then we'll train. And this aura, i had the same, i feel like its the prelude to the super saiyan form.'' He said to her with a soft voice, trying to apease her. ''Yes, next time, we'll kill them to the last, and free this world, we can't leave them free like this. We'll have to master this aura we just discover. And Nin... i'm glad you chosed to live, there was no point on fighting them now without mastering this 'super saiyan' thing, now that we are aware you can do it to as an half-saiyan.'' He continued in the same tone as they were getting really close to the end of the road, and to exit the city. Antoher explosion hit Daiki's shield, but it was pointless, even tanks couldn't break this powerful wall. ''Say mister, is that yours, this blue thing around us?'' The little girl asked to Daiki suddently. Daiki looked at her with a wide friendly smile. ''Yes, and those evil soldier will never break it! Also, my name is Daiki.'' He said in a childish voice with still a wide smile. ''Daiki... uh... Daiki!'' She repeated with pride.

Cipher was quiet as he flew towards the large ki barrier that had been erected. He had to give the individual credit, it certainly was a smart thing to do to ensure the defense of the civilians. And it appeared to be mobile as well. A part of him felt that he wasn't needed, but he quickly pushed that part away.

He couldn't take part in any more of the fighting. He was still feeling the effects of his battle with the saiyen, plus the rest of the powers in the area, for the most part, dwarfed his own. Rather than sit around and do nothing, he figured he could at last contribute to his army's victory. Though he still held the data from Capsule Corp. he felt he needed to properly give more to this victory.
He reached the barrier, hovering in the air for a moment to study it. Slowly, he reached out, quickly withdrawing when the barrier didn't even budge. It would seem he wasn't going to get in on his own accord. He could sense two large powers inside as well, one of which was the source of the barrier.
"There's something flying outside the shield!" came a voice from below. Cipher blinked, realizing one of the civilians had spotted him. The rest were turning to look up at him, clearly afraid, as well as the two strong powers as well. This could end badly for Cipher if he didn't act quickly. He wasn't here to fight, and certainly not to cause a panic.
Without a word, he flew around to the front of the barrier, touching down before them. He brought his hands up, the universal gesture for 'I mean you no harm'.
"I am not here to fight you," he spoke up, his voice deadpan as usual, "I've come to provide assistance."

Ninjin was still seeing red as she walked along beside Daiki. It had been a long time since she had ever felt like this. The last time she felt this way was so long ago that she could barely remember it. Sighing to herself she pulled her arms up and wrapped them around herself. It was obvious how this pained her to do as she closed her eyes and lowered her head. “Daiki I did not chose to live. I chose to allow you and these people to live. She had turned her gaze onto you and these civilians. If I had not left I would have been helpless to stop her from firing and killing you and all these people. Also the dojo is gone. I destroyed it myself before leaving the area and catching up to you. As for the super saiyan… You saw what little it did for Athren… We need to grow even stronger then that. We need to go above and beyond that legendary state. If such a thing even exists…”
Her words where cold still despite the distance they had covered. As the explosion rocked the shield she did not even flinch. Though she felt this cold ice begin to melt as he watched the young girl approach Daiki and thank him for saving them. Closing her eyes she felt that if she continued to train Daiki that there would be a good chance that he could take over for her without missing a beat. Opening her eyes she felt another signature closing in on their shield. Turning her gaze she watched as the man landed there and looked toward the pair while inside of the shield. Raising a hand to Daiki to hold him up she slowly approached Cipher.
It was a start that the person had their hands up which meant no harm intended. So she kept hers hanging at her side though her right fist was clenched tightly. “You come to provide assistance? If this army had not come in and tried to strongarm the government there would be no need for this assistance. All these people would be at home. Most sleeping in their beds right now. The issue is the Blue Banner Army that came in and did all this to…”
Turning herself she pointed to the large beam that shattered a bunch of buildings off back in the center of town. “And that would not be happening to these people who are now homeless, jobless, and could of lost loved ones today because of the actions of rogue elements within your own damn army.”
Her anger was bubbling over and it was obvious as she had narrowed eyes toward him. Though she did not try to strike at him or anything. Instead she sood there the glare and anger very evident.

