The Saiyan saw that the android was charging the same move as before. He knew what it would do this time. Heh.
I need to save my voice for more important things. Like... I don't know.
The Saiyan continued to sit down, charging his blast.

Of course, he was a bit scared as he ran to the scene of the war at full speed. They told him beings of unimaginable power were fighting, beings capable of obliterating the planet with a wave of the hand. But did that mean he would stay in the base, scared? Of course not. He was the savior of the universe.. the bringer of justice. As he ran through the war torn cities, easily dodging bullets being fired, he encountered a battle of super powered beings, similar to his own. None of them would notice him as his form was hidden by a damaged truck. This gave him time to form a plan. One, he knew a bit. Although he knew nothing about this man other then the fact that he pledged allegiance to the same army Ma did, the young teenager still couldn't help but find himself disappointed that he was engaging with trash. The man he was facing couldn't even fathom the good that they were doing today...so, if his ally couldn't him,finish the job, it looked like it was up to Ma to finish it for him.
Ma was thirty meters away from the "enemy." Powering up to his max power level, he used the skill of flight, flying towards him at his fastest speed while at the same time not in his field of vision due to being behind him, Ma would ready a fierce right kick, launching the melee attack as soon as he was in range to the side of the man's ribs. The attack was not lethal in the slightest, because if Ma wanted to kill this man, he would have simply sniped him or kicked him in the neck. Instead, the kick was supposed to send him flying off of the building down into the streets below, knocking him out cold.
Assuming all went well, he looked at his ally with a hint of annoyance. He saw him charging a ki attack, after all.
"Was that really so difficult? You sat here playing cat and mouse with that idiot when you could have been helping to evacuate citizens? Do you really think you belong to this army? Plus, you're using FUCKING KI BLASTS! You could have killed someone innocent you retard.."
Each word dripped with venom and hatred. Ma couldn't believe the irresponsibility going on here.

He could sense the power forming in the Saiyen's hands. Even charging up, it was proving insufficient copared to the power Cipher was charging. He was fully intending on finishing this fight now. He figured the arrogant saiyen would try to take the attack head on.
And then, from nowhere, another shot onto the scene, suddenly attacking his opponent from behind.
Cipher hadn't seen this individual before, but a quick look through his databanks identified him as "Ma", another new member of KAOS, like himself. His power level was on a similar level to his own.
And right now, the man was talking down to him like an idiot. Cipher could feel a bit of anger growing within him. He let the energy disappate, now useless, as he began to float over to him.
"It certainly is easy attacking an unsuspecting and weakened opponent from behind," Cipher responded, taking a quick verbal jab at the arrogent young man, "Now, as for the civilians," He gestured to nearby. There seemed to be some sort of ki barrier being formed around them. "It would seem that someone else is taking care of the stragglers for me. I would have done it myself, but that little irritant began to attack me. As for the ki blasts, that's exactly why we're evacuating the civilians. Most of them have already been escorted from the city, so no casualties have resulted."
He was right. The buildings damaged by the blasts were empty. It was just simple property damage.
His gaze then hardened. "Now, may I ask what YOU are doing? You talk down to me for facing an enemy, and yet I have yet to see you do anything other than interfere."

"Heh, get ready for THIS!!!" Releasing his major charged blast of Ki at his opponent. [Ion Cannon: 132%, potential damage: 1,600 aimed for Cipher]
Suddenly, out of nowhere, he felt a massive kick to his side.
The wind stunned Zucar, and he felt as if a stone spiked through him.
"How dare you..." Zucar fainted, knocking his face onto a concrete building.
This was sure to knock him out, maybe even bring him close to death.
Zucar had crushed into it a bit, but fell out onto the road below.
He hit an oncoming car, while the woman inside screamed and crashed into a gas station. The explosion was heard right in the middle of the conversation between the two BBA members. 5 people were burning, and others were sent screaming and flailing their arms about in fear.

Cipher silently cursed, seeing the oncoming attack. Why did he have to be so quick to let go of his own attack? Fortunately, due to Ma's attack, the aim was severely comprimised. Cipher managed to move to the side, avoiding the attack as it soared past him and into the sky. That attack could have done a lot of damage had it connected. Then again, his own would have countered it nicely.
Of course, after dodging said attack, he witnessed his beaten opponent falling onto a car, causing it to crash into a gas station, causing an explosion, killing some and sending the rest into a panic.
Slowly, Cipher turned his head to look at Ma, his expression blank.

After what appeared like a last ditch effort attack and the android's useless, idiotic ranting, Ma sighed.
"I don't have time for weaklings like you, I'm off to save the world."
He flew towards the site of the explosion, looking for any survivors.

Cipher only stared as Ma took off. Weaklings? They were around the same level. And wasn't he the one doing the rather cowardly sneak attack on a weakened opponent just moments ago?
Cipher sighed and shook his head. He didn't have time for idiots. It was really annoying to think that he was on their side. What was the administrator thinking?
He looked over at the peculiar ki barrier, where the turtle school was. Guess he could go back to what he had intended to do. He began flying off towards Turtle School.

Zucar sat slumped on the ground. He was unconscious.
He woke up a few minutes later, having not knowing what happened.
Who interrupted me? And... I feel so weak...
Suddenly Zucar knew what to do.
He leapt up into the air, flying off in the direction of where he was torturing the man.

Due to the fact Zucar barely survived the battle he will receive a Zenkai boost and now has 1408 PL. However 2 important notes: 1: Due to the nature of your injury I'd like you to refrain from entering anymore threads of the Blue Banner Saga 2: Write out a recovery thread, since you're on the brink of death. Please tag me after you finish said thread. Don't care if it's a solo or group thread... but show us that you're actually injured. Zucar's WC is 1200 and will receive 1620 PL Itome's WC is 437 and will receive 196 PL Itome, as I mentioned before in the cbox the fact that you literally came in, 'Falcon Kicked' Zucar who was only around half your PL into a KO with a basic attack, and just waltzed away into another fight without even the slightest bit of risk involved has influenced your grades. WoD functions on a certain thing known as fair-play. I know you mentioned you hate long fights, but that's no excuse for overpowering your foe in a way that is unfair and detrimental for the fun of other players. Still waiting on Cipher's choice for his rewards, but until then I'm also bringing this topic to the admins to see if they agree with my decision.