Daiki smiled even if Ninjin was kind of angry, he knew if they were to get both angry, that would lead to nothing but more anger. He still listened to her with all the serious he had, his own anger was still there, he could not stand the fact that they had to leave without fighting, but complain about it was no use, but if any Blue banner minion get in his way, he will know that Daiki is, in fact, angry. Daiki nodded slowly while preparing what he was going to say, she was talking about going over the form of a super saiyan, what made him wonder if such theing exist. ''You may didn't chose directly to live, but it lead you to it, and that is what i'm happy of. The dojo is destroyed, this is sad but i guess you had no choice, even if i don't why why you destroyed it.'' Daiki said with the same soft voice he was using to try to calm Ninjin, he breathed deeply before continuing. ''Also, i don't think something over the form of super saiyan exist, its already a legend, but we can try, we have nothing to lose with training.'' He said with a wide friendly smile on his face.
Suddently, a citizen that was following Daiki noticed someone beside the shield, Daiki could not felt his ki. Androids... He though while turning back and following the said androids with his glaze. From the blue banner army, i'm going to... he though while going foward when Ninjin's arm blocked him, he returned to his position, noticing he had lost his cool blood pretty fast for someone who was that happy a second ago. Daiki maintain the shield between the civilians and the androids, only Ninjin could pass it without forcing it. Ninjin then returned the androids were he came from with her word, it was really really true, and even a civilians behind Daiki approved, Daiki simply nodded to himself. ''Vi-Poi may have said that he wasn't going to cause any damage to the city, but he started a war with many fight, not even talking about soldier with explosive firearm and tanks. There is no way an androids like you and him didn't saw the destruction coming, you caused all this with your army.'' He simply said loudly toward the android trying to give is so-called help over a destruction he and his friend cause.
Daiki then took some step toward the android, a lightning struck the ground near Daiki, breaking on Aegis and making it glow since it was Daiki who caused it with his own power. Daiki then looked at the android with a threatening look directly in those thing that was supose to look like eyes but was more like stupid cameras. ''So if you want to help, get out of our way or one us two will lose temper, were evacuating civilians for now and we don't want to cause any problems to your stupid army for now, so STEP ASIDE!'' He said with a little roar at the end that popped another second of his aura turning golden and his hair going in spike above him. Daiki was trying to contain his temper, and he could see Ninjin doing the same, but it wasn't going to last really long, at least, for him. Daiki looked at Ninjin and his smile returned and his aura calm down.

Cipher could understand their anger. It was only natural, and he would feel angry if he was in their position as well. Heck, he wasn't too happy with how the conflict was going right now. He had hoped for less damage, and MUCH less death.
"It is most unfortunate that it had to come to this. Seeing this level of destruction and death is inexcusable. If it were in my power, I would have done all I could to prevent it.
I will admit, we did foresee resistance to taking the city, but it should be pointed out that most of the damage caused here today, was not by the BBA, or the Global Military, but by those with no allegiance who simply wish for a fight, such the saiyen that challenged me, and the one fighting my commanding officer as we speak. I know this does not absolve us of our involvement in this, but it needs mentioning."
He looked back and forth between the woman and the man, noting the woman being more powerful of the two.
"I know you do not wish to cause problems for the BBA, nor do I wish to cause problems for you. I simply wish to assist in the evacuation. While it is regrettable that many of the innocents lost their homes, I assure you that the BBA will personally rebuild all those destroyed, once hostilities cease. We do not wish to force civilians onto the street.
I do not expect you to forgive us for our actions, or for you to see me as a friend. All I ask is to be allowed to assist you, to prevent any more senseless deaths. My presence will cause the BBA soldiers to leave you be."
His voice had been flat the entire time. He wasn't pleading, or trying to make himself seem like a hero. He was just simply stating the truth, pure and simple.

Ninjin cracked a slight smile as she heard Daiki chime up from behind her toward Cipher. As what he said was true as she had a feeling that the android before her had ran this plan over within his head millions to billions of times long before setting foot on the ground. As most of the variables had to be accounted for the only ones that they would not of accounted for would have been people like herself, Daiki, and Athren. There was no flinch from Nnijin as the loud bolt of lightning cracked against the shield that Daiki held with his own power. :: That had to be Daiki doing that for some effect to his words. If I was outside the shield I would be a little intimidated by the show at the very least. As blocking lightning is not some simple feat.::
Thinking to herself as she paid attention to Daiki words. Closing her eyes she raised her arm back up once again to make certain Daiki was not going to attempt to go after the Android. As to her he was the one who needed to stay and help the refugees because he was the one with the technique to assist them. As Daiki quieted himself down she heard the calm voice of the android speak out. To Ninjin despite the fact that the words where calm she felt something behind them. Like this android might not be fully within the side of the Blue Banner Army or at the very least their tactics during this takeover. “ I do agree that most of the damage to the city has been done by those who seek to fight for the sake of fighting. The thing is that I know that this will be twisted by the Blue Banner Army into they where stopping renegades who caused all of the destruction on their own and will not take any of the flak for the destruction one of their own did to the skyline and… I think it was at minimum five or six skyscrapers in a single ki blast. I am guilty for tossing one out myself but I did not hit anything and instead used it to deflect another member of your armies attempt to destroy someone else…”
Ninjin spoke her gaze loosing the edge of hatred and fury that she had had on it since the encounter with Reikiko instead a rather tired look was slowly creeping onto her face. It was a tired almost giving up style of look as she looked at the android. “If you truly want to help us then let me spell out what you can do for us. As you are a member of the Blue Banner Army you can easily get us through the checkpoint off in the distance so that these people can leave the city alongside myself and Daiki. That will be the first thing you will do. Second will be if we run into anymore refugee’s as we move along they will join our band not any bands from the Army. Then once outside the city you will not pursue ANY of us. As if I smell any hint of a trail then I will return and will personally decimate your forces. You have sensed my strength and that of my pupil. We would cause a lot of death and destruction before any of your men could so much as scratch us.”
She was looking around as she spoke to Cipher in her more calm tone. Stepping out from within the shield to stand beside the android she extended her hand toward him. “If you truly want to help these people I know you will have no issue with accepting our terms. Am I wrong in my thoughts?” After a momentary pause to allow Cipher to speak his response she spoke again. “Do we have a deal?”

Daiki was calmer than before, Ninjin had this effect on him all the time, Ninjin says it was because he loved her, she was probably right, but everytime he see her he just calm down and his anger is replace by soft hapiness of seeing her and being alive. Smiling like an innocent child, he listened to the excuse of the android, so even Vi-Poi's general wasn't aware of the destruction comming, so maybe it wasn't lost at all, the Blue Banner was mortal after all, and Daiki was going to explose this military organisation to piece with his own super saiyan power. The android was probably lying about the fact that he didn't saw all this resistance coming when they planned to attack the city. ''Every city is going to be the same, or even worst. Earth isn't going to be yours easily.'' Daiki said in a calm and soft voice before que android put the blame on other people who had fight in this war, the destruction was apparently their fault. ''You have to admit that everything that is happening here is the Blue banner fault, if you weren't trying to attack the city, nothing of this would happen and this planet would still be peaceful like it was since i got their.'' Then Ninjin admit that she was the one who blew up a skyscraper, it was actually normal in a war that some damage were cause ven by the defender, but it was still them who started all this. ''Don't be sorry for this Ninjin, collateral damage while defending happen, we can still help rebuilding it if you want to apologize for it.'' He simply said in a rational voice with a little though for the people behind him you may live in this place. He turned around and looked at the civilians with him and smile wider, he had probably savec this people anyway, that was really count.
While Ninjin was numerating the thing that the android needed to do to help them, which was pretty heavy like condition, he just went straight at the point and continue to walk foward, just passing beside the android and Ninjin. He put his hand on the android's shoulder and smiled. ''If there was any chance for your army to be a thread, i would not walk in the middle of the city with a huge mas of civilians behind me, this shield is not destroyable by any human weaponry, any Blue banner soldier in my way is simply slowling me down a little, and its because i am not allowed to kill them. And even there, the city's end is right there, you did a great job slowing us down, but the way is clear, no soldier in sigh, i'm going.'' He said moving foward, still having Aegis between the civilian and the android. The little girl now walking beside Daiki stick closer to Daiki. ''The mister is scary... don't let him in.'' She said in a scared voice hiding behind Daiki. Daiki caress her head gently, he had become quite protective over the ki-sensing little girl. ''Don't worry, the scary mister isn't getting closer.'' He said in a gentle voice, trying to calm the little girl. Daiki then turned his look to Ninjin who was talking with the android and trying to shake his hand. ''Ninjin, there is literally only a street left, we can do this without his help. Except if you want to look for more civilians out there, but i need to get those safe before going any further in the city.'' He asked to his master loudly.
Daiki was now heading toward the city's end, the civilians were safe now, but Daiki will not remove his shield until they are fully saved, there was no risk to take. They were walking a little faster, now the freedom was so close and Daiki was getting really tired, this day was too hard for him to handle, all the emotional and physical stuff, and the fact that he was holding that shield for almost half and hours now didn't help, his ki was getting low, but he couldn't stop now, he was too close and the danger was still around. Alright, a little more and i can finally take a pause, i don't think this technique was created to last this long, i feel like my energy is leaving my body by every exit it have. Common Daiki, its your first moment of glory, Ninjin is watching you, all those people rely on you, don't let them down. He though, giving the last little boost he had within himself to maintain the shield long enough to exit the city. When they finally got out of the city, Daiki pointed at a small hill beside the city, far enough not to get hit by some lost shot. They walked some minutes to get there, and when they were finally arrived, Daiki falled on the ground, his ki was so low he could barely feel what he still had. ''I did it! I...i...'' He said before literally not being able to say anything more, he was too exhausted he could barely move, he was laying on the ground with his face on the side, making him able to talk. He had a little laugh. ''I must look pathetic ah ah ah!'' He said to out loud before closing his eyes and entering a stance between sleeping and meditating, making him able to regenerate his ki a lot faster without moving.

Cipher gave a small sigh as the woman's words. "Sadly enough, that may most likely be the case. I would not put it past the administrator to put a spin on events to benefit us. Though in a sense it does prove our point. As I said, most of the fighting was the result of individuals eager to satisfy only their egos and bloodlust. It would hardly require a city takeover to bring out such individuals. Not that it absolves us of any harm we've caused, but it needs to be said." Cipher's tone indicated that he didn't include the woman and her companion amongst those responsible, even if the woman had admitted to destroying a building. It saddened him a little that they had to meet under such circumstances. She seemed like a reasonable person.
Listening to the woman's terms, Cipher found them quite agreeable. He was about to shake her hand when her pupil, Daiki was it? spoke up, simply beginning to lead the civilians past him. He also mentioned some things that confused the android. The BBA had no intention of taking earth, what was he talking about?
However, it was what the little girl by his side said that caught his attention. A hurt expression appeared on his face. Cipher knew he was different, he knew what the other soldiers of the BBA said about him, so why did this little girl being afraid of him bother him? Maybe it was because it just cemented just how much of an outsider Cipher was. It brought up memories of his creator, the woman who built him out of an act of love, only to reject him with disgust simply for what he was.

Cipher quickly made his expression plain, hoping nobody had noticed. It would seem that his assistance wasn't welcome. Still, he wished to help as he watched them go past. He tapped his communicator.
"This is Cipher 24 to all active patrols. Do you copy?"
He waited to hear the acknowledgements before continuing.
"There is a group from the Turtle School of martial arts evacuating civilians. Any civilians your find are to be brought to them. Is that understood?"
Once further acknowledgements were made, he cut the communication, turning to the woman.
"It is a shame we had to meet under such circumstances. I hope our next encounter will be on more friendly terms."
He gave her a formal bow.
"And if you would mind telling your student something for me. Firstly, the BBA has no interest in world domination. If all goes well, this incident need not be repeated, and even this city will be relinquished shortly."
And with that, he took off slowly into the sky, giving one last backwards glance at the civilians being guided out before leaving them be. He had given his orders, he can leave the rest up to them.
"Cipher 24 to Big Blu, I am now leaving the engagement zone. I will be turning in the data acquired from Capsule Corp. I will be returning to base shortly. Over."

Ninjin was awaiting the response from Cipher when she heard the words from Daiki and from the child behind her. Closing her eyes as she took in a deep breath and then releases it in a single motion as if she was tempering herself and her anger. It was obvious that Daiki was still struggling with his own anger and she attributed it to his being a full blooded saiyan and her only being a half blooded saiyan that she was able to get over the pain quicker. "Daiki that is enough. Guide the people away from here and accept an refugees into your shield as you go. I will stay here until Cipher does as I ask of him. At that time I will leave here and head in your direction."
Her words where short and to the point. There was no reason for her to beat aroundthe bush this time. She was going to be pushing as hard as she could agaist the urges to move about the city as she suddenyl felt a massive spike in energy come from where the battle had been going on between Athren, Reikiko, and Vi-Poi. :: And so that is decided... I can only assume that something has happened that has created a stronger and more powerful being in this world. Kami help us if they are evil...:: Turning her attention back to Cipher as they all moved away she gave the android a brief bow of respect as she heard him beginning to talk to his subordinates about all of her wishes. "It is a shame Cipher 24. I think that despite the differing sides at this time that there might be a time when we will be allies. When that day comes I will welcome your aid. Do not allow yourself to change. Despite being an android you are a good one. And I will pass along the message to Daiki. Though for some reason I feel he is stuck in his saiyan ways and will not forget nor forgive this as easily as I do."
Returning his bow she gave him a smile as she turned and began to walk toward the cities edge. Watching as Daiki guided the people to a hill on the outskirts of the city. She arrived shortly after his shield dropped and she watched as the people began to run into the wilderness away from them. Standing at the top of the hill Ninjin took a moment before floating into the air and turning back to the city. "You are not pathetic Daiki. Far from it. The only thing is your inital attack on the Blue Banner forces. We do not take lives so easily. The only time we resort to lethal force is if lethal force is exerted on us. It is the way it has to be. I understand that it is hard for you to ignore your saiyan heritage despite not growing up on Vegeta. I felt it as well as we walked along. I wanted to fight... I wanted to try and put an end to the fighting but... There is now a power within the city that dwarfs any. We will need to train more than ever to even keep up. I think it is time for me to give you all the training in the techniques of the school. As we will need a second grandmaster to train and prepare our students."
Her words would be spoken after he awakens from his trance and they where both ready to begin to fly back toward Toma's home at the base of the lookout tower. Once Daiki joined her in the air and she was certain all the civilians where gone she ignited her ki and flew off toward the defacto base for the time being.

No LMB for us highbies for this Saga, I checked with Zucc. The effective LMB-bar for Saga is Athren, cause that's who it was on entry and most of the events. Makes sense to me.
